The airport is very large. Many restaurants, cafes and shops. Food and drinks are not really expensive at the airport. But it must change to fly internationally - not at all.

Worst customer service of my life! Lizards and wolfs in the forest have better manners and are more customer-oriented. Rocks on the bottom of the sea have more empathy for humans.

The very last. Who comes with the public from Stockholm may shell out another 120 crowns for the "entrance" to the airport for ...? Exactly, for nothing.

Just ok and clear instructions and signs. You don't run back and forth from one end of the field to another like in Helsinki Vantaa. Food is super expensive, as it is now at airports in general. A pair of shrimp bread and Peps for just over 40, Jiihaa.

Despite the size and the crowds, this airport makes an astonishingly calm impression. There is nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness, space, signage, dining and shopping opportunities, and the friendliness of the staff. At check-in, we were amazed at both the speed and the thoroughness of the identity check. The processing took place on two levels and the waiting time, which is displayed on large electronic boards, was well undercut. All thumbs up for this airport. Others can take this as an example.

The largest airport near the city, traffic like at a large airport but everything goes smoothly

"Last call - go to the gate" - goes 15 meters to the gate and they have closed 7 min ago ... fun. Thanks for that! Got to buy a new ticket for 3000 and was told that the exclamation is never in time and that you should not trust them. Wonderful staff and service that helps! Should work with other ..

Airport very clean and well organized. However, too much advertising and boutique locks. The worst part is the overly unfriendly check-in staff. Any discussion is not only impossible, but is immediately responded to with the tough threat that if you continue the discussion, you will be refused check-in. (It was about a single hand baggage that should, so to speak, be in the hold for reasons of space! A single hand baggage of 5 or 6 kg!)

Connecting flights are terribly organized (my flight was lax-arn-osl ): 2 assistant don't have a control about the traffic from the arriving and departing planes. Asked 3 times regarding my connecting flight before and after final call announcement without any help. Had to ask people and immigration officer my self to get us through. There is no self-service machines for EU passport scanning. After 20m there is a luggage security check with a lot of travelers and one open x-ray and 2 of staff that makes everything very slow. Totally unorganized airport and full of bottlenecks.

The place is clean and easy to navigate but the wifi is 3h/100mb what that is horrible

Awesome airport It has an immense number of terminals that leave for all parts of the world and countless shops and bars. It also has armchairs to rest and spaces enabled to charge the electronics. It even has a special play area for children. The only bad thing is that from 10pm to 4am everything is closed and the vending machines do not work, so if you have to wait long between flights, buy something to eat before closing everything!

Arlanda. There seems to be almost everything here. Big plus that almost all cafes are open well into the night. If you get hungry, it's no problem. No problem charging phones and the like while looking out at the pitch. Cozy and lively.

A great place to fly to/through. There are two left luggage areas in the P4 garage, so if you are trying to meet someone there be clear which one you want. The airport if very efficient.

Well finished. But not enough currency exchanger. At least I did not find it.

Had to wait for 3 hours on luggage and run 10km between terminals back and forth.

As much as I like the small amount of people usually in this airport, it needs to improve security. It's not safe enough. Good food and services. Friendly staff. We were supposed to board the plane to JFK at 5:45 on Sunday, but boarded much later, but it was no biggie.

Clean, tidy and efficient. One of my favorite airports.

No one is helping there. I arrived late and I didnot have Krona. The information desk was closed, the exchange offices were closed. Wanted to take any transportation to go to the hotel but no one accepts euro!!!. Whilst there are some countries in Europe does. Even the bus driver didnot want to help me and take euro so I can go to sleep after a long trip nor let me go free. In general people has no heart. I would give zero.

Good connection to and from Stockholm and Uppsala with train and bus.
Expensive and bad food, very long waiting time for the luggage, generally 30min wait.

Good wifi signal, everything is very clean and organized, the signage is excellent.

The airport duty free stores are more expensive than the stores inside Sweden so if you are thinking of buying a gift or souvenir I definitely suggest you doing it inside Sweden. Do not take a bottle of water with you from your home because they will take it away when checking the luggage. Instead take an empty bottle and fill it once you are in the duty free or when you are waiting to board because you might get thirsty on the plane or the airport you will go to (in case you have a layover) might not have drinkable tap water.

One of the best airports I've ever visited! The theater begins with a hanger - Sweden begins with the hospitable airport of Arlanda!

One of the world's toughest airports. Unpleasant staff. Slow everywhere. Poor layout. Expensive and poor supply of food. A really, really shitty airport, but you have no choice.

At Terminal 4

Previously it was well signposted and good with toilets at terminal 4.
Now there are no references where the toilets are and very few toilets with long queues

Everything well maintained and fresh. Usually fast and smooth security check. Easy to find streets and shops.

Small, efficient, clean airport. I'm migration to about 3 minutes, and that was with a fairly long line. Arlanda express train to the city is a great way to get to or from.

Stockholm Arlanda Airport - that brings the Xmas atmosphere to you - which means - "Take good care and very much welcome back" / makes it personal

How can my Terminal 4 boarding card allow me to get lost in Terminal 5? The latches should never have let me into the wrong terminal.

Clean Airport where you can easily find where to go. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and there are often no queues at the toilets. The streets are easy to find and are not far from the terminals. Check in service takes time every now and then but depends on when you choose to get to the airport. (Recommend to come 1-2 hours before the flight if traveling alone or with a friend and 2-3 hours if traveling as a family).

Horrible Horrible airport the "new jersey airport" of Europe!. Wannabe Security officer, that literally had to show off to his trainee at the cost of my 2 year old daughter that left the check point crying!! They should be a shame!! And when boarding no family with young children first!! So don't use this airport if you can avoid it, at least not if you traveling with kids...

Internet is fast, shops are great, seats are comfortable. All in all, great airport.

ARN or Stockholm Arlanda Airport is the main airport in Stockholm and have 4 terminals. Terminals 2 and 5 are for international flights and domestic flights operate from 3 and 4. In the middle there is a restaurant and shopping centre - Skycity. Terminal 5 offers the best shopping and passenger services and most international airlines fly from here. Also, airside in Terminal 5 you have the best lounges and shopping but food-wise you're limited to cafe/sandwich shops...with the exception of Max Burgers. Personally, i don't think that any of the other terminals outside T5 have much to offer and resemble glorified bus stations. There's room for improvement.
Why BA, Air France and KLM insist on using Terminal 2 is beyond me. As far as the ratings go, Terminal 2 has a solid 1 star rating in my book.

Clean airport, a lot of options for transport from and to Arlanda, fast tracks.

Mega expensive prices for water and food. Totally ridiculously expensive.
But sweet staff and quick handling in security controls and passport control.

Good distancing and conditions at Arlanda itself with mandatory mask wearing. At the SAS level, however, it is significantly more swaying. Almost packed, except for a couple of empty seats. You sit in all places on every row next to unknown people. With a mask, or without if you eat or drink. So ... Either pack with antibodies or chance wild game. I would really like to fine SAS for negligent behavior in the sign of greed. Everything is happening in Terminal 5 now due to prevailing circumstances

Stockholm Arlanda Airport is a very nice airport. In Terminal 5 and Sky City, you will be flattered by modern design. Longer waiting times can also be endured in this pleasant atmosphere. For mobile devices, there is a charger at every corner with the associated seating. Some airports can take this as an example, because in times of digital boarding cards the charged smartphone is mandatory. All the toilets that I have seen in various airport terminals so far are clean. There are plenty of food and shopping opportunities in the Sky City alone. There are other possibilities to discover in the terminals. I found a nice idea in Terminal 4: you can tap fresh lake water from a nearby lake. Ideal if you are through security with your empty bottle and want to fill up something to drink for the flight.

Okay airport. A base for SAS and Norwegian. Long security lines. Not that many shops. The lounges (apart from SAS) are terrible.

The irony of having a super modern and fast express train from the city center to end up being stuck in a massive queue at security... Not to mention the prehistoric scanners. Shocking when compared to Schiphol for example.

Good, well organized airport that makes it easier to find the right gate. Great airport, lots of people - be on time so you don't have to stress!

The toilets are a shame for Sweden. Arrived last from the Czech Republic and visited toilets both in Prague and in the countryside. Clean and tidy on all restrooms. Coming to Arlanda will be met by "downpicked" smelly floors on the toilet.

Well organised airport, less crowded. Some nice shops, but Swedish expensive. Long distances between the different terminals.

Clean efficient airport. Plenty of transport links (taxi, bus and Arlanda Express train). Smoking booths inside the terminal. Plenty of shops and restaurants.

Worst Airport I have ever been to. Not enough check in machines for the crowd, incredibly long waiting line for securitu check. Finally, you can have as mich rude staff as you want. Avoid if possible!

Very large airport with 5 terminals. the airport is very well served with train, bus and express arlanda lines that connect the airport to the center of Stockholm, and in the heart of the central station, for a fee of 3 the single ... .

Not particularly corona-safe. Multiple staff without masks.

Modern airport located 20 minutes from the city centre if you use the fast Arlanda Express train, significantly cheaper if you buy the ticket online in advance, minmum of one hour before you use the ticket. There's a better selection of restaurants and shops before you pass through security for your flight. Most of the restaurant are located in the Sky City area, short walk from the outer terminals. Not much space and seating in the departure lounges. Had to pass through passport control to gain access to departure gate for flight to London, after which you are cut off from the shops/ restaurants.

Modern airport. Power outlets available, fast Wi-Fi, water fountains. Pleasant experience.

Have impression of staff shortage in the airport though it is very popular for transfer flights. It was only one person who did the security check so it was a long queue and all looks quite ridiculous because one person can't check the luggage and passengers in one time. They kept the comfortable seating area by gate closed until the late and passengers need to wait outside standing. So it is not passengers - friendly and customer oriented airport.

Very nice airport and friendly staff. The terminals are very clean and a nice range of food outlets and shopping, although rather pricy!

A large and organized airport, there are not many duty free parking spaces, prices are not very cheap

They lost their baggage, barely found 2 bags of 3, but on clarification it turned out that Moscow did not send it at all, at the airport in Stockholm, all found out and the day after the arrival of the aircraft from Moscow, within an hour brought us to the address. Thank you, excellent airport !!!

I was there as a child. He seemed big and very handsome to me.

The airport is quite run down, but the staff are very warm and welcoming.
