OK, main annoyance was the fact they locked, for no reason the baby changing facility. Reception were unaware and useless. Eventually I grabbed an elusive manager and he unlocked it.

I went to the hotel for a Caribbean evening they had a surprisingly authentic Caribbean experience great DJ with the steel pan and everything. The food was great.
Good breakfast and nice room. No bath. 30 min walk to Bromley South station.
Excellent hotel, friendly staff with well appointed clean, and tidy rooms. Excellent food.
David Bowie, Hendrix and even a full Macmillian Cabinet meeting have graced the hotel. Nice sanctuary in the heart of South London.
Grabbed a coffee with company, lots like a lovely place for a wedding as well
Excellent room, excellent breakfast fantastic hotel
Clean rooms, amazing bathrooms, great breakfast. My go-to hotel now!
The suite is lovely and very spacious. I love the bathroom and choice of floor and wall materials. There is a lovely garden. Food was nice. Some corridors are too narrow.
The Bromley Court is an all round good value for money hotel.
It's good for a family gathering or somewhere to have a drink and work on the laptop
Kids welcome too
We booked table for two for lunch. We were seated at the table with a nice view but it was way too hot. We asked to be seated somewhere else and it wasn't too much fuss for them. Our next table was well situated. Food and atmosphere were nice. I enjoyed my starter, it was tasty goat cheese with pesto. Then I had fish and chips- generous portion and nice, chunky chips. For dessert, my treacle tart was served. It was sweet and sour. I enjoyed. Wine was nice and chilled. In general- nice food, well presented. Restaurant is elegant but not stiffy. We were asked a few times, if everything is o.k. Staff was nice and diligent. I will be happy to go back there. Thank you.
Garden restaurant is very comfortable with a varied, mainly British, menu. Wine is a bit pricey.
Excellent hotel with a first class restaurant and beautiful gardens.
Nice my son and his wife enjoyed a lovely resption there but had problems with shower in hotel
Fantastic accommodation, good service, lovely food and the last few months in various hotels most definitely the one taking the most clearly visual efforts with Covid sanitisation. One negative, the car parking is at best difficult, but not helped that bays are all on angles and people don't park within boundaries.
Not a bad hotel at all. Place was clean and apart from it taking half hour to check in, i was just glad to get to bed
Nice place but the security and staff are quite rude
Nice rooms and clean facilities. Very friendly staff.
Attended to sample potential menu options for my forthcoming wedding later this year. The restaurant was very clean, the service impeccable and the quality of the food far exceeded my expectations
Great stay 2nd time I have used this hotel very nice room very good breakfast and evening meal very friendly staff and service highly recommended
Food in the restaurant is excellent, staff very friendly, rooms clean and modern
Lovely
Lovely and clean. Staff implemented the personalised requests that I asked for at no extra charge. Hand sanitizer upon entry and in the lifts too. Large room, worth the money.
Friendly staff and nice interior, but the food is not amazing.
Lovely hotel function rooms are large and clean decor and the staff are brilliant
I had good stay the staff went out of their way to make me and my family feel at home
Modern cleaned rooms, great staff. Very reasonable price.
Very pleasant small function room with adjoining bar. Hotel was very clean & staff were pleasant.
I had my 80th birthday there last night ,the staff were magnificent we had a wonderful time I would recommend it to every one.
Had Afternoon Tea at their restaurant. Lovely looking restaurant, our waiter Florin was super nice and helpful. The food itself was perfect and the hot chocolate was lovely. Will definitely be returning.
Too bad for the lack of the bidet and the toothbrush for the toilet! Overall the accommodation was comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.
My wife and i loved it breakfest was pukka loveley big bed sweet as.
The food is excellent, very very good quality. The service is also amazing. I highly recommend going there for lunch.
Location is very easy to get to, there is a bus stop pretty much right outside the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and did their best to make sure you had a good stay there
Had a lovely time at the hotel. Room was good size. Bed was comfy. Shower was nice. View was okay. Only problem we had was the door card key.
Quaint venue with some lovely grounds. Excellent for weddings, parties and events. They even have a red carpet to make your event extra special. Staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean.
I only visited during the day for a meeting and did not stay overnight, but can say that the staff were very pleasant and helpful, the condition of the hotel is very good and there is a nice atmosphere there. Plenty of parking too.
Clean and tidy, very polite staff. Catering was lovely too.
Really nice place, very clean rooms and great food. Great service and very pleasant and nice staff
Lovely hotel function rooms are large and clean decor and the staff are brilliant
Very clean. Excellent staff who were very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the bathroom was incredibly small and it was a struggle to get in the shower! Would stay again.
The Bromley Court is now an independent hotel after being part of the Best Western chain. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area with a reasonable size car park which rare for hotels these days. Public transport links are not so good and taxis are a common sight around breakfast time. The hotel are happy to arrange a taxi for you. You need to be quick however as it's not uncommon for someone else to jump in the taxi you thought was yours.
Having stayed in the hotel many times over a period of about 15 years I can say that little had changed in that time until the recent renovation. However only some of the rooms have been renovated and little else.
The stairs, lifts and corridors all look tired and suffer from old looking carpets and creaky floors. Navigating you way around the hotel is always a fun experience with a maze of small flights of steps joining the various sections of the hotel together.
Although the renovated rooms are nicely decorated, feel modern and pleasant some of them are small and feel quite cramped.
My last stay was in an un-renovated room. The room was large, spacious and had a pleasant view of the garden. The room felt a little tired and the floor in the bathroom had a a bit of give in it.
The restraunt looks out into the garden at the back of the hotel. It's a pleasant area to sit in especially in the summer. Don't be surprised to see a couple of parakeets flying around your head.
Service and food in the hotel is typically good of not a little on the expensive side.
If you like you hotels quirky and don't enjoy the modern sanitised style of some chains then the a Bromley Court might suit.
Such a nice room, smart, tidy and all mod cons, some of the staff could do with a smiling exam though
Stayed for work during lockdown. Rooms clean and tidy. Staff helpful and friendly.
New Gin and Tonic Menu for the Summer ! #Gin Lovers
Really nice venue, great garden and decent food. We attended a wedding and stayed the night, service was great and the rooms comfortable
Fun evening spent with friends, the late barman was a good laugh and knew his whiskys
Great Vegan food at a Christmas night out, lovely decor.
Business friendly, good food & friendly attentive staff.
Lovelly sunday lunch and a few drinks.beautifull gardens and outside seating area. Good service and reasonable prices.
Room was good. Breakfast was the best. Been to so called fine dining breakfast not enough to fill a flee let alone adults. But the Bromley court was second to none. Yum.
Avoid if your looking for a spa, steam room was tiny and keeps switching off, very frustrating. The only downside otherwise hotel is ok and location is great.
Tea with friends was quiet and well spaced. Nice sanis, excellent scones, and a box to take home the cake we just couldnt manage! Service good but not in your face and fresh pots of tea readily available when you asked.
Had my lovely mum's funeral wake here. Lovely hotel with good facilities and lovely good sized rooms for whatever family get togethers u require. They provided a beautiful afternoon tea. A wonderful send off for a wonderful mum
Beautiful hotel, lovely grounds, would recommend for a weekend getaway
Beautiful convenient hotel for south east London,
Safe and secure environment spotlessly clean lovely staff always helpful
My family and I love it here.
We always come here for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries and Valentine's.
The meals are always well made and delicious.
The Ambience is beautiful
Staff always polite and smiling
And u don't have to break the bank to dine her.
Very good place to be
Onsite parking available but gets used up quickly but there is free parking on the road as well. Which is alright
Fantastic service and the breakfast was amazing. Slept so good did not wont to come home.
Nice hotel... well presented rooms... cozy with dog beds. I have stayed here numerous times and never been disappointed.
Gym is small but it has one none the less if you are there long enough to want to use the gym. Grounds are beautiful in the summer. A lovely place to site during your stay and have a drink or two.
Good value for money... nice staff
