Loved watching the sailboats going by during lunch. The food was good, service was great.

The prices are a little high but well worth it the food is great the scenery is awesome the atmosphere and wonderful service I just loved it all. Very nice comfortable place for romantic dinner or any special occasion

Just came for a quick drink after work. Love the Belhaven Stout. Bartenders Andy and Libby are super friendly.

Holy S**t. Table 402 at sunset was amazing. Oh and the food was fantastic. This is a must experience for San Diego tourists ..and I'd imagine locals think it's pretty cool too.

The Loiuse Salad was topped generously with crab and shrimp. Great effort on a classic. Also had the Tuna stack which was a world class version of an established trend.

For a San Diego location right on the Bay the prices were reasonable. The food was wonderful, fresh and bountiful. Lots of Gluten Free choices. I was able to make delicious choices in accordance with my new Weight Watchers Guidelines.

Parkingbos tight so I'd suggest Valet, it costs $7, bit when you weight it next to frustration of looking for a parking slot. Well worth it.

Delicious, tiny appetite, dairy allergies. Ahi, crab and avocado appetizer perfection. My husband's fish and chips were lightly breaded and moist, he loved the hush puppies!

Amazing seafood right on the bay. We had a seafood platter and absolutely loved our lobster and crab entrees. The creme brulee was decent, but mainly we were impressed by the view and seafood.

Great food and view.people. 8/2020 update. C level did it again. Took 14 people to dinner after sons wedding. The whole C Level staff made sure every thing was perfect for our group. Service perfect, food great, went out of way to seat us as a large group all together, even though they only take reservations up to 6 poeple. All this on a Saturday night, during covid, with limited seating. Server Susie was great. Management and whole dinning room team engaged.

The food was good and the views of the San Diego skyline were wonderful.

Normally I would have posted a pic but food looked so good I couldn't stop. Looking forward to going back again. Prices were average for the menu. Mood here reminds me of Colorado Springs area.

This place is always a must when visiting our favorite city. Only thing not pictured was the lobster mac n cheese which comes with a side salad. My husband devoured his meal as did I. Service was fast and very pleasant We will always dine here when we visit San Diego!

I've already recommended this place to all my friends, and I'm pleased to write a review on how amazing my experience was.

First off, the manager was so awesome. He bought us an appetizer. Our server Tony was great! Very attentive. The service, the food, the view.... simply amazing. You must make your way to this place if you're in SD.

We had the lobster truffle mac and cheese, ahi stack, tacos, and lobster BLT. No disappointment at all.

And to top it off, it was my best friend's birthday and towards the end of our lunch, we see Tony bringing us their delicious mud pie! Definitely a thoughtful surprise.

Very good experience here, the food was fantastic had the Seabass perfectly cooked and spiced right. Wife had Honey Glazed Pork Chops which were moist and tender. Overall atmosphere was amazing. Only very slight is was the wait, but that was bad timing on my part for visiting during Prom season. We will return that is for sure. Oh I would be remissed if I didn't mention our fantastic server Susie who was gteat. Thank you C Level

Went for restaurant week and the menu options were great! Jessie was our server and she was fantastic!! My boyfriend and I are both servers and don't get to have a nice dinner often and this was such an amazing date night! Beautiful table right on the water made our experience even better! First time going will be back!

I like it here always quality food & service. Definitely worth a return visit. This place has a great atmosphere. Like a restaurant in Washington I loved.

Really cool indoor market that reminds me of Reading Terminal Market in Philly. You come in and it's a food hall with a bunch of eateries inside with seating all around. We went for the burger station and I have to say it was quite tasty - I prefer it to Shake Shack, actually {less grease}! It's good for the area, but it can be quite pricey at $10 for a double burger.

Everything I had here was good - chicken sandwich, espresso, and ice cream. There is something for everyone and it's a casual space great for hanging out with friends, getting some work done (there are a few outlets and the wifi is solid), just grabbing something to go.

Love going to this place. Good service great atmosphere. Awesome views of water front.

John is a wonderful manager. And everyone of the staff showed their expertise from my first greeting until i was wished a great night at the end.

Great food drinks service and atmosphere. Only waited 15 minutes on a Sunday evening. Was easy enough to go to the bar while we waited. Parking service no fuss no muss. Highly recommend, great views, very close to the airport, great place to take visitors!

As usual the food is great. Decided on the burger and fries. Couldn't eat it all and took half of it home. Their trio of fish tacos are very flavorful. The lobster Mac n cheese is out of this world. Had to take some of that home for yummy leftovers.

Oh, man! This Cohn restaurant has the best of all worlds: amazing water & skyline views, a great assortment of food choices, decent prices, great service, and an open-air design that is perfect for San Diego weather. There are heaters, if it gets chilly. This place never disappoints.

From the moment the Valet took our car we knew we were in for a terrific dining experience. The entire staff was warm, professional, and authentic. The waterfront view was exactly the type of atmosphere I had in mind for a surprise date for with wife. The menu offered plenty of delicious, fresh choices. We will definitely visit C Level Lounge again! Oh, and the kettle drum music was a perfect mood-setter!

Great lunch. I hear it becomes another place for dinner but I can't comment on that as I was here for lunch. Huge patio overlooking the bay.

Tara was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing. We were town for my sisters 21st birthday and she really did a good job taking care of us. There was a little confusion with our oyster order, and by no means were we complaining, we actually complemented her on how good the oysters were. And she noticed it wasn t the right oysters we had ordered and ended up being more oysters for us! It was a great night. The bottle of wine we bought was delicious, everything was amazing I highly recommend this place!

My son came down from LA to have lunch with me at this particular restaurant that I had raved about.
We were overlooked for almost an hour and when management was notified, the wait staff said "she didn't see us, although she looked us directly in in the face".

Fantastic service. Everyone was attentive and took care of our table. Food is about what you would expect to pay and items come without much flair but that leaves the quality as the leading factor. It doesn't disappoint.

Nice spots right on the ocean with lots of great appetisers and an energetic atmosphere.

Stopped in for lunch and had a great time. The service was great and my Louie salad was the best I ve ever had! My boyfriend had the burger and fries and he loved it! Next time we are in town I will definitely be back to try more things!

C Level is a San Diego classic. The views are still great and I like the food better than their sister restaurant next door. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. It is perfect for taking visitors and locals alike. Keep up the great work with this place Cohen Group!

The food was really good. I do not eat seafood like the rest of the group. They had their stuff and I had the most amazing burger ever! Totally worth the money. The server was a bit out of sorts, she was a bit touchy on one of our guests but other than that, no complaints at all. I would come back!

C level is probably my all time favorite place to go have a meal. The view is one you will never forget. The food is incredible. You have to order the Ahi stack and finish your meal with the best mud pie ever.

Enjoyed a very pleasant birthday lunch with one of my best friends. We sat right by the rocky beach. Awesome experiece with an incredible view of San Diego's skyline.

PROS:
Professional, friendly, and attentive service. Bradley was an excellent server. He was very aware of how special our lunch was. The Lobster BLT tasted just as amazing as it looked. The cup of lobster bisque for dipping tasted luscious. The blueberry creme brulee they provided for my birthday celebration was of a great quality. Ambiance was outstanding and unique with one of the best views of San Diego's skyline.

I went there yesterday to celebrate my anniversary and sadly the experience was horrible.. the waitress was very rude and seemed like she had anger towards us for no reason.. took almost 40 mins for us to even get a round of water ..main reason I'm writing this review is when we got our salads my wifes had a roach inside and we politely spoke to the manager and even showed him and he didn't even do anything about it or void it . . Calamari was dripping with oil ,Just in general the whole experience was very bad and that sucks because we were there for a special occasion ..staff definitely needs more training going there no more

Excellent service and great food. The BEST clam chowder I've eaten in a long time. My brother and his wife loved some sandwich with a lot of beef sliced on a hoagie bun.

Good drinks, nice view, bad food, I found a log hair in my food, and I had food poison that night, such a bad experience, I told them abouth the hair and they charge me the same. Im never going back.

We had 40 min. to make it to a reservation that we had made for a Jet Boat excursion...we explained this to our waiter who in turn made an extra effort...explained to the cooking staff our predicament and they were able to serve us a beautiful lunch with at least 15 minutes to eat it in!! They didnt have to do this, but it sure was nice of the them!! After our excursion we went back for horsdevoures and dinner...absolutely delectable!!
