This resort is luxe. The waterfront is unparalleled, the poolside bartenders are laid back and easygoing enough to confab with over a chilled hard drink. They are well acquainted with Boca Raton and can share sweet spots, nightclubs and bars to haunt. Stunning architecture in itself. See you when you open up again soon!

A very grand hotel complex (see vending machine photo!), staff friendly and helpful. I was there for a conference, this was well managed, the food was great and service was excellent. Conference facilities were excellent.

It's get 4 stars because some parts of the hotel are tired and in need of renovation. My room in the tower was a big let down (space wise, it was fantastic). Bed was comfy, pillows were not, the paint on the door in the toilet was peeling away... Just little things...

Great service, great food, but parts were a little tired. Overall, a beautiful hotel.

I'm a Ryde share driver and have found it's always a great place to find rydes. When slow. Never stayed but outside always well manicured n clean n the guards at the gate are always proffesional & courteous.

I travel a lot and have stayed in 5 star hotels before and I have been to 1 stars before. I don't do many reviews, but given the cost of this location it warrants it. First the employees are very nice and the grounds are kept very well. The room is a major concern. Photos are attached. Security in a room is number 1 priority and when a door jam has been destroyed by someone busting a door in that makes for major concern. Yes the door shut and locked, but it was not holding anyone out, but rather holding the door closed. Lamp shades are damaged, white couch looks brown from stains, tables are busted. You walk in to the room thinking it's not bad, but it's are cold blank place. No color, no real relaxing feel as you would get from other locations. If parking is not an issue for you then this won't bother you any. Staff park in the front lot so those who have rooms in the front must park in the back and walk all the way through the maze. If I didn't have a newborn infant again would not be an issue, but those who cone with families and baby's shouldn't have last resort parking so staff can park in the front. This review is for the bungalows and again the staff was great, I spent time at the hotel and it seemed nicer than the bungalows. I feel the bungalows are forgotten about since they are not in the major eye of the membership owners. I cannot review a room at the hotel as I did not see one. Again beautiful grounds, views and staff was very nice. I wouldn't stay again for the cost it's not worth it, unless the hotel is better.

Was asked to leave the room in the middle of the night. Was not provided with a reason upon request. Ended'up spending the night on the streets because they refused to provide me with an immediate refund.

Sorry, but this place is nothing like the Peninsula or the Mandarin. I was shocked to see the staff using the restrooms in the lobby. This is unacceptable in any five-star facility anywhere in the world, and disrespectful to guests. It is as unusual as having one s household staff members sit at the dining room table trying to socialize with their employers. It is simply not done! There has to be a reasonable separation between employees and customers, unless of course you are trying to compete with the likes of a Motel 6.

Beautiful hotel with amazing service. If you have any special events coming up, search no farther than the boca raton resort. It's owned by Hilton hotels, so if you are a rewards member, that's a plus.

I traveled with a family group, including elderly family and a little baby. We had a somewhat disappointing time the first time we stayed, other than enjoying the physical attributes, which are beautiful. We decided to give it a 2nd try and regretted it. This is truly a poorly run hotel. Yes, the buildings are nice, the view from the Yacht Club is excellent, and there is a lovely beach; but, the staff at all of the locations are some of the most nonprofessional and unhelpful that I have ever seen at a 5-star hotel (I am a Diamond level HIlton member). The front-desk (reception) staff are particularly weak, making many errors and then apologizing profusely before making more mistakes. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who expects attentive, competent 1st class customer service for a $500/night room..

We booked a night here since we heard the place was wonderful. One thing for sure, the hotel looks like a mansion. However, that's where the positive stopped. We got married nearby and decided to spend our first night as a married couple here. We informed different staff members that we would be arriving in horse and carriage and asked to be given a room where it would be easy to transport once we arrived. Before we even checked in, we had the first bad experience. We were stopped at the gate (after informing several people, including our "Personal Concierge" via email). Now imagine us in a horse and carriage having to wait while our transport is being questioned. They finally let us in. We check in, and now we find out we are in the far end part of the hotel. So now we're having to carry our own luggage in full tux and wedding gown across the entire hotel. We then get to our room and there's zero touches. Now keep in mind, we each stayed at two different hotels the night before and each of our hotels (which were MUCH more affordable and not as upscale) provided small tokens to acknowledge our celebration. This hotel had ZERO. Not a card, not a note, nothing whatsoever. Fast-forward to the checkout process in which we needed something from Valet and were informed that they could not accommodate us. So now I'm having to walk across the entire hotel again to go down to valet, to get the item I needed, to then go back up to bring our luggage, to then all the way down again to finally leave. We just felt like we could have literally paid 1/3 the price to stay at an upgraded room in the nearby hotels (e.g. The Hyatt) and would have received 100% better service all throughout. We weren't expecting royal treatment but some acknowledgement that it was our big day would have been nice, especially for how expensive the place it.

As far as appearance, place was clean but one of the toilets (in the master bathroom) was chipped, looked dirty and stained.

Positive: the breakfast staff was very nice. Not worth the $90 for two people, but the staff was nice.

This is our first time staying here. We were part of a conference. The hotel is very old which gives it a charming feel. But there were some dated things in the rooms and conference rooms that do not warrant 5 stars. Maybe at a low price point. But we did not pay for the room, so we can not compare it. I do think we will be back.

Management is COMPLETELY unphased by customer experience. Management is TERRIBLE to say the least. BOOK ELSEWHERE. My buddy and I unfortunately booked 2 days. We had complaints to file and management didn't care at all. They pretty much said that if we dont like it we can leave. Wow!

Historic, charming, and comfortable! We had a fantastic experience with our family which included two young children. The "flow rider" is a fantastic amusement on property. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hope to go back again!

Much like a washed out beauty queen. The facade cannot bely the the seething contempt of the staff for guests, nor can it hide the racus of drunks and revving car engines from the many guests whose rooms overlook the courtyard. Lazy beach servers hang around the bar, and never the beach, where getting a drink will take you two trips to the bar and almost an hour in wait time even on a Monday morning. And don't be surprised if the box of truffles you bought yourself as a treat to savor during your stay gets thrown out on the first day because they were open! Your daily resort fee won't even get you an umbrella on the beach! Can't wait to get home.

Had things stolen from my car 2 months ago and this hotel's security has failed to face it and deal with it despite emails and the parent company's customer service asking them to act. Would not recommend it at all. no stars!!!!!
