We booked a room at Cesar s for my boyfriends birthday staying April 9-10th 2019; Joseph (#12527) was wonderful at check in! He started our stay off so delightful that I made sure to write his name down for this review. He answered every question we had and gave us amazing suggestions on things to do while at the resort to elevate our experience since this was our first time and we had no idea what we were doing. I know that it is his job to have good customer service but he was outstanding. We had the best time. Thank you, we will be back.
