I decided to treat my cousin to the buffet for his birthday. Imagine my surprise when it's brunch and came out to about $93 for two on a Monday. Well, the food was good but compared to when the buffet was first remodeled, it's quality has gone down. Again, the food is good. Just not as good as it's original remodelled debut. For having brunch, they sure did take away the breakfast items real quick which was around 1030ish. I'll probably not eat here again with the quality it is versus the price. It's just not worth it.

Saw my first show in Las Vegas here at Caesar's palace and it turned out to be a concert to remember. We had great seats for Elton John, not only for the show, but as a result of our seating we were able to get up on stage with others in the front rows to walk around the band and take once in a lifetime pictures and videos of Elton playing " Saturday night's alright for fighting ". Truly a memorable experience and one forever cast in our hearts and minds. Enjoy some of the pictures and videos of the show. We know we'll be looking at them for years.

The hotel and casino area are very nice and the decorations feel very Roman. However, the prices are very high. A reasonable lunch is about twice as expensive as it should be. They have nice eating options in the casino including upscale places, but the casual eats are way over priced. The conference space is very nice and the facilities are well done.

Well we didnt stay in this hotel but visited for food, shopping and experience. A mall in itself, the hotel boasts the best of roman gods and offers an out of the world experience when one takes a promenade. A must visit if you are in LV.

A must-visit just for the pomp and circumstance. Elaborate architecture, stunning skybox in the Forum Shops, fantastic restaurants, window shopping at high-end retail. The buffet is a delight, be sure to try the crab legs.

Room: (Octavious tower) clean. Spacious

Service: the customer service person which texted me was very responsive. Very good.
The housekeeping/bar attendant was very poor. Warning: do not touch/knock over/use the fridge unless you want to incur outrageous charges to your room bill. $75 charge if you use it to cool your water bottle.

Parking: you will be charged$18 /night even if you stay at the hotel.

The value and customer service at Caesars is extremely poor. Rates are very high for a sub standard hotel experience.
Signage is poor. Navigating the facility is difficult without clear maps or directions.
Food options are poor and overpriced.
Cleanliness is lacking across the whole facility, and I'll say again, the service is terrible. If this is 5 stars, AND they charge the rates they do, they should treat you like royalty, I mean basic kindness.

I was assigned a room number and when I presented it was not the appropriate room that I reserved, necessary for the number of people in my party. This added an additional 30 minutes returning to the desk dragging luggage.

Upon entering my correct room:
-food crumbs all over the desk/counter area
-lamp does not work
-I noticed blood on the wall in my shower
-batteries in TV remote basically dead-impossible to use TV

For medical needs a fridge apparently can be provided, however they do not tell you this until they put a $75 charge on your bill for putting anything much less opening the "minibar" fridge in the room.

Jose (I believe) Chavez, a manager at the front desk lacks professionalism or courtesy when I tried to discuss this unnecessary charge and explain my medical need. He tried to claim a "recalibration" is necessary and was unwilling to remove the charge. They claim there is a sign on the door but it is not visible due to poor lighting, the Minibar is inside a cabinet and it is dim.

Somehow solicitors were allowed to put flyers under my door daily. This is inappropriate.

I will not be staying here again. There was too much headache involved in this stay for it to be worth the ghastly rates. I will make sure I share my experience with friends, family, and others in my professional network also here for this conference, totalling 1,600 professionals.

Unacceptable. I advise you to look elsewhere.

*also, if you keep scrolling through these reviews, you will see multiple copy and paste of the same review from different account names giving 5 stars. Hmm..sounds like Caesars is trying to pad their ratings.

Caesars Palace did a fantastic job helping produce the inaugural #PAY event.

The hotel provided great rates for our delegates, as well as wide variety of entertainment, dining and shopping experiences - all under one roof.

Upon check-in I received a room with a fantastic view of the Garden of the Gods pool area.

The newly renovated rooms were super nice at a very affordable price for my guests and production staff.

The conference area was clean, well setup per our agreed upon instructions. The breakout sessions, meals and networking reception went smoothly without a hitch.

The Encore A/V team was great and their setup provided a great audio and video experience for all the delegates attending.

The food was well prepared, delicious and was beautifully presented and served by a non obtrusive staff of experts.

I can highly recommend Caesars Palace for almost any scale of event.

From intimate meetings to full blown trade show floor you can trust Caesars to provide great service and value for all your event needs.

I haven't stayed there but we did visit the grounds around the hotel and it was so pretty. Took lots of pictures of the fountains as we walked through. They even have a shrine which I tried taking a picture of but my phone was overheating. Can't even imagine what the hotel is like as just the surrounding had impressive structures and statues. There was also a bar right next to Hell's Kitchen.

Such an amazing place! We didn't stay here but we came to view the hotel & casino & we ate at Bacchanal Buffett!
Lots of restaurants & shops but Caesar's Palace definitely exceeded my expectation!

Depending on which tower you are in, the hotel is either pretty nice or barely a step above Circus, Circus. And, most of the room air conditioners are barely functional regardless of which tower you are in. Like many things in the hotel, it's dated and in need of some updating, though has looked that way for a while now and doesn't seem to be happening any time soon.

Little consistency as far as customer service, much like the difference between which tower you are in - my check-in this year was pleasant and the hotel accommodating. For some of my colleagues, it was anything but. Last year, I was miserable the moment I checked in and counted down the business days until my trip would end. A few of my coworkers seem to be in that boat this year - it's miserable.

Giving a 3 star rating as an average score between the 4 of the better tower vs. the 2 their ghetto tower deserves.

Hotel is great. Staff can be hard to deal with. Lack of ownership and empathy! I guess they know people will come to them, so why deliver the 5 star experience service with the 5 star name to go with it!?

Homestead Restaurant is beyond delicious and our waiter was a master at customer service.
I hadn't been in LV for twenty years and I was thrilled that Caesars is still top notch.
Thank you for an amazing vacation.

One of the beautiful luxury hotel in Las Vegas. Amazing ambience and great customer service. Entire hotel is very clean and we'll maintained. Great street view from the hotel room. No coffee makers are available in the room. Free WiFi. Parking is not free. Casino is very crowded and busy all the time. It is expensive. No free breakfast. Pets friendly.

We had dinner at The Palm Steakhouse. They were able to get us a last-minute reservation when several other places couldn't so that was nice. The steak was cooked well, but I don't think it was USDA Prime so that was disappointing. Still very good, just not over the top. The waiter was very friendly. Our food did take quite a while so we spent more time there than we planned to, but it's worth trying for yourself.

So, we visited the Forum Shops at Caesars, and wow. They are just awesome. The 3 kids just loved the King Triton fire show by the Nike store. Evelyn and I loved the shopping and the restaurants are top noch. No complaints at all. Just a mid to high end experiance that anyone would love. Also, just as a side note, what a gift to Vegas that there is a NOBU restaurant that offers the Wagu A5 Steak. Unreal...

Great experience, food was pricey but if you didn't know that going here you didn't read anything online. Had the beef welington and my wife had the salmon. Positive was even though it was pricey we were not disappointed at all. We choose this restaurant for our 20th wedding anniversary and we are glad we did.

This hotel although it's beautiful they nickel and dime their guests for every thing, even the wifi, smh. Shame on them! I'll continue to stay at Mandalay Bay where the room amenities are MUCH better

The place is clean, with plenty of visible staff. We didn't get to enjoy the amenities as we were visiting the The Coliseum to see Mariah Carey.

We passed through and watch some of the tables. All looked in order and the employees were nice to those playing. We also passed by the sports area, that area is amazing with dozens of comfortable looking seats with dozens of screens playing sports!

We'll be back to truly enjoy the amenities!

Put on your walking shoes!! BEAUTIFUL inside and out! There were so many elements that are mesmerizing in this place! Make sure to visit the art galleries, even if you're not into art it is gorgeous!!

Had the best time at Return of the Butterfly, Mariah Carey was great, had a blast with my sister just wish my sister was able to see her in person, maybe next time. Cant wait to make another trip, this is a great hotel, had lots of fun!

Being a local resident I enjoy shopping on the strip especially at the luxury brands, but it's frustrating being racially profiled while shopping. Oftentimes, I take my teens with me on these jaunts and they too have experienced being profiled. The funny thing is we spend money only to watch the visitors not spending be the ones actually stealing. So frustrating

Cesar's was a perfect place to stay during my first ever trip to Vegas. Our room was big, modern, and clean. The pool complex is beautiful, and there are so many restaurants and attractions that you could spend an entire weekend and never leave Cesar's.

Very nice sports bar, plenty of slot machines, but layout is cumbersome, and they stop everyone that many look under age, which gets very ignoring after a while. Service is slow. ( They don't do the wrist straps no more).

Caesar s Palace was just absolutely gigantic! The casino itself was pretty cool, organized and not overcrowded when I was there. I ate at two restaurants, an Italian one maybe called Trevio? And one right in front of one of the casinos and I got Caesar salads at both ironically! But the Caesar salads were absolutely amazing, best salad I ve had in my entire life :) The service was great wherever I was, and it was beautiful!

The Baccanal buffet had a lot of food items from various parts of the world. However, I was expecting the food to be much more flavorful for the price they charged for a Sunday night dinner buffet. Most of the food items were bland. For example the prime rib could have used a bit more garlic, salt, rosemary, etc. The Korean short ribs could have used more sauce and also could have used some tenderizing. The desserts (gelato and cakes) however, were delicious.

This is a 100% must do in Vegas. It suprised all of us and surpassed everyone's expectations. Even just walking around was an incredible experience. Nightclubs, pools, great food - this place has it all and so much more.

The room I received didn't have the best view but it was the only one available for the group of people I was staying with. This was a bit disappointed but understandable. The buffet was good but less than my expectations after hearing it's one of the best in the world.

A place for kings, I loved the room they gave me. Breathtaking views. Every angle is meant to be photographed. Amongst all hotels in the periphery this one stands out. Loved the place.

Palace tower-- Little over rated. Costly. Dont touch the snacks in your room unless you want to pay for them!

Casino-- high cost, dollar avg per game spin.
Drinks-- horrible. Couldn't even get into bar area, never given a drink at machines, and the few mixed drinks weren't very good. 36 dollars for 2 small drinks. Not impressed.

Great atmosphere, plenty of gaming machines, very helpful employees. Food was delicious. I lost an earring and it was actually returned to me despite there being 100s of people in attendance.

Free sanitizer everywhere, machines set for social distancing use, machine cleaning/sanitizing cloths available everywhere. Face mask policy in use. Felt very secure at this location.

Kind of a whirlwind getting in there, much like Vegas. But the staff are friendly and helpful. Wasn't long until I felt very comfortable. Rooms are very nice Would definitely stay again.

Overall a nice hotel. We were there for a convention but we have a service dog. Unfortunately the only dog potty spot is a 20 minute hike across the entire hotel which is ridiculous for a person who needs a service animal. And the potty spot is just a green carpet under a sun umbrella...not impressive for a hotel that is supposed to be high class. Other hotels we have stayed in have much nicer accommodations for service animals.
The saving grace for this hotel is the great people who work here. They are friendly and helpful.

Love Caesars at Christmas but it's not going to be the same this year.

One positive is at least it seems like the nightmare of the Eldorado sale may finally be settled at last!

Hopefully Metro PD is getting the troublemakers out of town as that was another reason we stayed away.

Too expensive. Resort fee covers zero. No refrigerator coffee or microwave in room. Housekeeping cost extra. $60 for a chair at the pool and must wear mask even though its outside. Worst vacation ever.

[Update 12/26/2019] I am giving one more star from one star to two since the valet company called me and updated me on the situation. They put a city alert on my car's plate number. They seem to be doing something for now.

[Situation on 12/25/2019]
My car was stolen from Caesars Palace on Christmas day 2019. I may have dropped the valet ticket and it was worse than dropping my car key. If you drop your car key, the thief needs to find your car in the parking lot. However, if you drop your valet ticket and the thief picks it up, the valet brings the car to the thief and never checks his ID. The valet brought my car to the thief at 5 am and never checked the thief's ID. Now, the thief got a hold of my daughter's debit card and trying to use it here and there. Caesar's Palace claims the valet service is not their own and won't take any responsibility.

Truly giant and truly spectacular casino resort.

Truly giant and truly spectacular casino resort.

I didn't stay, we just visited and stopped by several places in Caesar's to eat. For us, it was an amazing experience to be inside of this gigantic entertainment place. One could easily not leave the resort and have a terrific vacation because of the large variety of shows and restaurants located within it. It is also connected to the magnificent Forum Shops, which features a large number of high-end stores and restaurants. You can't hit Caesars Palace without making a pit stop at the forum shops. Just like most of the casino that offers shopping, this places is home to many high ends retail shops. Be prepared to spend a lot. You feel like you re walking through Greece! It has shops, restaurants, and galleries.

The absolute greatest thing about Caesars Palace are the restaurants and concerts. You really don't have to leave the hotel since they have great restaurants inside the hotel. We dined in Carmines and it was great. The number of restaurants is vast, not all are good but there is plenty of top-notch places to eat here. They also have a small food court for cheap eats. They have amazing sculptures & decor! The pool is amazing! The decor is amazing on every floor. Check out the gardens too!!! Never a dull moment. Atlantic show happens at regular hour. They have inbuilt sky (Huge LEDs having impression of sky) and it is so cool.

The hotel is in a great location. in the middle of the strip, you can't miss it. A must visit when you are in Vegas! Definitely, recommend wandering around here to find something good to eat and fun to watch.
