Great facilities. Love Neros!!!! Spa and fitness is great. Casino always treats me well!
Rooms need to be cleaned better. Especially for $230 plus a night

I just was at there again the other night. I had a suite in the agustus tower. Great room but again dirty. Had old water bottles, hair on the pillows, white residue around the shower.
Room service in the morning was horrible. I think my food was cooked half hour before I got it.

Will have to consider a different hotel when I am in Windsor now.
