Bedroom was lovely, modern and clean with a view of London. Slightly noisy due to someone playing call of duty in the next room VERY loudly, my earplugs didnt drown it out. Food was not great. Good quality ingredients cooked very badly. However the service was exceptional especially the restaurant waiting staff.
My cousin stayed here over the weekend. Small room but very classy. Would recommend any day

Nice place, lots of twisty corridors to the room I stayed in, could easily get lost. A quiet place considering it's size and in a quiet area. Clean well lit bathroom, comfortable bed.

Had a reunion lunch with 4 families including a number of toddlers. After initial confusion on the part of the restaurant staff they eventually had our tables ready and we enjoyed our food which was at pretty good set menu prices

A 'good enough' hotel, spacious and nice garden. Rooms good to ok, as the hotel feels a little aged. Breakfast was excellent. Prices can also be very good for relatively closeness to London.
Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Something had not worked out with the Zimmerreseevierung (over Herburger tearing booked), but was super fast and uncomplicated solved. We would like to come again.
Liked the hotel very easy to find and a comfortable stay my only real criricism is that the room service menu isn't very good and doesn't offer any vegan options and vegetarian options are limited. Also the rooms don't have translucent curtains so you have to close the black out curtains to get privacy which. Means you can't enjoy the natural light if you need privacy. The staff are wonderful!

This part of London happens to have wild parakeets and we spotted some while out in the gardens. Pretty interesting to see bright green birds in the wild!

Had my little brother's wedding here last week and was so impressed with everything. Nice staff, meals were hot and very tasty. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay, thanks to all.

40th Birthday Party at the Restaurant for around 34 guests surpassed our expectations.Service was very good, each and every guest without exception enjoyed the 3 course meal with the extras thrown in. Luke went out of his way to make sure the evening was a complete success.And we managed to shake hands with the Lord Mayor of Bromley, who came over to wish everyone. What a pleasant man.
What a gem! The Garden restaurant is a stunning spot for afternoon tea and everything in between. Most delicious and had leftovers, which is rare, the portions are so generous! Staff attentive and super helpful. Definitely highly recommended!
We got married at the Bromley Court Hotel in June and the venue is fantastic. Our wedding coordinator, Katie, did an excellent job. She was so professional and made us feel incredibly relaxed throughout the whole wedding planning process. The venue is perfectly setup to host weddings, with everything running smoothly on the day. The food was delicious and the staff were amazing on the day. Lastly but not least, the gardens are absolutely stunning!! We would 100% recommend the Bromley Court Hotel.

Met a friend for dinner here. Good service. Food was good. Price was good. It's quite a remarkable space in crowded London. Huge gardens. But best of all is find someone who knows the history or read up on it. If you like music you'll freak out at the list of MEGA stars that have played here. I won't spoil the suprise. But I'm gutted to have missed those halcyon years.

The hotel is nice but...Here is the story.
I have returned the key-card and went to the lobby to meet my friend. After the meeting I was planning to leave the Hotel but when started to rain I have realised I have left my rain jacket in the wardrobe. I went to the reception asked for the key and went back to the room. The cleaner already did her job and my jacket was not in the wardrobe anymore. I found the cleaner and talked to her nicely but she desperately was trying to convict me that somebody else probably took it before her. I went to the reception again and a supervisor came in. We checked the room again. No jacket... I saw the cleaner was shaking but still didn't confess. Supervisor encouraged me to call the police but I had no time for that and maybe I didn't want to ruin somebody's life 'cause I paid for the jacket 30 bloody pounds. Keep it, I thought, I have a chance to get a new and my old jacket will probably brighten your miserable life. For people who will stay im this hotel - be careful, don't leave your stuff alone.
Food at the wedding was good, although on arrival I ordered some bar food which took over half and hour to turn up.
Nice secluded hotel with good service and fast Internet. Rooms are a little shabby with out dated furniture, but they are clean and comfortable.

Went here to meet a friend in their restaurant, Service and food was great. There was slightly limited parking because of two events running at the same time. So there was improvised parking in the car park. The hotel itself is very nice and well kept. The staff are well trained and take pride in their work. Would be a pleasure to visit again.
I attended a private social event and had no direct dealings with the hotel. The area where the event was hosted was clean. The carcparking on the premises was limited. The hotel looked impressive.

Love the Bromley Court Hotel. Hosted our wedding reception there back in 2003 and attended a tallk in the same room yesterday. Still as nice as it was then. Also attended a dinner dance there at Christmas, which was very nice indeed. My only slight criticism being thst the window I was sat next to at Christmas time wouldn't close propery where the wood had warped over the years...

People in the room next to mine were shouting and fighting most of the night! I've stayed in better travel lodges.
We had lovely afternoon tea and will go again they have a lovely balcony which I cannot wait for warmer weather to have tea outside. Fantastic staff would give them 10 star's.

Had an event in the Wellinton Suite, very clean and tidy, staff very pleasant. My only gripe would be the coffee in the flask dispenser was very weak and luke warm. This is a very minor issue. Would recommend this hotel for it's function rooms.

Great place for family to come togather, parking available, booking in advance recommended. Conference room , wedding rooms and meeting rooms available. This is Bromley decent place for a gathering with family and make memories happen.

Room was great, clearly recently refurbished. Didn't sleep well but that was due to other guests being noisy in the corridor. Breakfast was alright but overpriced for pretty mediocre fare. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

All the staff are foreigners with broken English, hotel is dirty. All the old staff is gone and staff are quite rude but the hotel is cheap.
