Fun one day bus tour to meet my Canadian family...the best buffet outside of Las Vegas. Needs more entertainment choices for us who don't gamble. I'll go again.

A 3 dressed up as a 9. Would be cheaper and much more enjoyable to go to Vegas. Stay away from the buffet - disgusting. Noisy in the "quiet" adult tower all night with youngsters partying. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

we were there for a concert so we decided to hit up cosmos bar before we went. The bar itself was great they had a live band playing they were pretty good! The only thing I did not like is that there is not enough seating at all! You had to squeeze your way into the bar to get a drink.

Outstanding. That actually does describe the facilities. They have started some room renovations on the top floors and are working down. The food is great albeit pricey. The rooms are a little dated but if your lucky enough to get a river front view you won't even notice. I would suggest making a reservation in advance and request a room with a.full river view. Great pool (adults only) as Well as a jet spa and a dry sauna. There also is a exercise room with a lot of modern equipment. You are also close to.art gallery of Windsor. Staff are great. Need something just ask. In Sum cases they can even anticipate your needs and are there to make your stay.as pleasant as possible.

Great concert venue some good high end shows and good restaurants

22nd floor Forum Tower Luxury Jetted Tub category room for Canada Day 150. Hotel was fully booked and busy. Liked the bigger bathroom and really liked the larger wall mounted TV. Con: No ice on floors 20, 21, or 22. Have to grab the bucket and ride to floor 19 or below. Housekeeping does a great job. We left a do not disturb sign on the door knob until we left for breakfast and when we returned in an hour and a half both days our room was made up upon our return. I thought that was great service considering how booked they were.

First time I've ever been to Caesars Windsor. I thought the hotel was nice the room was well-appointed and cozy. First night in we went for the buffet. Absolutely horrible method of bringing people into the buffet took too long way too long and once we finally got in the food was not good. They really need to improve the way they bring people in for dinner. I enjoyed the casino very much I thought it was clean and the machines actually paid out pretty well for myself.

Nice casino, lots of slots and table games. Neros has great steak. Augustas tower has newly renovated rooms with great views.

Casino Windsor is very elegant and very large. Lots of gaming options. Live music was playing when we visited. I always take a picture of Detroit when I visit. Beautiful river views from the casino!

Had dinner with family and was a very warm and exciting place..excellent food and service...highly recommended for a great night out

Good place for entertainment, food is good but little bit pricey.

Not many people were here. So, it was enjoyable. The only thing I've been having problems with is the volume of the PA system; it's been too loud.

A stay at Caesars Windsor is always a great time. Large selection of games and slots, shows, great restaurants and incredible beds!

The concert with Ringo was amazing and the rooms spectacular. All employees we encountered were friendly and helpful

It's such a relaxing environment just walk around the casino a couple games maybe stay the night at their hotel is beautiful the great getaway.

Had a hotel room in the forum tower and the security at the casino wouldn't allow me into the casino because they no longer allow outside alcohol to be brought to the hotel. I bring the wine bottle back to my car. I get back to the same security guy and this time he would not let me through because I had a backpack on (aka my luggage for the night). He told me directions around the casino to get to my room. Followed his directions and reached a security checkpoint that was much further from my hotel room, where another security guard let me through the casino, with my bag no problem. Turns out I had to cut through the casino to get to my room. Wasted 30minutes trying to get to my room, for no reason other than that the first guy chose to think that I looked suspicious because I had luggage...for my hotel stay. The stay itself was okay. Saw a show here and enjoyed it, but the inconvenience really was not worth it.

Wonderful non smoking casino with levels of play for every budget and a wide variety of fun games. Plus the buffet is outstanding.. Great wait staff

Beautiful hotel and casino. Learn the currency exchange before you go. Buffet is super expensive. 2 people $60 if you're not using any rewards or coupons. Food isn't bad though. Dessert bar is spectacular and the mini cheesecakes deserve an award.

I love going to concerts here. Even sitting in the mezzanine is a good seat and the bands that come are fantastic. We used to have to travel to the states to see good shows but now they come to us. Thank you Caesar's!

Good location for a weekend trip. Nero's and Spago for dinner. Buffet, Johnny Rockets and Tim Hortons. Indoor pool and jacuzzi.

This casino is so awesome! It's lots of fun there's a lot of activity there. And clean! I cannot say enough how clean this place is! All the employees are so nice! Check out the store upstairs where you can find chocolates in food and little souvenirs. The staff at the little store is so nice. Also check out the lottery stand, the employees there are just so friendly. I like going here just for the atmosphere :)

Perfect place to have fun. Dancing on Friday night. Fun on the slots. Soaking in the pool and hot tub and sauna.

Very friendly staff welcoming both in the casino and the hotel. Large clean modern rooms. Recommended instead of eating out. Have your meals in the casino a variety of restaurants and 5 stars taste. Highly recommended form the Richard's Auto Clinic Staff.

Stayed at the hotel. It's a very nice new hotel. One star taken off for not having a closer by entrance door.

Nice larger casino right on the waterfront. Signing up for a club card gets you $10 food voucher. I have the Friday night buffet which featured prime rib. I have visited a lot of casino buffets all over north America, and this one was one of the larger ones featuring a variety of food and food stations. There is definitely something for everyone at this buffet. The casino features a popular night club along with a sports bar and an open concept musical bar.

Really enjoyed some amazing things here on the tables and the thrilling performances of artists every season, a must visit for people visiting Downtown Windsor, Ontario

We booked this for an overnight stay to visit the university. The location of the hotel is good and the front desk staff were friendly. I have mixed feelings about the concierge desk-not friendly, not unfriendly, just there. The room was fine but definitely didnt encourage you to spend time in it. A double room had a desk and single chair but no table to eat or 2nd chair, if you ordered room service, you took turns eating at the desk. We were not interested in the casino and I was travelling with an under 19 son. If I knew how restrictive that would be at the property, I would've chosen another hotel. The majority of facilities such as the gym and pool are in the age restricted area as are many restaurants. If you are over 19 or your destination is the casino or Coliseum, then it is a great choice. If you are travelling with minors, choose another hotel.

We always have fun here win or lose. Been coming here for over 10 years, have never paid once for our room. The restaurant selection is great! The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. Thanks Caesars, you know how to make a night away worth the 3 hour drive!

Attended a work holiday gala in the ballrooms. The food was delicious. One of the waiters asked me to pass them my dish which I felt was a little odd. I didn't do it. However, I do not discount the service of the casino because of this. I believe it was someone having an off day.

Close and relatively convenient from Detroit. I visit here a couple times a year, mainly for quick game play and for a meal. The staff is very friendly! I have stayed in the hotel, but it was some time ago. The amenities are what you would expect from Caesars properties.

The Colosseum is an awesome concert venue. Acoustics were great. Seating was easy to access and had great view from 6th row off the floor. The staff was helpful and polite.

I mean it's the casino. Great buffet and we had a lot of fun playing the slots.

I wish they would get another in house breakfast place that serves hot food.

The rooms were very clean, stayed on the 12th floor. Service was great as always. It's right over the border if you take the tunnel. Valet was as quick as you would imagine. Saw a comedian in their theater which was large clean and had food available everywhere. I like the buffet but they don't have breakfast buffet unless it's Sunday unfortunately.

The hotel was nice. All of the employees were beyond friendly and polite. I love the little bar in the middle of the casino with the band. The buffet could have more options. Overall I had a great stay!

Some nice rooms are available but they won't let you walk from the parking to your room inside with kids.

I was asked to leave when I was sitting using wifi. They also ordered other people off the property just because they were sitting on the stairs outside resting.

Saw Stevie Wonder recently and have attended many concerts prior to that. Its my favourite concert venue. Valet parking for anyone. Only seats 5000 so has a more intimate feel. The tickets are very reasonably priced. Love it!

I m a frequent traveller and every time I should go to Windsor I book Caesars Hotel. They are simply the best. The rooms are clean and spacious, staff are caring and friendly, lots of dining options, entertaining environment, great facilities, free valet parking, fantastic resort! I strongly recommend it!

No free alcohol!!! Wouldn't let me in the first time because I was supposedly showing signs of intoxication!

It has come way down over the years. The buffet isnt what it was. The casino is a casino. Nothing noteworthy.

Show time at the Caesars Colliseum in Windsor is an experience you won't want to miss! Huge crowds move in and out effortlessly and the acoustics are superb! For an equally easy in and out take a taxi from your hotel. Or stay on-site if you book earlier enough.

It is an awful place to be. This Casino is designed to just grab your money! For 2 nights and 3 days my husband and I stayed at this Casino, you can't imagine how badly this place cleaned us out!
Horrible, horrible experience. The buffet food was terrible, salty, old dry chicken jackpot! Not a good place to visit. Everybody around me were complaining about this place. Definitely will not recommend this to anybody!

Went for a concert, good onsite parking, little while to get to our seats because of security, but took no more then 5-10 minutes. Keep it in mind when you plan to arrive. Great venue for concert, and leaving was relatively easy. Better to walk around a bit that way your not stuck in the parking garage.

Went here for a baby shower and the restaurant offered an awesome vegan option! Very accommodating and welcoming staff.

Just spent a few nights at casino. Stayed in the Forum tower in one of the revamped rooms. Kind of disappointed. I found the room a bit dark , the dark denim blue gray wallpaper although pretty made it feel a bit small and cold. The coffee pot on the desk now does not make sense, I liked having my little coffee station seperate on the high corner area by closet. Which by the way also is lacking the nice light up top. A small set of drawers somewhere would also be nice. With staying 4 days, it was a pain ruffling through my bags when I needed something. The bathroom is pretty as usual, amenities devine. The staff were ALL extremely helpful and accommodating.

Nice clean casino. Lots of new slots and no smoking allowed in main casino. There is a smoking area outside I believe. It makes a nice difference having a smoke free casino compared to the others across the river in Detroit where smoke burns your eyes and your clothes stink the next day.

Nice casino, easy access from the US. Had a room overlooking the Detroit River. Buffet was excellent. Didn't really win much here but it was a weekend getaway and a comp room offer.

Great place. Rooms are very nice, clean and spacious. The beds are clean and soft. Bathroom is nice with a walk in shower and a bathtub for soaking in. There are restraints, a few small stores and lots of entertainment without leaving the building. If you enjoy gamboling then Caesar s has you covered with lots to choose from. I highly recommend staying here at the resort overnight. If you just want a bite to eat and/or a chance at one of the many, many slot machine then you will enjoy Caesars in Windsor!

Gorgeous venue. Beautiful view of the waterfront. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The Casino was clean and super busy. Enjoyed my experience.

We stayed here on our wedding night and it was beautiful. River view at night is romantic and we went down to have some fun at the casino late night. The rooms are super clean and well equipped. The amenities available are fantastic. The restaurant and lounge choices are varied.

A casino that is non smoking is enough for a five star rating. Games are fun, currency exchange is easy, and people are friendly. Caesars is head and shoulders above any other casino in the area. I would take half a star off because the hotel rooms are very, very pricey and the rewards program doesn't kick in until you gamble a lot, although that isn't any different from any other casino. Overall it's a great place to go.

Surreal experience visiting after the ninth anniversary of New Vegas.
