The resort is a beautiful facility. Very nice place to stay and relax. There are a few issues though. The staff are everywhere but they are not always eager to help. Also the restaurants at the resort are painfully slow. The resort has a cool feature where you can text the resort at anytime and recieve whatever you ask for. Also all of the sculptures and paintings that decorate the resort are for sale. Over all the resort is a nice place to stay.

Boca Resort is a historic property, a massive Mediterranean revival style resort located on the intracoastal not far from the beach. The grounds and facility are beautiful, a perfect example of Mizner architecture that has set the tone for the southeast Florida coast. It's a relatively older resort with modern additions so You may want to investigate the room type if you don't like smaller old style hotel rooms. there are many different room layouts available all the way up to bungalows with about 1,300 ft. There are pools restaurants on site and shuttles to take you to nearby places and parts of the resort. The golf course is beautiful, it's one of the premier South Florida golf courses. Service is what you would expect from this tier of property, highly recommend

I stayed for 2 nights and It may have been one of the worse stays I have ever had. The last night I was there the fire alarm was pulled at midnight and besides that there was a party in the next room that management would do nothing about at 1:30 am. Than they have the nerve to come by and bang on my door at 10:15 am to make sure I was checking out at 11. After a night like that one would assume they would back off as I was already ready to check out before 11. Staff everyone but no one seemed to be helpful. Overall one of the worst stays I have ever had.

I grew up in Boca Raton and I always wanted to stay here. Finally had the opportunity last October. Stayed in a lovely suite on a low floor in the tower. It REEKED of what smelled like cat urine. They said they were at 100% capacity and couldn't move us. They solution was to send someone to the room with deodorizer that smelled like bath & body works. Room smelled better for about 15 minutes. Just tried not to hang out in there much.

The grounds of the resort are absolutely beautiful.

Didn't have the opportunity to have a treatment at the spa, but I did get to speak to a handsome young fellow that was working in there. I wish I could remember his name he was so kind and had a great vibe.

Prompt valet and concierge services. Housekeeping was jus ok... We had hairs left in bathtub, floor rugs were left after previous guests with yellow sposts on them. Sometimes they would forget to leave only one floor bathtub and shower rug instead of one for each location. Food and drinks are completely overpriced... Even though we have a dissent family income, it just did not make sense to waste so much money. So we ended up eating out for a quarter of the price. This made it harder to relax as we have a 1 year old baby. Nothing was included in cost of the room so you had to pay literally everything you touched in that place. Unfortunately, not coming back.

TOP NOTCH! Loved my time here. Met some great ladies - married but ready to hang out since their husbands were away on work! Nothing crazy, except the price of a martini! Wow was that an expensive date. Anyway, just go and meet ladies here. Great people work here too.

Beautiful resort, wonderful amenities, spectacular service on main property. Originally stayed in bungelos, which I would not do again. Very worn, dated decor, charger in room for iPhone 4... fire alarms went off at 1:30 am took well over 30 min to turn off. . Beach club, bars were nice, very pricey drinks. Beautiful grounds & delicious buffet.

I had the pleasure of enjoying this beautiful resort with my husband, the scenery was beyond imagination! You have to catch the sunrise or the sunset if you are lucky to have a room with a water view!

The architecture has a touch of Spanish elements, with fountains in the gardens, very bright w natural sunlight, there are an adult pool and a kids pool with waves. Great bar and restaurant. Even the pizza in the room service was delicious.

Rooms are very spacious and comfortable service is very professional but friendly.

Management is very rude and disrespectful. I'd rather stay at a motel 6 then to ever come back here.

The most luxurious beautiful quality everything is here. Top notch service in the concierge, spa, salon, restaurants, shops, maids, and wait staff. Awesome communication from all around needs met. I loved the wildlife around our bungalows. We had a great sized kitchen and living room. The bathtubs are deep and throughly cleaned daily. Everything is well lit day and night. The main house has awesome parties. The spa is great to hang out all day. Plenty of places for finding a good family hangout, intimate moments, or having quiet alone time. Tons of fun at pools and surfing awaiting daily. I even skinny dipped in our bungalows pool around 2am. So much peace here. It is truly a home away from home as all the resort is beautifully designed and decorated.

The hotel was really nice till I saw the racist side of things. I was there for 3 nights 3/30 - 4/2/17. When I went to the Blue restaurant on the 27th floor is when I noticed everything. I sat at the bar for an hour and a half and asked for a table by the window. I walked around before sitting at the bar and saw 6 available tables. I told the hostess I'm about to propose to my girl, please help me with that table and gave her $20. Then sat at the bar for an hour and a half with no response. Now I was a little upset and went to the hostess, so she sat me at a table that was not a window seat. I got more upset and walked around and saw the same 6 available tables. At this point I was irate. I left went to the hotel CS manager, a young white male w/red beard, to file a complaint. He listened and was good at telling me whatever I wanted to hear, to calm me down. At the end he took my cell # and told me he will follow up with me once he speaks to the restaurant. Never happened! No call, no concern, nothing in writing, just swept it under the rug. My first and last time at this hotel. My original idea was to stay at the Breakers like we normally do, but was fully booked for club level and I had to do everything last minute to try and keep this a secret from my fiance.

The GUEST (OTHERS) seem to be very entitled, rude, the snooty type of crowd. The RESORT was beautifully landscaped with little hideaway gardens. The ROOM was somewhat small tucked down many hallways with many twisted turns in a very historical like building. Renovations was poorly done to update an old decor in this old room but did seem to have been that thought out. For example the toilet paper roll was behind the door no where near the toilet. Shower was the rain style no tub had no way of controlling the water pressure because the controll was on the shower head that was very unreachable which created a challenge to keep my hair done & dry for events. The STAFF were samurai like while doing their work very professional most of them spoke strictly French.

The hotel and resort are amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the amenities are top notch. The beach is private and not overly crowded. You will not be disappointed!

Poolside food and drinks surpassed our high expectations. I'm not traditionally a frozen drinks girl, but the Hang Ten is a cool glass of mango delicious. The guac, fish dip, and flavorful wings were also a big hit.

Went for a work conference and would love to come back on vacation!

Wonderful, classy, expensive. Long waits in the restaurants, not helpful or courteous when trying to get on the shuttle boat to beach club with a child and stroller (they just stood there and watched me struggle), and they would close the pool with short notice for private functions kicking everyone out. There is a wave runner which is fun. It is an old historical place with charming grounds.

I was here for 3 nights and the staff was fantastic. From the front desk to the fitness room, they were all very accommodating. The food here was excellent as well.

Unbelievable!! Super high class! Great cycling lanes and to jog.

Very unprofessional service...ordered an in room.dinning and after an hour on follow up the agent instead of admitting that they missed placing the order lies that the phone line got disconnected and they couldn't complete the order which was not true. ...it is ok to screw up but pls accept it.

Last year at this time I wrote a view of the Wilderness Lodge and rated it 5 stars calling it the "Best Disney Hotel". Sadly I cannot say the same this time around. It was disappointing on a number of levels. I know the hotel is going through construction but it just didn't feel the same.

This is old and very well maintained property. Enjoyed my stay here. Staff is very welcoming and takes good care of you. Rooms are very comfortable and cozy. The property is very big and there are lots of activities to do. Overall, a good family place and kids also enjoy. Worth staying for your relaxed holidays. Kudos to management for well maintaining this property and staying true to their name.

Stellar food, wonderful service, but the constant, nagging reminder of extravagant wealth that will inevitably tear the world asunder. Yachts with smaller yachts in them, etc.

We are looking forward to coming back. The Resort is beautiful.

Room service was a god send. Got food poisoning for a day they provided everything i needed even tums got the rest I needed and was back to normal the next day. The staff was very nice and the food there is great.

Really bad exprence do not go there they go inside your room with out your permeation

My stay has been awesome. The hotel is little older, however it is still very nice. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me. My room was a large suite with an awesome view of the property, including the golf course and marina. Overall, this has been an excellent stay and I look forward to returning.

What else can be said that hasn't already, this place is amazing! The service, the room, the view, the food, the amenities. Everything here is full of class. I highly recommend this resort for a couple's retreat or a family vacation.

Beautiful old buildings but they charge you out the ear for everything - some things not included in the resort that are included at most cheaper hotels : parking, breakfast, water, in-room refrigerator. The rooms themselves are pretty dated and the bed is really uncomfortable. They are very generous with the free amenities that are included like coffee and they did wave the charge for the refrigerator for me to store breastmilk. Overall it just seems very overrated for the price.
