I'm a loyal Toyota customer, because of that I have had lots of experience with purchasing Toyota's and various car dealerships. The buying experience I had at Cabe Toyota was by far the most pleasant one I have ever encountered. Joe Garcia gave me a great deal on my new Prius 4 and I didn't feel pressured or talked into anything! I highly recommend Joe Garcia and Cabe Toyota to anyone looking for a hassle free, great deal!

Perfectly good place to get routine maintenance. However when I got my car appraised to repair some damage, they gave me the run-around and miscommunication. I will continue using them for routine maintenance.

Called the service dept. It was really a strange conversation I was just asking for a price for tires and the person doesnt seem to know much customer service. I felt like he wants me to go somewhere else and he seems like pre occupied with something else. Either way I will just buy tires somewhere else but will continue my oil change with them.

well after buying my truck here and servicing for most of its life, i was told because i went to another dealer for a tsb repair and and an oil change they couldn't help me. Its sad because i love to support small business but no loyalty and damaging my vehicle and not repairing properly cant be tolerated anymore.

Awesome service, great prices, and best of all...they are not pushy like other place. Everyone was really nice and helpful. I'm confident this was the right place for us.

For 3 years I ve been taking my scion ia for an oil change service, but today I decided to change it myself and can t believe what I saw.
1. Oil was dark
2. Oil pan plug stripped
3. Spark plug were burnt beyond useable state.

I never would have expected that from such a professional establishment. After today I will never go back to Cabe.

This is the third time I ve been to Cabe for a vehicle purchase, but the second time for myself. The associate Michael Reyna was very helpful with me and my week long inquiries and general lack of time to actually schedule a real appointment. Yesterday I was in for the 0% APR special and they answered all of my questions with great patience. I didn t fully understand why the specials I saw online weren t available to me. Michael and his supervisor explained everything to me and after I understood they were thankful to my final understanding and I thanked them for their patience with me. I walked out of there with a 2021 Corolla Hybrid and I am beyond elated with my deals and decision to stay with Cabe Toyota. 10/10 would recommend to my family and friends. Thanks again, Cabe!

I had an excellent experience in buying a new Prius 3 from the sales team at Cabe Toyota. I have bought Toyota's from a number of different dealerships in Southern California and this was by far the best experience. Christina and Oni did a great job on securing a good price and easy and fast delivery.

There are not enough words or starts to accurately review the guys at Cabe Toyota. Never at a dealership have I met nicer, quicker, or more helpful people. After my 2002 Subaru went down earlier this week, I called Cabe and asked about my options for getting a new car. They asked me questions, gave me answers, and gave me a great game plan. I finally came in today to look at cars JP and Corey helped me out. They let me look at and test drive the cars I was interested in, supported me in my choice(s), and ultimately helped me choose the car that was right for me and my lifestyle. Once I chose and we crunched numbers, signatures and contracts were immediately after it was so quick! There was also 0 pressure on making a decision; they let me know that if I needed a few days, they re happy to let me sit on it. I ended up leasing and driving off extremely happy & the with biggest smile on my face.
No doubt will be continuing with them once it is time for my next car. If you re looking into dealerships in Long Beach or Toyota, go to Cabe. They know their stuff and genuinely want you to drive off with the car that you love.

Cristina Morales and Cabe Toyota were an absolute delight to deal with! After negotiating with several other dealers and getting caught up in questionable practices at DCH Toyota, I sent a "blind email" to Cabe not expecting much. To my surprise, I got an email with the best price, copy of window sticker, and quick responses to all my questions. After buying over 20 new cars in my life, Cabe was the BEST experience I ever had!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid all the broken promises and BS, go to Cabe first and don't be disappointed!

Old review: So great I keep going there even after moving to a different neighborhood. Experienced mechanics and fantastic service.

Updated review: Things just don't seem the same as they used to be. Could be the holiday weekend but despite lots of coordination in writing up front to make sure everything gets done in one appointment, somehow only one thing got done and I have to come back for the rest. Including just a wash!

Later review: Three trips back to the detailing area to get all my stuff back after detailing, and they scratched my stereo face plate so bad I needed it replaced. They replaced at their cost, didn't put it in ("make another appointment"). Not intending to ever go back. Looks like a downhill spiral to me.

My legendary experience with Cabe Toyota was an all day experience. I started my day with JP, who will go above and beyond for you! I was quite the difficult customer because I wanted specific options that were rare for the cars to be on the lot. JP was willing to find the car or do whatever needed to be done to find what I wanted. I ended up changing my mind on cars and went for the RAV4 2018 XLE Hybrid... After visiting a different dealership I decided to move forward with Cabe because out of 3 locations Cabe was my best deal. Cabe Toyota quoted me the best prices, hands down, and offered me the most cash for my trade in Lexus. When I returned, JP had the Seahawks game playing on the screen for me because I had mentioned I couldnt miss my game that night. Wether I was dealing with JP, or any of the sales manager, or financial manger I received exceptional customer service. I was blown away because they created the third place experience for me. You usually dont experience that at a dealership! I felt really comfortable with them and truly believe that they do not screw you over with prices or anything else. They are honest and want what best fits you! I was also offered Toyota care for 10 years at an affordable price. I will continue to return to Cabe is for the service and 10 years of oil changes :)
Lastly, this dealership and JP was able to create solutions, rather than make excuses and not be able to meet my expectation.

I come get my car service here. Because they're fast. Normally i am out in less than a hour. Even with no appointment. Free donuts and coffee. Staff is friendly

Cabe Toyota is a great dealer. Both, our salesman (Michael) and his manager had great customer service, they were very knowledgeable, were extremely helpful and they did not make us feel pressured to make our purchase. They allowed us time to discuss our decision. They even watched our son s stroller while we took our (now) owned vehicle on a test drive. LOL. If you re shopping for a new/used vehicle definitely consider checking out Cabe Toyota.

I truly recommend coming to this Toyota. I sold my car and bought a car from them all within the same week. The process was really fast and they offered me the best deal. I had visited, Toyota of downtown LA, Carmax, Toyota of Carson and bidlane but none were able to offer me the deals I got here at Cabe Toyota. Pete was very helpful and straight to the point. He really helped make the process smooth and quick. Overall, I had a great experience!

I don't like leaving negative reviews but in this situation it's warranted. First I'd like to say the team was great on the initial sale and everything went smoothly and I had a positive experience. The problems started after the sale. I asked for a service modification to be done before I picked up the car; it wasn't done and no explanation was given. I also had a problem with license plate delivery and the DMV told me I had to contact Cabe; I left an email and voicemail and still have no reply so now I have to go sit at the DMV and do it by hand. Overall I'd say if you just want a car and don't mind poor service Cabe would be a good choice, but if you're expecting anything beyond that consider this a warning.

The service was excellent. The service advisor kept me posted on the progress of the work as it was performed. The mechanics completed the work on time and treated my vehicle like it was their own.

Excellent! Didn't buy my Truck here, but the service department is 2nd to none.

Sales, dont fall for their 10yrs free oil change. this is only valid IF, you have all scheduled maintenance are done ON TIME. if you missed one or if you only want the FREE OIL CHANGE, then you wont get a free oil change. So today I was told its voided because I missed the services thats so called needed services in between, like replacing cabin filter rotating tires. That being said i will just have to pay the $89.99 oil change today and they said thats their VIP Member Discounted Price , I just paid because i have no time to do it myself and needed to drive ASAP. This will be my last time here for an oil change. Other Toyota dealer price is 74.99. Regular Price!.

This was one of the best car buying experiences I ve ever had. Everything was quick and efficient, just like I like it.

I got a price online from Felishea who provided a fair price. I continued to shop around and got a slight better price from another nearby dealership but Cabe Toyota offers 10 years of free oil changes which is literally worth hundreds of dollars so I was willing to pay a little more over the dealership that didn t offer that.

I spoke with Felishea who came within about $400 of the other dealers price.

Now comes the best part... I made an appointment with Felishea to see her about an hour later at 4:30pm. She told me she would have the car ready for me. I was running late and arrived around 4:45 but texted her to let her know. She replied No worries. When I got there I could see my new car parked in front.

Felishea had all the paperwork ready to go. I filled everything out, did the credit application and she got me over to finance in about 20 to 30 minutes to finish the paperwork. Over in finance I dealt with Dwayne who explained my financing options all as a matter of fact. No upselling or pushiness. I had the option of 1.9% at 60 months or a $1500 rebate. I decided it was better to pay 2.89% through my credit union and take advantage of the $1500 rebate which lowered my monthly payment by $15.

Once we were all done I looked at the time and it was 5:38pm. I asked We re done? Dwayne said We re done. We just need to get your car. This was great! No gimmicky ringing of the bell, no balloons. I wanted to be in and out and they delivered.

Felishea came back and said the car was still being washed so I had to had a few minutes to wait. After about 8 minutes Felishea said my car was ready. I had to get some stuff from my old car and move it to my new car but by the time I was done and driving off the lot it was 6:01pm.

I couldn t be happier with a one hour car buying experience. I thought I d be there at least 2 hours. This was great! This is facilitated by being able to review the dealer inventory, knowing what you want and choosing your car before arriving at the dealership so obviously not everyone will have as fast as purchase but if you know what you want this is the place to go. I wish I wasn t limited to 5 stars. Cabe Toyota will be the only dealership I ever go to from now on. I worked with Joe Garcia on a lease trade in, and he made the experience quick, painless, and stress free. I was able to get exactly the car I wanted,in the color I wanted, same-day. He had everything handled and there wasn t any of the typical back and forth that you expect from a car salesman. He was kind, thorough, and fair. I definitely feel comfortable calling back with any questions or concerns they seem to treat all of their customers with respect and fairness. Plus, their service is open on Sundays, Iran independently owned, and the owners work in the office alongside everyone else just a few things that set them apart. 10 stars for this place, in my opinion.

I purchased my wifes Rav4 here recently after going to 3 other toyota dealers and getting the run around. I was in and out quick with a brand new Rav4 at a good deal. If your looking for a toyota I highly recommend that you see Maddy Flores he is the best, great customer service he went above and beyond to make sure that i was satisfied with my purchase no b.s. straight to the point great great guy i recommend him highly.

I called them to ask for the basic information for leasing a Toyota car and they said you should come to our dealership and talk to us. I went to the dealership and in 5 min they told me that they don t have any option for me! They could give me that information on the phone. They wasted my time. I would never go back to this dealership.

Was going to come back after 2 years of going some where else, made my appt. and asked to speak w/ a advisor and no one ever came,, happen 3 times!

Had my car serviced at Cabe Toyota to have a problem that needed to be fixed with my engine. After determining the problem, the service and "fixed" the problem. The next day, it seemed like my car was running worse than the previous days so I brought it in again saying that the issue wasn't resolved. They apologized and rediagnosed the problem and got the issue taken care of with no further cost. Shout out to Kenny and the rest of the Cabe team for the level of customer care. This is the reason I keep coming back.

I was in search for a used vehicle, specifically Toyotas since they are known for their reliability, and I came across a website advertising a 2004 Toyota Camry LE V6 with not even 100k mile mark on it. That website redirected me to Cabe Toyota website where I became interested in test driving the car. The only bad thing was that I had to drive from Oceanside to Long Beach but fortunately traffic was not bad. I got there at Cabe Toyota dealership and spoke to Kan You whom was friendly and was the guy that contacted me about setting up an appointment to test drive the Camry. In the end, I liked the vehicle and went ahead with the purchase. There was a small problem when I was trying to finance the Camry, but the salesman whom unfortunately I forgot his name, went above and beyond to find a finance company that will help me not leave empty handed, which I would have been disappointed because of the long drive. He pulled a miracle and I was able to purchase the Camry and take it home the same day. Thank you Cabe Toyota and the other associates for making my purchase possible. I am very happy with the Camry!
