This hotel is gorgeous, the view from the restaurant its breathtaking. The best times are at Sunset and Sunrise. Having dinner at Seagrille's balcony its so cozy and romantic.

Resort has a nice historic charm. I have stayed there 3 times over last few years. Finally got a remodeled room this last stay- but it had black mold in ceiling in bathroom. Not sure that was an upgrade. Service at Beach Club was fantastic, service at Makimoto was great, everyone I encountered from housekeeping or at the gym were great. However- the awful service at the Marina bar and at the front desk was so bad it brings the whole experience down and they get a 1. After having to go inside twice to get a service, a server comes out drops menus off and says nothing. Not hello, hi, how are you- nothing. It went downhill from there- servers were rude and management clearly did not care. This was a 1 star experience, not a 5 star hotel.

Beautiful clean property, gorgeous spa- the kids camp was engaging and safe. My stay here was peaceful, beautiful and what you would expect from a Waldorf property.

I am a member and definitely the hotel is beautiful, but the services given by the employes is terrible. The employes are not friendly at restaurants, hair salon, tennis office.

Great location but customer service is just out of place. No leadership , everyone just keeps passing the responsibility. They should take a review of the staff.

Nice resort with nice amenities. Went to a party there in the Grand Ballroom. It was really well put together, very accommodating and comfortable.

Boca Resort and Club is a wonderful place to go I would recommend it to anyone. It is totally awesome and a beautiful hotel.

The people there that were serving us at the dinner were so qualified personable inconsiderate it was hard to do anything but just be appreciative of where we were and what we were receiving

A little overpriced. Most of the rooms are outdated and parking is a pain. But, overall it is a good place to hide out on a vacation.

i was not offered a refund and basically was kicked out of the hotel from complaining about the bed bugs i found on the bed. for $400 a night you would thing the hotel would be cleaner and not bes bugs infested!!

Visited this hotel this weekend during spring break. It was a place that makes you feel just like at home with a touch of royalty. Towels and sheets were nice an clean, the rooms were spacious and the amenities were outstanding. We loved the beach club and definitely will be returning.

Great hotel. Room was a bit small and food was expensive but decent. I would stay here again- especially for another conference

Southern Florida resort and club in the Boca Raton area, nice property includes a golf course and a convention center. Multiple restaurants, bars, also has a salon, stores and a spa. Has a well appointed gym as well as swimming pools.

The lobby and main floor are beautiful. The outdoor pool & gardens are gorgeous. The views from the rooms on the intercoastal side are magnificent. That being said the rooms are in need of a overhaul. The interior is very dated. The walls were stained in spots.

Have had the pleasure of attending numerous professional and personal events at Boca Resort and throughly have enjoyed the rooms, the beach club, the golf course and the spa. The staff is absolutely amazing, the grounds are immaculate and their Passover Program is second to none! One of the best resorts I have stayed at anywhere in the world.

So luxurious and clean. We toured the hotel can t wait to stay here during the spring time !!

Holy fancyness! This place is crazy huge with so much to do. So many restaurants to enjoy, tons of spas, right on an amazing golf course. This place has everything you'd need on a vacation, there wouldn't be a reason to leave the resort unless you had to.

Awesome property just outstanding, white glove service. Only downside is distance between rooms and main complex, but small issue in comparison. Will definitely be back.

The resort was pretty nice, we just got some pretty nasty stares while we where though, me and my cousin where probably the youngest adults there, the bellman ralph i believe was so sweet and nice also nick by the flo rider and pool side was also nice, probably won't be returning just bc there isnt much to do around there and everything closes pretty early

This was a miss. When I checked in, no one showed me to my room. The place is enormous and the just sort of gave vague directions. I got lost and no one offered assistance. It took almost an hour to find my room - and I was lugging around my luggage. My room was large and nice - when I found it. But no turn down service. Wow. A Waldorf Astoria hotel and this money and this is the way I was treated.

We love this hotel, although we were taken aback by the number of dogs staying at the hotel. We did not know that dogs were welcome to stay at this Waldorf Astoria property. We would have preferred if the hotel put all dog owners on a separate floor or had given us the option of staying on a floor with no dog guests. The barking at all hours was very annoying, especially since we came to get a few days of peace and quiet. Otherwise, the hotel staff and amenities are top notch, and we loved hanging by the pool. The live music at various venues during our stay was also a treat. And a shout out to parents--please teach your children how to walk down a hotel hallway without running or shouting. This is just common courtesy to all guests at the hotel. Overall, you can't go wrong staying at this hotel. Oh, eat at the Blue restaurant. Our new fav!

If you want old world charm and hospitality, this is your place . As a Waldorf Astoria, it is as good as the name suggests . What a magnificent place to just get away, for a wedding, or any other affair , or to treat yourself. The Breakers has nothing over the this Resort and that it is. I must mention Natasha Jean as the very BEST , in guest services . She made my stay super spectacular. I stayed for three nights , four days, for my daughter s wedding and it was difficult to get out of my yacht club room. The spectacular view from my balcony overlooking the yachts , the ocean, and beyond , was just breathtaking. Having a suite was beyond a luxury. Even the chaises on the balcony were plush and mirrored. My sitting room had a beautiful couch and flat screen tv with Netflix as well as my bedroom. The full bar with every kind of liquor , dressing room, giant mirrored bathroom .
The beach resort where my son stayed with his family was as beautiful for a family with two giant pools and beach, delicious food and drinks. Very modern if the main hotel is not for you and the little ones. Or just the people who love the pool atmosphere and upbeat , modern .
I ve traveled around the world to the finest hotels and the Waldorf Astoria is still the best in experience and staff.

Great hotel with an awesome gym and golf course. Some parts of the hotel need updating but make no mistake this is high end. Also convenient for the nearest town with bars and shops. Careful: the water in your room is not complementary !

Im still traumatized by this experience that happened months ago at this hotel and feel the need to share it. At about 11 pm when my 3 children were sleeping there was a knock on my door. As I walked towards it, the door started opening and I immediately pulled it opended and stated I couldn t believe they were entering my room at that hour. A man and woman stood there holding towels and looked to be hotel workers. They asked me if I had called for towels. I said no and slammed the door. I should have called the police but didn t. I talked to a manger in the morning and told him how upset it made me. He said that was standard procedure and they could enter at that hour. I still don t know if they were actual hotel workers, thieves, or what might have happened if I was asleep and they just came in. I will never stay here again! Be warned!

Again. Stayed this time in the tower. Very outdated. Like a room from a magazine, but in 1972. Not worth the high prices.

I went there with my wife and my kids it's definitely beautiful. we took frozen hot chocolate, it was good but I couldn't finish it.

Recently attended a bar mitzvah of a family member there and I could not be more impressed with the level of customer service, very accommodating.

I have loved this hotel for years.. definitely one of my favorite places to stay. A great getaway when you live in the area but just want to escape for a weekend or if you need to flee from the cold winters up north, this resort has it all! Amazing food, staff, beach club, golf, tennis and the spa has been rated one of the BEST in the world! A gem of a resort! As a local Boca Raton real estate agent with Sotheby's International Realty, my standards are extremely high and I recommend this place to my clients, family and friends without hesitation. You will always leave with a smile on your face when you choose to stay at the Boca Raton Resort & Club!

From check-in with Jake to our final meal with Richard Marin, notary service from Marci, and the bellmen & housekeeping staff -- all offered impeccable, first class service. Our room in the Yacht Club was huge, with a beautiful view of the water. It gets my highest recommendation.

Classy Boca resort hotel. Expensive, but that was no surprise. Beautiful buildings, water views, great facilities, exceptional service.

A all in one hotel with shops spa's tennis courts and golf courts. You can even take a yacht to the beach for free. This is a all in one resort.
