This was an absolutely gorgeous and amazing location. We were there for the Concours d'Elegance. The event was absolutely amazing. The food was unbelievable, and the staff was so accommodating it was shocking.

Beautiful place. Stunning service. And a very relaxed vibe. I will be back!

One of the last great 5 star resorts in South Florida. Outstanding service, Morimoto on site. Spa is world class. Can't go wrong.

Absoulutly love this place, it's kid and family friendly, the staff is always right there with your anticipated needs and the food is always amazing. Highly recommend.

Also referred to by some locals as the pink monster, its a very nice place to stay but the overall pricing for the amenities will give you some idea of how little there is to do anywhere near it. There are no nearby areas you can walk to for a quick lunch of youre there for a conference and beach access is closed for a year or more while the bridge is being overhauled.

Just beautiful! The view from our room in the tower was amazing. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Water taxi to beach was great, they even offered us water. Beautiful beach and marina.

We came to this beautiful resort back in July for the Fourth Of July! I m still thinking about our trip! One of my favorite amenity is the flowrider! The instructors were so nice and caring and really wanted to get to know us personally. The food was fantastic and so was our room. Boca Beach Club is also a great amenity and is easily accessible by taking a shuttle. Thank you Boca Resort for making this trip our favorite! See you next year!

It's a nice resort and area, however I feel that it is extremely hampered by the dated feel of it all. There is nothing wrong with having an older, classier look, however the property seems to not be maintained as well as it should be. Technology is another huge weak point as well. Again, I don't expect VR headsets everywhere, but sound systems and TV's look like they're straight from 2005.

A nice room, but the hottest the shower water would get was "warm." Somehow, neither a clock or any sort of radio anywhere in the room. No complementary bottled water. Can hear gas-powered golf carts driving around at 11pm and 4pm. Who needs an alarm clock?
Front desk staff was unenthusiastic. Very nice property, beautiful woodwork and sculpture everywhere. Enjoyed 501 E. restaurant. Good fitness center.

Room is so small and staffs aren't friendly its not worth the money better stay in other place.

The rooms are disrepair. I stayed in the tower in room 1164 and the paint was literally pealing off the wall and the bottom of the bathroom door was disgusting. The overall bathroom was repulsive. I took pictures with my cell phone and showed it to the front desk and the response was that it's unfortunate. Not the response I was looking for, but so be it.The overall service was ok, the pool area and grounds were very nice but the rooms need serious renovation. I'd recommend staying else where.

If you haven't had the opportunity you really need to check this place out. It's stunning. The walls are made of real limestone, there is a polo field (and yes there's equipment to play), two pools, an old timey boat that takes you to the beach, an old fashioned candy store, and gardens throughout. It's magnificent.

They have an inclined wave pool there to teach you how to surf. I've never seen that at a resort before!

Nice resort with nicely appointed rooms. The rooms in the tower are larger than the rooms in the hotel, but not as modern.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!I do not recommend this hotel. It was beautiful as it could be. We booked this hotel days in advance.. The hotel was beautiful I love the area and I absolutely love that they have a gate at the entrance. The parking garage is so far away from the hotel. We had to walk to the hotel which was a far walk. the shuttle buses kept riding back and forth passed us. Never offered us a ride to the main entrance. We came into the hot For check in. The African American guy name Bernard was at the front. He told us we needed to leave $100 deposit. We asked if we can leave cash (every hotel we ever went to allowed us to leave cash deposit). He told us we couldn't leave a cash deposit so we went to the nearest bank (that we bank with) mind you it is 12 Am at this point. We didn't have dinner as of yet and we were so tired. We deposited the cash into our account. We returned to the hotel. Bernard swiped our card so many times until he broke our card in half. He told us we couldn't stay in the hotel unless we had $100 deposit on a card. We asked him since you broke the card can you type in the card number manually? He said it was against the hotel's policy. Knowing that he as a manager just broke our card (which we believe was on purpose) he could have told us we could leave a cash deposit he said they do not accept cash deposits. he basically told us sorry I broke your card but you still can't stay here tonight. I called the next morning and ask the women who answered the phone if I booked online can I leave a cash deposit once I come in. She told me yes I was able to. I told her what happened that night and she put me on with the supervisor whom name was Christina. Christina told us we was allowed to leave a deposit but they usually only let you put a minimum of $400. I told her we offered to leave a cash deposit for $500 as we was so desperate to stay that night. It was late and we were so hungry. She told us she would try to figure it out and give me a call back. Not one time did we get an apology not one time did they offer us anything. Poor service And I won't stop until we get what deserve. We were treated so poorly. We did everything we were supposed to do and still couldn't stay. I believe it was his fault he broke out card so at that point he should have had no other choice but to take a cash deposit.

A beautiful and cozy hotel, a super nice atmosphere, large, clean rooms and incredible views of the beautiful common areas, has a boat that provides transportation services to the other property, restaurant options have a lot, super good recreation. I only make one observation for which I give a 4 star I felt mistreated and run over by the girl who received me on Sunday 06/23 at the buffet breakfast table, and the price of some things that I found somewhat high. it's needless to say that this is high-end and the service amenities food and beverage are fantastic, whether you have money or not

It s was great staying on the beach. That s the extent of the good. The furniture and fixtures were beat up ( leather pealing, gashes in the wood furniture). You have to spend $45+ a day for valet parking. Food is over priced, we recommend trying local places like the Hummus Factory.

Lastly, we had something removed from our room, a dental hygiene product. We filed a claim with the hotel security and was told that someone would get back with us regarding the item that was taken from our room. Two days later a gentleman called to see if something that did not match the description given was the item. I told them it wasn t and they said they d file the claim with their insurance company. Come to find out, their insurance is owned by the same parent company, Hilton. After having to play phone tag with both the resort security and their insurance company, I finally received a letter today, a month later, that they find their client not liable.

Overall, for the money you are spending you can go somewhere else nicer.

This is an all-around exceptional resort. It's beautiful, there's something to do for everyone and great restaurants.

Chef Andy is a true genius!! He provided our event's for for a week long celebration and I can't even describe how incredible it was!! Poke Bowl stain for lunch, ice sculptures to hold the champagne, every scrumptious dessert you could imagine!!

It is a very friendly resort with full accommodations for everything for spa, meals, events,,,just a very beautiful place.

I was here for business. The hotel and service was really nice - I was part of the remodeled rooms. However, the room insulation is not so great. If you are placed next to a room that has multiple guests (or a family), and you're part of a room where it as a door connector to the other, you can hear EVERY single thing going on. I had to switch rooms in fact. Great experience during the day, bad experience trying to get sleep.

Dissapointed - very over priced. We stayed in one of the tower rooms and the bathroom was not up to par. Paint was peeling off the wall and the door was in disrepair, their was no light over the tub and the drain was blocked. This place needs some serious updating! We ate at the 501 and the Bar Luna and each time had to get up to be served as they don't wait on the patio or in the Palm Court and the food was served in to go boxes! Breakfast which consisted of coffee and two omelettes for my husband and I cost us $85 including the tip which I think is outrageous no matter where you are.

I don't know if it's a 5 Resort but it felt like it, the food was delicious and everybody was nice and helpful.

Of course, the accommodations are nice, but with that one expects service and restaurant experiences to match. Not so much here.

I have been to the Waldorf Astoria several times, the Spa and Dinning is absolutely FIRST CLASS!! I have two Clients who own Condos in the back of the Hotel,( I am a High Profile Interior Designer) so, I have been with them enjoying Martinis and dinning. It is a shame, they haven't changed the color of the Exterior. The Pink is really not appropriate and makes the entire Property look dated. ( we have several Pink buildings in Boca) Other than that, it's probably in the top ten Hotels in Boca Raton. I really love the Hotel.

Too busy for a resort but great spot. Perhaps a conference center should be seperated from hotel lobby and stay.

This resort has multiple room types and locations which makes it a bit confusing when booking. The service is exceptional, however the property is in need of repairs from mold on the exterior to torn wallpaper in the suites. We came for a special occasion, but found ourselves in swarms of convention groups. The stay was not what we expected or up to Waldorf Astoria brand standards.

Wow! Stunning and elegant venue. We had our company holiday party there. The food was delicious and the staff good.

Service is great with smiles and great attitude everywhere. Pools are not huge but there are many and great service everywhere. The beach is lovely but too rough for swimming when we were here in Sept. Incredible array of facilities and activities. All restaurants we ate in were very high quality. The Spa is excellent with indoor jacuzzis and baths, sauna steam room inhalation room outdoor pool and waterfall outdoor jacuzzis. A great resort. Rooms are nicely appointed and understated but attractive.

Good resort, we stated in the Bungalows and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Because it's such a big resort, getting from A to B can take some time, and restaurant are only open till 9pm. There are quite a few good restaurants in downtown nearby though.

Very unsatisfied with the stay. Dirty room and unpleasant staff.
