The vibe in the atmosphere was great however I feel service wise they need more improvement. I was out with a few friends and waited nearly 45 minutes to be greeted. One server came over and we wanted to order but then she said she was not our server and would get someone else so we waited but no one came. Very upsetting. My friend spoke to a hostess and said she would find a server. The server finally came and apologized which we appreciated. She looked very busy but made us a priority. She mentioned she had no idea the booths were open as it wasn t supposed to be seated but took our order right away and apologized again. She got our drinks very quickly but the food was a different story. If we knew the food would be an issue we would have went somewhere else to eat. We ordered 5 dishes 2 of which didn t touch the table. Now this was a group of 8 and we were all sharing so as you can imagine there was shortage. Our server kept ensuring that the rest of the food was coming and that the reason servers don t run food is for sanitary reasons/ covid precautions. At one point even she was taken back that our food hadn t touched the table yet. She let us know that the kitchen was busy but also acknowledged that it shouldn t be an excuse and apologized once again. At the end she got a Manager to remove those items from the bill. We waited so long there was no point of ordering anything else. Long story short if you want food it s not the place to go, if you want drinks then I give it two thumbs up. Thank you to our server Shanice if I m not mistaken - unique eyes and darker complexion. Cabana, if you guys are under staffed then hire more people. Not a great experience. Disappointed.
