Very delicious French dip sandwich. best fresh mussle and clam appetizer. Lobster sandwich just ok. Fresh fish sandwich is good.

The food was amazing. The wait staff is awesome. I'd go back again in a heart beat.

Came here for a date night - We were originally told it would be about a 1.5 hour wait but were seated within 30. They gave us one of the best tables (such a great view!!), the food was amazing and our waitress was SO attentive and friendly. It was honestly just so nice to experience this kind of service.

We had the ahi stack and mussels - both excellent appetizers.

Happy hour is great but only 3:30-5:30pm Monday-Friday. $7 appetizers. Dinner experience is great. Nice view of course and nice service. Very romantic vibes.

Nice restaurant, somewhat high for what they give you for food. Drinks were alright, nothing to say come back again. The service was decent, but the atmosphere or view is worth the money.

C-level is known for it's impeccable views of the San Diego skyline, but what's even better is their impeccable food.
We made a reservation a half hour before sunset and got to enjoy the entire sunset while watching the San Diego harbor.

up scale dressing or just casual....is fine..food can be bit spicy..but very well made...and the staff is Awesome they want to make sure you enjoy whatever you are having!!

A totally awesome experience from the open to the bay lanai seating to the New York steak and giant prawns to the beautiful San Diego skyline. Excellent!

The view is perfect, and better than what any picture can make it justice - particularly at dawn or at night.

The lobster sandwich with lobster bisque dip is perfect comfort food, but packing plenty of flavour. The ahi and crab stack was beautiful, plentiful and tasty.

Selection of wines by the glass made us happy (even if not cheap!). We were particularly impressed with the selection off dessert wines, ports and sherries which are the best way to end your meal while admiring the view.

It s so close to the San Diego airport we made it our lounge , hanging out here until just before our flight. Wow.

One of the best views in San Diego. The food is amazing! We love the Catch of the day sandwich, Lobster BLT and the mud pie to name a few. Never had a bad meal or bad service.

It is a place with a beautiful view, the best time to go is one hour before dusk because you can see the view of the city still day and watch the cruise ships, as well as see a beautiful sunset and the lighting of the city lights, the food is exquisite and the service exceptional.

The fish and chips were at best fast food quality. The tartar sauce mainly mayo and the four hush puppies were sitting on a bed of French fries. Atmosphere was dated and smelled of cleaning solution. The view makes this place, but they need a makeover in the food the feel.

I would recommend making a reservation. This venue can fill up quickly. Parking is plentiful.

We were escorted to an outdoor, covered patio, with beautiful ocean views. A host provided water immediately.

Our server, Kyle was friendly and knowledgeable. He provided great recommendations, for lunch and seemed to always know what we needed next. The overall service was excellent.

I highly recommend, the Ahi Tuna Stack as an appetizer, and the Mud Pie for dessert.

Wonderful ambiance, great service. However, the food a far cry from where it was when it opened. My husband and I ordered the scallops and his were tough and mine tasted of ammonia. I was unable to finish mine. We told our waiter and he did everything right, offering to bring us something else and sending the manager over. We really didn t want anything else at that point so we declined. I thought they might adjust the bill, but we ended up paying full price. I came down with food poisoning three days later, and even though I had eaten only one scallop, apparently that was enough. I have since learned that scallops smelling or tasting of ammonia are decomposing or rotten and should never be eaten. I hope telling of my experience saves someone from the same.

Definitely go here when the sun is shining, amazing views of the city over the water. Had plenty of heating so I imagine sitting outside on a cold night/day is just as good.

C Level is really good actually, came here for my birthday and I enjoyed the dinner menu. Lobster bisque actually had lobster in it, the ceviche appetizer was tasty and the poke bowl was delicious as well, would definitely come back here with a reservation so we can be close to the water

View is simply gorgeous. Service has always been great. Wish they had more vegetarian options. Basically one appetizer and one entree. Not near enough.

Awesome views of the harbor and the San Diego skyline. The service was great despite a busy night. I had the shrimp scampi, which had very good shrimp. Overall a great experience.

Breathtaking views, welcoming service, and unique but delicious food! The view of the harbor with the city skyline made for great pictures! Right when We stepped foot in the door We felt welcomed, we were escorted to our table while making great conversation. The waitress made us feel right at home by giving us advice and never feeling like we couldn t ask a question. The bussing staff was polite and professional, while never leaving our water glass empty. Finally the best part, the food was phenomenal, from the appetizer to the main course, and the cherry on top, the dessert! Came here for our five year anniversary and it was even more special because of C-Level!

I was there during happy hour. Ordered a Cosmo, very good and two appetizers. Outstanding. Dessert was disappointing. Pineapple upside down bread pudding. Two many flavors . Am a former Baker and business owner. The pineapple was overshadowed by the additional sauces etc.

Amazing right on the water dining! Breathtaking views and really great food. Only 5 minutes from the airport so this is a great place to take out of town guests who have just arrived.

This establishment is a great place to take a date. Whether day or night, the view of the harbor is awesome. The service was also great. The menu is a bit limited but the food was good. The staff is very courteous and attentive. Definitely check this place out, it's a great place to take your significant other after being stuck indoors.

Very good food, and a great drink selection. Fantastic location with an incredible view of downtown. There is a vallet parking scheme going on that makes it look like you can self park, but really you can't and they just scam you into paying for it. Worth the effort though. I would go again.

I have been here many times. The Bay view is probably it's best asset along the food. The sunsets here are very attractive and can be the perfect setting for any special day or just to relax with friends. The macaroni and lobster is a favorite. Parking can be an issue. The staff is friendly. Prices are ok.

Great food here for which you do pay a premium. The seafood is really top notch and the view on the patio and even in the restaurant near the bar is lovely with the harbor boats sailing around and the San Diego sky line in the background during day or lite up at night.

What to say about C Level Lounge? First, the views are spectacular, especially if you come around sunset! Second, the seating area was wonderful as it feels as if you are sitting right out in the ocean. Third, their food is delicious, my sister and I ordered the linguini and clams as well as the trio of brulees for dessert which was so good! The only reason I gave this restaurant four stars instead of five was due to the waitress. My sister and I came about an hour before the dinner rush, and the waitress kept giving us a hard time, almost as if she felt we could not afford it. Every order she would pause and just look at us as if she was waiting for us to just get up and leave! Which was absolutely annoying and irritating as she was extremely friendly to the others dinning in the restaurant. We had dressed nice, the same as everyone else at the restaurant, and the only thing we can figure is because we are in our mid 20s and looked too young to be there. Not exactly the nice dinner we were hoping for, especially for a place that was one of the top places recommended to me for my visit to San Diego. This was not how we were hoping to spend our nice dinner out on vacation C Level, especially with how good your food is!

C Level Lounge is a wonderful place for a nice meal and cocktail. The location and the views cannot be beat. The San Diego Skyline is in the background and you are right on the water. As you dining on awesome food and great wine you will be entertained by boats passing you by in the water. The menu is pretty broad you can have anything from Steak to Burgers , all the food that I have eaten at C level Lounge has been fantastic .The staff are really nice and helpful. Overall this place is wonderful. It can be a little expensive but when you factor in the location the views and the quality of the food it's worth every penny.

Gold was spectacular. I expected great views. But, I didn't expect the food to be so amazing! Service was great. We loved seeing a manager so engaged with helping his staff and checking on customers. A must visit.
