What to say about C Level Lounge? First, the views are spectacular, especially if you come around sunset! Second, the seating area was wonderful as it feels as if you are sitting right out in the ocean. Third, their food is delicious, my sister and I ordered the linguini and clams as well as the trio of brulees for dessert which was so good! The only reason I gave this restaurant four stars instead of five was due to the waitress. My sister and I came about an hour before the dinner rush, and the waitress kept giving us a hard time, almost as if she felt we could not afford it. Every order she would pause and just look at us as if she was waiting for us to just get up and leave! Which was absolutely annoying and irritating as she was extremely friendly to the others dinning in the restaurant. We had dressed nice, the same as everyone else at the restaurant, and the only thing we can figure is because we are in our mid 20s and looked too young to be there. Not exactly the nice dinner we were hoping for, especially for a place that was one of the top places recommended to me for my visit to San Diego. This was not how we were hoping to spend our nice dinner out on vacation C Level, especially with how good your food is!
