Not worth the price I paid. A motel has better amenities than here. No bath tub, not even complimentary tea coffee and this room was an upgrade given to us for extra $35 / night after paying $290 / night already. Room service staff entered the room even after do not disturb sign was on. Just a big money grabbing scheme. You would get much cheaper and better hotels on the strip than this. The only saving grace that the room was clean and had a corner view(strictly OK view) of Bellagio fountain.

Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill was awesome! Service by Taylor was superb. He made sure everything was right and if not he took care of it. Lobster rolls delicious! Mac&Cheese.. seafood and right flavoured cheese was included!
Caesars Palace was absolutely stunning! It had a huge gaming area. You could easily get lost! The lobby was stunning with beautiful walls & ceilings & a statue feature. You don't need to stay at the hotel to walk through, so it's open to the public.
While not staying at the hotel this time around, the bars and did are top notch and we always seem to see the Caesar's shows (Backstreet Boys this time around), having done Cirque to death.
The atmosphere and people are always welcoming and high end. Worth noting as well that the Atlantis animatronics is one of the few free shows left on the strip, located in the beautiful forum shops
While in Vegas walking the strip a bit we decided to check out Ceasars palace. It was a fun place to walk through. Complete with the typical Las Vegas hotel shopping array. They have several fountains and statues in a Roman theme atmosphere. Very pretty complete with indoor blue lit skies. And the fish tank was massive and really cool too.
Come on, it's Caesar's Palace! Great atmosphere, terrific shopping, fine food. There is a reason people come to this casino again and again.
However, the hustlers pushing phone cases were super aggressive to the point of making guests uncomfortable. I appreciate that you are trying to make money, but grabbing my phone out of my hand will only get you hit. Learn to respect boundaries!
Beautiful hotel, great food options amazing surroundings. However, several things puzzle me. For instance, I just was awoken from a lovely nap poolside by security because they close the pool at 7 pm sharp apparently. It's 101 degrees outside!! Why do you close the pool so early?? Really upsetting! This is why we come here!! Not everyone is gambling! Also, coffee. I shouldn't have to get upset about coffee. There is coffee k-cups available for purchase in your room from the mini bar, or you can walk to the Starbucks in the lobby for $5 a cup. ITS COFFEE! It should be free in your room, it's a hotel! Sure you can go over to CVS and buy some k-cups, this is the point of a hotel. For the love of Julius, I think you could spring for some coffee in the room. Guests want to feel like they are taken care of. I've had better customer service at a motel 8 in Macon, Georgia! Along with free coffee. I think the big wigs at Caesars palace could take a few lessons or a workshop on customer service. Or possibly the the Go-To on hotel customer service Ritz-Carlton.
It's a beautiful hotel. Like nothing else. It was super clean... however we got lost and spent a LONG time trying to get out to the strip again and no one was of much help. They just kept pushing us back towards casio.
It's a very busy atmosphere, and everything is on a grand scale. It is very easy to get lost, so use Google Maps to find what you're looking for inside the complex. The buffet didn't live up to the hype. Not even close.
BIG & beautiful. Noisy tourist crowd of sightseers flow through the resort and to the shopping forum all day long. Excellent restaurants, if a bit overpriced, but that is common on the strip. Gorgeous rooms in the Palace Tower and the pools are amazing.
Arrived at 1 pm did not get our room till 5:30. Front reception kept trying to downgrade our room. Finally had enough asked for a manager. We booked our strip view Augustus Tower room 6 mths in advance. We were warned by our 1st reception member that the other staff would try to take our room. She actually gave us the room # 4292. The room was not ready at 1 pm. 4 different reception for the next 4.5 hours told us we could get a lower level right away. Not impressed will stay at the Wynne next time.
The casino floor is bright and flashy, with Roman themed decorations throughout. Unfortunately, it's a little smokey. The casino food court is small, but has some decent options.
Shopping at the stores here is a wonderful experience! Feels like being outside without the heat. Plus, the inventory is much more dense. You are much more likely to find a specialty item here.
I had the most wonderful time! The pool area was clean and they're were so many different address. The lines were never very long and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I was there for a work conference and the service and food was phenomenal. We had a great time waking around the forum shops. Toothbrush and toothpaste was sent to our room when our bags were lost. 5 start resort in every way.
One of my favourite hotels in the world. I always enjoy visiting. I find it provides one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences on the Strip. The restaurant selection inside is great and the staff are extremely helpful.
The Barge on Friday and Saturdays from 10pm-midnight.....David Perrico s Pop Strings Orchestra. My husband takes most of their pictures. You can see them on Pop Strings FB page!!!
What happen to Caesar s Palace of old? The rooms are still spacious and comfortable. The Augustus Tower has the best views. The pool areas are still magnificent ( the statues are aging). Caesar s has morphed into commercialization! HAIL to the Food Network celeb chefs, HAIL to fast food franchises, HAIL to trendy shopping and lousy gaming HAIL, this is the new Caesar s Adult Disneyland . If you re looking for a real adult experience, go the Cosmopolitan and stay in the one bedroom Terrace Suites! All HAIL!
Awesome place to check out in Vegas. Lots of statues and other sculptures and stuff. Good slots and tables. With places to eat and of course FREE DRINKS!!
Greek style ambience with good swimming pools. The price of the room was comparable to any other hotel in vegas, but the place was clean and the staff was friendly. Has a big casino with many games to play. I would recommend this place if you are a first timer.
Not quite a five-star place because it needs updating but tries to deliver a five star service. I had a concierge that you could text message request s to, and I got instant responses and accommodations every time. Great new technological service !
Overall very disappointed in our stay. Multiple staff members were rude to myself or other members of my party. We've stayed at other properties and had much better service. The room was nice, but not enough to make up for the poor service.
One of the original classics that has never waver to the test of time and newer developments on the Vegas Strip. Caesar's has always been one of my favorites and has the best mural of the heavens in their forum to make you feel like you were taking a stroll through the streets of Italy.
I came here for Xmas dinner with my parent. We expected long wait but we are not expecting so long wait. Grab ticket on noon and we began wait in line around 4pm. How long? It takes us two hours on purchasing line and another 45mins on came in line. Food in general is good, not better than other buffet we are agree with. Survive are good.
The day before I arrived, I realized a few traveling troubles I may have encountered and I went for 4 days,3 nights. I immediately called and was capable of getting in contact with the manager after being transferred a bit. After speaking with the manager, everything worked out perfectly. I arrived on time, checked in expeditiously and everything was perfect. My view was beyond amazing and the room service was stellar. If I could recommend anything to anyone, it would be to stay at Caesar's Palace if you go to Las Vegas. It's impeccable beyond words and realistically , you don't even have to leave the hotel if you don't want too. Checkout which is usually a dragged out process was extremely smooth and fast. The team member who helped I believe her name was Tangela was extremely helpful. I'm not sure if she even realizes how she made such a complex process beyond simple and smooth. She rocks! I look forward to coming again and this time with more people, to share the amazing experience I had at Caesar's Palace.
Checking in was slow as hell. The Express line wasn't Express at all. I had to physically go up and ask them what's going on, then they gave me a room with no option to pay for an upgrade. The room was ok but there was a continuous noise from the bathroom. Lastly, I ask why my $10 credit for not using room service was given for water I bought at the essentials store and then they tell me it's for certain restaurants, afterwards, no apologizes or anything, just "NEXT ". Poor customer service at best.
Our comp room was nice. The marijuana smell seeping into our room was not nice. When it wasn't marijuana, then it was cigarette smoke.
The casino games are vast and spread out. The stinky cigarette smoke was also vast.
The staff was helpful. We appreciated them. (I always prefer human interaction over 'Ivy' interaction.)
The restaurant options were reduced thanks to The Covid Affect (much overrated by this critic's assessment). All purchased food we tried was delicious.
The Covid Affect also reached into the pool options. We chose not to do the reservation dance created by Covid regulations. Big disappointment.
This is a palace and requires several visits to take in fully.
My dream vacation has always been to stay here. Maybe in a few more years if I return to vegas. I stayed on Fremont street twice in the past and a more budget friendly hotel at other end of strip last year. Still, each trip has included a tour of this lavish, time machine to Ancient Mount Olympus. The first trip I didn't know what my guide was leading me into and was a little annoyed. Once you've seen one casino you have seen them all. Untill you have seen this. Last year so much had changed in 12 years I thought I had disappointed my friends on their first trip as we wondered the hotel lost. Then, we rounded a corner and my respect as a vegas guide was restored.
Caesars definitely everything is beautiful and big. I liked Caesar's and the Bellagio as far as checking out the sights. Make sure to go to The Shops, they have an awesome ceiling painted like the sky and clouds and its surreal. They also have a fountain show that is pretty cool, just make sure to check the hours it closes at 11pm friday and saturday and on Sunday at 10pm. I recommend trying to see the Bellagio fountain show and the fountain show here at Ceasars, since they are right next to eachother. Also there is an aquarium built into the last fountain on the backside, ot has a shark, some stingrays, and other ocean life that is worth a look.
The architecture, pool, and aesthetics are unrivaled. There is a reason this hotel hasnt changed one bit over the last years. Its the ultimate palace, I am Caesar, and i approve this palace.
With the limited service effected by covid 19. They are still doing a decent job but unfortunately people are not following rules but casinos are following. Pet friendly casino but limited space outside in hot weather for ur furry friends.
We went to Hells Kitchen at Caesar's Palace. We orderered the 3 course meal. That was pretty bad... It was my birthday meal. I was looking forward to eating famous celebrity chef food. I was disappointed. Bill was over $200 and we didn't even drink. Not worth it.
This place was amazing! I played the slots for a bit, had some refreshments and kept playing. The casino is the main attraction in my opinion. I would definitely come back!
First time coming to Vegas and first time in a Vegas hotel. This place is awesome! So much to see, it wasn t just a hotel, it was a mall and restaurants and of course gambling. A little smoke filled and the rooms smelled a bit even though they re supposed to be non smoking. We would stay here again for sure!
This hotel truly is beautiful. It does an wonderful job and making you feel like you are among bits and pieces of Ancient Rome. The statues and fountains are quite nicely done. But the amount they charge for parking is outrageous. I paid $18 dollars in parking for a few hour visit. That is ridiculous. Hotels that have large shopping sections attached such as the Forums that are attached to this one, should really consider having free parking. $18 in parking is likely to be a big turn off for a lot of people. Especially the kind of people that want to casually browse until something catches their eye. Goers of shopping mall type experiences are becoming rarer and rarer as alternative avenues of shopping become more popular, and it is a bad idea to deter the smaller number of people remaining that still enjoy this type of experience.
Palace on the strip. Stayed at the Palace Tower during our stay at Cesars, rooms recently renovated. Centrally located on the strip making it convenient wherever you want to explore. Chose Cesars for location and room. Bathroom has walkin shower and jetted tub. If spending sometime at the pool is your thing pool is located near the elevators of the Palace Tower. Lots of choices to eat. After staying at Cesars couldn't imagine somewhere better.
Caesars was very clean. It's a great place except that there seem to be little low end gambling tables. A lot of the tables had a $25 min. The slots were okay. The service was very decent
It's like a city. You could spend days here just inside of the hotel and adjacent buildings and still not see everything. I really enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. Great service, great location, great employees. For me only reason it's not a five star is I'm just a a regular guy. Telling me I have to pay 75 bucks if I open the fridge and put my bottle of water in it is obviously catering to a different world. That does NOT mean that is a problem. It's just indicative of their focus demographic and that's not me. Doesn't mean I wouldn't stay again but the extras can beat you up. :)
This is a wonderful casino which has lots to gamble too. This place is beautiful and no other comparison. From the shops to the dinning and of course the casino Caesars has it all. Do stop by
The only shopping that is affordable and not over a hundred dollars is H&M. Everywhere else is $$$. Don't get the gelato/ice cream next to H&M because it's expensive and not very good. The high ceilings with clouds is cool though. So if you don't want to shop but just want to look around and wander it's a good place for that.
