Great place to celebrate with a large group of friends. With bottle service expect amazing hospitality and communication, as it's all included in the price you pay $$$$ . Food was also great, but I wish for more selection next time.

Their services always suck but great place for a place to chill and party outdoors. The city line is gorgeous during the night for the people who go to rebel events. The djs is ok depending on who it is... The visuals always suck.

Trashy crowd and over priced and an even trashier staff. They have a bunch of morons working at the door with severe ego issues who know nothing of customer service. You are better off just going to the beach with your friends and having a nice day.

It's a nice place to see the skyline but way too expensive, it's hard to get there by transit and by car its $20 to park. Had to ask several times where the place and entrance was. $33 for nachos with chicken, large to share but I think its pricey. Gratuity of 20% added automatically for all even if not in a group. Drinks also expensive.

At times can be pretentious as hell. It looks like social media threw up LA wannabes onto the deck. If you don't take the crowd too seriously its great for people watching. The view of the city is great from the dock area. Many spots to grab drinks. The pool adds a fun vibe as well.

Best part and why I will always go once every summer is the music. They play top tier house music that sets the tone for partying on a Sunday afternoon. Saw Green Velvet and was blown away.

My girls and I were super nervous to go here based on some negative reviews. But we actually had an amazing time!!!! The atmosphere is great, music was perfect. Everyone was so friendly including the bar staff. My girls and I are all different sizes and ethnicities and had 0 issues here. We were treated great, the pool was so much fun as well. We will be back for Sean Paul s event in August! Can t wait!

We visited Cabana on a Monday night to celebrate a friend's birthday with family and friends. We were a group of 12+ with two separate tables beside each other. Views of the Toronto skyline was nice. For a "luxury" patio, there were no space heaters so we were quite uncomfortably cold most of the night.
I am giving this place 1 star because we had an overall TERRIBLE experience which left the birthday girl extremely upset at the end of the night.
The patio was barely 1/4 at capacity the whole night yet the service was very slow. We were constantly waiting a long time for everything we asked for. We noted there were plenty of staff just standing around and asked why our server couldn't get help. She was made aware of our dissatisfaction with service and explained that was just how they did things normally with one server per group. She became overly defensive and over explained everything she "did" for us. I can understand she may have been trying, but that does not change the fact we experienced poor service. We waited almost an hour for our bills and by that time, we finally asked for management. The "managers" on that night appeared clueless and literally just stared at us after we explained our negative experience. There was no acknowledgment or much of a response. They did not introduce themselves, appeared uninterested and unreceptive. The management team here lacks professionalism, customer service skills and clearly will not address any concerns. They were more interested in socializing with other staff members at the bar.
The whole experience put a damper on what was suppose to be a celebratory night.

We went there for lobster clam jam. They charged $30 per people at the entry to find out there are a few food booths with very mediocre food in there. Maybe the place has a great view but does it justify that hefty entry price in this season ? I don't think so.

This place is a joke. They own the lockers and if it eats your toonie it's your problem not theirs. For the prices these guys charge to drink and be here then the lockers should be free. I'll never be back at this place.

A lot more expensive than what the experience is worth. Pulls a very flashy crowd and is nothing but a money grab.

Amazing and fun place, definitely somewhere you should go at least once in your life

Went here on a Wednesday with the kids and reserved a family cabana. The patio was very spacious for social distancing. All the staff we encountered (at check in, hostesses & lifeguard) were friendly & polite -and all wore masks correctly.
Our server Chantel was great! She was attentive, accommodating & continuously checked in on us throughout our 4hr stay. She even reminded me that 20% gratuity was already added to the bill. *Note: According to CRA, HST must be charged on gratuity when it is automatically added to your bill*
The food was delicious, we had the beef burger, margherita pizza, glass noodle salad (I enjoyed this fusion salad but IMO it's not for everyone especially at $17), although menu prices are inline with most large commercial restaurants. There is also a vast selection of wine & cocktails.
The reason for the 4stars (would have given 4.5 if I was able to) was for the cabana seating. With it being white vinyl, you see all the dirt & stains even after cleaning. We didn't feel comfortable relaxing on it until Chantel wiped them down with a disinfectant for us. It was very appreciated! Lastly, the pool is approximately 4' deep, so it's perfect for little kids.
Will definitely return as it was a good experience for us.

Great Place, very vibrant and happening spot for group dinner or couple dinner. Food is awesome but service was slow.

They are easy to take your money, but poor on service.

Very very very rude staff. We were treated like animals at the entrance. The woman that was checking us was mentally ill and talked extremely mean to me and my friends. Maybe they need to find another job if they're not happy with it, it's not other people's fault!! Prices are high but it worth it for the fun.

Extremely rude staff. Nothing special at all at this place for this money.(NO SERVICE). Better educate your staff or buy special book which will probably help them to learn the communication basics.

I love the concept of djs and bars at the pool but beware you can not bring your own towels or water and although the food is good you will pay a lot for everything here. Entertainers are amazing, dancing parter yoga etc, so I figure the overpriced everything pays in part for them.

Cool venue for gigs but service is pretty appalling, definitely some work to be done there!

Good vibe and nice crowd. Our server for our booth was attentive. I give less stars because I saw the bouncers hitting some guy on the floor and then someone walked up to them to say relax and they hit him down also. That's ridiculous. Otherwise cool place and not crazy expensive for bottle service

Always have good time, I only recommend going If you get a booth. Otherwise it's not the best place to be.

Great Venue for a summer party! Drinks are around the same prices you would pay in downtown and its a cool place to come see some of the best DJ's in the world whilst also looking out to the city!

This pool bar might fit all people. Depends on the type of crowd your comfortable mingling with. Good place. Great location to hang out on a hot day. Prices similar to any upscale Toronto bar lounge. Music is mostly Dance EDM, unless a specific dj is playing. Sunday's 103 plays.

To tell the honest truth, i went to this place on a Tuesday so experiences may differ but, the service was sub par and the food was terrible i ate the nachos maybe the other food is better. The view is amazing the music is fine aswell. Thats my personal experience

Customer service is awful and their staffs are so rude.i don't want come back again.

Great spot for hanging out with friends. The patio is designed really well. However, despite booking 4 days in advance they gave us the worst table. We were 6 people with a long sofa and a very small coffee table in the centre. It was impossible to manage. The server lied to us and said "gratuity goes to the restaurant, not to the server".

Closest thing to a party on a Caribbean cruise in Toronto.

absolutely DISGUSTED by this establishment bought a pool pass and the staff did not put it on properly when i asked for a new one I was denied and they tried to staple the old broken one back together and scraped my hand in the process then when that wouldn't work it was taped on my hand then fell off shortly after i was then denied again another wristband had security rip my shirt off and drag me out for asking for a manager will never be back

This place is garbage. Overpriced for nothing. It's a bunch of losers there.

I visited this bar today and I would give it 0 stars if possible. Rude/obnoxious staff, long guest list line up even though I was told otherwise over the phone. The security at the venue are both rude and abrasive. I definitely would not go back there again.

Beautiful spot with a good view of the lake and great food. Came here during a weekday and it was pretty busy, good idea to make a reservation if you re coming in a larger group. Our server Naila was amazing she was prompt and friendly. Would highly recommend this spot!!

Great Environment good music . We had a group of 12 the manager at the front did a good job at getting us our spot it was perfect our server was great and my man Steve another server was outstanding they really took care of everyone at the venue . One of the best times being outside since covid and the food was amazing

Great pool bar! Has a real Vegas feel to it, as it's entirely outdoors with a pool area surrounded by booths/cabanas. It's a bit pricey, but that's to be expected.

It s a one-of-a-kind venue in Toronto and a lot of fun to be at. It s right by the lake so you have an excellent view, and they have a pool for you to relax in. They always play good music too. A must-visit in the summer.

Modified Cabana Patio due to COVID-19 Review: Cabana has adapted in a very positive way despite all the new regulations and restrictions. First off, you can't beat the view at this patio. The view of the city is spectacular. Secondly, it was still fun! They had a DJ playing music and there was plenty of staff to serve food/drinks. No complaints about the food or drinks. If you go on their website, each day has its own "theme" (i.e. Lobster Monday, Ciroc Saturday, etc.). Note that from Thurs - Sunday there is a $60 minimum spend per person. Lastly, I felt very comfortable. The bathrooms were extremely clean and followed COVID-19 regulations. Also, all tables and chairs are wiped down after each reservation. Will definitely go back!

This place was simply legendary. If you don t pay the extra $20 for the pool area, you re doing it wrong. Plenty of girls, drinks, good service, the works. My only complaints are that drinks are very expensive. But, pregame before you come, and you re good to go. Also, you cannot smoke anything anywhere. There s a small smoking area but it s away from all the fun. I had cigars and didnt even bother because it was so out of the way. Drink up and have fun at the pool! Again, legendary pool party

Super expensive for no reason, i wich they had 2 pools drinks were not cold at all specifically a beer we order was super warm and the bottle service extremely expensive for no reason and pool menu is trash then guys have to pay extra after u go in to go to the pool area wich is ridiculous

Their location is very clean and feels tropical.
The theme of the place is the same; attracting people wearing shorts, unbuttoned shirts, and other beach-wear.
They have 2 bars, a pool and a lot of bottle service stations.
Once bottle service is purchased, women in bikinis bring large letters of your name with a drummer following them.

Overall, great place if you're into partying outdoors during the day time with a great view of Toronto overlooking the water.

The vibe in the atmosphere was great however I feel service wise they need more improvement. I was out with a few friends and waited nearly 45 minutes to be greeted. One server came over and we wanted to order but then she said she was not our server and would get someone else so we waited but no one came. Very upsetting. My friend spoke to a hostess and said she would find a server. The server finally came and apologized which we appreciated. She looked very busy but made us a priority. She mentioned she had no idea the booths were open as it wasn t supposed to be seated but took our order right away and apologized again. She got our drinks very quickly but the food was a different story. If we knew the food would be an issue we would have went somewhere else to eat. We ordered 5 dishes 2 of which didn t touch the table. Now this was a group of 8 and we were all sharing so as you can imagine there was shortage. Our server kept ensuring that the rest of the food was coming and that the reason servers don t run food is for sanitary reasons/ covid precautions. At one point even she was taken back that our food hadn t touched the table yet. She let us know that the kitchen was busy but also acknowledged that it shouldn t be an excuse and apologized once again. At the end she got a Manager to remove those items from the bill. We waited so long there was no point of ordering anything else. Long story short if you want food it s not the place to go, if you want drinks then I give it two thumbs up. Thank you to our server Shanice if I m not mistaken - unique eyes and darker complexion. Cabana, if you guys are under staffed then hire more people. Not a great experience. Disappointed.

I really, really wish i could give zero, even negative stars.

Me and my girlfriend went to Cabana to for the first time to see one of our favourite dj's of all time. It should have been one of the greatest days of our lives. Instead, while standing by a table (the entire club is surrounded by tables so this situation was inevitable), some fellow came up to me and my girlfriend and threatened to smash us in the head with a bottle for standing too close to they're table. I am 22 and my girlfriend is 20 and this guy was clearly over 30 years old. Four guys surrounded me and my girlfriend shouting and threatening us with violence till we left. Not a single staff member or customer said or did a single thing. After this I told not one, not two, THREE bouncers of the incident which just took place and not a single one even approached the table, let alone kick them out. The bouncers clearly have no concern for the well being of the customers. I asked a bartender to speak to a manager, after asking twice and waiting 30 minutes no manager ever arrived. It became clearer at this point that customer service means absolutely nothing to this establishment.

My girlfriend and I left the bar after only being there for an hour and half and not even seeing the dj we wanted to see out of concern for our safety and well being. I paid 40$ dollars to be get in, and wasted over an hour and $30 dollars in travelling fees only to be threaten and mistreated until our departure. I wouldn't even recommend this establishment to my enemies, let alone ever return here myself. If you enjoy bars that prioritize profits over safety and customer satisfaction, than Cabana is the place for you! The owner of Cabana should be ashamed.

Cabana is a Miami or Vegas-style outdoor pool Club situated in Toronto. They bring in top International DJs and the venue is quite chic. Obviously drink prices come at a cost at such a place as well as renting out a cabana is quite expensive. At times they do require an additional cost to use the pool area.

Very chill and casual place, great for partying and showing off. Always a good time. Younger crowd. Very spacious and offers great views of the city

Amazing views. Drinks are a bit small...glasses should be larger.

Pretty subpar condition and quite dirty. The bar was also very stingy on the amount of alcohol they put in your drinks.

If you get to security and it's past 3pm, you have to pay to get in. Even if you are with a promoter, it doesn't matter. Don't trust the promoters! They CANT GET YOU IN even if you're late. We learned our lesson. Be on time. Drinks are 8-10/beer. The crowd is lit and people are friendly. Men have to pay an additional 20 bucks to get into the pool area but it's free for ladies. It's 2019, what in the gender discrimination?

Went on multiple occasions, I love the concept. Different experience from indoor clubs. Music was decent, depends on personal taste.

I was with a group of 6 and at first the experience wasn t bad. To be fair this was at the beginning of their patio season so staff wasn t very well trained. However, service was extremely poor, the food was clearly pre-bought and re-plated with garnishes. We re talking Mandarin-quality chicken wings and spring rolls. I expected much better from O&B group.

Very common to charge a group of 6 or more a service fee of 18-20% but that was not communicated to my table which lead to one of my party tipping a total of 30%. I found it very disappointing to charge a 20% service fee and deliver extremely poor service. Just as an example, I asked the server for a lemon flavoured spiked seltzer, she went to the bar and brought me back a grapefruit flavoured seltzer (these cost $9 each). I politely asked her if they had lemon, and she thought I meant a lemon wedge - AND SHE DIDN T EVEN GET THE LEMON WEDGE LOL.

Do better Cabana, you ll continue to do well but you ll never get another dollar out of me *50 cent voice*.

The food was awful at Marquee... not to mention ridiculously expensive for reheated food.... the drinks were watered down... ex so expensive the waitstaff was subpar... rude.... don't waste your money
