As a frequent guest at the Boca Resort I have to say that it is the front desk is always on point. Kristen, Chase and Jonathon are always so pleasant and accommodating. I would also like the FD manager and Jeffrey for always being so kind.<br/>Kara, at monkey bar is an amazing<br/>bartender. She is extremely attentive and professional. Always a pleasure to see her behind the bar.<br/>The yacht club service is absolutely outstanding. Tanya was had a great eye for detail. Everyone up there were very courteous and went beyond expectations. I wish I could remember all their names but they were all great. <br/>Steven, FB supervisor is always amazing.<br/>My massage and facial from Dorothy at the spa was perfect, she is very lovely. <br/>The Boca Resort always feels like a home away from home.<br/>Ian Kavanagh <br/>Sean Trainor

The level of service is consistently exceptional at the resort. Every staff member we have had an interaction with has been knowledgeable and accommodating. The food is fantastic whether you eat poolside or at The Blue. The amenities are fantastic and fun for the whole family.

Every year CNS Summit hosts their annual event at Boca Raton Resort and it s one of the most beautiful resorts I ve ever been to. The resort is huge and feels like it s own little city reaching all the way to the beach. Ive mainly only been here for business but I plan to go for pleasure very soon!

Nice, expensive place. Staff is amazing and very helpful. $9 for a bottle of water seemed like a high markup.

Beautiful, sophisticated and pleasant. This upscale resort offers a vast range of services and accommodations all in one place. Facilities are very well designed and cared for. Building design is beautifully balanced between rustic structures and modern design. Great service, by a very efficient and friendly staff. Overall staying here and spending time at this place was an amazing experience and a good opportunity to relax and enjoy time.

Being that there are 4 hotels on this campus can be a bit daunting, especially if you arrive late. It took me 4 elevators to find my room! Rooms are clean and nice. My king room in the East Cloisters was a bit small but acceptable. Fridge has very little room for the customer and doesn't get too cold. I faced the main entrance and so it was a bit noisy.
Shower lamp was burned out and all week nobody noticed.
This place is said to be haunted by Esmeralda but I didn't hear/see anything unfortunately.

I had suffered injuries made a claim and they ignore emails and calls. Do be careful before you book

This old Florida style property is a nice retreat. I have visited the beach Resort before (which you can get to via free shuttle or free boat shuttle) and both resorts provide top notch hospitality.

If you are going to Boca Raton for vacation or a business trip this is the best place in town to stay. Beautiful hotel with every amenity. This is a large resort so there is something for everyone - golf, beach, pools, spa, restaurants and great service all around.

This place was terrible, staff were rude and unprofessional. They did not make me feel welcome and there were pests (mice and cockroaches) in my room

Pretty amazing resort! There's lots to do there and great food! All of the facilities are clean and the staff are very friendly. Our room in the Tower was very spacious and room service came frequently. As far as the restaurants, Morimoto and the Blue have great food. The spa is incredibly relaxing; you can spend the entire day there. Guests at the Resort have access to The Boca Beach Club private beach and 2 chairs on the beach; also very relaxing. We spent 3 nights there and wish we could have stayed longer. It's an incredibly getaway and escape from the real world.

We stayed both the main resort and beach club , main resort tower junior suite was large and clean with panoramic views of bay and hotel! Tennis was perfect! The spa was great, but better with treatments. The hotel is gorgeous, the beach was great however the beach club was terrible, the service sucked the waiters made numerous mistakes on our food bills (including charging us other people s bills) overcharging mini bar which we never used. The rooms were small the beds were tiny (double bed was slightly bigger than twin)
The beach overcrowded so was the pool , food was horrendous and overpriced
I will never stay in beach club ever again

Beautiful accommodations, great views ,great food. We also took a sunset catamaran cruise from their docks.

Love this resort and beach club! The moet champagne vending machine was so cool, along with the all the different things in the hotel. We got drinks at the downstairs bar before dinner and hung out by the pool all weekend. The froze (frozen rose drink) was one of the best I have had. We didn't have to wait long for the transportation from the resort to the beach club, which was nice also.

We stayed at the Boca Raton resort and club waldorf for a quick two day trip and I could have not been more happy with the hotel and the service

When we checked in we where upgraded to a yacht club room with amazing veiws of the marina and the ocean the room was a king with a balcony and a massive bathroom and a couch with a sitting area

The pool area by the tower and the pools by the Boca beach club where beautiful and modern

Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here

I was fortunate enough to play a round of golf on this course last week and I have to say, it is amazing. The course amenities are out of this world, the grounds are well kept and the layout is outstanding. The perfect mix of long par 5's and short Par 3's. Due to the scorching heat and a 10AM tee time we were the only group out there. I can only hope to have the opportunity to play here in season. Five stars all the way!

Beautiful resort. It was nice to use the pool whenever we wanted since there was no absolute, get out, closed hours. Serendipity here is a wonderful place to visit. The courtyards are amazing and the wave machine was cool

Fantastic property. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms were spotless, and the service was excellent. I have stayed at the main building, and at the Beach Club, both great! The variety of restaurants is fantastic, and I have never been dissatified with the quality of the food. The biggest thing for me, is how everyone treated me as though I was someone very special and important. Highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Boca Resort for Hurricane Dorian and I was so impressed with how organized everything was and the professionalism of every member of the staff during such a stressful time. A huge thank you to Marci Director of Rooms Control. That girl is amazing and one of the most dedicated employees I have ever witnessed. She definitely goes the extra mile. Thanks to all and I highly recommend the Boca Raton Resort and Club.

Great venue for a conference. I go there once or twice a year. Valet was nice as my car had boards on the roof and they didn't blink (they have oversized vehicle parking). That's major for me as sometimes luxury means I can't do what I want. Location is very pretty and so is the structure. Can't really attest to the room but my friends who stayed loved it.

This is where the affluent come to play. The history alone makes this establishment a landmark in South Florida.

Does not deliver on the Waldorf brand promise. Rooms, mattresses, and and amenities all underdelivered. Food is good, service is okay. Fitness center is overcrowded.

Today i was told by attendant at the restroom in the beach club that i MUST ask her to give me TAMPAX if I need. She will not refill the items (tampax,maxithins and etc) anymore, because she decides that other members stole them!!! MEMBERS who paid 588$ monthly !
Tell me please her working schedule , I m not ready to tell anybody about my physical periods, thats why I m not going to go to the beach club when this Lady works there.
I didn t expect this, sometimes people could forget for whom the work good supervising

We've stayed here four time now, and honestly it's just average. It seems to be getting worse year by year. For the price of the room, it's not worth it. The property is in desperate need of a face lift.

Newly renovated a great course incredibly picturesque plenty of moguls and small hills which is very uncommon in Southern Florida right near Lake Boca on the ocean it's like walking through a park the only thing I would say is that they need the Rangers to push people the pace of play during the season is intolerably slow otherwise I highly highly recommend......... the staff is very friendly and accommodating and if you play it from the tips this is very challenging and if the wind is blowing oh my God
