Stayed for three nights staff is amazing and overall a pleasant trip. I am just not overly impressed with the total package. Service is part of a full stay. Beds and rooms were comfy but the walls may as well been paper. Privacy is not so wonderful and at this price point. It should have no issues. Bathroom had peeling paint I was a little shocked. This after all was a Waldorf property.

Very displeased for multiple reasons. Worst... the view... the wall of the building next door. When rooms are booked, it should be noted "Obstructed View" on reservation.

Classic historical resort with luxury amenities and high level of service.

We just returned from a weekend at the Boca Raton Waldorf Astoria for a combined romantic getaway/business meeting. I was absolutely enthralled with the architecture, which is early 20th-century Spanish Revival (I think). Everywhere I looked was another beautiful vignette. I couldn't stop taking photos.

The setting for the resort was also beautiful, nestled right up against the Intercoastal Waterway where it widens into a lake. I loved this part of the resort but, if you want something more modern, you can stay at their Beach-Front property across the lake.

We stayed in the "Bungalows" area of the resort, which was a little ways off from the main section. The rooms were newly-renovated and peaceful, and there were frequent shuttles to take you anywhere else on the resort you wanted to go.

Likes: beautiful, newly-renovated room in the Bungalows, free wifi across the resort, free parking (available in the Bungalows only), absolutely beautiful landscaping and architecture, beautiful setting for both the main resort and the ocean-front resort, free water-shuttle service between the two sections of the resort, excellent, enthusiastic service.

Suggestions for Improvement: Although the rooms in the Bungalows were beautifully renovated, I think the exterior could use a little more freshening-up. Especially the paving stones within the Bungalows complex. Also, it would be nice if the service carts in the Bungalow breezeways could be kept out of sight somehow. They are not nice to look at and there were quite a few of them around.

Overall, though, I would definitely stay at this beautiful resort again. My only regret is that our stay was too short!

We celebrated new years there and the over all staff are simply wonderful, if youre lucky you might get the chance to see a celeberties whike you dine and tske on the amazing scenery. Very secured and safe.

Definitely it's one of the best places that you have to go.

This trip is a company top performance gathering. The resort is peaceful, quiet and has many beautiful views. The food is amazing from each venue. There are plenty of staff to assist with any needs you may have. From arrival, the doorman, Lucas was very helpful and informative. One server, from 501, Damian was very kind and professional. The front desk interactions with Jon and Jessica were above and beyond helpful. The event servers, especially Pierre, were very observant and efficient. The water sports team were also very helpful teaching me how to sail a catamaran. Overall, the resort did exactly what it does great - delivers World Class Service. Thank you to all for making my visit superb!! I hope to visit soon with my children!!

Can't even rate this place they get in the room without persmission like we don't pay for our rooms.

Club is great, restaurants expensive and very mediocre. We ate at Lucca, I was under whelmed

My husband and I stayed at the hotel and had a photographer hired to snap a few shots on the hotel property before our wedding. We even told the staff way beforehand and they said everything was alright and gave us the go ahead. In the middle of our very low key photo shoot which included my husband and I only( no wedding party) the actual GM of the hotel approached us and told us to stop immediately! I just couldn t understand how someone would attempt to ruin someone s special day? Just awful!!

Really nice. Had a Yacht Club Executive Suite (600 SQF) Very nice. We had room 50503. Would defiantly come back. I love that there is a sarendipitys here.

The property it's just amazingly beautiful. It's old fashioned looks tha are spectacular. The service has been outstanding. Top notch service. It's been wonderful.

Stayed at the bungalows. Clean rooms, kind and attentive staff. Lots of swimming pools although they are small. Food at restaurants and shops is good although everything is outrageously overpriced. Unless you have money to burn, go to nearby plaza for food. Great location, close to many shops in Boca and not far from the ocean.

There's no words to describe how wonderful each and evry time I go the service is. The place is magnificent. The front dest Is more then acomodating spa is rated in the first 10 leading world spas. Just amazing

How can you not love the hotel!?!
With a 5-star spa, exceptional golf, and a great (though small) marina, the resort is ideal.
Recently purchased by Michael Dell from Blackstone, it will be interesting to see what, if any, changes are made.
Visitors can take the Mizner Dream boat over to the Beach Club which is a great resort on its own.
The hotel has great restaurants and shops to enjoy. It also has great meeting places so various business conferences are held here throughout the year.
Basically the resort is a small city within Boca Raton and it is nearly flawless with their customer service. Especially when you check in and check out. They make you feel special

Great experience at this hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Nicolas at the front desk was really great. Would definitely stay here again, if I could get the same rate.

Terrible experience. Was there for a conference, rooms were horrendous. Bathtub fills up with water while showering, drain barely drains even after switching rooms. Then ordering a pizza was a nightmare. No one came , and after an hour , I call them to ask where my pizza is. They said they knocked twice and called room and no one answered. Complete lie!!!!! They said they have to make a new pizza now and after getting angry they send up a pizza in 10 min which did not look like it just came out of the oven. They probably never delivered the first time and let the pizza sit there. Completely ridiculous. Embarrassed to say I'm a member of this crap property.

It's a Beautiful and fun place I love Florida and I attend ITS every year there.

It is beyond me why this resort is not 5- stars. My family and I have been coming back for about 4-5 years and have not been disappointed in the slightest. From the pool all the way to the newly incorporated bocce ball outside, it is such a fantastic experience to bring your family to and have a great time. Service is incredible.. the bell hops, waiters at the restaurants, concierge service.

Can not say enough good things about this Waldorf Astoria location.

I will be coming back for many years to come!

Beautiful resort with amazing views. The biggest gripe I have is that the tower is quite dated and owners are behind on it's up keeping.I want first quality when paying these kind of room rates.

Delicious and right. Honey butter chicken, creamed corn and asparagus are all great choices!

Warning .... Go somewhere else!!!! Made a reservation for my wife birthday and as the big day approached they charged me a Boca resort convenience fee for dinner at the mediocre Sea grille restaurant without ever mentioning this as I booked the reservation 2-3 weeks in advanced. After speaking with the manager they won't waive the fee. Fyi went over to Ruth Chris in Mizner park for a wonderful dinner.

Great clubs and restaurants, good location, rooms are a little dated yet good size and have everything you need.

Just a beautiful hotel. Food by the pool was good but the pina coladas are sub par. I would chose another refreshment.

Beautiful hotel. The grounds are well kept for the most part. The pool is rather small, but if you go during the right time it's not a problem. They offer a fun & beautiful place for family to relax. My niece loves their ice cream shop!
