I was called to come today for an appointment because of a RamBox and when I arrived @730 i was told that they didn t have the parts in stock. I ve been waiting for a few hours so that they can check the tire pressure. It s a very poor service and lack of customer service as well. I m wheelchair bound and the location it s not handicap accessible. The waiting room has a step, to get to a bathroom I have to go thru a walkway which isn t accessible. They re lacking coordination. Also this policy that your vehicle has to be for more than five days in service so that we can get a loaner it s ridiculous! I could ve been home a while ago . There s more to it!! Don t recommend this place for service!
