Great location, close to Mizner Square and beach. Shuttle runs to beach club every 20 minutes. Large complex, take some time to explore. Restaraunts were pricey and food mediocre. Golf was fantastic, course in great shape, well maintained and picturesque. Room was clean and comfortable. Don't plan on storing anything in the refrigerator, it's packed with all of their items to purchase. Closet is small and not alot of drawer space. Desk is user friendly with many outlets to charge electronics. Shower is hard to reach to turn on unless you step inside so then you get blasted with cold water. Couldn't get both shower heads to run at same time either. Overall a good experience but would consider other option if not going for golf or conference. Better restaraunts offsite as well.

Well looked after and nice facilities. Not much to do in the immediate area and a long way from decent shopping.
Good if you like all in one resorts, the wave pool and jet ski rental is probably the most fun. Otherwise just a place to relax.

First I want to make a few things clear, food is 5 star, staff is extremely attentive but anyone bringing something to your room is too obvious about looking for a tip and lastly the grounds are beautiful with plenty of things to keep everyone busy.
Now why 3 stars, there were a few events on the property that basically to over the pool for 2 days and the entrance for 1. Unacceptable for any resort let alone the Waldorf Astoria. Disappointed :(

The service provided at the Resort is top notch. From the moment you walk in you know you are going to be taken care of. The room we were in could use a little update but other than that everything was great.

Stayed for a conference. Old rooms in "The Cloisters" area of the resort date back to the 1920s and I had 3 light bulbs burned out in my room. I reported it but it was never addressed during my stay. Also, my room card failed to open my room 3 times. Beautiful resort, though.

It wasn't the best hotel I've stayed at but we saved a bunch of money with my secret hotel discount membership so we were happy. The room we had is usually $569/night but with my discount, we only paid $308/night. If you're interested in my discount code, feel free to email me at reesedavis29 at gmail dot com.

Awesome venue! I am not a "spa guy" but please do yourself a favor and take advantage of all the water therapies available - I will use any excuse to come back and stay here - great location, phenomenal staff, spacious rooms with amazing views

I was only out on the field for the Annual Boca Concours D'elegance but from what I could tell of the resort, it is in all senses of the words beautiful, elegant, and very high class. Beautiful resort!

SUPER nice and accommodating staff!...in every department (front desk, shops, restaurant, bartenders, shuttle bus drivers, doormen, valet, maid service... seriously everyone SO nice!) Beautiful establishment, rooms were clean and nice size. Bathrooms fresh and pretty. Strongly recommend.

Sad that my first visit was an unexpected let down... There were lots of letdowns and I was going to stay again to give them a second chance because they have potential to be a great place to stay but it s not gonna happen.
I ended up canceling my reservation for my second trip.

Now, I have to say, they do have the very best valet ... I give them that...but that establishment is poorly ran. They obviously don t train their employees. They don t care about customer service, they are a complete joke when thinking about what they think they are and the reality. They don t deserve a star or diamond. they must have somebody in their back pocket.

I will never ever waste my time or money on them again. They obviously think they are better than what they are. They need to go to a real resort that s worthy of stars and diamonds and see a major difference!

Let me say from the shuttle driver who was rude and would not let us know where we were when we asked, since he did not bother to let us know when he made stops... and took it as a great defense when we asked him and flew over every bump ... to the guy on the boat who would not acknowledge me, even though I said hello to the guy, and the bartenders in a couple of bar areas that would ignore a guest while talking among themselves and watching golf, even though I had to grab my own menu and even waited but never got service... so I left. I shouldn t have to beg or work to get someone to help me. That morning for breakfast, I had free vouchers for being a diamond member but I was lied to and told that they don t have free breakfast and it would only work towards their buffet breakfast that you have to pay for. The server totally lied to me and the front desk girl was completely ignorant to the fact and could not answer me correctly. After I walked away and saw them out the corner of my eye I approached the very nice guys that were in the bar area. They were the nicest guys and they helped me. I made sure I went back to tell the front desk girl that she was wrong and that this is where you re supposed to send your guest. Sad... that she did not know it

And there are many other incidents that I could describe but I m not gonna waste my time. They have taken enough of it.

I do have to say, there were some positive things to the trip, of course, and I liked my room once they moved me, but for the amount of money and/or points that they want. I think they re crazy. It s just not worth the aggravation that you go through and the disappointment you feel.

After my generic email response from Mary Francis, I have concluded that this is a unworthy place and I do not recommend them. Of course, It s your money so you decide. I m going somewhere that s worthy of me, my time, and my hard earned money!

Worst hotel ive stayed in.

Worst hotel ive stayed in.
- The lock housing was exposed meaning it wasnt difficult to break into our room.
- No safety deposit boxes in rooms.
- Hot water constantly running out.
- No ventilation in bathroom (No window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using the loo.
- Virtually no cooking utensils, making a basic task such as hard boiling an egg extremely difficult. No sponge to clean any dishes.
- Beds were extremely uncomfortable, may as well of slept on their sun loungers.
- Pillows were solid hurting your neck when you slept.
- Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.
- Bed sheets were filled with dust when we asked the worker if we could have them changed he replied "well the cleaner has finished whos going to do it?"
- Fridge was dirty and horrible and the bottom of it was rusty.
- Staff funny when you leave hotel to eat or drink out. A little two faced.

For the price you pay at this place, it was fairly miserable. Shotty upgrades, TERRIBLE service, mediocre food... This resort had its heyday about 20 years ago- don't waste your time. I love the beach and didn't realize that I would have to wait for a beat up shuttle to arrive to jerk me around town just to get beach front. The housekeeping staff arrived when they felt like it, the beach attendants sent us to get our own towels and then charged us $20 for an umbrella. The breakfast staff treated us like we were in their way and I'm currently writing this because I cannot sleep due to the ultra thin walls allowing the blaring music from all the way in the next building to seep into our room. Never again.

AThis is a very nice property. The rooms were fresh and clean, maybe off a recent remodel. Service throughout the property was good, especially the service at the golf club. There is 2 courses accessible to guests of the hotel. The resort course which is on the grounds and Boca Country Club which is about a 15 minute ride.... shuttle available. The resort course is the best value and in the best shape. Country club amenities aren't up to par nor is the course itself and it's a ridiculous green fee. Not worth it. The resort course at 6200 yards from the tips is fun and forgiving. Obviously they have a great pool and gym. Marina out the back door. Enjoy looking at all the boats. Landscaping around property is very nice. Lots of great banyan trees. If there is anything to complain about if would be the price for food and drinks. Although this is a good place 5 diamond it is not. They charge those type of prices though. Think 7 dollar coffee and 10 drinks at the bar. Lucca restaurant was awesome and well worth the price.

Excellent hotel. Staff are extremely courteous and professional. The restaurants were amazing. The breakfast downstairs were beyond delicious. My husband and I truly enjoyed our anniversary at this location.

The resort is tired and is need of a good restoration. The rooms are way overpriced and everything, from breakfast at $75.00 per person or the parking at $42.00 per night is a rip-off. The only redeeming qualities are the location and the perfectly manicured golf course. Also, sometime in February each year, the antique car collectors from around the globe, descend on the resort for the Boca Raton Concourse d Elegance. The finest antique automobiles are presented for judging and the honor of being named best in show. All proceeds go to the Boys and Girls Club. It is a fun weekend of events filled with celebrities.

Boca Raton Resort is a luxurious resort and part of Hilton Worldwide. The stay was utterly pleasant. We had a tower room with ocean view. The breakfast was slightly overpriced but delicious. Great selection of different food items including fish. There is no direct beach access but they feature an extraordinary shuttle to its sister beach property: a yaught!

Luxurious, beautiful, wonderful amenities (especially the fitness center and available classes) and staff. The spa is one of my favorites in the entire world - do not miss the Ritual Bath. Wonderful dining and wines.

I was staying at the Boca resort because of my Christmas party. We rented the Room for the night. Everyone was wonderful including the bellhop, the valet, and the front desk. I really like that they have the concierge text me to make sure I'm having a good stay. They really go all out to make you feel like a million dollars. I would deftly stay here again.

Love it
