Great place for billiards, volleyball, swimming, sun, and meet and greets with the biggest stars.

The club by itself was very nice but the staff was awful soon rude and not very helpful! Never going back there again if you're interested in a pool bar consider muzik. Never going to cabana again

Could not find a better way to spend a Sunday! Great views, good vibe, hip music, awesome pool.

Entrance was $25 (special DJ), pool $20 extra, towels $5 with $15 deposit. With meals and snacks and parking, expect this to be a $100 day easily... well worth it in my opinion.

Saw Foals last night and it was gun! The lights how was awesome buy the waitresses can be tough to deal with.

Nice venue. Love the entertainment and miami vibe. But hands down the WORST bar service. Hahaha. Its laughable.

Officially place is open from 1 pm, but practically they open it at 1.30 pm on regular basics, maybe to create a line? Customer service is bad, especially staff who meet people at the entrance. It feels like they have a huge EGO but lack of respect for their guests.

Music was garbag the only Play Tex no house music no hip hop or reggae and it was 20 a person only to find out 9 dollars for drinks that are small cans if they played better music I would mind the price for the drinks

The place location is beautiful , people are nice BUT drinks are really bad , if you go for vodka or gin you will probably feel like you are drinking water so they need to improve that. Sound system is really bad as well for an outdoor place . i remember going there few times for steve aoki and armin vanburn and it felt like you are listening to a local dj because of the sound quality

Ambience was really nice. Don't expect to be mind blown by the food.

If u have no other viable options then go ahead. It's a decent spot. Drinks cheap but small pours. For the fellas...lots of ladies...easily 4:1 ratio. For the ladies...pool is okay and food looked decent. My experience was okay, I would go back...but once again...if I have no other options. If u have another decent option...go with it.

Gave 1 star because I had to. 40 year old white man at the door in blue aviators who probably still lives on his mom's basement power tripping because he felt disrespected. Spend your money at another spot...this place is trash.

The food was subpar. Kabobs came out cold. Overall servers was okay come for the drinks and veiw not the food.

I had an absolutely fantastic time. The music was great. I enjoyed the food and drinks and the atmosphere had an overall good vibe.

Very bad experience. Assaulted us and kicked out our people... So embarrassing and ignorant staff... Avoid this place like the plague. Security has zero customer service or patience or awareness. What a joke.

They missed our reservation and ruined the whole birthday plans!
Meanwhile they allowed in EVERYONE else.

Want to like this place, went for DJ Snake and I get better bass out of my bluetooth speaker than what I heard there.

Staff is incompetent at tasks beyond their regular duties.

One of the 5 states places in Toronto, classy, cozy with nice and kind servers did i mention great food too? For sure try chocolate cake there it's fanatciloius.

Disappointed, and regret we haven t read the reviews before going. We called about 2 months in advance to make a reservation for our anniversary. At the entrance there was a gloomy host who acted like he was tired to do his job and (oh no!) we also came to bother him. Then we were seated at a hideous tiny table (I want to reiterate - we called 2 MONTHS in advance for an ANNIVERSARY) and found out that the pool is closed for guest access on weekends - we specifically asked over the phone if it was open and there was no mention of weekend private parties from the person taking the reservation, NOT COOL (felt a little odd sitting in my swimsuit there ahah).



I only haven t mentioned the 20% mandatory tip yet but thankfully our waitress was the only one I can t complain about.

And then I see some people are being offered to write an email to management. All I have to say is: Please sit in your own chairs for 2 hours until you get sore, then try to get attention of your bartender, order your own food, and finally try to understand why anyone should be pouring money in your snooty bubble you call a Pool Bar if there s a perfectly fine view of Toronto down below in the park.

And that s our anniversary, folks!:D

It felt like it was way over capacity, people are way too touchy and its hard to move around..probably a bad experience for my first time at cabana but the view is gorgeous so im willing to give it another try

During the afternoon it is the right place for company events

Its a spacious venue. The food is decent and the servers are friendly. The crowd is hit or miss. But if you know how to have a good time and tune out those around you, you can really enjoy the atmosphere.

Service is despicable, not even going to go into details. We purposely didn t order much because of how bad we were served. Definitely not worth the 20% gratuity already charged.

Great place to on the weekends. Cover for entry and pool access of $20 can be high. Drinks were reasonable at around $8-12. The waitresses and servers are our cabana were great. Kept coming every couple of minutes to refill our drinks, give us towels, and to see if we needed anything else.

Awesome place to have a day/night party! Access to the pool was $20 The staff was alright. Amazing view , atmosphere and crowd.

The service was terrible. It took an hour before we were even asked about food. The place wasn't even that packed and they had plenty of servers to accommodate their guests. We requested a box for food and our bill and that took an another hour and half for those to arrive. We had to ask another server to get our bill. I don't make complaints but I've never had such bad service ever.

Entering by queuing along the dock is not ideal ... not very organised at all!

So last week my friend and I did not have a great experience. I emailed them and they did not respond, however we decided to give them another chance. I was really happy that i did, they went over and above and it was amazing service. Jade was really great and so was Krystal from the time before. From the great seating to great service you guys really hit it out of the park.

Beautiful venue, great music, Great place for summer parties.

Don't listen to the negative reviews, every time I have gone there with friends we had the best time ever. Don't cause problems, obey the law and security will treat you with love. Friendly and helpful service, very overpriced but the venue is great. Definitely a place that you plan to go to with a group of friends. Food is decently priced considering the atmosphere and is handled by Oliver & Bonacini so would actually reccomend getting a couple appetizers if your with friends!

Place was off the chain!! Look at all the boats!!!!

Outside security bouncers didn't know where ticket holders were supposed to go and put us in wrong line... Waited almost an hour to get in only to find out that we should've been in a different line for pre-brought tickets that would've got us in much faster. Parking was horrible! Nowhere to park! Ended up parking at the nearby T n T Asian grocery store and walking over. The pool bar was fun. Organized. Beautiful cabanas. Bottle service was astronomically expensive!!! Food was also overpriced. Gorgeous, picturesque scenic views of the Toronto harbour and CN Tower - amazing for pictures and group photos. It was an experience but I won't go back.

Drinks are expensive as expected, but they book some solid intentional DJs. It's a fun time. Food is surprisingly decent finger foods for a "club". They served tacos, corn dogs, gauc + chips, fries, quesadilla etc.

Great place to enjoy in Summer time. Get out there and enjoy. A must go if you have time and you like going to parties

Average at best. Overnpriced. If some one gets a table everyone in his party should be free. If its 1500 minimum spend and you give 10 free entrances. If someone spends 3000 you should comp back thw extra 25 pp the other 10 paid. Overall i will only come back when the wqter levels are low with a boat as i dont have to pay the ridiculouae bopze prices and poor service

Amazing atmosphere! I recommend dressing up a tad. I went in cut off jean shorts and a tee and I felt kinda out of place. The marinated shrimp and tomatoes was delicious!

It s our first time to there. I made a reservation and spent an hour to came here. And we paid 10 box already for the parking. But nothing on the booking website said we must need id even we don t drink alcohol because we were just came there for a dinner. Terrible Experience!!! And by the way, the security s attitude was so bad!!!

A lot of fun! Liquor was strong. Music was strong. Everybody vibed. I would highly recommend Cabana Pool Bar for your entertainment needs.

Nice pool bar with a beach feel. Many people get cabanas there, it's crowded when there is a party.

I never write reviews but I feel compelled to write one just because of how bad my experience was.

We had made reservations but once we got there we were told that we didn't have any. Eventually they "found" our reservation. It then took a while to be seated.

We were a party of 2 people. We had ordered their 150 package with 3 drinks, after adding the gratuity included in the bill it resulted to a total of $235.94. Everything included in the 150 package was extremely disappointing- small quantities, bad taste and the presentation was awful. The food tasted stale and looked even worse as if it would be served in a mall food court. The service was slow and it was super hard to gain our servers attention.

DOORMAN/BOUNCER!!! -What I witnessed him do.
Myself and my friends have been to Cabana before and had a great experience, this time will be our last time after what we witnessed. A bouncer at the front named JAMES will sour your whole experience before you even get to have an experience inside and you wouldn't believe what he decides to put people through and the great lengths he will go to to find anything to try provoke a fight so people wont get in!! I witnessed it with my own two eyes, in fact I saw two separate incidences in one day, first on the way in and the other going on on the way out! This is clearly how he gets his kicks and this must go on all day with him as long as his boss isn't around I'm sure.
I'm not sure how he is employed there. I'm just letting everyone know what I wish I was warned about ahead of time. I don't want to say I know for sure it is a racial thing with him but I can say this much, if he doesn't like what he sees in the first second of sizing you up then your not getting in just so he can exercise what he feels is his duties are as a bouncer -to bully, create issues and problems, and deny entry. That's fine when someone starts a problem, I'm all about being in a safe environment so they are there to bounce people out when there is an issue and check ID and let people in so there is still business inside the bar. but it is verrrrry clear that he is not interested in that at all, hes interested in starting problems and pushing people to see if he can be given a reason to bounce them out. I even saw him getting mad and make things up putting words in their mouth that they didn't say because the person wasn't buying into his fight attempts!! I saw him make multiple people upset myself included because my entire group had bought tickets in advance.
He shouldn't be in any authoritative position anywhere with an inferiority complex like that and Cabana really needs to get rid of him asap so they avoid loosing business since he is the one approving and denying the business that comes and goes there.
Also, while we were leaving we heard a woman screaming and crying her eyes out at him. I've seen enough from him to know that he had successfuly provoked that reaction out of her whatever it was about. TORONTOS MOST INSECURE BULLY!
Beware of him, he a very large built Asian man (not muscular) that stands outside the entrance wearing a Cabana Pool Bar shirt you can tell he is insecure when you see him by the way he stands and moves.

Patio is the bomb, real pretty food was meh... looked good but tasted average. they are not very good with covid measures tbh as ppl were constantly getting up from their tables without masks on, taking photos and walking around and nobody was stopping them

Amazing view and food.... Loved the place... Would definitely go back ....it was an unplanned visit and was worth going

Went to the Grand opening 2018 and it was my first time. The vibe really up beat and I really like the set up in the woman's washroom :) the floaty was cute, and you get to play beach ball in the pool! Really fun day. Performance was attractive and the facility is just great as well. I wish the DJ played more Usher and Nelly:)

Was there on Sunday. It was amazing. Cant really see why anyone would not have a good time.

Poor Customer service & Pretentious

Came here for Caribana party on August 5th.
First of all, it took us 40 mins to get inside in the bottle service line. We had a cabana, and so did a lot of people, but logistics didn't exist. They had 1 girl verifying the bottle service line, which caused a huge bottle neck to occur. I don't understand how it took them 40 mins to get people inside. While the general admission line had no line. They need a better system on how to handle large crowds of people coming in. This was a preplanned event, where they had an ample amount of time to prepare for.
Secondly, I wasn't able to go back into the establishment to use the bathroom. I had existed the place, and need to use the bathroom. After asking several times to security to allow me to please use the bathroom, they refused and told me to use a disgusting porta potty that was outside the venue that had feces and water flowing out of it onto the ground. I understand that you may have a no re-entry policy, but some human decency should be exercised. A patron that had paid for bottle service and spent a good amount of money there isn't able to re-enter to use the bathroom is ridiculous. Poor business practice, no business that wants repeat business would treat their customers this way. Cabana is so pretentious, don't waste your time!

Awful security and bouncers are far from trained on how to deal with customers and protect them.

Very nice scene and view. Great food and service, really can't complain! But the smell was not that pleasant possibly due to outdoor cannabis users.

Very clearly discriminates. Insanely expensive but it is waterfront.

Don t be fooled by party videos posted on social media. Here is what you should exepct. Good service and pricey food. DO NOT ORDER high end plates, just stick to the simple like pizza and burger which is excellent!
The view is great but you can t sit very close to the water as these booths are very small expensive.

Pool is not accessible to regular guests. You need to pay more.

Parking is $10 flat rate.

If youre looking for a LA style type of experience in Toronto this is the place to go! Drinks are a little pricey I would suggest getting a booth. Sucks that we cant enjoy it this year due to COVID but hopefully theyll open up soon before summer ends

Best on Sunday's. Great party with a huge spot right on Lake Ontario. You can pull up your boat and pay a docking fee to hang out beside the party! Pay extra or schmooze the security to get into the pool section. It's a different animal.

The best way to spend you Sunday afternoon in the summers. Daylife is an amazing pool party for the House and Tech House fans

I m unsure if I want to attend this venue seeing the reviews. Seems as if some staff members have too much power and some lacking ppl skills. I ll be coming to Toronto for the first time and was looking to spend money here looks like I m going to shy away from this place. Like they say everything that glitters isn t gold that goes for establishments as well. You never know who you treat bad just because you have or work at an upscale establishment doesn t mean you treat ppl the way I m reading these bouncer and bartenders are treating ppl. Places like this end up losing ppl like me and I have money and don t mind spending but places like this would never get my money. They won t be satisfied till a lawsuit is filed. If I decide to come in for the summer I ll be coming with my lawyer friends I d be the one to file. I don t tolerate such manner. Either do something about your staff or have ppl start taking action against you but I m very turnt off by this very sexy upscale venue . Whomever needs to control their staff and get them in order. Bribing ppl out of money and making your own rules at the door is disgusting. You never know they might treat someone real bad who possibly has the key to their next venue or something... moral of the story bad business
