Such a big and beautiful resort. The staff is amazing. They remebered my drink choice from one event to another day and they are the nicest service employees EVER!

Great stay. We enjoyed the rooms, location, and hopitality. But their food prices are out of line for the quality served.

Needs update, staff could be friendlier, spa was amazing!

I will never go back to this place ever. The room was really disgusting and dirty. Both blood and other stains on the floor, walls and bed. Strange smell in bathroom and the worst service i have ever experienced.

it was a fun resort i loved. i wish to go again and i love free wifi so i loved it so much.

The staff are the worst I've ever encountered in such an expensive place. In addition if your money card that charges your room is lost and used the charges stick and there is no way to deactivate.

They have you locked in (since there is nothing close by and you can't even park your own car), and then all their on-site restaurants are crazy expensive and have staff that was generally unhelpful and incredibly slow.

Always fabulous! Rent a cabana at the tower pool for the day the girls and boys there will take good care of you just tip. This is for Hotel Guests and Club Members only.

Best resort on beach since 1927! Literally something for everyone with accommodations that reflect several different eras of the resorts expansion. Food always excellent and service is on point. Just relax, don't be in a hurry and you will have a memorable experience.

Everything at this hotel is top notch. Cielo at the top of the tower is one of our favorite restaurants and my husband and I even got engaged there! This hotel has Serendipity (yes, THE Serendipity), a sushi restaurant by chef Morimoto and some of the best golf, ocean views and resort style living in South Florida. Not to mention the newly renovated Beach club which is like South Beach right in Boca Raton.

Nice establishment but pretty poor service at the bar area that we sat. I guess one may use the facilities as a member or live in one of the residential bldgs but im not sure if i trouble myself to go there. Sometimes some things r over rated just like Nathan St in Hong Kong or Hermes Birken bag. As far as im concerned this entire establishment may easily be under that catagory.

Amazing hotel. Great experience here and always a good time when I'm in this area.

Huge resort. Was located in the bungalows area. Free shuttle service organized within the resort. Easy access to the beach. Quiet area. Great place for relaxing, enjoying life. May also recommend for business meetings. Huge conference rooms.

beautiful place.. great staff.. unfortunate they chose to charge $40 per day to park a car.. Its not Manhattan or even Miami thetes plenty of space..

Beautiful Hotel with a classic style and a fantastic staff. The private beach is amazing. If you are looking for a great luxury resort this is a great place to stay.

My stay at the Boca Raton was great and there were many staff members who were extremely kind and accommodating, but my experience with Allan specifically at the front desk at the Mizner location was absolutely terrible, and feel the company should be aware since everyone else was so great. My room was not ready when I arrived, which naturally I was disappointed about, however when I expressed my concern that I did not have a room available to freshen up for the conference I was attending, he literally shrugged his shoulders, was immediately defensive, and showed absolutely no concern or compassion for my situation. When I needed to approach the counter again to locate the taxi I had ordered in the morning through concierge to arrive at the Mizner location, he literally rolled his eyes as I approached and told me it would be at the main reception. When I explained I had ordered the cab to come to the Mizner location, he pointed at someone else and said to ask her . This is suppose to be the top resort on Boca Raton, and if I were running this business, I would be deeply concerned about employees like this who literally taint a guests entire experience. I hope Allan has the opportunity to see reflect on this message, especially if he plans to continue in the service industry. I personally would never be rude to a service employee (or anyone for that matter), and am baffled when I am treated disrespectfully after thousands of dollars are spent on a stay at a resort like this.

It s a Waldorf Astoria because of the buildings history, not the service or hospitality.

Nice physical plant, but terribly overpriced. Restaurants on site are very expensive, likely to appeal to someone who is trying to impress someone else. The idea of paying $40 per night for parking when there is no viable alternative is robbery, as is their"resort fee" which is for nothing but profit...and this is on addition to parking fee. Rooms are quite nice. Apples in the corridor are a nice touch, but today's were quite mushy, inexcusable at these rates. Save a bundle and go to holiday inn Express

501 east was amazing! Charles the manager was outstanding and our service by kendrick was truly amazing. Tried their beyond meat vegan burger and white sangria a definite must try.

I went here for a conference. The staff members were nice. The parking garage was manned by individuals who only collect cash. It's 2019 and I think it's time they install a machine that collects cash or card. There was a delay in me getting to the conference because I was going back and forth with the attendant over the fact that I don't carry cash and that's all they took.

I ve been a member of the Boca Raton Resort and Beach Club since forever.
It gives you so much more opportunity when at the resort and club.

I fly out to Florida just to relax on their beach, soaking up the Florida sun. Their staff on the beach and and the club and resort is spectacular. They always have a smile and pay attention to you, making sure you re comfortable and satisfied.

Being a member also gives me better prices for rooms, which is a good bonus if you do use your membership right.
The rooms are basically brand new, as they have been updated recently. I usually stay at the Pink Hotel , which is stunning, with nice new rooms. However the last two times I was there I stayed at the Club, which was easily just as nice.

I would say, their prices are a little high without the membership, but you realize their pricing when you experience their food, and services.

Their morning buffets are tasty and always fresh. The fruit is juicy and seemed to have been picked only hours before. Their eggs are great, and the buffet scrambled eggs taste like no other. Their shot-like small glass fruit drinks are amazing. I d say the mango flavored is my favorite. Their variety overall will satisfy anyone, period. Their staff there are too delightful and attentive.
It can get a little crowded on weekends and holidays. But if you re a member you can get a guaranteed table if calling the day before.

Their spa services are limitless it seems. Their salon is easy to access and and appointment. When I went in for a haircut, I went with no reservation or notice, and they took me right away and got my haircut exactly the way I desired. And the manicure pedicures are well. Their fast and nice.
The spa itself is great.

Overall if you have a little money to splurge on a vacation or a weekend, definitely consider the Beach Club and Resort or have it on your bucket list for the future.

If you can afford it, this is a beautiful place to stay.

Went here over the weekend as a guest of a member and was very impressed with the grounds, staff, and overall vibe. One of the most architecturally beautiful places I've ever seen - with limestone and coral finishes throughout. If you're in Boca Raton it's a must see.

We attended a party there. They had the audacity to charge $28 for valet parking. There were no options of where to park.

Room 1962 service was great and the rooms were very nice.

Checked in to a first floor cell. Moved to the king bed I reserved, only to have no air conditioning. Moved again to the dirty carpet, a phone that doesn t work, happy Birthday signs and bags in the room. This old part of the hotel is dirty.

My husband and I enjoyed this resort very much! We were there for the NRC/REMSA Convention. Our room was nice. It was spacious and we were lucky enough to have a corner room with nice sized windows overlooking the canal. HOWEVER, I am very disappointed that they have not been able to help me with a lost item. It is now Day 2 after checking out, and I still do not have my glasses back! I lost my eye glasses and case. I last had them in my room, and for some reason, no one has come across them.....which I find VERY ODD!! I have spoken with them twice and left my phone number. I truly believe someone knows something about my glasses. I'm sorry, but I expect better from a hotel of this caliber.

Great resort. Place is huge and provide great food and activities for the family. Pools are all great and you can either hang out near the beach, find a pool near one of the many buildings, or find outdoor fun activities.

Food was also amazing inside the resort. Really enjoyed the wings/burger for lunch and amazing breakfast!

Also can t forget the friendly staff!

Boca resort sucks. Plain and simple. The food was terrible, the staff was extremely rude and there were cockroaches in the room. Stay away.

Its a nice hotel. The staff is awesome, friendly and helpful. It is just way over priced. $8 for a bottle of water! $15 - 20 sandwich options.

Coming late night from the airport at the time to check in we were threaded bad, we were obviously exhausted from a flight with one stop making us tired of a 27 hours flight to get to our destination. Bad costumer service, the room was really small compared to what we thought we reserved, food not the best and really expensive.

This hotel is really nice it has a really good golf course. It has a lot of really nice restaurants in it and a really cool candy store for chocolate lovers. It also provides transportation to the beach depending on whether you stay in the main resort or on the beach side of it. It has a fabulous spa and also has boat dockage if you choose to come the of your boat

An old establishment, a large property with plenty to entertain and indulge in. Good resteraunts , fun common areas ,nice waterfront areas to stroll.

Room was great and the food catered at the event was delicious!! The golf course is also nice.

The neighborhood is fine food was too expensive and a little cold. The staff is a bit uncomfortable. I do not know if I'll get back to you.

Very nice place. Comfortable beds. 3 pools. Beautiful vistas. Very clean. Beach access with plenty of chairs. Very nice staff. Seagrille has a fantastic breakfast buffet. Kids room. All kinds of events and activities. Nice spa. Free shuttles and ferry to rest of resort across the bay.

Wasn't a fan of the mandatory valet for $45 a night. But at least it was convenient and fast/professional.

The food is good, but everything is far away, the beds suck, and there are no lock on the bathroom in my room! This hotel is as clean, well as a rat's mouth. Boca Raton (Spanish) = Rat's mouth (English) ... Also the FIRE ALARM WENT OFF AT 3 am and the staff had no idea what to do. Sad!

Boca is one of the most boring places I have ever been to in the US. Full of estate agents, accountants,lawyers & a soulless shopping mall.

Stayed here for a conference. It's really nice, but expensive. Staff is excellent. No fridge in the room was unfortunate. Food was excellent.
