Had a great time for "Walk Off The Earth." Nice venue for a concert with good sound system. If you're looking at the "F" (floor) sections for seating and only the back rows are available, I'd probably move back a few rows to the tiered seating, especially if you're "vertically challenged!" Stay away from the extreme left and right sections if you want good sight lines. Lots of staff on hand for refreshments and assistance. Purchased "Express Valet and Entry" being our first time there. Waited 30 minutes in line to get to vehicle drop-off point (around 45 minutes before show) which, considering the size of the crowd and our timing, wasn't bad, I guess. Requested vehicle about 15 minutes after end of show and only waited 10-15 minutes for it; easy out!

We have never been before because we live in the U.S.. lt's very easy to find. We took the Detroit Windsor tunnel. You can see it as soon as you get out of the tunnel. We Valeted our car(for free) and went to checkin. It was very easy to do. There are people everywhere just in case you get lost. We waited long enough to get a coffee and they texted me the room was ready. We were on the 18th floor. We went to see the Ringo Starr show at the Coluseium. 4-5 thousand seats max. There is not a bad seat in the house. They even had a tv screen on each side of the stage. You don't have to go far for a cocktail. Right outside the searing area. The seats are very comfortable and sapcious. Bathrooms are close too. I will go back there for shows in the future. Oh yeah.....RINGO WAS AWSOME!!!!!! ..

I came to Caesars Windsor for the day and my experience was just amazing. The staff was very friendly the place was very clean, and the food was outstanding. I am coming back to Caesars Windsor tomorrow for the day to have fun again!!!!! I highly recommend that you come here. You won't be disappointed it is better than the Greektown Casino in Detroit by far.

I guess l just expected more. Was still ok . Bed is comfy and probably only hotel l know where you can still get a smoking room . Strict on weed use on the hotel property lots of signs. Had the marketplace buffet.....Food was amazing ....Best roast beef l have had in along time.

No smoking on the entire property is a welcome change for a casino. Lost my sunglasses last time though.... Can't even steal a dollar without them catching it in camera but when my $300 sunglasses walk off, no one cares.

Everyone was extra nice, they work hard for those tips. The rooms are very nice, tvs are small but I guess they assume if you're at a casino you won't be in the room. The restaurants are nice but there's only a couple that allow kids. The extra hotel daily fee could surprise you so know that before booking.

Casino Windsor
Is very well kept building
Always clean, staff friendly
Nice restaurants, some are very pricey but good food,
I enjoy the buffet lunch, good section exspeally the desserts all is good Legends too,
Timmies is there too if you like and Johnny Rockets
I like some slots and just sitting by the foundation relaxing.
I did stay in their hotel a few times which was very comfortable and clean , be eds are relaxing and comfortable and the rooms are spotless clean, they are there to assist you in every way possible.
I gave them a four star because of not too much options for children staying in the other hotel with parents they should have more restaurants kid friendly menus and things to do for their stay.
Like a game room or pizza hot dogs etc.
Some of the restaurants aren't kid friendly.

I was threatened by a fellow patron and I don't wish to return by fear of my safety because of the poor handling of the situation by its security. I know the life of a black man isn't worth much in North America to white people; that incident depicted to me how little it does at this facility as well.

Always a fun time at Caesars. Last Visit though, slots didn't like me that much. Used to get lots of cool stuff with Total Rewards, not as generous this year. Still a great place to have good time. Food is Excellent.

Really nice looking building and some of the faux marble statues look good but the casino aspect is really tacky to the point that the Caesar statue was surrounded by ugly casino games. Also got carded twice, once when I went in, which as a young man with his gf is to be expected. After the concert we were there to see we were asked to step to the side to be carded again, along with anyone who looked under 50 (guess they don't trust people who don't look like the typical casino crowd). Staff and security were also rather rude and pushy about where we stood while we waited to get carded. Overall, enjoyed the concert but not gonna go waste my nickels playing 500 variations of match the shape.

A lot of stuff to do here for a wide variety range of ages. Live shows, gambling, restaurants (including all you can eat) and very friendly accommodations. Hotel and free parking located on site.

Some table games now have tablets (computerized) and apparently you don't always win when you gamble. But great place to go to. Security does a great job at keeping the entry flow for IDing after a big show. Would definitely recommend.

It was ok. Long lines for food late at night. Tons of slot machines and very clean. I am giving it three stars because Greek Town Casino seemed like a better time. Maybe we just went there on a off day.

I was playing at a 5 dollars table and they came along and up it to 10 with out grandfather options, that's dirty pool. I left immediately. Some of us are on fixed income, what you are doing is not fair.

Went to a show at the Colosseum and then headed to the gaming floor, it was all a great time BUT when it was time for us to leave we literally couldn't get out for about 20 minutes? Every exit was closed and locked but 1! Why?

Dont go often. Only if there is a show on I want to go to. But when I do go staff is always friendly and will to help if needed...such as when you get turned around and need directions. Josh groban was phenomenal....hope they bring him back in the future

And a very nice indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. The steakhouse is wonderful and not extremely expensive. But like all casinos not in Nevada there's no free drinks. The rooms are nice as are the amenities. But you'll never find a casino that's as much fun as any casino in Nevada.

Very nice casino . Pleasant clean atmosphere and the background noise is tolerable , unlike several other casinos I've visited. They have a very nice selection of restaurants to choose from.

I frequent Caesars in Vegas but this was my first time in Windsor. The casino itself was similar and nice. Nero s was amazing but the other food spots we had were less satisfactory. The pool was nice but not huge, good views of the river and downtown Detroit. The disappointing part to us was the room itself. It wasn t overly clean and for a newer hotel the finishes were not nice at all. Bathroom handles you would expect in a super 8, not Caesars palace. We also tried to order room service off their clearly labeled all day menu, which stated 7 am to 1045 pm, and they wouldn t serve us because it wasn t noon yet. We ordered something else and when it did come there the person who dropped it off was very rude, and there was a disgusting amount of floaties in the water we ordered. All this being said we did have fun and may give them another try based on how I feel about Caesars in Vegas.

The hotel was huge and beautiful. The room was clean and stocked. The room we had in Forum tower looked to be recently renovated. The service was also excellent. There were plenty of places to shop and eat in the casino, including a wonderful buffet, and parking was free.

Handicapped room had grab bars but nothing else for handicapped (no walk-on shower, no higher toilet seat). I was quoted a price of $149.00 per night on the phone and charged $169.00 and with fees $198.00. (Bate and switch) We ate at the Market Buffet and paid thirty dollars per person for the worst buffet I have ever had. It wasn't worth $5.00 per person. Luckily our stay was for only one day.

I love casino Windsor because smoking is NOT allowed. I prefer to come here for that reason instead of Detroit casinos. Oi never noticed so much security on previous visits but I'm glad they settled the strike before Sumner was over.

Employees are so helpful and polite.
I love the mix of music and vibes.

The place needs a Reno big time. Found it had no glamour like other Ontario casinos. Also $36 for buffet is crazy and it was a Friday night at 5pm when I went and not a person in line for it.

I really enjoyed my stay. The pool and sauna area was really nice. I'll definitely go back again. My only complaint was the table amounts. They had one $5 table and the rest were $15 and $25. I prefer $10 tables to start out with and then move up to the bigger tables if I'm winning.

Staff are always friendly and professional. Hotel is clean, well appointed and has all the amenities you need for both business and pleasure. The adult only, newly renovated Forum Tower made for a very enjoyable stay.

Obviously 5 stars...I lost my phone and basically gave up on finding it. I was detained at a check-in point and happened to mention my lost phone to the guard. I had my phone back in my hands within 5 minutes thanks to the guard who even apologized for stopping me, even though it s because of him I got my phone back! Exceptional service! Wonderfully helpful and compassionate staff!

Caesars Windsor is a great place to visit. There performances are top notch and restaurants are amazing and delicious. The hotel rooms are clean and conveniently located. The location is also perfectly situated along the Detroit River. Overall an amazing establishment. I don't really gamble so that portion of it did not interested me so much

For a reasonable price (and free parking!) you can get a wonderful buffet dinner, with lots of variety, amazing vegetables of every sort that are "just right" (flavorful and not overcooked) and any kind of dessert treat you might want - all you can eat. This is a great place to eat (or overeat!)

Great view of the river and Detroit. Service was great. Nice being connected to the casino. Room was ok and window was leaking with water on the floor. It was the winter (January) and condensation all over the window. It was a nice stay otherwise.

My husband, my brother in-law, my sister in-law and I all stayed here last weekend. I cannot begin to tell you how awesome our experience was! We were so excited to stay here because it s the hotel we always stayed at in Vegas and loved it so we were hoping to have that same experience here and we did! The staff were beyond friendly and helpful including all of the security staff. They had fun with you and always greeted you! The room was amazing. Super clean and the most comfy bed!
We are twice at the buffet which to us was a 5 star!! Soooo much to choose from but our favourite was the pasta station. We had a chef named Josef and he was phenomenal! He ran across the entire restaurant just to get extra spices he thought would make the pasta dish even better.....and they did! We were down for a raptors and pistons game so we took the tunnel bus over which was $5 each way and took it back and that is the way to go!! The busses are five minutes from the hotel and they drop you off at the stadium and then on the way home they brought us to the hotel! We honestly CANNOT wait to go back!!! Highly recommend this hotel!!!!

Worst staff ever . There so unhappy with there jobs. Security people are in there 60's dealers have been there to long. They need fresh faces working there. The staff just hates there jobs and hate seeing you. It's not fun when the staff are miserable working there. They need to quit there jobs because they are unapricative of there work. And reviews are made by the casino. This place sucks

The Buffet restaurant has a large selection of foods. My favourite is the grill where your shrimp, chicken or steak are grilled to perfection. If you choose not to eat fried foods or starches this is all you need to satisfy your palate with an added selection of veggies and salads. We enjoy complimentary dinners, free play money exceptional entertainment with staff who are always organized and friendly and go out of their way for you. Free perks if you play. Thank you Caesars Windsor for being in Windsor.

Hands down the nicest hotel in Windsor. Visited a few times for business. Spazos makes an awesome breakfast. The line at Tims is usually long in the morning but they move pretty fast. Stay away from the breakfast buffet at Johnny Rockets. It's very minimal, order off the regular menu, better food and prices that way. Valet is usually fast and friendly. The casino is world class, one of the best I've been to and the best in Canada. Quite a few rather rude casino workers but what can you do. Overall, my favorite place to stay in the city.

Great place all around. Spottless rooms. Perfect view of waterways. Great places to eat. Casino & entertainment is phenomenal. Great shopping on premises. Everything is within arms reach. Has a good gym facility.

We hadn't been to the market buffet in about 10 years and I thought it had gone downhill. There were literally one or two servers. A lot of the choices we're needing refilling. The price was a little high for lunch in my opinion.

I can only speak for the casino portion here, but I had a good time. Pretty standard stuff, a lot of gaming tables as well as machines. Staff were friendly, as we're the dealers & pit bosses. Drinks were average price for a casino.

Very nice casino with a huge variety of slots. Although it can get busy on the weekend or show nights there always seem to be available machines. Decent food options to cater to most tastes. The rooms are nicely maintained with some having spectacular views of the Detroit skyline

Went to see a comedy show. Venue was clean. Rooms were clean. Drove four hours and our check-in was delayed for over an hour. They gave us a 40$ food credit to make up for it which was nice. That hiccup was the reason for the loss of a star. Not bad overall.

Been to many concert at Caesars. Brad Paisley was amazing tonight. Seats are comfortable, sound is good. Ushers show guests to their seats If needed. They also have a very helpful and friendly elevator attendant.

Pretty nice casino. Very clean, and friendly staff. It has a smoking area but it's closed off so those of us who don't smoke can enjoy the casino with ease. Also has a great buffet with excellent food and dessert choices. Well worth checking out!

Newly renovated and the rooms are excellent. Having said that tried to reach staff to have a wine bottle opener brought to the room. With no answer on any of the lines in the evening 5:30 PM and an extremely rude concierge on the morning this only gets 3 stars. To bad. I will not visit again.

The hotel is beautiful, but not worth what their charging per room. Spotty wifi. Couldn't get a signal that while stay in the hotel. The lights in the bathroom and main room, kept flickering. For a luxury hotel I found it weird that there wasn't any furniture to store your clothes in, even the most basic hotels have that. Left a day early, and had to fight and argue to get a refund for that day.
If you want to gamble and drink this is a very expensive way to fulfill that desire. First time here. And the last

Great service, kids aren't allowed in many places, which I get the casinos but some restaurants too was surprising. Very clean area! Nice walk to the riverfront, easy to find. Small tvs in the room but I guess they don't watch much tv. Loved the pastries!

Caesars Windsor is a scaled down and smaller casino than its Vegas namesake but still provides excellent entertainment and a fun gaming experience. No the drinks aren't free and the payouts smaller than you would get in Vegas but it does give you a feeling of being in a classy casino. I don't know what the regular rooms are like but the suites with a fireplace and lots of space for entertaining are fantastic. With views of the Detroit skyline or the Ambassador Bridge from every window and a guest powder room and luxurious bedroom with a king size bed, it's easy to feel like a high roller. But if you are going planning on winning you might want to rethink your plan.

We went to see Alice Cooper at the coliseum. We were told to sit down 3 times by security. The third time they brought 5 security guards. I explained that after we were asked the first time, we did sit down. It was the people behind us who were being rowdy, not us. But really, if you can't stand up and cheer at a rock and roll concert, where can you. Absolutely unprofessional by the staff. You have all these old problem gamblers who have been comp'd tickets so they don't want to stand up. Ive seen Alice Cooper 3 times now and this was a very watered down show. An all around bad place to see a show. Shame on you Caesars.
