This place doesn t even deserve 1 star! HORRIBLE customer service! AND you ll get called an idiot for returning melted hand scooped ice cream! I don t know about y all but I like my hand scooped ice cream to be frozen when I get it, not the consistency of whipped cream!! I wouldn t recommend this place, the biggest girl that works in there is the absolute worst of them all!! She s the one who called us an idiot! No one would have ate the ice cream that I was served!!

This TCBY is pretty old but in a neat way, not in a dated way. That being said, the layout of how you can get your yogurt is a little different than the norm in my opinion. It looks a bit like an ice cream parlor setup with specific flavors in buckets in the front, while most TCBYs now are self-serving. I felt pressured to choose one of the bucket flavors and the employee was really weird. They don't wear gloves while scooping, and that is really bothersome because the guy who scooped mine imediately went and cleaned the bathrooms (without gloves) and did not wash his hands before scooping the next customer's. My yogurt was badly freezer burned as well.
I always choose Tcby. This is close to my job. The service could be better, but I have experienced much worse. Today I ordered a small golden vanilla ice cream on a waffle cone. I was given a cup. I told her I ordered a cone. She looked a little upset. It was a little weird.
If you re like me and you love Froyo, do yourself a favor and SKIP TCBY on West Markham in Little Rock!!! This place is beyond disgusting and has numerous issues. These are just a few images of what s wrong with this building. Walls separating from each other (where I ve witness on many occasions roaches crawling in and out of), nasty sticky mess caked up in the corners, the soda machine has black mold INSIDE IT, so it cannot be cleaned it must be replaced. There is no hot water in the entire building so nothing in the store is being properly sanitized including dishes, tables, counter tops, bathrooms, dip case (where the hand scooped ice cream is), the scoops used to get the ice cream, and even the floor. The floors flood when the sinks are drained due to bad plumbing. The place is disgusting and should be shut down. I ve already notified the health department and they are stunned by the standing of this facility and will be looking into it further. I hope you care for your health enough to go somewhere else and never give this establishment your money!
Went there tonight, went through the drivethru and no one answered. Sat there for maybe 2-3 minutes before leaving and it looked like no one was in the store (the employees included)
I had a wonderful conversation with the owner! He's putting in some new dairy free alternatives soon and was such a fun story to hear how long this ice cream has been served all over CA. Celebrities and regulars alike can't get enough of Saffron ice cream. I can't either!
The frozen yogurt was very good, as always, but the two girls working there the night shift we're very rude and didn't even try to have any customer service at all.
After taking my order and waiting 3 minutes repeating to take my order I get to the window and here the worker was chatting away with the friend in front of me and taking pictures I get to the window and she tells me I didn't get your order can you repeat it and talking to me so close with all these corona issues Are you kidding me ..never go back there again
Major ripoff. I paid almost nine bucks for a tiny cup of icecream. Go inside the drive through is not worth it. Shakes is so much better for the money.
It's really good that I recommend it as a healthy alternative to ice-cream!!! Children wouldn't recognize the difference, for those parents watching their child's diet.
Yes i had the chocolate dip cone with nuts around it with Rocky Road ice cream and of course I topped it off with caramel and pecans it was so good of course I had that at North Little Rock at Lakewood Village I'm going to try the Markham spot hopefully it's just as good
I went through the drive thru ordered a regular hand scooped chocolate in a cup. The chocolate was melted. I went inside to get a different flavor. All the hand scooped ice cream was melted or melting. I kindly inform the manager that I wanted a refund. Not melted hand scooped ice cream. As the manager went to get my refund one of the workers called me an idiot for wanting a refund for melted ice cream. I don t know about her but I don t eat melted ice cream nor do I buy melted ice cream. I will no longer go back to TCBY on Markham in Little Rock again
Ordered a cup of yogurt and they gave me such a pitiful cup that it looked as if it had melted down... I asked for a REFUND... The issue is the customer service... I patronize this location often and have never gotten such a pitiful serving... when I addressed it the young lady working the drive through (Monday, 8/26/19, 3:15pm) just basically dismissed my displeasure as the customer.. didn't offer to remake it or anything... so bc of the lack of customer service, I got a refund and wont be returning...
