An outstanding property with top notch service across the board. The restaurants on-site offer amazing variety. The private beach is very nice as well and the spa is one of the best I have seen. The area it needs improvement on is the service at the front desk, they made quite a few mistakes. But overall highly recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation with some unique experiences.

Very nice upscale resort. They prefer you pay for everything with your resort card (charging to the room account) and things aren t cheap so I could see that getting out of hand easily... but they cater to yacht owners and rich folk so... there s that.

Beautiful resort. Great service but the rooms seriously needs renovations. Looks so old and doesnt match what the resort has to offer. Otherwise, beautiful scenery when you're up in one of the towers that showcases the entire resort.

This is a very nice hotel with its own beach club and a lot of pools. Everyone here is also very nice. The rooms are of good quality. There is also a place for people to park there boats. It is a nice place to take walks. They sometimes have celebrations. For example, on the day after thanksgiving they have a Christmas tree lighting.

Beautiful Resort, but if you're going for a seminar beware that parking is terrible.

Service is friendly and helpful, but certain rooms are substandard for any hotel (let alone one of this caliber) and the whole complex is confusing to navigate.

This place is stunning. It is right on the beach with prime Boca real estate. The club is nice. The rooms are great. It s a pricey room, but if that s your thing you won t be disappointed here. Feels very upscale and fashionable place to be.

I ve stayed at The Boca Resort a few times and I ve always had an excellent experience. I feel like I am able to escape and have a time to relax and unwind. The staff and everyone is so welcoming and super kind. You can tell they truly love their jobs and their guests! The Boca Resort will always have a special place in my heart because I was able to have my wedding there! It was such a perfect day and I thank it all to the staff especially Marci, Sam and Daniel! I am forever grateful and look forward to more memories at the Boca Resort! I would definitely recommend staying there.

Here for a convention. I think I became the victim of a credit card theft ring while at this resort. Had to cancel the stolen credit card (number) because criminals were buying gas at Gas Stations in the tri-County (that's Palm Beach County, Broward County, & Miami-Dade County) area and charging it to me. This is a Waldorf Astoria- Hilton.

The room was very messy, I asked them to clean and they were just arguing with me. Very bad support, disrespectful and greedy. Save your money and time.

Best Resort ever. Our Bell man was the sweetest man ever. Great place

Worst experience ever. Treated me like a piece of meat. Showers were cold and pool was dirty. Avoid this place and stay at near by resorts instead

Nice place to stay. Very nice personnel. I had to lower my rating as there was no draft beer at the 501 and the only other option was the pool which only had draft Bud light and a summer ale. Hard to believe you can't get a decent draft craft beer at a five star resort in Florida (where there is lots of craft beer). Pretty weak in the beer department if that's a factor where you stay.

The service is excellent. The front desk staff however, did not get the final bill correct. My stay was tax exempt. I submitted tax exempt certificate when I checked in. I even checked at the front desk before leaving to verify that no taxes had been applied. Had to call and ask that it be corrected! Check your final bill at checkout.

I looooved this trip! The hotel is SO fabulous and everyone is sooo nice and hardworking. the pool and beach are awesome!!!!!! Everything was amazing and i didn t want to leave!!

We just returned home today from a 3 day stay here. Financially we couldn't have done it but my friend was attending a convention here and graciously asked us to tag along. The place was beautiful! Our room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. Each staff member we encountered from the main hotel to the beach club pool went out of their way to make sure we were happy taken care of. The only thing that we wondered about was upon checking out we were charged about $7.00 for a bottle of water that we did not consume from the stocked fridge in our room. We didn't use anything from it during our stay. My husband didn't want to make a scene over it so we let it go. All in all we would love to bring our family back here someday if we can! If you are able and looking to get away to a very beautiful place with a wonderful staff this would be it!
