CABE TOYOTA Review

We picked this dealer based on their internet reviews, and they lived up to their reputation. We were traveling on vacation and discovered the air dam on the bottom front of our Venza was sagging; it looked like one of the fasteners was missing. We stopped in Friday morning without an appointment to see if Cabe could help us out. Kelly was very responsive and brought our car right in to Michael, who discovered we were missing two fasteners. We were up on the lift, fixed, and on our way in less than 15 minutes. Our experience could not have been better. It's nice to know there's a trustworthy dealer in the area for the next time we pass through town. A big thanks to Kelly and Michael.

Most horrible experience I've ever had. I negotiated and price with Britt, sales person, and agreed to come in that night. She said she didn't have the vehicle and would have the vehicle the next day at noon. I wasn't able to come in the next day but told her I would be in the following day. She told me to fill out the credit app online to get the paperwork started. I never received the email with the credit app until the morning I was going to pick up the vehicle. I told Britt since I received the email so late I would just fill out the paperwork when I got in. Well when I got to the dealer the vehicle wasn't there and they still had pick it up. I filled out the credit app and waited 2 hours. Two hours later they were still looking for a vehicle to sell me. They told me to go to lunch and they would find me a vehicle. They finally found one later that night, but it wasn't the one I agreed to. Britt should have been honest with me from the beginning. I will never go back to Cabe. I ended up getting my vehicle at Toyota of Huntington Beach and am very pleased with their service and my vehicle.

Francisco was the man I spoke with today around 6:30p looking into a RAV4. The location did not look busy at all but this man looked like single most busy individual. He greeted us while still tending to his customer while others just watched us arrive from within and stood around.

He advised he was going to send someone to check on us while we viewed the vehicles. No one came. He eventually rushed out and tended to us himself. He was to point and prompt. I liked this. He gave me the information I needed and did not try to press things I did not. I really liked this. If this trend continues next time I come around I won't be leaving empty handed.

I enjoyed my visit at Cabe Toyota. Felishea is very accommodating. She helped me find the car i want. Find discounts & incentives I am qualified for. She is very nice to talk to. I will not hesitate to recommend her and Cabe Toyota to my friend.

I don't know if you have ever suffered from buyer's remorse, but I purchased a new vehicle less than 6 months ago. (Don't worry, I didn't purchase it from Cabe's.) It was a hybrid, and purportedly got reasonable mpg. Purportedly, because I never got what was on the window sticker, which made me significantly cranky. Otherwise the vehicle was perfectly serviceable and had the creature comforts for which I was seeking.

I did my due diligence, did additional research and decided that I really should have purchased the 2020 model year. I went back to the original dealership, and it was quite ready to upgrade me. But who knew in less than 6 months the vehicle I had purchased had depreciated nearly $20k from the sticker...

Ouch...

I knew I was going to eat it to trade up, but I expected that the dealership would give me top dollar for my trade in (it was in impeccable shape - I am neurotic about my cars), and give me a discount on the MSRP. The answer to both questions was no.

So, I did some more research, and found the folks at Cabe Toyota in Long Beach. Wow. I wish I would have come here first, and. Today, I got the car I should have purchased the first time in the trim and color I wanted and at a really fair price. And they met me on my ask for my trade in.

And they were fast! In and out in right at two hours, from test drive to financing.

He was very helpful in finding the exact car I wanted and answering all our questions. We drove down that day and had a very pleasant experience buying my car. Michael and his associates weren't pushy. They were friendly and definitely gave us service with a smile.

Came here for a safety recall on my Toyota Scion. Super quick and they finished it in half the time they thought it would take. Plus they have an awesome little coffee machine in the lobby which is a super plus.

This was one of the best car buying experiences ever. I had been looking at a 2019 Toyota Camry for a couple months and had an idea of what I wanted to pay. I had shopped around at a few dealers and done some online shopping but no one seemed to be able to hit the price I wanted. So I had decided to wait and told the dealerships to let me know if any new incentives started. The only dealer who finally reached out was Cabe. I emailed the delearship and Felishea was very helpful from the very beginning. She sent me all of the details including price, discount, rebates, and tax title license fees. The next day I was in the dealer and half expecting something to change but Felishea was very friendly, helpful and the numbers were exactly what she had shown me online. She was able to get me a great financing offer even as a first time car buyer and an extra recent college grad rebate so I walked out with a new car and a better deal than I was even expecting to get. How often can you say that? All in all a great experience at Cabe and would suggest it to any of my friends.

I've been taking my car to West Coast Toyota for a few years and after two visits that weren't satisfactory I decided to try Cabe Toyota and I was really impressed with their customer service and thoroughness in their service department. They did everything I asked and I was able to rent a cheap car for the day. I'll be bringing my car here from now on.

Follow up to "possible thief" It has been implied that I lied in my previous posting, but the facts are I called Maria at service desk, ask name of service Manager, a Mr. Torres, called and told him of the missing items, then also talked with Jeff, on the phone, told him.
I was told by both, they would "look into this event." I made a personal visit to service, talked to Maria, who told me Mr, Tores, and Jeff had to speak with the mechanic.
After that I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK FROM EITHER MAN.
I did get a call from Dan, who offered to pay for missing items, should I get a bill for missing items, Cabe would pay for them.

Very disappointing. You are making a claim that is not substantiated and most liking not true. In addition you are also making claims we did not call you or do not care about our customers which is also not true and we have the phone records to support our team spoke to you on multiple instances. If you insist on attempting to damage our reputation vs working together that is your option but not the business relationship we want. Implying we are dishonest in this situation is wrong and very unfair. My good faith gesture was based on starting over and addressing you concerns and appears you do not care. We will update our records and note you have decided to service elsewhere.

I was referred to Cabe Toyota by my dad who has bought several 4-Runners and Camry's from them. My boyfriend and I were looking for a truck to purchase and wanted to look at the Tacoma. We have had trouble being taken seriously and being helped at other dealers. We assume it is because we are both young and the sales people don't want to waste their time if they're not going to get a sale.

We lucky to met Madison Flores when we first arrived at Cabe. He was gracious enough to drive us around the lot so that I wouldn't have to walk too much (I'm currently in a large leg brace which limits my mobility)... none of the other dealers ever thought to do that for me, and we went to A LOT of dealerships. He was very knowledgeable about the different trucks on the lot and was eager to answer any questions that we had.

The truck that we wanted was quite specific, and there wasn't one like it on the lot. When we spoke to Madison the next day he was able to track one down for us! Being first time new car buyers we weren't too sure of what to expect during the process, but he explained everything very well to us and was very patient. The entire process was very simple and very quick. The entire team at Cabe seemed very friendly and always made sure that we were being taken care of.

We will definitely recommend Cabe Toyota to all of our friends. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience.

What a great experience!! Felishea was amazing. She did everything she said she would. My daughter leased a 2021 RAV4. Felishea and her team made the experience so easy and enjoyable. The larger dealerships DO NOT understand what customer service is. Cabe Bros. certainly does. Don't go anywhere else!!!

I feel very comfortable with this Toyota. Far better than West Coast Toyota . Cabe Toyota really means business and I highly recommend to anyone. They are friendly and quick response. Cabernet Toyota has been around for many years. This is a great testament amongst Toyota dealers in long Beach.

I just bought a 2017 Corolla SE from Matt, and the experience was amazing! I bought a car for the first time from a small lot some years ago, and the experience was horrible. This time I did my research and went to a dealership. Matt couldn't have been more helpful. I just brought my 2012 Tundra for an engine check icon showing on the gauge. Brought it in, a charcoal canister needed replacing. It was covered under my extended warranty, at no cost to me. The service writer was polite, helpful. A shuttle van brought me home and picked me up to get my vehicle. Everyone was polite. A very good first experience at Cabe Toyota. Thanks Cabe!

Bought a 2016 Camry after great experience last time. The total experience with Cabe was exceptional, professional and no hassle!

I purchased a vehicle from Cabe Toyota back in December. I already knew I wanted a '14 Camry, but did not want to deal with any of the usual mumbo jumbo car dealerships put you through. One of my buddies told me to go see John Beard at Cabe. I walked in and told John what I wanted and he performed exactly what was requested. I was driving the Camry off the lot in well under two hours time. I love the Camry and will definitely be back at Cabe should I purchase another Toyota down the road.

I bought a rav4 last year and since the beginning I have had lots of issues with it. Today is the 6th time that I leave it for some repairs. I very disappointed of this. I bought a new car because I didn't wanna have any more problems with use or old cars but it wasn't what I was hopping for.

So polite and accommodating with a car for me to use while mine is getting a recall adjustment.

Had a recall addressed at Cabe Toyota in November 2019 and I'd like to publicly thank RJ who was very polite and respectful of my time and a special thanks to Cesar who was a great driver and who knew his way around the streets of Long Beach without even using GPS! Recalls and other services can take a while-- it's just a part of getting your vehicle worked on. So now that Cabe offers a FREE shuttle service to wherever (within 10 miles) ya'll should take advantage of that and be sure to BE NICE to your driver and remember the shuttle service is FREE. :)

They went out of their way to make sure I got the exact car I wanted. They didn't force me to come in first, they didn't lie to me, and they didn't hide things. They were completely honest and open about getting me what I wanted, and they did it in a day. Couldn't be happier.

I was a first time buyer with no experience on what to expect! I emailed cabe toyota and other dealers...Christina replied to me right away and helped me right away. She's amazing! so honest and helpfull! She never pushed me with anything and helped me with my credit application process! Since i was a first time buyer it took a little longer to get approved but with in a short amount of time i was in and out of the dealer with my new scion!!!

Once i got approved i went in to the dealer the very next day and left with the best price and monthly payments! It was very intimidating seeing all the reviews of first time buyers write on other dealers websites of how horrible their experience was!?...to be honest i was scared to even go meet with Christina! But as soon as i got there she was so helpfull, no pressure, took her time, showed me everything she even turned her computer to me and explained everything very thouroghly!! Dwayne a finance specialist was also an amazing help! He explained everything to me very well and adviced everything that was best for me! He didnt pressure me into anything and was great on understanding how hard it was for me as a first time buyer to understand everything that came with buying a car..overall everyone there were amazing and i can assure they have gained a lifetime customer because ill be back again with my husband so he can buy his next car and with the rest of my family! Can this be the perfect dealership everyone is looking for? It quite possibly might be. The customer service here is impeccable. I didn't even read the reviews of this establishment until I received a call for the quote I requested for a car that I've been looking for.
It all started when I was looking for a new car, I requested some quotes and the AMAZING Russell called me and requested information on the specifics of the car I was looking for. I told her what I was looking for and she proceeded to see if she had the car in stock. He stated that she didn't have it, but would ensure that they would try to obtain it. He was extremely patient, friendly and made the car-buying experience comfortable. Not only that, she was quick to give a quote to me. . He was extremely professional and personable. I went over some questions with him and decided that this was the place that I would go to get my car.
I drove out there to speak with Mike and decided to test the car I wanted.
I cannot say anything bad about this dealership whatsoever. From the wonderful customer service over e-mail, phone and in person, this dealership is top notch. They have great people working here and they really try hard to give you the best deal possible. So if you are looking for a brand new Toyota, or even a used one, come here.

I took my car for a vibration on the steering wheel and because my car is under warranty the mechanic said that the rotors need to be cut so they did that and they said that the brakes were not under the warranty so I did complain about their lies so they did the job free of charge then the manager said that they were not going to replace the brakes again so I drove off then the mechanic left a bump on my brake rotors which he did a bad job on my rotors so I had to deal with that until I fix it the right way.
I took the rotors to my local shop and they said that they didn't cut them the right way so after this experience I will never come here again.

As a first time buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I went in looking for a used Toyota Rav4 while trading in my current vehicle and I was done in under two hours driving away with my new Rav4. I WISH I HAD GONE HERE FROM THE BEGINNING! I had a TERRIBLE experience at another nearby Toyota dealer where I was lied to and really felt that they were trying to take advantage of a young woman purchasing a car on her own. Little did this other dealership know that I am well educated and know a bait and switch trick when I see one.

I still wanted to to purchase a RAV4, so I started doing some research online and saw that Cabe Toyota had really good reviews. It seemed a little too good to be true, but I went to check it out anyway... and WOW, what a difference! This family owned dealership was amazing and had such a different vibe compared to any other dealership I have previously been to.

Upon arriving there I didn't feel like I had been pounced on by some desperate salesman, just a really friendly guy that was there to help me out. By the way, the salesman's name is CHARLIE, and he's amazing, so ask for him! I told him about my bad experience at the other dealership and his assured me that I wouldn't have to worry about anything like that happening at Cabe, and he was right.

When it came time to crunch the numbers and make a deal, the process was so easy! There wasn't a lot of back and forth and there were no tricks. They gave me a great deal for my trade in, a great deal on the car and a really good interest rate, without feeling like I had gone through an exhausting battle afterward.

This was the first time I had ever been to this dealership, but I will recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a car and will definitely go back here when it comes time for me to purchase another car. Everyone was so genuine and I felt very respected there. I am so glad I went to Cabe... and ask for the salesman CHARLIE!!

It was my first time here. I had a 7:00 appointment and I arrived only 5 minutes early. There were 8 cars ahead of me but these people got things going. Jaime came out to my car maybe 10 minutes later and got me started. He found my warranty and set up my first 10, 000 mi checkup. He was very friendly and answered all my questions regarding my service. I waited for my car while it was being serviced in the "covid" spaced area. I shopped in the parts department, was able to ask about the price of a rack I want added to my car and bought a car freshener. I received a call from the service department in record time, maybe an hour, that my car was done. I was offered a courtesy wash but I didn't need it at this time. I really liked the atmosphere here. I usually go to another Toyota Service Center but I've never felt comfortable there. There were always red flags that went up when I wanted certain issues handled and they would give me nonsense answers. It was always chaotic there too. My oil changes would take 3 - 4 hours even with a 7:00 appointment. I will come back to Cabe Toyota to take care of my car.
