Cabana Dining Room-Boca Raton Resort and Club Reviews

I attended a professional event at the Boca Resort but did not spend the night. The property was clean and the food was good. Would consider returning for a social event or vacation.

Incredibly Beautiful! A gem from the past upgraded to the absolute highest level.

This place is amazing, just make sure you have deep pockets!

Don't ever take a bungalow room. They run the shuttles at best 45 minutes at a time. And the bungalows are the quality of a holiday inn. Total joke and con job. It is not an upgrade, just a time waster. Beyond that check-in was a 45 minutes experiment. Overall. This place exists to suck money from you by trapping you on-prem. Go elsewhere. Hilton has ruined Waldorf. Waldorfs are suppose to be the JW Marriott grade of hotel.... They are not. Seriously not. Anyone who has spent any time at JW's will see this as an immense letdown at a serious cost.

I keep the two stars ONLY for the Valet's, which were the only competent and helpful staff I ran into. (someone else commented positively on the Valets too). They should consider a job at the JW. :)

Went for the annual Concors D'Elegance. There were some beautiful cars there.

Beautiful resort with great staff. The walls between rooms are very thin though. Sounded like neighbors were in our room. Otherwise, very nice!

Terrible service and unhygienic rooms. Bathroom got clogged everytime during taking a shower.Some really cheap toiletries provided causing me skin rash.

All in concept (hotel, beach club, very good service, golf club)

Definitely the classiest resort around. As a Waldorf Astoria luxury property, both the elegance and beauty of the 90 year old Resort, coupled with the amenities of the fabulous Beach Club make this a great vacation spot for all ages.

Property and rooms were very nice and so was the staff. But the food and drinks are overpriced for what it is also there is no hot tub.

I was there for a Fight Night boxing event. The place is beautiful.

I rarely ever take the time to leave a review, but I thought as special, kind and hard working as the folks are that work to make your stay so pleasing I could surely take a little time out of my day to say "Thank You" to them all..! From the gate guard, the valet staff, Joe and several others at the front counter, to the staff in general and the very accommodating folks that work the convention halls, the food staff and lastly my very special folks at the top of the 8th floor of the Yacht Club tower that really we're so pleasurable to go out of there way to ensure we we're happy no matter how inconvenient the request I just wanted to say Thank You All..!!

Best spa in town, and don't forget to grab a roll at Morimotos sushi

Shaka grill poolside serves awesome food.
Sushi grade tuna nachos, fish tacos made of daily catch delicious.
Grounds are immaculate, service staff do an excellent job and are friendly.

If you like drinks you absolutley must go to Monkey Bar. Ken is the most amazing mixologist. Tell him what you like and trust his recommendations completely!

The Boca resort and club did an incredible job posting a recent event. The rooms and Convention spaces were spacious and well apportioned, and the event ran very smoothly as a result.

A little on the yuppy side and strict. We were there as guests and actually got kicked out of bar because we didn't have any proof that we were actually guests... Our friend came back and we were allowed back in, but not even an apology

Stayed over Thanksgiving. The resort was old and charming but underwhelming. The beach club property on the other hand was beautiful. Overall I enjoyed my trip, until I came home and reviewed my CC bills to learn I was double billed. I have been trying to get it resolved since December and talked to several people who promise to call back and don't. Here it is March and still unresolved. Make sure you check your bill very carefully before you leave. You have to actually request a copy at the desk.

Beautiful historic hotel in Boca Raton attended a meeting there in preparation for the Porsche Parade later this year.

So far it has been the best experience, I highly recommend this resort.

Room was spectacular with rain shower, good view of the intracoastal, valet parking, great breakfast!!

Location, location, location. Sure, the place could use a little love, and maybe some of the employees aren't performing at their best (Are any of us right now?) but you can't beat the views, the proximity to delicious dining and an abundance of activities.

What an experience! From the first sight we drove in we were amazed how beautiful the place is. Our room was clean and staffs were super professional to assist us since we brought our puppy with us to this trip.

Having to pay cash only for a conference event for self parking is ridiculous in this century. Then i was quoted $25 for valet and was charged $28. Beautiful property I've been tons of times but never had to deal with things in this manor

I stayed at the Boca Beach Club in the Sky Deck room and it was amazing! The view was so peaceful! Only disadvantage is if you plan on doing anything in Miami Beach the commute is about an hour.

Came here to see the Reggae Souljahs Band. They play on sundays 12-3. Get there early to get a lounge chair and umbrella. You do need to know someone to get in here or who lives here. It's not open to the public.

Very nice resort but the service is not worth it for a lack of a better word wal mart service there. They have these stupid white resort passes that u have to have everywhere with you I was denied breakfast this morning just becuase of not having the pass but whats funny is as I was leaving they let another family in without the pass very bias treatment of guests. Very unfair never going again terrible serivce.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We weren't there long enough to take advantage of all the amenities but enjoyed being there.

We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Boca Raton in the Cloister in newly remodeled rooms last Christmas.
The air conditioning wouldn t turn off and we froze. The room was tiny .We went to the Beach Club side and it was too crowded to be seated at the pool or on the beach .
The same thing happened when we went in July. The service in the entire resort restaurants and on the beach is terrible.

I purchased a Premier Club Membership And I must say I was very very disappointed because I paid a very large initiation fee which is not refundable and they have too many hotel guests and not enough attention is paid to club members. Let the buyer beware!
They have a very slick marketing department and make you a very nice presentation but once you have paid your money you are treated very poorly.

Should be the best Club in Boca Raton byfar. Member get special dicounts at the venue but everyone can visit and enjoy the best SPA without any doubt in BOca Raton. YOu must try the Ritual bath and the swedish massage. It is absolutedly fantastic for anniversaries. The restaurants Mikimoto, Lucca and the top of the tower on the rrof top restaurant is really amazing. It's an upscale expensive but totally worth Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Club. The golf course is designed to make you happy so it's short but challenging. Its a special place.

A proper resort. Bring sunscreen and that nice thing you never get the chance to wear, because drinks will be had.

It is the creme de la creme, The food was amazing and the service was out of this world.

The room literally stunk like a cat had wet itself in there. Biggest mistake I have ever made staying here. We left after 3 days and paid for somewhere cheaper which was literally 10 times better

Old school luxery hotel. Bring your day wallet though

I've stayed here in the past and will again in November. I was pleased however it's fairly disturbing to notice that the hotel only appears to be responding to positive reviews left here with a generic "thank you" and not addressing a single negative concern. For a hotel of this caliber hospitality should be the #1 priority.

Ignore other reviews. The service sucks and I found broken bottles and a glass of wine behind a curtain. Food is alright but definitely not as great as other hotels. Horrible family environment. Do not recommend.

Because you feel good because there is everything you want: an excellent hairdresser, a beauty center, a spa, shops, the best Japanese restaurant I have ever known and much more to make you relax and feel a special person

Beautiful hotel located in Boca Raton. Stay in the yacht club for access to additional areas in the hotel as well as the best views. They also have a beautiful golf club to play and access to beach via a shuttle. Good for families and rooms were modern and spacious and refurbed in the yacht club with a light beachy outlook. Definitely happy to return.

Extremely disappointed with my stay in this hotel. I'll keep this short and succinct. The restaurants (especially the sushi restaurant) were far too expensive for such a low quality presentation and taste. The "amenities" at the resort are all available for extra cost and only during limited times (i.e. the FlowRider attraction was not included as part of being a guest and required extra money for very limited times). I was informed that I could not run along the golf course car path, when earlier in the day there was a 5k run along the same course. I played tennis 6 times while there and only when I reviewed my bill a week later did I realize I was charged $24 per visit to the courts. This was never made known to me that there was an additional charge. The lights in the shower in my room were burnt out and died again an hour after they were changed. Most annoying was how you had to have the special white guest card everywhere you went, otherwise you couldn't get any service. Never mind the fact that I paid a ridiculous amount of money to stay there as a guest and that I had a hotel room key...couldn't even order a beer without the white card. I do no recommend this resort. If you do stay here, please travel 2 miles down the road to a place like Yard House for some quality food and drinks at reasonable prices.

Such gorgeous grounds here, and extremely attentive staff. It'll cost you though - accommodations and onsite dining here aren't cheap.

I highly suggest you put in your policies that you must be atleast 21 to check in. Most properities allw 18+ and it was a huge disappointment that I had to cancel a vacation I had plained months ahead of time.

Not a lot cannot be said about this place. It's stunning, despite the mild construction outside. Food is good overall. Great valet system. And the f&b team is subpart. Our only issue was the noise that leaks trough in the state wing. IDK about the bungolows, beach or tower. But I could hear supervisors on the radio, room service and securtoy all night long.

Great hotel to stay in and the best hotel staff I've ever seen. The level of accommodations by this hotel was unbelievable. Cant wait to stay there again...
