High end shopping. Architecturally it was MAGNIFICENT!
Over hyped and not worth the money, pools are small and service pool side in just plain bad. Next time I ll stay elsewhere
Such a beautiful resort! Lots of great shopping at all price points. Bacchanal buffet was delicious. They have great service and are consistent or better with the 3 visits I've had since they've opened.
Our shuttle dropped us here every day so it became our base. The rewards cards are good at a lot of casinos. The complex is really really big. Took a while to get oriented. Lots of places to eat.
New tower, this was my dream hotel to stay here, and I got the chance, it's a beautiful room but I just expected more. The pool is gorgeous as well as the grounds.
Beautiful hotel. The attention to detail in the design and atmosphere is simply astonishing.
Ceasars feature a coutre fountain of the gods. The water flows freely and the garden is relaxing especially if your pockets are lite. The casino has an upscale feel with the roman flare. Hail Ceasar....no hell can I get a comp!
Stayed at the Nobu hotel inside, really great value for the price.
One of my favorite hotels in Vegas! I visit every time I'm in town. I'm obsessed with the Roman aesthetic and they take it to a grandiose extreme. The entry way, casino, and shopping mall are decadent and extravagant to an extreme. I bought my very first pair of Ray-Bans here so it's very close to my heart. :)
Express check in would not work and once I was checked in they did not give me a king room as requested and confirmed months ago. Frustrating but still a nice room.
This hotel and casino has a beautiful exterior as well as inside. The parking attendees were very helpful in directing me to my destination. The only problem I had was the cashier window we're very slow in helping customers cash in their chips. The express line had only two people in line with two windows and the regular line had ten people in iine with one window but she still took the VIP person over everybody else.
Love the ancient roman theme. They have a great buffet, spacious poker room. Hotel is at a great location. Casino is spacious and has most games. However, be aware that the crowd tends to be a bit older than say cosmopolitan which is more hip.
A finest hotel with finest shopping centers. Replica of Roman Empire
Went for buffet. Good but the line for the seafood was way too long. Need a better system or bigger staff.
Great place for visitors to soak up the atmosphere and visit all the stores
Overall positive experience at Caesars Palace, but a bumpy check-in process prevents me from awarding five stars (and the customer service rep (Ralph) we spoke to is who saved this review from three stars. Upon arrival we attempted to use the self check-in kiosk. Despite arriving after check-in time (4:00 PM), the kiosk told us our room was not yet ready and that it would e-mail us when it was. We were exhausted from a long drive up from San Diego, so we checked our luggage with the bell desk and went to find something to eat. Two hours elapsed and still no e-mail notifying us our room is ready; it's 6:30 PM at this point, and that's absolutely ridiculous. Moreover, it seems as though many, many other people were experiencing the same problem based on conversations we were overhearing, and a line had formed at the customer service desk in the check-in/registration area.
After waiting in line for another 20 minutes, we finally got to talk to a customer service rep, Ralph. Ralph was sympathetic, apologized for the inconvenience, and explained that the self check-in kiosk was inflexible and wouldn't just re-assign us to another room itself. Ralph got us a great room overlooking the Bellagio fountains that was in line with our original reservation (non-smoking king in the Augustus tower) but that he said was better than the room the kiosk had assigned (and that STILL wasn't ready).
I would recommend that if you attempt check-in via self-service kiosk and it tells you your room is not available yet, to proceed immediately to customer service and request a similar room. I would also suggest to Caesars Palace management that they need to revisit the self-service kiosk idea and have their vendors refine the kiosks' capabilities and, in particular, increase the kiosks' flexibility to re-assign rooms as well as increase transparency (such as providing an estimate as to when the room might be ready, and advising that if a room is needed sooner to visit the customer service desk).
Otherwise, the room itself was in great shape. The shower in our king bedroom in the Augustus Tower has a major design flaw in which water easily leaks despite the glass door being closed, soaking the floor and anything sitting on the floor (such as the clothes you just shed before getting into the shower). Each morning we had to use some of the spare towels to wipe up the water. It's a major slipping hazard that guests should be aware of!
I'm not a fan of the "touch anything and we'll charge you" minifridge that precludes personal use (unless you want to pay $75/day), but I know that's a problem at other hotels on the Strip as well (personally experienced that at the ARIA a few years ago). Not saying it's right or okay (I don't think it is, especially not for the prices you pay for on-Strip accommodation), but just the way it is and something to be aware of (don't expect to be chilling your own bottles of water).
Room service brought up an excellent chocolate torte that my wife and I split as dessert on our anniversary; just the right portion size for two people, and they managed to get it to us in half an hour in the early evening. Room service staff and everyone else we interacted with was universally friendly and helpful, which we appreciated greatly.
The Caesars Total Rewards card is not worth signing up for if you're just an occasional visitor to the Las Vegas Strip; I barely put a dent in the point requirement to edge up to the next tier during the course of a three-night stay, some gambling, and three meals in-house. Had a similar experience with MGM's card a few years back during our stay at the ARIA, so this is probably a universal phenomenon.
Didn t know what to expect knowing I was coming for a visit but everything and more is just WOW. Hope you have such a good time as we did. :-)
Fabulous hotel on the strip, decadent yet with a modern feel. Fabulous aquarium at the Neptune show which was great. Cheesecake Factory here which is lush
The location was extremely convenient, very well placed. Being right off the strip is wonderful. I wasn't a guest so I didn't have any room experience. The staff throughout the whole place was very helpful. I came off the strip into the hotel to cool off from the hot sun, and also because I was lost. The staff was helpful and professional. Sights were beautiful.
Very large shopping area and lots to eat. The main downside is of course the price for most of the shops. I feel live it's wasted space as you can see most stores never have anyone inside. Otherwise the atmosphere is great. I can not confirm that coke can or can not be purchased here. Filthy Pepsi is everywhere in Vegas!
Can t describe my stay yet. I m waiting in line for my players card and they think that this will incentivize us to spend more money gambling. Or are points not important to the player experience. wow how short sighted can you be. Very few in this line will achieve diamond or seven star status, but they will remember waiting in this line and be treated like a second class player in Caesars Casino.
Nice place, not best I ever stayed but nice. I travel with large vehicle so oversize parking is missing.
Hotel room service and cleaning service is on its standard......yeah I will come again. :-)
Caesars Palace is a classic and modern Vegas all in one. I had the amazing experience of getting a room with a great view and fairly large jacuzzi.
Caesars has it all from an amazing casino, to fine dinning, to enjoying a snack in their large food court. The theater and night club experiences are definitely memorable.
It is also great that it opens directly into a large shopping plaza.
We never have a bad experience here. There is something for everyone
Haven't been at property for 2 years wow!!! Great service from the registration to the check out...from my phone!!! They have moved into the tech age and it was easy...you can even download a map of property and bring your dog! Food and drinks good even for a holiday. And of course my girl Mariah put me in the Xmas mood she was good....
If you ever want to go to casino and Shopping Mall Caesars Place is the Best !!!
It is huge. I went and got make up done at friends place here. Truly breathtaking as far architectual design however, I wouldn't want to wake up n see all these Caesar statues everywhere on my own personal note but the fountains were gorgeous.
The amount of cigarette smoke in the hotel and casino is unbearable. Your clothes will reek when you leave even after just a few minutes. Nice hotel otherwise but it was impossible to stay after about 15 minutes.
The hotel and casino are up and running. I think that they have tried very hard to provide as much of the original experience as possible. They require masks, have plastic shields everywhere, and most of the major amenities seem to be open. The place is still pretty empty. This, I think, is out of their control. Hopefully things will get better soon
Most of the shops were closed. Spas were not available.
Just like the movie Hangover . Caesars palace is a great place to stay in las vegas. Check out the pools. Buy a blue drink at the pool, nothing better
We had dinner at Hell's Kitchen. Great food and even better service. Great night. The sticky pudding is a must have.
Great hotel mostly all restaurants were open except the buffet. Gets busy with mostly people from the strip
Cleopatras Barge was a quaint comfortable place to watch entertainment
My most frequented place to stay in Vegas. Nice casino, some of the best high stakes areas, and prob the best combination of great restaurants in one establishment in the entire world.
Shops and casino were beautiful. Must visit while on the strip.
Great place to stay & the gambling really didn't pay off
Beautiful place.clean..employees are friendly...exotic place i spend lot of time in the pool and it was live music...i really anjoyed..nice shopping center .I like the forum shop and all the design and all the architectures is beautiful
Room was disappointing. For the same price you can stay at a nicer hotel
Caesars Palace Las Vegas ........absolutely fantastic. The architecture is amazing right down to the fine details. The casino is large and roomy with alot of interesting slots.
Fabulous weekend at Caesars palace. We got a newly remodeled room and it was amazing. Very spacious and roomy. Lots of light, great location and close of everything. Beautiful lobby, wonderful shops with a variety of eateries.
Beautiful hotel, great place to gambler or just watch and have a few beverages. Barry
Loved it. Shopping at forum was nice. Not all patrons were masking up and not heading social distancing..Loved the casino but it was busy like grand CENTRAL STATION
One of the top tourist destinations on the Strip. The shopping mall located next door is worth a visit. Check around online to find discounted show tickets.
Was here for a company event and really enjoyed the place. It's classic Vegas and it still takes has corners of places and shops that surprise any regular.
Room #3691 stayed in this room for 3 nights. Fountain view. The room is beautiful. It gets really hot in there during the day because of the sun so if you leave. Just be sure to close the curtains and have the AC on so you come back to a cool room! They have a fridge full of goodies, all monitored by weight. Loved the view so much! The fountain at night We had no issues with the room, staff at the hotel check in was very friendly and knowledgeable!
Beautiful all around! Lots of high end shopping. Food court was awesome, huge casino floor. They have a few very nice bars inside as well.
Saw James Taylor concert here, the venue was impressive and had great sound
Packed with many options to enjoy during your stay. The scenery is wonderful with kind staff. The conference center is vast and can support very large crowds with ease. Has access to many bars and restaurants with view of the floor, making it easy to meet up with friends.
Large casino to satisfy gambling desire and many stores inside for shopping convenience. Very nice!
I didn't stay here but attended a conference. It's really a very nice hotel with one of the best malls I've ever been in. Even if you don't stay here be sure to go to the buffet here called Bacchanal.
It's nice to shop inside and stay out of the heat. I loved the pools and the casinos weren't too packed but room service sucked. I paid 6x the price for a pizza and they delivered it COLD! That and the fact that you have to pay for coffee in your room those two things won't bring me back.
Great location and the restaurants and pool were fantastic. We previously stayed at the Wynn, which had nicer rooms but offered less in location, entertainment, and value for the price.
So very fancy. It's quite expensive but it's worth it to go at least once or twice. The very large lobster is worth it!!!!! I would not get the claws again but we at least had to say we had them once in our lives. I think they would be a lot better if they served them warm. The appetizers were outstanding. Definitely book a reservation. Parking is rock star. Pull up to valet. If you've ever been in Vegas you know parking is a struggle.
Had a great time here. The rooms are well decorated and offers lots of facilities. The staff on the desk were nice and very helpful. Five stars!
The food & beverages are so delicious! Customer service is great!
Love the food and shopping area of the hotel. The pub was a lot of fun.
Absolutely gorgeous wedding venue. Our friends had a wonderful ceremony and the dinner / reception at Trevi was amazing.
Well designed, good mix of themed elements, dining and shopping
What's not to love about this place, slots, drinks, and games. The service is great. And the waitresses are always ready to take an order.
One of the best places on the strip, total luxury and glamour
Cool fountain of God's show. Neat to see all the high-end retailers
It's nice and has some nice shops around it. The only drawback is the crowds. It's way too crowded and they seem a little overwhelmed.
Customer service was very professional and patient with us. We had a problem but they help out tons. I was very surprised since it was very busy, so thanks a lot!
Very cool hotel. The forum shops were super cool. Omnia night club was the best nightclub we have been to. Highly recommend it.
My wife has been a role model employee for 20 years Caesars Palace has taken great care of us
The casino and rooms are stunning and up to date, room service for breakfast is well worth it, and it is expensive but that's the price for being lazy or just wanting that pampered feeling. The fault I gave this casino like most casino's on the strip is that checking in before 3-4pm is impossible and the call/text when the room is ready service doesn't work either or they just don't use it. Really is a pain to arrive at noon from a flight and have to wait around without being able to shower or anything. Even with checking the bags in the meantime we had to wait because the bell desk put them in the basement for what ever reason only to be told we had to go outside and wait for them which was another 20 min wait after finally getting our room key. Like I said though, hotel is very nice.
This Place Is A Palace You Dont Need to Go Anywhere else This Place Serves All Your Needs Amazing I will Be Back
Loved the hotel. The restaurants are great and the pool staff was quick for drinks. The restaurant near the entrance that serves breakfast was awesome! The only negative was that they opened the pool early sometimes and we weren t aware so there were no chairs open to sit in.
A great place but they've stopped some services (like ordering food from the bar by the pool) and the pool heaters aren't always on. Stop skimping, your supposed to be the best hotel on the strip.
Food quality above all was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. You didn't have to argue with the carving station because you wanted more meat. There was a good variety of food to choose from. This was by far the best buffet in Vegas and I have been to quite a few. My hats off to all of the staff.
