I appreciate the attention you get when you drive up, get out of your car, and how someone is at your car taking your information, and making things go smooth and fast. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Had a great loaner to take me to and from work. Stan was my advisor and he is such a really nice guy, and I love how he walked me to my loaner car area and made sure they took care of me in a timely fashion. And when I returned, he was ready with a smile.
