I love "Caesars Palace"... I've always loved "Caesars Palace" and hands down it remains the best of the best in Las Vegas and that in which others are placed in juxtaposition. From Chef Gordon Ramsay's "Hells Kitchen" to "The Four Faced Brahma Temple" and all points in between "Caesars Palace" is flawless in it's delivery of customer service and leaves no doubt as to it's status as an international luxury destination!

Must say. I am staying at Caesar s now and have stayed in years past. The level of customer service at the pool is absolutely terrible. They will serve you all the drinks you want but you cannot get 1 ounce of food. They do a stupid app or you have to go pick it up. Big mistake. Never stay here again.

We really just went in to the forum shops, which were like any mall except for the periodic "ancient" statues and fountains, which were fun to see. The big show at the fountain was kind of cheesy, but fun if you're into a kind of classic kitschy Vegas experience.

Most of the stay was comped but it still ran over 5k for 4 nights. Still very nice suite and the food was great. The tables and slots were typical vegas. Its all designed (the entire city) to take your money. They offer nothing else but ways to take your money. How do you think a town in the middle of the desert with zero else to offer can keep the lights on

Had a great stay at Caesars. A more expensive option, but you can't beat the location: right in the middle of the action!
We stayed in the Augustus Tower which they said was recently renovated. The rooms were clean and facilities were well kept.
Like most of the hotel, the pool area is extravagant with several pools spread across a football field-sized area.

I loved staying at Caeser Palace for the first and I was impressed the property is really huge alot to see u really don't need to leave for anything! Coming back in November this time bringing my husband

The room was great, but I had issue with the security staff who gave me a (more than necessary) hard time about cutting across the pool area in the off season. I also wasn't thrilled with the hike to the Octavius tower.

The room was gorgeous and the bed was so comfortable!! But holy #%!$ they charge you exorbitant prices for everything outside of the bed and air you breathe, it s insane!!! While I did enjoy my stay there for a work convention, I would never stay there on my own. They didn t have anything complimentary and the WiFi fee was crazy!! $15 a night! I ve stayed at the Bellagio, it s neighbor across the street a few times and I will definitely keep doing so.

Worst experience ever !its a sneaky hotel! Although its one of the expensive hotels on the strip however They were about to charge me for breathing! Nothing on the mini bar is complementary! No big towels or slippers in the rooms unless u pay, wifi is only for two persons per room even if its a triple room unless u pay And finaly they charged me for putting my beer in the mini bar!!!

Great hotel with rooms that were really well maintained. Staff was friendly and very helpful, especially with our comps. Got us straight in to the club and other places on-site at Caesars. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful designed casino and hotel but incredibly smokey and really tight machines. Was disappointed by how bad the air quality was for this location. Such a shame was looking to spend more time here.

We had a great experience here. Such a good location on the strip. Popular night spot with lots of people doing conferences, seeing shows or shopping or going to the club. Our room was very accessible with little walking and had a gorgeous view of Bellagio fountains. For breakfast, you had the option of the buffet, a sit-down cafe, two quick-serve bistro type places, or the on-site Starbucks. We tried them all! We had the buffet for brunch, which was awesome. Bring your appetite! We strolled the pool grounds, which are neat to see. Swim up bar and Roman themed pools and fountains and statues. In terms of gaming, the limits were a little high but they had lots of fun slots to play too. Having access to the nearby Mall was also great to do some shopping for souvenirs or clothing. There is even a food court for late night snacks and a really good hamburger place near the theater. This casino hotel really has it all and you really don't even need to leave! Highly recommend the stay.

We stayed at the nobu hotel which is within caesar's palace. Beautiful hotels and restaurants. A lot of walking. Malls and stores within. Casinos, bars, etc. I had a cocktail and light snack at vanderpump cocktail garden. I had a good time.

Wanted to share a quick example of the systemic problem at Caesars Palace. My son and I are in town for his birthday, went to check in, and was told my room is not ready, but I could pay a $45 and I could check in some time before 4:00 PM!!! Are you kidding me? If I don't pay they will just let my room sit there even if it is ready. Additionally I will still be charged the $45 fee even if my room isn't ready until 3:59.

Not only will I never stay here again, but I will tell everyone that I have ever met and will ever meet not to stay here. I will also direct my conference team to remove all of Caesars Entertainment properties from further consideration. Really, really customer experience.

Wonderful service, food, spa, and it is beautiful. Even the Americano diner was impressive. Room was quiet and bed comfortable. Windows in room could have used a washing....my only complaint. Last time I was in Vegas I stayed at the Palazzo. Cesars is better in every respect! We will certainly be back.

Plenty of (paid) parking. Casino floor is clean and staff are friendly. Went to celebrate with friends at Mesa Grill. Restaurant was busy, their staff friendly. Food was delicious. Explored their Forum shops afterwards. Had a lovely night on the Strip.

Caesars has one of the best shopping plazas on the Las Vegas strip. You can find what you need there from high end fashion like Louis V and Gucci to athletic gear like Nike and Adidas. Its huge so if you're a shopaholic like myself this is a place you will want to check out when visiting Vegas. When it comes to nightlife Caesars has the best club in Law Vegas called Omnia. This super club is three nightclubs in one including a rooftop club. Expect the best when you visit Caesars!

Never stayed here, but the shopping experience was a blast. Great restaurants to choose from. High end Merchants is you can afford it. Ambiance is top tier level (HIDE YOUR CREDIT CARDS) LOL

Undoubtedly an amazing place to be at..
Not only the casinos as are amazing, the rooms are great..
The check-in and check-out experience has been made quite simple and quick (considering you are using self check-ins)

The rooms are spacious, have a good view..the food downstairs in casino is great..

Would love to visit again for sure.. Thank you Caesars Palace

I love staying at Caesars palace! Hotel rooms are fantastic, and most of the time they offer a great deal. It also has my favorite shopping in vegas with the forum shops. Great buffet here, too, but we haven t been to it for a couple of years. Such a wonderful time! Their pool during the summer months is also really nice.

In terms of negatives...they charge you for the keurig coffee in your room. Just silly. And Caesars is huge and a maze to navigate. So it takes some time to remember exactly where to turn to find your room. But overall, Caesars is super nice and really fun. Lots to see and do here! We have stayed here at least two or three times now.

Tracy who works at Caesar s place was incredible and made us feel at home. Highly recommend staying at Caesars !
Unfortunately Barbara at the Emperor Essentials was extremely rude to us when purchasing items at her store. She blamed us for not paying for items at checkout when our card clearly went through with the transaction. She was extremely unprofessional and not acceptable for management.

One of the main factors in choosing a Las Vegas Strip Hotel should be the pool. Caesars' has a great pool and as a matter of reason is busy. That not withstanding, Caesars' does have a unique feature. There is blackjack in the pool! You swim under a waterfall and there are the dealers. It is my favorite thing to do in Vegas.

So nice compared to most every hotel, great food and absinthe was hilarious. Go to absinthe over cirque, its adult and risque but so good. That and opium are a parody of cirque, so you still see the acrobatics

Awesome experience room was top notched. Well structured and organized. Bathroom layout is superior, especially the jacuzzi was one of the best feature of the bathroom. Couch and bed layout and comfort very well done. Excellent hotel & casino. Definitely want to come back.

The staff was not very helpful. They said parking was free but it is not. And surprise charges if your not careful do not touch anything in the fridge or counter as they will charge you just to touch and if you open anything it's an additional charge. I did however like the room it was clean and somewhat nice. I didn't like the pool hours they close way to early it seems. Maybe would stay again if condition s were good.
