Beautiful casino with exceptional variety of slot machines and table games, restaurants; fabulous buffet style restaurant. Great customer service and professional staff. Just an overall relaxing atmosphere.

We enjoyed the live band in the really cool lounge area. Reasonable drink prices and great service.

The hotel has always been excellent, rooms are clean and modern. The whole building is beautiful inside and very high quality. I can't speak for the gaming as I have never gambled, but it is a great concert venue, good selection of restaurants, safe parking. Windsor is lucky to have Caesars

This is definitely the best casino in Ontario maybe even Canada. 15 min bets usually on most table games which is great. The entire complex, casino, venue and hotel are all awesome.

Attended a wedding in August us tower. Such an awesome view of detroit.

I ll start from Cons: App is not sending you a reminder email about your reservation. No proper direction to Valet parking. You go to Neros restaurant and finds out it s other side. Then the road is closed and I had to enter from other side of the road.
Checkin is not working in App. No digital room key. I booked months in advance but received city view not the lake view. Disappointing. My wife was 30+ but every security person kept asking for her ID. It was so annoying. Once enter premises there should be a facial recognition system to identify like Las Vegas without disturbing guests. Lame wifi service switches off and we have to reconnect again and again.
Dusty rooms causing Runny nose. Room service is not 24hrs. When you order breakfast, beverages like tea, coffee are extra charged. If you call for tray pickup after 12:45pm they won t come till next room service shift starts at 5pm and sometimes not even till next day. Very limited movie channels on regular Tv. No TV guide. You have to download stayconnect app and pay for TvGuide. There s only channel guide without programming info. Bathroom shower cubicle tiles are dirty. Jacuzzi is inside bathroom with no view. Only 1 person can use Jacuzzi at a time.
I was disturbed by fire alarm testing, but It was notified by management. Market buffet waiting lineup is better than Las Vegas. Food choices are limited. One guy to take guest to the seat. It takes long time.
Pros: Valet parking is complementary and fast service. Location is next to tunnel so very convenient. Comfortable bed, forum tower is very quiet and relaxing. Elevators from tower to 2nd floor, main and ground level escalators are connecting most restaurants allows to avoid casino areas. Housekeeping staff was good. They only knocks the door after 10am. You can schedule time with them. Done a great job both times.

So much fun. Live music and tons of people watching. And you can gamble ..or not!!

The rooms are beautifully decorated. The view from my room is incredible of the Detroit river. Service is excellent and location is convenient to everything I would be interested in.

It's always a nice time to go but need to bring a lot of money to enjoy it really.

Won $25 bucks on Video Poker and had a lot of fun. Great way to spend some time on your vacation.

best casino in Canada. I have been to many casinos in Canada but they are all too crowded and most of them are filled with slots. But these one has many table games with more variations.
Also the rooms are great. housekeeping is awesome. also if you are planing to stay in here ask for a room on Augusta tower with a riverside view. It will enhance your mornings ....must visit once.

Staff was great. Environment was fun. Definitely would recommend to everyone who likes to gamble

Only property I have stayed at that will not I said not comp you a dinner .I had trouble with check out . I love Caesars property .This year I have visited. Las Vegas. Reno Tahoe Metropolis Jolliet They treated me great .Windsor let me say they (suck).Had two host come to me what can I do for you They couldn't do anything.I was told this is Canada not America.We don't comp anything .So I asked other players and they told me the same .If you want. Comps Go back to America. So that's what I did was planning to go back for Martina McBride concert but I'm not going to waste my time For you Canadian friends come to America where they appreciate your business (GOD BLESS AMERICA) Won't be going back to CANADA to gamble .ill lose my money in America

Great place love the smokeless casino! They do provide smoking rooms for the smokers though.

Went there to play a few slots. The gaming areas are huge but well laid out and felt cozy. Met some really nice people. Staff were friendly and fast. Great experience to kill a couple of hours.

The room was amazing, elegant, modern, clean and not so expensive. It's great for a weekend getaway. My husband and I had a blast. Sign up for the rewards card, and so far we have gotten a bunch of gifts, concerts tickets, and free nights (We have not use the free nights yet). Love it!!!

Besides gambling, the service is good, Legends sports bar is nice, and the concerts/shows are terrific. Free parking too.

Very noisy from construction. The Sports Bar Manager is one of the RUDEST Managers I have ever dealt with, absolutely no people skills whatsoever!

This was our first time there and we had a really good time! Totally smoke free which was awesome for us. Great resturants too. Helpful staff.

I was at the Brian Wilson concert. The staff was extremely helpful as I have difficulty getting up and down stairs. They suggested we take the elevator and took us to it and told us to go to the lower floor so I would have less steps to climb up. The staff in the Colosseum helped me down the stairs when we were leaving. I was very impressed with how helpful everyone was to me.

Rooms r very clean & well kept. My Room has been upgraded from just a normal roon 2 a suite a couple of times. Everyone very frienly & eager 2 please

This was the first time i ventured over, and the dealers and management staff were just great. Pleasant, engaging, and explanatory when they needed to be. Met some cool peoples at the tables too.

Love it.. it's crazy with all the ringing yelling & excitement of winning. I can't say I won anything big. But it was a great place to look into when your alone with no kids or just passing thru. My biggest game last night was fun! A penny machine..lol

Love staying here especially if you have a room overlooking the Detroit River. The shows are fabulous here. I m alittle disappointed that the Artist cafe was closed because it was a very good and reasonably priced restaurant for the mature crowd. Bring back the restaurant Caesars please

Worst stay at a hotel of my life. The staff is rude and obnoxious. The water in the shower goes to luke warm. There is no internet on the riverside of the hotel. I would never recommend going here to anyone. Give your business to other hotels in the area that appreciate you.

Great place. The older rooms are old. But still a good place to enjoy a weekend away.

Staff at the hotel were great. Got upgraded to a Riverside view room for free. Dinner at the legends bar was great. Excellent service and food was good. Room was clean, no complaints at all. Was able to check out from my room. Great visit!

Love this casino. Clean and smoke free. Parking is easy and close by. Lots of open slots and tables on a Saturday night. Fair drink prices, but a little light on the spirits. U.S. to Canadian arriving $1.29; leaving $1.33. Friendly staff. Coming from Detroit; I prefer this casino to all three downtown. As far as payouts go; your odds are just as poor here as they are in Detroit, unfortunately.

We love Caesars Windsor. The hotel rooms are so nice and the beds and pillows and so comfortable. The casino has great slot machines. Good verity.

Great place for gambling. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great food , from steak to burgers. Gamble all day the go to your room to sleep, then go to the spa, great time . Views are beautiful from the rooms. Chalet park if you want.

I just was at there again the other night. I had a suite in the agustus tower. Great room but again dirty. Had old water bottles, hair on the pillows, white residue around the shower.
Room service in the morning was horrible. I think my food was cooked half hour before I got it.

Will have to consider a different hotel when I am in Windsor now.

A great place to have an event! Staff was very friendly, service was top notch, views from the towers were amazing.

Got a great deal on a room here, I had never stayed in a casino and don t gamble but it has a ton of amenities and the idea of an adults-only hotel was intriguing (so worth it, omg). Also booked a massage package which was also great. Pool was totally empty at night so it was just my friend and I. It and the locker rooms were super nice. I d say my only real complaint would be the shower door was hinges on with electrical tape on one spot, the rooms could definitely use some refurbishing. Also the meal we had at the Johnny Rockets there was pretty atrocious. The Tim Hortons was excellent though.

Rating for the casino experience only. I only donate to charities not giant rich companies! Won't go back.

View was amazing from our room and the room was overall quite nice, however there was a few flaws with some of the amenities provided. Pool and whirlpool were excellent.

Service meh, bad valet, casino floor is chaos. I couldn't find a traditional black Jack game so I went to bed.

Any night in Windsor as a college student is a wild night. The club is insanely fun, and I can probably sit in the casino for hours.

Saw Hozier here! The space and venue were amazing! We even had a room in the resort and came down just before the show started.

We booked a room at Cesar s for my boyfriends birthday staying April 9-10th 2019; Joseph (#12527) was wonderful at check in! He started our stay off so delightful that I made sure to write his name down for this review. He answered every question we had and gave us amazing suggestions on things to do while at the resort to elevate our experience since this was our first time and we had no idea what we were doing. I know that it is his job to have good customer service but he was outstanding. We had the best time. Thank you, we will be back.
