San Diego is an unexplored area for me, so when I was heading down there for a wedding, I asked my sisters to recommend a good place to eat, and they say to try C Level. I am so glad that they pointed me to this gem. We arrived at 5pm and got seated within 20 minutes right next to the water. The view was amazing, and the food definitely hit the right spot.We started with two appetizers ($5 each) and it was so delicious, so you definitely should try it when you dine here. 1. deep fried brie (yum) 2. calamari (yum). next we ordered three drinks. They were yummy. All of our (4)main dishes were good too, except for the tuna/crab stack which didn't taste fresh. We finished our meal with the trio of creme brulee, my God it tasted like heaven. Creme brulee has definitely become my favorite dessert of all time. The good news was our bill came out to $150 with tax and tip, crazy right? Throughout dinner I thought to myself, even if the wedding is a bust, this place would have made the trip well worth it. Hope I get to come back to this place soon

This place is so beautiful! The view is incredible, the service was amazing, and the food was great! We were seated in a not so great table and I asked if we could get another table when available and they moved us to a way better table in less than 10 minutes. We went at night so the Downtown lights looked so beautiful! 10/10

I am not from San Diego but everytime I come to this fine city I dine at the CLL. The food is very good, the staff is impressive and empathetic and the view alone brings great ambiance to this restaurant. I judge most restaurants by how many people are smiling. I see lots of smiles at CLL. I've eaten at this restaurant at least 6 times in the past 10 years. I one day want to sit on the outdoor patio, nurse cocktails, and watch the ships move in and out of the port while eating appetizers.

I had the scallops and the brussel sprouts. The scallops and prosciutto worked but the cakes they put underneath overwhelmed the other flavors. The brussel sprouts were very good. All prep was appropriate and the food was served hot. I had an old fashioned with well alcohol and it tasted like battery acid. Should have inquired about what the well liquor was. It was undrinkable. I am a NorCal foodie. I found the food here overpriced for the quality. It was edible but not toe curlingly delicious. At this price point I expect more.

Traveled to San Diego for business and happened into the casual dining experience. Started the nicely done coconut shrimp and a smooth whiskey sour. My sea bass was cooked just right, my coworker with the sushi dish. Our server was prompt, but not intrusive. Don't forget the indoor and outdoor dining with excellent views of downtown San Diego and the Navy yard across the bay.

.They still charge 4% fee too help with costs. Whatever that is. $8 parking fee and little free parking nearby. Plenty of accessible restaurants in San Diego without these added fees. Great food but will not be there again .
