Great place for a day party. Good music and special guest djs.

We made a reservation for 7:45pm. They canceled our reservation out of the blue without informing us at all. I understand it was raining, but it is a courtesy to at least shoot us an email or a call that they have cancelled due to severe weather condition.

Unacceptable in my opinion, and wasted so much of my time travelling back and forth to dt Toronto.

Beautiful environment, atmosphere and service. I ordered the shrimp avocado which was not all that for the price. I wouldn't recommend this food to be on the menu. The safe bet for food here is burger and fries. The place is nice and follows the safety measures well. Clean and beautiful.

I went for an event with my boyfriend, otherwise I doubt I would have ever gone. Super crowded, very overpriced.. 2 drinks is $20. One bottle of ciroc is like $250?? Can't you buy that at LCBO for less than $30
Only "beautiful" people are allowed to work here. For the price you pay, it didn't seem very well maintained. Booths were dirty, washrooms were dirty and no toilet paper. What did everyone's $40 entrance fee pay for again??

Views are okay. There are many places you can see the Toronto skyline, other than here. Save your money. At least I can say I've been once.

The security personnel at this venue are soon going to be charged with felony assault after the way they ganged up on a group of people,some of whom were only trying to stop the needless pummeling of their friends by those thugs in blue shirts (a.k.a security) This venue is a hazard to patrons...not because of the clientele but by the violent low class,police academy rejects the owner somehow entrusts the safety of his property to..

First time at cabana and tried the sangria with a couple of girlfriends and the entire experience was amazing! Our server Nicolina was hilarious and so attentive - if you go there ask for her!!

Been a few times, went on July 13 and had an awful experience. Bought tickets thinking Snoop dogg was performing, turns out he was only supposed to make a guest appearance, but Cabana couldn t even make that happen. Wasn t only me, all my friends and many other people also believed the same thing so it seems like a brutal case of false advertisement as I wasted a lot of money on a terrible experience.

It's trashy all the way down. The bouncers have a power complex, the staff acts like it's our privilege to be there, and the crowd is mostly suburban scenesters with too much to prove. And did I mention it's WAAY overpriced?

Felt like I was no longer in Toronto. Felt like I was at a dayclub in Miami or somewhere where it's always hot and people are always partying. Vibes and views were great. Make sure to wear sunscreen or a hat though! There aren't many places to find shade there.

Over priced and the music was ok. The vibe was a little jersey shore if that's what you like

My friend spent $1500 on bottles and a booth for his birthday and some of us were not allowed in because we were wearing black pants. It said no jeans so we asked them what we can wear if we go home and change and the bouncers called us difficult and said go read the sign for the dress code. We ended up buying shorts for 3 people from their store and the bouncers still did not let us in... power trip at its finest. Management didn t care when we called in either. Everyone from our party left early because they refused to leave some of us outside. We are down $1500. I ve never experienced something like that I would not suggest booking for a large event here.

Don t ever come here. The bouncers will power trip regardless of how much money and nice you are at the gate. Not worth the money. Far more respectable and classy places in Toronto.

Nice Party Spot, Pricey, Not sure how clean the pool really is. Try it at least once.

Horrible customer service. The pool is very sticky (disgusting) . I do not recommend this place.Over priced cabana and food.

My boys and I just spent the afternoon enjoying the pool and having lunch at Cabana. It was such a fun afternoon! Our server, CiCi was fantastic! From the moment we arrived she was attentive to our needs and was so great with my kids (age 7 & 11). All the staff were great! My youngest needed a bandaid (well he thought he did) and they sent over their first aid gal who was so sweet with him. The food was very good as well. I had the shrimp salad and my boys had the Margarita pizza x 2 as well as a cheese burger. Everything was well prepared and came out extremely fast. Not sure why there are a bunch of reviews stating otherwise... (a side note, I am a big time foodie and only give this type of recommendation if it s merited), could be a difference from the daytime vs evening? We will definitely be back and hopefully we ll be able to have CiCi for our server.

This encourages poor service by staff if they are ensured a 20% tip no matter how they treat you. Also, as someone who is petite, I usually do not order $60 worth of food and drink so this is unfortunate.

I always had a dream about a spectacular party and when I went Cabana Pool Bar, I performed my desire. It was amazing. The people beautiful, young and modern, I felt myself extremely happy in that place. The space is great, clean and organized. The amazing song, fantastic view a the most special afternoon in my life.I have never had a experience like that. I'll remember forever that place.

Recently went here on the weekend and got lucky with the weather as it's a outdoor venue so if you plan going here in advance watch the weather reports. The venue has two levels a section with a patio balcony and the main ground area where you can enjoy listening to the DJ and dancing and they have a designated swimming area.

The amenities are there you can rent/buy a towel on site and they have lockers for use and phone charging station at a extra cost. The restrooms are pretty clean for all the foot traffic going through.

The food would be the only thing I wouldnt get too excited for as it's just basic food selections. It's ok for a quick snack just don't go there starving and expecting gourmet food.

Lockers dont work lost money trying to find one people pushing you when a singer comes out security is around just not where there performing well at least when I was there security was on upper level and other parts no crowd control food was slow and wasn't the greatest

Experience you get from bottle service is top notch. Staff very attentive and full of energy.

Thanks again for slapping my friend with an additional $500 for our cabana that she was NOT informed about before she put down a payment for it. Did I mention it was her bday too? No next times for us, would not recommend this place unless you wanna pay a bunch of hidden fees they don't bother telling you about.

What an awful management team. Retrain your managers on how to approach situations and perhaps a session on courtesy and respect.

Drinks were good, nachos taste good as well but unfortunately we had a bad experience with our server. I understand with times like this, service is slower to accommodate for extra precautions, but our server seemed to be very social and not attentive. She greeted our table promptly and then disappeared for 40 minutes, during which time another server or manager took our orders. The drinks took another 20 minutes to come out (AFTER our food). We then asked for our bill and then looked for someone to take our payment for an hour! The server name on our bill was Afreen, not sure if this was her name. But the service was unacceptable and very disappointing for Cabana standards. I am not sure if I would come back or reccomend the restaurant patio to anyone.

My son attended a family friends birthday party on Sunday September 24 2017. There was an incident that occurred between the bouncers and my son and my best friends son in the early evening. If anyone that reads this was there and can provide me with any video that was taken on their camera phone please message me I will respect your right to privacy. We are grateful to the witnesses that have already come forward regarding this matter.
We have read the reviews on Google both positive and negative However it seems like their "security" personal are severely lacking in people skills and enjoy sucker punching and choking out patrons that have the disadvantage of being inebriated.

Always have had an amazing time at Cabana. Love the chicken wings and the sexy fries :D

Just ventured back to cabana this past weekend after a few years hiatus.

The three stars are for the fun atmosphere, vibe, view, music, and overall I did have a really great time with my friends.

The place is pricey though considering what you get for food and drinks. I was with two other friends and our bills came to $90 each which included a 20% gratuity. The waitress should have mentioned it was included but luckily we saw before adding in an additional tip. Service was great but 20% is a stretch, especially for a group of 3 people.

We ordered wings, nachos, empanadas, sangria and this frose cocktail. Everything was decent but nothing I'd go back for. Parking was also $20 on a Saturday.

It is a fun place to go to with a group of friends, if you're fine committing to expensive pub food.

Amazing lol place with very friendly staff. I broke my foot the night before the Clutch concert and the management moved me up stairs to be safe. Definitely will come again

Very bad service...we just wanted to take pictures on the top near water and they say no there are people eating but there were only 2 people disgusting experience i ever had in my life... nothing was good.. they would have let us take atleast one picture... HORRiBLE PEOPLE

Not worth the price.
The view is nice but from most of the tables you actually don t have it.
The food is ok but very expensive. The parking is not included and there is a minimum 20% tip applied.

Large, popular summer event venue with many cabanas/seating areas. Great view of the Toronto skyline. Located on Polson Pier, a bit far from the city. Known for drama and being in the news. Home of Aqua (Prism) during Toronto Pride.

The ticket in doesn't get you access to the pool, you have to pay extra for a seat, a towel or a table. You have to leave your towel at the door. You're not allowed re entry.

There is no other place in Toronto for the views, style, music and recognizable DJ's of Cabana. Be ready for high energy, Toronto prices and lots of beachwear. No need to show up in a bathing suit... But it's certainly an option. Don't forget to check the weather and be ready to wait for an uber orleave before the crowd

Wonderful service and great food. I wish I could remember our main waitress name; she was so helpful and kind. Towards the end of our meal, another waitress took over, who was also sweet and helpful! Xavier was awesome, as he brought over a heater for us! His great energy put smiles on our faces throughout our evening! Thanks for a great time :) We ll be back.

Fun experience, quite expensive but worth the money and the wait

I'd describe this place as gilded. I was also a little preplex on why the bouncer wanted to refuse entry to my black friend for his board shorts (he insisted that they were gym shorts), but not my white friend who was wearing gym shorts. I feel that the staff need to be better trained in racial basis.

*we were allowed entry after we had a discussion with the bouncer, but the whole experience put a negative cloud on the day

The staff was really nice. But the pool was very small and incredibly dirty with stuff floating around in it and luke warm. You can't sit down unless you have a table. Very few people go there to swim

Some of these reviews are very picky however when I went the service was great, food was great and atmosphere was top notch. You get what you pay for.

4 stars because the food came out late & the music was too loud, but great service. We had a nice table with a view of the skyline, but we were seated very close to the front speakers. Almost immediately, our server (name on the bill said Afreen), came to greet us. She took the time to explain how to use the virtual menu with our phones, as it was never communicated to us by the girl who seated us. We ordered the sushi & the margherita pizza. The sushi was good & came out quickly, but the pizza took almost 20 minutes longer, and was cold when it came out. Overall, decent food, great service & ambience. Probably better for bigger groups of people since it's more of a party spot than restaurant.

Recently I've been looking for a decent gym to start in pro league boxing. Cabana pool bar is a great place to start! The bouncers make sure to keep you on your toes at all times as they attack from any angle with sheer force and the element of surprise.

It s our first time to go there for a dinner. We made a reservation, when we got there we saw some people were lining up. I was not sure that we need to line up. I just came up to ask the security there I made a reservation, do we still need to line up , and he didn t answer my question and keep asking me to go there line up with a very disrespected and discriminated attitude. IlAnd also there is not any information on the website said everyone needs id even we don t buy or drink any alcohol cause we just want to have a dinner. And they didn t let us in. It is the most terrible experience I ve ever had when I go for a meal in a restaurant.

Great atmosphere for lunch by the lake! Service was perfect. Checked in quite often and excellent vibes all around. Definitely a step back from the party life which was always fun, but during these times it made for an overall awesome day!

Very large patio and beautiful views. Drinks were great. Food was below average. Great for people watching. Spaced out well for safety. Loud music. Would come back for drinks with the girls.

Amazing party environment. Bottle service girl was really hard to find though but the trick is to find her and order a lot of alcohol and food all at once. Great DJ, staff were amazing and lots of security. Food is kind of over price though.

With great weather, a good crowd with you and bottle and booth service Ithe venue could pass for a day party in Vegas. Lots of room and surprisingly was very busy on Saturday and filled up quickly. Interesting crowd with a wide spectrum of people and ages. Snacks are also offered.

Good place for fighting. Chair fight, bouncer fight, table fight. Rude staff, rude security, list it's to long.

This is the best place in Toronto. It's like a vacation in the city.

It's a fun place but theybjeed to ensure that the adds that they post for the event matches the event. There has been multiple times whennive gone there and wasted money cuz it wasn't what I expected.

I watched the last World cup 2018 game here. It was a free ticket and there was a line up but it moved so fast and we didn t have to wait a long time. It was a nice environment too and they could serve customers pretty quick. The pool area is free for ladies and men should pay for it and when we went there it was 20$. It s beside the lake and you will get a very nice view too. I definitely recommend this place because we don t have much of this kinda places here in Toronto :)

Super overpriced and you can't sit anywhere unless you pay for a booth.

COVID19 has definitely put a damper on the regular excitement of Cabana and their events. However, the new socially distanced, dine in model is very fun, and still is a great time by the lake, and amazing views of the CN Tower.

Rude staff, slow service, horrible security. Avoid at all costs.

Atmosphere was great, service was a bit slow, food was meh...

Came here last week for Lebron's day party, the venue was amazing and we enjoyed ourselves. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. However there was one young lady who was working behind the bar who was very rude to me and my friend we were buying drinks. we asked her a question about the drink she had given us as we saw that she had brought over a different drink, when we had asked her she was very sarcastic and had an attitude and spoke down on us. She even gave us more attitude when we had asked if we could pay separately. Apart from that we had a great time!!

Firstly, when is their movie night? Monday or Tuesday? My friend looked up and it was Monday; but all my searches showed Tuesday. We ended up going in on a Monday.
Let's just say this -the location is unbeatable and the view is spectacular! So a couple of things-
First up- if you're going to host a movie night, especially in September- expect it to get cold and get some heaters for your patrons! You're a patio, right by the water - it gets cold and windy. I came prepared with mittens, scarfs and I dressed warm- I was still freezing.

Second- the service is much to be desired. My drink toppled over, and my phone, myself and the entire table was drenched. Ice pretty much flew everywhere, and we have to use ALL our napkins, borrow from the next table and cleaned up by ourselves! If they did not see it, it's bad service, if they saw it and showed a blind eye- even worse. Pretty sure they saw the whole mishap; but maybe(?!!) wanted to avoid any confusion about a free drink?

It would have gone a LONG way if they had just come over and offered napkins to clean or to clean themselves. It's just a bad customer experience. I was cold to begin with, but standing around with my outfit soaked, and having to clean- I was FROZEN. You're exorbitant, have the decency to treat people right.

Had to flag someone to get second round of drinks, more napkins, a response on whether there's coffee (which I never got), and the bill.

Avoid.

.Nice place but very rude staff. Treats the customers as they have been forced to deal with us. With the price we pay we expect good and pleasant customer service. I would not visit again and until management train their staff on how to behave

Not blown away, nice atmosphere though. Just remember, its a day club they kick everyone out before the sun goes down.

Visited first time on my girl friends birthday. Had reserved table mentioning this was for a birthday but got a weird table with tall stool which were not even clean. The server was off may be she was tired or was not in mood. We were not asked for anything and just served according to what we asked for. No napkins served, no proper cutlery and the one served were not washed properly. 20% gratuity we understand but not being served according to that level of charge.

We had to ask them to make it memorable birthday by a cake but that was also charged. We would have gone to a normal restaurant atleast that would have been complimentary.

2 stars just for the view and the ambience. Not sure if were served according to our outfit or color.

One and only time I have been to Cabana, had a good time. Place is massive and great for the summer.

This is a nice place for men not women. They have bikini girls serve you but all their waiters are not attractive at all.

My rating is for lack of trying. I cancelled my reservation. After reading reviews I decided to spend my hard earned money somewhere that appreciates customer service. After the first few comments I would have thought you would have retrained you staff but obviously not! I have no problem spending $60 pp but you better make it worth while.

When i was going toward the pool area the security grab my hand so hard disrespectfully such as my hand hurts
