Great casino option when visiting Windsor. The man...
Great casino option when visiting Windsor. The many floors and the layouts can be confusing.
Great casino option when visiting Windsor. The many floors and the layouts can be confusing.
It was a lovely destination with a lot of (expensive...) Food options that were actually pretty tasty! However the timder date I stayed up with didn't do her part hygiene-wise so I couldn't say it was the most pleasant experience to be had. The hotel was definitely pretty neat though, I'd recommend it
I loved it however my husband had a hard time getting waited on for a drink. Great staff for the hotel and rewards desks. Beautiful room. Thank you so much. We really needed this!
Always nice there.. love that its Non smoking.. wish luck was little better this time...but had good time
Great show tonight. We Will Rock You, The Musical on Tour! Good singing, sound system working perfectly! Don't know why the air conditioning is on so high! Ticket line was smooth. No fiasco like last weekend!
Caesars Windsor is probably the best casino in all of Canada. The club Arius is now just about the only club I'll go to in downtown Windsor. It is clean, safe and the music keeps the dancefloor jumping. I also like that you tend to see all ages here - naturally more young ppl but, not unheard of to see older ppl too. I have spoken with 19 year olds here and 70 yr olds. Love a club that has a mixed crowd.
The room I had in the Forum Tower was nice and comfortable. Loved the king size bed and those pillows we're incredible. We actually tried to buy a couple. Do yourself a favor and skip the buffet.
First the escalator was broke, no one was around to tell you were to go, sat down at 6 machines all had broken chairs causing me to lower to the ground. The escalator was on going up as I'm disabled I went up it and the second escalator was not working, heard a lady yelling not to go up who worked their instead of embarrassing me she should have came up to help me down or something. Machines are tightest I've seen however most staff other then the janitors are very polite and friendly.
Great location and entertainment. Average casino prices.
Neat and nice inside love waterworks in and outside
I stay here so many times a year for 2 or 3 days, and one thing always stays the same. The wifi is absolutely brutal. It always drops in the hotel rooms. Can't connect cell phone or tablet. This is way overdue to be addressed by the facility.
I have been to a lot of the banquets and weddings here. These are usually run well.
I took away one star for the wifi issue, and one star because nothing in life is perfect.
Don't go to Legends at peak eating times. Service is slow and you still wait a while even when there are plenty of empty tables. It feels disorganized and this has been consistent like this over the years. Some days when there is no line it takes forever for an employee to recognize that you're waiting in line for a table. Food is great though, and affordable compared to Johnny Rockets.
Make sure to use your reward credits before you leave the casino if you signed up for Caesar's Rewards. The gift shop and buffet both allow you to use the credits as earned. For example, 3500 credits is $35.
Here is a tip. If you don't want to haul your luggage too far to your car, if you're staying in Forum Tower, use the public parking. If you're staying in Augustus where the hotel check-in is, use the valet. Valet is free but be sure to tip.
TV program they use to be able to order room service, movies, or check out is outdated. I've been to a few hotels this year where you can access Netflix and the software is much more user friendly.
They've removed and updated a lot of the slot machines on the floor. I personally didn't enjoy my gambling experience on my most recent trip. They removed the machines I've been using for 5+ years.
Being that I have a lot of visit time at this casino and see everything there, I just can't give 4 or 5 stars. There are so many more reasons, but if you're only staying here for a night or two and then never again, you probably won't notice a lot of issues and would give 4 or 5 stars.
Great place. Friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend the Vu Bar. Great selection of alcohol.
This is the place to be if you like gambling. I was surprised how little smoke there was. This was my first visit so I don't know if this was a mandatory no smoking or if people just cared more for each other.I played my $5 and lost, but my friend won big time and paid for lunch at a wonderful restaurant at the casino. You can also buy nice jewelry on the main floor, the shopping area. A lot of the jewelry glass on sale. I like all the decorations inside the casino it's worth the trip just to go look at the statues fountains and other decor. There is indoor parking.
Not a gambler but great shows. Best in Detroit/Windsor area hands down and No Smoke!!!
Just last month we finally got to spend the night on the 23 or 24 floor of the hotel. I always thought the rooms would be nice looking but upon entering the room they were even better than I imagined. The King size bed was super comfy, the tv was huge and nice, the view facing the bridge was phenomenal, even the bathroom with the huge bath tub and separate stand up shower with glass doors was awesome. The AC worked perfect. Everything was super clean and spotless. I don't have anything to complain about with this room. I'd love to stay here again one night. Visited the casino, which is fine and all, I just don't care about gambling or slot machines. Still nice to see I guess. The rest of the casino to walk around in is a pleasure to look at and snap some nice photos. Outside is beautiful as well. I highly recommend checking this place out and staying for a night or two. You won't be disappointed, especially if you like gambling.
Always a good time. They have many options for places to eat. Nero's is absolutely amazing! Johnny rockets is so good to they have the best milkshakes I have ever had. The 3 cheese grilled chicken burger is to die for! Legends has some decent food options too with TVs and all different sports games on. The slots are really the only thing I really play. I win sometimes and I lose but you can't win big if you don't play. The smoking area is nice as well. 2 floors of slots so never get bored.
Brunch was about 20 dollars US. Food was good. Just came for day out with family. Gaming was very enjoyable. Win and lost still had fun.
Aussie Pink Floyd concert followed by a little play at the tables. Nice venue.
Absolutely beautiful. So peaceful looking over to Canada from Detroit. Loved it!
Nicest casino I've been to so far. Only problem was the free buffet. The buffet had some foods that were incorrectly prepared and food wasn't restocked as fast as I would like. But overall very nice casino and lots of games to play.
You HAVE to do the buffet....most succulant roast beef EVER....it was like eating a 6 month old calf that was tenderized to death by Mike Tyson in his prime. Staff was super accomodating and the gaming floor was well laid out. Excellent expierence overall.
Was there social distance felt very safe and comfortable played 1secion would go again glad to be back hopefully hotel will open soon love my stay casions
Same as any other casino just with a big name. Is cool though you can see Detroit from across the way.
Nice clean place to go gamble, see a show, or stay the night. The bathrooms are always clean, and staff are quick to address any issues. The one thing I will say is that if you're going to have a drink, they are rather expensive so be prepared for that. Free bottles/pop at the bar though.
Rock on,
-Chad
Check in is typically at 4pm but the front desk found me a room at noon. Clean, spacious room. I generally prefer the Forum tower as it's closer to the poker room but the Augustus tower has the pool. Windsor has great promos and is a nice 3 night trip for anyone looking to do a bit of gambling
Met with Rod Lynds today! He told ne about points I did not know I had! Went shopping, and won some cash! Give this man a raise!!!!
I enjoy the atmosphere and the staff is friendly. The only things I didn't like was that they took away the Artists Cafe. Spago's had a 2 hour wait so our family of 5 went to Johnny Rockets. It was Ok if you want to spend $28 for a burger and fries and a small drink. At the Artists Cafe you had a great variety of choices and desserts and the place held a lot more people than the tiny Johnny Rockets. Next time we will eat first and then head to the casino. The Colosseum has great views and sound quality was great. The people that can't sit there for 2 hours without drinking need help. It's disturbing to have the row of people get up during the performance to have someone go get a drink then I watched them make people get up again to sit down only to have the guy spill his drink on the person in front of him.
Excellent, the hotel was impeccable, the attention was very good and the view to the other side of the city is beautiful at night.
Dine at Nero's steakhouse....fantastic. Both food and service were exceptional. Can't wait to go back

Hotel room was nice & clean. Staff was friendly & helpful. Appreciated their "green" movement they have going on through out the hotel & casino (recycling options in the lobbies, rooms, paper straws, minimizing paper use in the room...). Definitely would recommend & will go back.
Right on the St Clair River looking at a great view of Detroit. Easy to get to from the 401. Fantastic staff with an abundance of knowledge of places to eat and transportation info that saved me time and cost to get to Detroit. The bus station is behind the hotel. Wow
Great place to stay for an evening or weekend. We went to catch a raptors game in Detroit and spending the weekend in Windsor was fantastic!
Went for dinner with family that was visiting from out of town. The food was good and much to choose from. Had a funny, sweet, server. Played a few machines for fun, all around god night out.
The atmosphere and just the whole experience is fantastic. You can see some major musicians and comedians perform. The hotel rooms are excellent and a great selection of restaurants or buffets with mouth watering desserts.
Very nice for my first visit. Nice atmosphere, great food spots and drinks lol. I will be returning very soon. Next time we'll see about 5 stars...
Love coming here to have some fun and relax!! Rooms are fantastic, clean and beautiful. The staff are so nice and friendly. Great escape for my husband and I.
Just went to the casino for the first time. Really friendly staff explaining games and stuff to us. We didn't win but it is definately a fun casino.
Works fast to respond, but at a event they should offer coffee/tea/water for those not drinking alcohol. I was at a wedding and it was only offered at dessert not in between.
A nice spot to have a couple of drinks, play some machines and watch the excitement going on around you... Though we were losers, we still had fun!!
Had a fun day playing slots . the only thing i can say is the Buffett was terrible no cocktail sauce and food was terrible. The pizza was the best of all the foods. I think thats real sad when pizza is better than all the other foods they had
I was here for a wedding. Spectacular view of the river and the Detroit skyline. Enormous portions of delicious food. And there's always the casino, if you're into gambling. ;)
Nery nice casino and resort. Swimming pool is awesome
Amazing security and cameras. I dropped money and didn't realize until later. Security found me to give the money back!
Great place for a quick fun night with friends and family. Also great place for shows...
Made a visit to the Comicon with the grandkids, we all enjoyed it very much
Cool spot to pop in and check out if you're in town
Huge location, close to the border and the staff there are great.
Liked Caesar Windsor casino, scenic view across the US canada boarder .
Very nice casino. Ambiance is cool. There is a good sports restaurant on site. Many slots machines and gaming tables. People were nice. I really had a good time there.
The market place buffet is totally worth a try . You can travel to different continents for food tasting in just one room
The hotel was a nice place to stay with spectacular views from the upper floor room we stayed in. It had a very nice indoor pool and a very nice hot tub although I remember thinking the hot tub wasn't hot enough. The food and service in the casino restaurant was very good. The down side was if you are not enticed by the bells and whistles and bright lights of the slot machines, a casino is a pretty boring place.
Wonderful hotel... I think the best within 100 miles. One mile away from the city of Detroit. Walking distance from the tunnel to the USA. The location is in over of the cleanest and safest areas of the city of Windsor. The beds are super comfortable. The cleanse is the best in any hotel I have stayed in. The staff is amazing. We had a gentleman with the name Antonio (not sure of spelling) in the reception area that helped us. He was a class act. Really this gentleman was an example of how one person can make you think great if a whole resort. Rooms are big. Views are stunning. All clean and comfortable.
We went on tour in July and stayed at Caesars ,,, I love the overall service the staff gave,, The room we stayed was really pretty. Everything was organized. Definitely staying there again and again for our nearby tours.
The hotel room was a good size. Didn't do much at the casino. Pretty much slept and left for the day. Valet parking available. Watch out for hidden fee when u check out. Got charged $22 for a resort fee for not being a players cardholder. Spent $500 for the 2 nights that we spent there and still had a hidden fee presented to me. Check in clerk didnt budge after all the complaining i did. This left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Very displeased about it. Good job Caesars way to stick it to people. How you're getting rich by the$22.
Nicest hotel in the City hands down. Had our wedding here in 2015 and the venue, staff, and food were fantastic. The quality of entertainment being brought in recently keeps going up. Excited to see a local venue with this quality. Be sure to check out a show or stay in the hotel.
Much nicer than any of the casinos in Detroit by far.
Non-smoking makes it more enjoyable for us non-smokers.
Big, roomy, better odds.
I love staying at the Ceasars Windsor when I'm in Canada. It is one of the most beautiful casino hotels I've visited. The riverside rooms are simply gorgeous!! Love it! Love it!
Always something new concerts and the casino as well friendly and helpful
Buffet was excellent. Rooms very clean and staff nice. Service at Cosmos not great but I think most of the bartenders were inexperienced.
The rooms are super clean and the staff are amazing and often go above and beyond
Great looking Casino. Plenty of cash machines located throughout the casino. Plenty of the games that you like to play most. Cons...only one self-serve beverage station in the entire casino. So if it's a busy night and you be prepared to walk to the opposite side of the casino or try to flag down a waitress. Good luck! And if you plan in placing a sports bet, better bring a flashlight inside of Legends because its extremely dim in there. Cant even see the bet slips that's right in front of you.
Very, very nice place. Always clean, staff are always there to help. They put on amazing concerts and have wonderful bands playing the cosmos stage all the time. Only negative is after a concert the long wait to get my ID checked to get back into the casino to see another band playing. Dean Brody and Dallas Smith were absolutely amazing!
Great rooms, beautiful hotel, delicious food at restaurants on site. Lots of gaming.
Great casino. Lots of gaming options. Very clean and well maintained.
Love the food here. Pretty much every restaurant in the place is good quality food. Also when your done eating there are many things to do..
Especially on a show night. Or you can just turn half the calories off your meal just walking back to your vehicle.
Great little casino that has a lot of fun events within all price ranges.
Excellent hotel resort. Rooms and overall building is very clean and staff is super friendly. Great view of the riverside. However some more restaurants should be added
.Rooms clean
.Cosmo's nice bar
.Good Genre of Music
.Quality Concerts
Service @ front desk and room is nice.
Wonderful swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna.
*Tips: Mostly our hotel rooms is located far away from check in counter (near the exit of the casino building) which located in "FORUM TOWER".
Funny was it told us so long search the room because there's no sign to indicate us where's "FORUMS TOWER".
Hint: nearby Tim Horton's (Thank you for the direction from the Security guy!).
Always have a good time here.. wish the buffet was the same as it was back in the casino Windsor days.. it was much better. But besides that everything is pretty great here.. fair drink prices and good table games.
I don't like to gamble but the buffet in the basement is awesome. The dessert buffet is to die for. Pasta and stir fry are made fresh right in front of you.
Excellent customer service. Convenient location. Great quality and standard. Worth the money.
Not to happy about the lack of options with restaurants and variety of foods offered. .. also not great that they doubled the price of deposit required to rent a room.. staff is always friendly and helpful though which is really great
Very clean. Service is good. Everything was comfortable.
Wifi and LAN was fast. LAN was 40Mbit down and 10 up. Was able to bring my PS4 and hook it up to the tv through HDMI. Completed Destiny 2 Raid in hotel room. GG.
Only thing that sucks is the parking is so far away unless you do valet etc. Place is a bit of a maze too but that's expected since it's a decent size casino.
Not a family friendly place at all, it's only for gambling. Get ready for the highway robbery and getting mislead in many ways.
Just one of them is the receptionist when told me at the check-in they charge extra if I don't sign up with their casino Reward program... nice!
Otherwise the room is large, clean and gives a comfortable sleep.
Fabulous stay! A gem in downtown Windsor! Highly recommended! We stayed at the Caesar's hotel for three nights. We had an easy check in with a slight adjustment to our needs that was easily accommodated (we were thankful!!!). The hotel is stunning...the color schemes, the decor, the artwork...a gorgeous sight for Windsor to be proud of!
Our room was spotless, classy and overlooked the city with a wonderful view of the river and the Ambassador Bridge. The coffee in the room was on par with any great coffee company.
The valet service was wonderful, easy and they did not keep us waiting. Housekeeping, check in and concierge were professional, polite and did not make you feel like you were burdening them with what you may need.
The casino, the restaurants...all elegant. Thank you!!
Great customer service. The market buffet was a bit pricey but the selection you are offered is huge. Food was great as was the servie. The hotel room was clean and very nice. Jacuzzi tub was very relaxing. We will be back!!
Like the variety of slot games.have a good time every time I go to play.
I don't like gambling myself.... but it's really nice in there
Great place to go spend some time with your family or friend in Windsor. The win/loss ratio is quite good here for me from my personal experience ( I don't pay that much so play at your own risk). Staff is very friendly and this place is super clean. Love the whole atmosphere here.
Great games, friendly staff. Highly recommend the Shrimp Cocktail from room service, sounds crazy as it's nowhere near the ocean but the shrimp are super fresh somehow. I can't give 5 stars as smoking is still allowed in many of the rooms here, very smelly. Great views.
I Have a great time, every time I go!.. The rooms are beautiful.
