Was an amazing stay. Staff is really nice and room service is quick. Really good view and I got to seen Smash Mouth Live! I really recommend coming here it Is worth the money!

Meh. If I had the kind of money you need to have to enjoy this place (parking is like $50/day) I would probably go somewhere else. It's a shame because it really is nice, I just can't get past the nickel and dime feel. This is one of those places that lures you in with low(er) rates and once you're in they whack you with a fee for everything. I would rather pay $1,000/day for a hotel room and get everything handed to me with no additional cost than pay $300/day and get billed $600 for extras - they can keep the extra hundred for letting me shut off my brain on my vacation.

BED BUGS INFESTED!!!

I stayed in a room in the tower, which was infested with bed bugs. My dermatologist counted 25 bites on my face, shoulders and arms. I had a lot of pain and suffering. Itching, blood, scars... I lost a lot of sleep and was too exhausted for my daily business, which was a shame. I was told that the responsible person is:
Alexis Newman, the Quality Assurance Manager of the Boca Raton Resort & Club, but my
voicemails and emails to her have been left unanswered to this day.

Maybe John Carns will contact me now, because I am sure they regret to have left such a negative impression on me and would appreciate amends.

Despite the response you read below, I still have not heard from Alexis or John. Very, very, very disappointing.

My family and I always make reservations to celebrate Thanksgiving and sometimes Christmas dinner here. Everything is always decorated so nice and the food is good.

Those of you who write positive reviews - must have very low expectations. Horrible management, disrepair, plumbing issues, peeling walls, amazingly unfriendly management team who calls police when you complain....the worst higher end property I have stayed at (I travel average of 2 weeks a month globally). Do yourself a favor and if you really must attend a meeting here - stay elsewhere!!

Horrible and doesn't even deserve ONE STAR! ....and yes, one more thing...If you want 1920's - please consider more iconic, better preserved and more elegant accommodation (just another opinion!)

Boca Raton resort and club- sucks! We got here for our anniversary and they don't have a room for us despite me confirming yesterday. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!! Thanks for ruining my anniversary and sending me to a second rate hotel!

Actually this is the second Hilton property in two months that didn't have a room for me. We were at a friend's wedding and the hotel was overbooked so they had to send us to another hotel. Seriously #hiltonsucks! It is a reservation and not a suggestion!

Iom actually staying here right now till Saturday. Not happy the staff wasn't kinda to my wife and me last night at check in after being stuck in the airport for 14 hrs because it was canceled i get here on our honeymoon the staff treated us bad an waited 40mins for shuttle to bring us to room never came then front desk drove us just drop us off never told us where to go walk around for 45 mins at 12 o'clock at night not good. Then there was no toliet paper no safe was lock the shower was dirty. I was so tired i went yo sleep an said i call an figure it out in morning not one person would help me or give me another night since i did not get here till 12am an all the things that were wrong i feel like im disappointed for my wife that i took her here an they treated us so poorly an would not help us at all unless we paid a additional 429 no wait 300 crazy how they treat people that are just kind polite ive never been so hurt or sad that they would not extend our stay one more night at no cost knowing i came all this way an they are a billion dollars brand.

A litmus test of how much attention to detail a resort pays can be done by making a small, simple, trivial request. If the resort is thoughtful enough to grant said request, they are clearly paying attention to the needs of their customers. Boca Raton Resort is this kind of resort. Natasha came through!

Also, Ben Sugay, their Bell Captain was incredibly accommodating and friendly.

This resort is top notch and they truly went above my expectations. I plan on returning.

Went here in Oct 2017 for what was probably the 10th time since moving to Boca Raton in 2001. We normally came for work related matters and had a hotel room.... The resort as a whole is gorgeous. Cloister tower is one of a kind, timeless, elegant, and classy. We went to have breakfast on a Sunday morning at the all you can eat buffet. We had a 2 year old, 3 year old, and a 4 year old with us, plus 6 adults. We were shocked when the bill came and they billed us for all of the children ($15 each) even though two of them didn't even eat anything more than a glass of almond milk and a half of a banana.....we just felt that infants/small children should be either complimentary, or maybe $5-7....not $15 for the amount of food they're capable of eating, and the amount they actually ate...So, this wasn't our big issue. The issue was that we were invited as potential membership guests for a day. We tried to pay with our credit card and it took nearly 40 min for the waiter to come back to our table with the bill after we tracked him down and gave him our card. He finally came over after we asked for a manager. The bill was presented, we signed, and went to the pool. By now, we had lost about 45 min of our morning by waiting for the bill. So, now were at the pool relaxing and the waiter comes back out of nowhere saying out loud "Your credit card didn't work sir....can i have your credit card"...don't forget, this was an HOUR after we paid our bill at the restaurant. Not only was this a bit embarrassing, but unprofessional as well. We had a signed receipt from the restaurant which we showed him...he didn't speak good english but said something about how he hit cancel, and not charge for the breakfast. We really didn't understand him so we gave him the card again, and 15 min later he came back with it and another receipt to sign.....all in all, the resort was great, but what a DEBACLE of an experience at this restaurant. We lost out on a lot of valuable time to actually see the resort with our kids and see if we wanted to join as members. If they're trying to impress prospects into joining the club, this certainly wasn't the way to do it. It seems as if the wait staff is conditioned to either accept ROOM KEYS or MEMBERSHIP ID's, not potential members credit cards. Overall experience at the restaurant can best be summarized as classless, humiliating, and outright wrong......Again, the resort as a whole, 5 stars; albeit, our experience, 2 stars at best.

Great beach hotel with friendly and attentive service. Very clean considering it is right on the beach and gets lots of wear and tear from families. Grounds are kept really well. Staff is professional and receptive.

This was my first time staying in a resort and my experience was magical. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The food was amazing and the architect was breathtaking. I would recommend this resort to anyone and everyone.

Came by here for lunch at the club. The food was well prepared and of high quality. Fresh local ingredients. I had been here for dinner once as well. Always a good spot for food and to overlook the golf course.

Grand Hotel! Expansive with hundreds of amenities and two locations near each other. Both beach front and intercoastal waterway views. Water shuttles and land shuttles available to guests. Plenty of restaurants on grounds. Overall nice experience

Absolutely gorgeous hotel and incredibly accommodating staff. Everyone went out of their way to ensure our stay was nothing shy of perfect and the shuttle to the beach club was very easy. I would definitely recommend staying when in Boca and we will be back!

Fantastic. Great service, really enjoyed the the spa. Great restaurants as well. Only gripe is that they need more servers in the pool bar area. We'll definitely come again!

Great location, top notch service, and beautiful grounds.

Our 25th annual conference was once again held at the beautiful Boca Raton Resort and Club. The conference team lead by Jenna are truly fantastic. The only frustrating annual occurrences (4th year) are the false fire alarms on the beach side each year causing evacuation and staff always seem surprised, and the poor planning for the shuttles between properties. We had 1,000+ for dinner at the Mizner conference center and no extra shuttles added, causing delays and end of the night challenges. I love the staff, food, property, and conference venue so see you next year!

The breakfast buffet has been the best meal we've had at the resort.

We had the pleasure of working with Ivette Savoie at the Boca Raton Resort & Club this past Saturday for Anne and Jim's wedding. We were very pleased with the service ans assistance we received and the beauty of this resort provided a variety of beautiful backgrounds that we used to capture images for and with this couple.

Beautiful resort. Pool was surprisingly small for the size of the facility. Would have preferred there to be a pool area for small children.

Beautiful resort, very friendly staff. I recently attended an event at this resort, I must say there we just a handful of African American employees. Many from our group noticed it, some of us didn't even see any African American managers. For such a big renowned place like this you must do better. Hilton must do better. Nice stay overall.

I really met two people when I was there that work there one guy's name was greeven and Dickerson two of the nicest guys I've ever met Dickerson help me back to my room when I got lost and greeven was an outstanding bartender

I spend a couple of nights here, it was generally a positive stay. You can definitely feel that its a club as well as a resort, and there were some really awkward situations. But we enjoyed it a lot.

This was my second visit. The best costumer service! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. It makes a huge difference when you are greeted at the door and when you are wished a safe trip on your way home. Thank you for a great weekend getaway!

I don't stay at Hilton properties very often but I was very pleased with this Waldorf Resort. I even got upgraded to their Beach Club which would be an ideal getaway spot for couples and families. The amenities were high class, and the resort oozes class. When I come back next year, I will look forward to it.

Attended a family-friendly holiday event. There were plenty of activities and the kids enjoyed themselves. The MC did a great job with the children dance contest.

Great location, beautiful hotel. Stayed at the tower, room view was great, room was ok but didn t match the same level of splendid decor from rest of hotel( bland). There were few options for vegan food other than salad and 2 rolls from the Japanese restaurant. So ended up leaving hotel to get food a lot. Wish room had a microwave.

This resort is beautiful, with the best service of any hotel in the area. Every detail of the service was extraordinary, no stone left unturned. Every inch of the property is maintained to the highest level and the staff are beyond wonderful. We loved all the activities on site , including the golf, tennis, pool, beach access with drink service and the bar. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you!

Can't praise the service enough. Had dinner at Lucca and drinks at the bar directly adjacent, everything was excellent. Seriously considering a membership.

Horrible hotel services due to the manager accommodations. Sink was not working in the bathroom and no one came to fix it.

Beautiful resort, with a lovely beach. The restaurants were hit or miss.

I had two days of all day meetings in their conference facility. Looking out the window and one of my meetings were million-dollar yachts. The service is excellent. The hotel is old-world opulence.

I really appreciate luxury and good service, and this place is the epitome of luxury, class, and good service. Whenever I stay here, my experience is very good. The staff is caring, attentive, and effective. Any needs or request, no matter how "annoying", are taken care of in a timely fashion. The room was nice, the beds are comfortable, and don't even get me started about the room service... Amazing. The mini bar was pricey but it was still great, the selection of snacks was great. They had everything from healthy nuts to tasty Toblerone bars.

One of my favorite things to do at the Boca Resort is going to breakfast. They have the most AMAZING and DELICIOUS breakfast. The buffet is HUGE like, I mean never-ending choices. Fruits, smoothies, oatmeal, 4 different types of eggs, bacon, sausage, quiche, like I could go on for days... Its so cool and if you like breakfast you will die, then realize you made it to heaven... I love it!!!

Very nice and very upscale Hotel and Resort. But of course along with that, goes the price. Very pricey. Make sure you bring the wallet.
