Hotel service was incredible!! I went to ceasars hotel for summer and I loved it!! The pool is so pretty. And I was shocked that there were multiple pools. The hotel rooms were incredibly big. The price of everything was fairly priced. I love how there are multiple shops such as Gucci and Chanel IN the hotel. This was a very enjoyable experience for me and my family. Definitely would recommend.
And I also love how this hotel is basically close to any location so you don t have to wait in the car for hours to go to brunch or somewhat. The view from the room was spectacular. Definitely worth it.

What fun! Fantastic restaurants and ambiance. If I can next time I go to Vegas, I hope to stay at the hotel. We ate at Bobby Flay's restaurant. Great food. Watched a performance where the statues come alive. Great gambling.

Don't get me wrong Caesars is a beautiful property and I highly recommend it as one of your stops when you visit Vegas. Having stayed there however I was a bit blown away by some of the nickel and dime nonsense that we experienced. We got charged for using the wifi as well as for using the pool. We get it there's a tax for all hotels in Vegas and you cant go most places without the idiotic weight monitored snack money pit or the zero fridge space mini bar but SOME things should be included in the room rate. Additionally you should know at Caesars that your not going to find budget friendly minimums but at 3 AM when you have multiple dealers twiddling their thumbs maybe consider lowering it. Overall I love walking through this place but I don't think I will stay there again.

Great location with great architectural designs. You will feel like you are in Greece. Nice designs of iconic statues and water fountains. Interior building design is first class. Food and service is great! If you wanna feel the experience of Greece, this is the place.

Went to Bacchanal. So many choices, none of them bad. Crab legs, shrimp in black bean sauce and chicken tamale were my faves, but I didn't have enough room in my stomach to try everything, although I made the effort. ALL of the dessert was divine! Worth the $65.

The 2 bedroom suite we stayed at was okay. Looks a little bit old imo but Caesars has been here for a really long time so..

This is kind the norm for the hotels now but just in case.
The room doesn't provide toothpastes, toothbrush, razors, shaving cream, and etc. Those items you will have request from them. They do give you shampoo, body wash, and conditioner.

Quality of service depends on the people there. Some was extremely nice and helpful. Others wasn't.

Location was very central. Right in the middle of the strip. The pros for this is you can pretty much walk anywhere. The cons is that if you taxi you get stick in the traffic really bad.

Got married here but did not get a room upgrade which was a bit disappointing. Their pools are fantastic and their team of stylist are phenomenal. My make up and hair person bailed on me the day before my wedding and the local team at the spa rescued me. They are extremely talented and careful. I am forever grateful for their work! The Venus garden is a wonderful spot for a small outdoor wedding. Thank you to the events team for organizing.

My impression is they have lost the skill of customer service. Kiosk told me my room wasn't ready. Did not get room until 6:17. That's over two hours late Then 20 minutes on hold to get my bags delivered. Went to get it myself. Carried my bags because policy is not to let us use their baggage carriers. They had a fridge in room and they would allow me to use it for 75.00. It was a learning experience for me.

I loved my experience here at Caesars Palace as the shopping area is excellent and has two fantastic art galleries worth seeing. I had dinner at Mesa Grill and enjoyed the meal and atmosphere with my family. I hope to stay here next time I'm in Vegas.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Service is terrible. Had my wedding which suppose to be our special day and me and several family members could not even park valet in the casino and were turned away. This in turn made us late for our wedding . Parking attendants are very rude, bell desk took forever to bring our luggage up, and to top it off the room stink of marijuana. The wedding was rushed and ruined the whole experience. I will caution everyone to skip this place. Customer service is very poor. Plenty other hotels to choose from.
Zero stars from me!

Beautiful looking both on the inside and outside of this hotel. I didn't stay here for my 3 days in Vegas, but walked around the main floor during my time there. From their prized buffet, to the pool area in back of the hotel, I felt welcomed being a non guest there. I will definitely keep Ceasar's Palace an option in my mind for that next trip back to sin city. Overall a classic place to be on the strip.

Caesars was fine. The conference areas were great! The Palace tower rooms are recently refurbished and are nice! The casino is a little more smoky than others but has a nice clientele. Indoor restaurants are plentiful and very good. Caesars is still challenged with handling the tax exempt status from our credit union.

I only went to Caesar palace to view property, and find out if any shows are available. Great views, and nice place to people watch. Very interesting characters around Las Vegas in general. You can definately tell property management takes great care of their property, and attention to details. I want to say we'll done.

Great hotel with gorgeous rooms. We stayed in the Octavius tower and had a view of their gorgeous pools. The only downside was they started music at the pools around 8 while it wasn't super loud it was noticeable. We didn't mind to much because we loved our room and the hotel that much. Will definitely be staying again.

I'm not a huge fan of Vegas but I could wander through Caesars over and over, except the smoky casino, that I could skip. But the shops, and the different restaurants we ate at were top notch.

Very nice hotel. Room was nice and clean and I had a nice view of the pool from my window. Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin so you hear everything in the rooms next to you and in the hallways. We got breakfast one morning and they said it would take 30 minutes and we ended up waiting an hour and they forgot our drinks. I don t regret staying here but I won t be staying here again.

Amazing Hotel with some of the best restaurants on the strip. I appreciate how easy it was to call and email Caesar's staff to book dinner reservations for work months in advance. Really a great customer experience.

We stayed at the Caesar's Palace, Nobu hotel. The only reason cesar's is getting a 3 is because the nobu room was nice and the staff was courteous. The only gripe I had with nobu in particular was that I wasn't aware of there being a $200 deposit at the time of check-in. This was on top of the resort fees, taxes, and the previously paid reservation fees that I knew about. I didn't care for that part of my check-in process, as my room was booked in advance online. I paid it, but, a little heads up would have been nice. The concierge stated the fee should have been broken down in my confirmation email. I reread my confirmation email, and all fees were itemized, however, there was no mention of a $200 deposit...not even in the fine print.

Other than that minor unpleasantness, nobu was nice, food was kind of pricey, but, I expected that based on the hotel. Caesar's casino ... I don't have an interest in going back. They weren't too kind to my husband, and that rubbed me the wrong way. There was an unruly guest at one of the tables in which he gambled, and an altercation ensued between that guest and staff. Hubby left the scene for his safety and ended his game play for the evening. The following evening, he was approached by hotel security and confronted with questions of "his involvement" in the altercation! He was not able to leave until security was satisfied with his answers. Not cool. We were paying guests, that tipped our room service, and cleaning staff, and were just looking to relax and have fun.

These events made both of us uncomfortable and we left the Caesar's Palace with a bad taste in our mouths. Nobu was nice, and luckily I won some money on the slot machines. I just am not certain if we'll be booking there again

Less than impressed. Glad I didn't stay here. People were not friendly and the buffet is overpriced and overrated. Costs more for lunch here than the dinner buffet at the Wynn, which had better quality options and where they are extremely polite and friendly. The shopping and food seems overpriced compared to the same or similar stores/comparable restaurants in L.A. People walking through bump right into you. Didn't experience that at The Venetian.

Cool place to walk around, gamble, and shop at. There's a lot to do here, espeially if you want to shop at the forum. There's a cool show where the statues of the gods come alive. Definitely worth a visit. We come here just about every time we visit. It's just a really neat place.

The Fountains in this place are absolutely astounding! we walked through looking at the different fountains and artwork throughout the hotel and they were absolutely wonderful. We are still trying to find the Trevi Fountain though!

Hotel was ok but as a nonsmoker - this casino/hotel desperately needs to have their ventilation system upgraded!! Vibe was not as upscale as other casino/hotels in the area and restaurant options limited.

Nice Hotel and incredible location. You can literally survive on their premises as you can find everything from hairdresser, groceries, clothes to ice cream shops, a gym, Casinos and so on. The room prices are comparably expensive but in the middle of the strip so i would recommend to stay somewhere else but visit it.

Beautiful hotel with very clean and beautiful rooms, fit for a Roman king or queen. The poker room here is one of the best as it is large and quiet. Most other casinos have shrunk their poker rooms significantly, but not Caesars.

Since they opened Omnia, the hotel has been a lot more packed and rowdy. Never had much luck gambling here though, unfortunately.

From the concerts to the rooms, the service, the stunning visual ambiance and the shopping, easily my favorite Las Vegas casino and hotel on the Strip. Like mama says, If you cant afford it, stay yo butt at home. (Mama always was a classy dame.)

Let's get the obvious out of the way. This place is expensive. Every meal for 2 will run you $50+. Gambling is expensive as well. The payback feels slightly tighter here. That being said, the hotel is really nice. The service is spot on. The amenities are all there. Anything you need, any time of night. There is tons to do. They have a show called Absinthe right out front and it's the best show I've seen. There is a pool for everyone. You will be overwhelmed. Thats Vegas. All in all, if you've got the money, it's a great place to spend it.
