The security there makes you feel less safe. They are rude for no reason, physical for no reason and are over all bullies. Check your white security. They are way to confrontational and jumpy

Dayclub turned into Toronto's largest outdoor patio. Lots of space, distance between all tables, great food, and you can't go wrong with a bottle of bubbly. Great service, had an amazing time with the girls!

Wish I remembered the waitress name, she was so great. But the food was not what I expected. The view made up for the expectations that I had. Hopefully if I visit again, my perspective can change

The ombiance, the decor was totally amazing However, we ordered 9.5 ouch of red wine, the server advised according to the menu $39.50. When the bill arrived, it $65 for 2 glasses of wine, oh gosh, almost fainted. Sorry, red wine regularly doesn't cost more than $15/per glass, generally. This was way too expensive, especially during this covid time. Didn't want to create a scene with price disagreement at the restaurant, so left feeling absolutely fumed & very upset. Hope the restaurant management can kindly provide some other arrangement for this totally unfortunate event. Thanks.

On August 11th a group of 9 young ladies were publicly slandered by your security personnel Ryan and Jeremey, while waiting in line to be seated to eat at your establishment. They were falsely accused of theft on a previous visit to your establishment. Even once they showed proof, by producing their credit card receipts of payment on the previous visit, the security guard did not offer a public apology. Rather than simply admitting their mistake as loudly as they had made the accusation, they continued with the defamation of character charade while all the other people waiting in line looked on. The security personnel claimed to be just doing their job, saying they were told to confront and accuse the ladies. The young ladies requested multiple times to face their accuser, but that did not happen. Recorded videos of the entire situation show so the young ladies calmly requesting to speak to whoever was responsible for the accusation, only to be accused of being rude to the security guard, and of trying to play the race card. (By the way: Islam is a religion, not a race. You may want to educate and inform your staff members. Members of the white, black, yellow or red races may all practice Islam).
An on-duty manager finally came forward, and was recorded quietly admitting the false accusation had been made by another manager who was not at the establishment that evening. She haphazardly apologized and admitted the error, but made the excuse that dine and dash incidents do happen frequently to them. There was no satisfactory conclusion to this unnecessary scene which was very poorly handled by all staff members of the establishment. The accusation was made loudly in front of a lineup of people, causing great embarrassment to the young ladies. The manager s admission of error and sort-of-apology-with-an-excuse was made quietly off to the side, out of public view.
These young women are upstanding Canadian born citizens attending university in Toronto. There was no need to treat them in this manner. Customer relations is apparently not a strong suit for your establishment. It is a great disappointment to see such a horrible scene take place. If your staff are going to publicly make false accusations and defame the character of customers, your apology for the error should be as public and as loud.

Spacious bar with swimming pool and play area at a great location. Staff needs to be more friendly and welcoming. Had been here on a corporate event and found that they just want to charge money for anything.

A few of us decided to try Cabana for Brunch on Sunday. It was a beautiful day and very smooth entry and had a table close to the DJ booth. The vibe was awesome and the service by Chantel was great. She suggest the Salmon dish which was perfect with my Mimosa's. The Manager Kirsty came back to check on our table and was super friendly and professional like always. The layout was ideal and social distancing and cleanliness was a priority for them. We had a fantastic time and will be back soon for dinner.

I've always loved Cabana as it's one of the top summer spots in Toronto! I got to see Snoop Dogg perform their last summer after his original date was canceled because of rain... 2020 has been a very challenging year for the hospitality industry in Toronto and I was pleasantly surprised this summer when I went to Cabana and I actually enjoyed the new atmosphere even more than when I was there last year!! They did a great job of operating by the new rules while at the same time making sure everyone has a great time!! I heard they have a heated and covered setup for the fall which I haven't visited yet but I'm looking forward to!! It's really important these days to support our local hospitality industry in order to make sure they survive

First time I experienced this!

First time I experienced this!
Paid $40 to end up full of crack heads and drug abusers! worst place in Toronto ! Stay a way of this junk place!!!!!

This place was absolutely garbage.

This place was absolutely garbage.

We were about 15 ppl and after paying 3500 for 5 bottles and 2 hours later we were all kicked out by the rude staff .

The worst is the waitress were rude unattentive never to be found.

Even worst we were promised food , but what came to the table was some stale sushi and nachos . Which most of the sushi was ate by our server.

Funny enough when confronted about eating the sushi - the reply was " what I am starving " and went on .

Then the conclusion the whole party got kicked out because the waitress ate our food and then she complained that we were rude so then the Calvary came to kick us out.

Let me remind all of you thinking of going there - we did not fight , harass or do anything to constitute beeing trespassed from the property or if someone did anything maybe kicking out the one person who is the problem not the whole party.

At the end of the day they cared about taking the $3500 and getting rid of a table to bring on more ppl to get more money .

After speaking with the manager which at least needs customer service training on top of manners We were kicked out, not the person causing the issues if any but the entire party!!!

Good luck Cabana.

This is a great place to have fun, party, swim and rage - not a place to relax. It gets very packed on Sunday. There was hardly any room to lay or sit down without paying for bottle service, so go early.

I called to ask for directions, Lady named Christy answered the phone, and without asking if I could hold she just went : HOLD THE LINE.. and boom; I'm on hold for 11 minutes. Then when I asked for directions, she's like: Oh, I'm bad with highways, but you gotta get off comissioner from DVP. I'm like, I'm so sorry..But I just don't recall that exit on DVP and I drive there every day. She then goes; Oh, well.. I don't drive , so I don't really know. If you want go get a GPS and I can give you the postal code. She just couldn't wait to dismiss me and end the call. I ended up going there, and let me tell you. By far the most ghetto place you may be able to find all across GTA ! view is nice, but so is anywhere else on the shore. definitely not worth the price. Crowd truly sucks, bottom line, plenty of nicer places to spend your {soon to be gone} summer days. DISSAPPOINTED.
