BW Bromley Court Hotel Review

Fantastic old style building, very awe inspiring, very polite professional service. It is very posh inside, and enormous, it spreads over several ajoined buildings. Staff are very helpful and quietely spoken with great demur. All different nationalies so nice diverse feel, but all speak excellent English so no communication problems. In fact I went here for an appointment with Blue rest Health Services, a private health firm who set up base now again in this hotel. Many companies use this hotel as a meeting place. The resturant was superb. At the bar you can order a cup of tea or alcoholic drink in the daytime! There is a balcony to enjoy drinks backing onto the beautiful driveway with magnificent trees, lovely colour plants and immaculate lawn. It was a sunny day when I went and it all looked spectacular. My food was very generous for the reasonable price tag. All in a lovely calm environment, with a massive TV on quiet volume and also gentle music. A great cosy ambience. This is a 3 star hotel which I am surprised at as it seemed much higher. But the official food standards rating was top stars. I would definitely stay here and look forward to coming back here for my next appointment with Blur Crest.

Ensure you enquire if they have an event on like a prom with loud music on a Thursday! Found out on check-in but told I shouldn't hear anything however whole hotel can hear and feel it which seems to be what other reviewers have stated and the hotel is aware.

We've lived nearby for many years and thought we give the restaurant a go for 7 on father's day .Wow so glad we did, on arrival we were showed our table which I really wasn't happy with and hinted so.We sat in the lounge and had drinks and More

Traditional quality hotel and restaurant. Been here for quite a few successful meals over the years for special occasions

Friendly staff and beautiful historic building. There is a lift near reception and it has two staircases, as the hotel is wide. The grounds are well maintained. It has a restaurant and bar on site, as well as meeting rooms.

Friendly staff, modern rooms, some might say a little small but I think they're fine, comfortable bed, power socket next to the bed, room service food is good quality, I recommend the chilli con carne. No complaints for what I use it for and I use it often. It's much better than the budget options.

Garden room, private function. Clean nice environment, good food and very quick service (cleaning up tables etc.)

Visited for a Rod Stewart tribute dinner/dance and had a really good evening. Food, service and the emntertainment was excellent. The singer got everyone involved and moved around the audience so every felt part of the show. Terrific evening.

Very clean room. Small bathroom. Needs soundproofing. Could hear all the events they hosted until past midnight. Could hear everybody outside of room, ie other guests and housekeeping. Expect approx 45-60 min commute to City Center via bus, train and underground. Front desk advised a taxi, not sure of that cost.

Went to a dinner/disco for a 60th celebration. Food nice, ambience/decor swish. Good night. Didn't stay so can't comment on rooms/service.

Always get a warm welcome by the staff. The room was clean and well presented had a good night's sleep and a good shower .

We were here for two nights 4th/5th March to attend a family funeral so were feeling a little vulnerable. I must compliment your staff who were very kind, but professional and went out of their way to help in any way they could, so thank you to them. The hotel was very comfortable ,the room was great, very well decorated, large and clean, loved the big fluffy bath towels. The Garden restaurant was brilliant and the menu and food was to a high standard without costing the earth. A sad event made very bearable by the hotel and staff at The Bromley Court Hotel. Thank you.

Just going to cut to the chase
The room was on the small side but adequate. Did not like not being able to get dressed without natural light, unless you let everyone have a chance to look into your room.
As I was a late arrival I could only order from the room service menu. I had decided to order out. I was told that was fine but unable to eat that food any where but my room. I didn't want the smell of food in my bedroom, so had to eat my food outside ! If I had been asked to my food discreetly I think this would have been a better solution. Not I think anyone else at the large party would have noticed in their intoxicated state.

Very nice hotel. Good standard of cleanliness and comfort in the rooms,- the bed was extremely comfortable. Good choice at breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Went for dinner and had a great evening. Tracey was our waitress and she did a great job to make us feel welcome. Very good food too!

Found dutie manger to be arrogant and rude when I spoke to her about an issue with my room. Havnt stayed her for over 4 year and I can clear say now it gone down hill. Due to rude attuned I cancelled 62 night stay at this hotel for my team. I told the manger I was doing this due to my concern and she just laughed.

Attended a conference last week and have used them previously for two years running for our own one day conference .

The standards havent slipped, Fab! Fab! Fab! Courteous staff, Great food, Great accommodation.

They are so accommodating and pleasant (is this for real?). So so unusual in today's climate it's rare to see such consistently. Keep it up Bromley Court Hotel you are ticking all the right boxes

Stayed here a few times now and it been made more an more apparent that this hotel is only concerned with group booking/events. If you are on your own they treat you like your not wanted.

We picked Bromley Court hotel to celebrate my 60th birthday with a large family group. The afternoon tea was delightful. They served the best scones we had ever tasted and considerably superior than an afternoon tea i had previously in a prestigious venue in Westminster. The staff were delightful and made the event go smoothly. We loved it so much i am going back there for lunch today. Thank you.

We booked table for two for lunch. We were seated at the table with a nice view but it was way too hot. We asked to be seated somewhere else and it wasn't too much fuss for them. Our next table was well situated. Food and atmosphere were nice. I enjoyed my starter, it was tasty goat cheese with pesto. Then I had fish and chips- generous portion and nice, chunky chips. For dessert, my treacle tart was served. It was sweet and sour. I enjoyed. Wine was nice and chilled. In general- nice food, well presented. Restaurant is elegant but not stiffy. We were asked a few times, if everything is o.k. Staff was nice and diligent. I will be happy to go back there. Thank you.

Had a work do here today (Croydon Fun Day) Fabulous Food, Fabulous Staff, Fabulous Grounds We had a lovely Barbecue Outside .. Couldn't ask for more..

Check if there is a function on before you stay.We had a wedding one side and a Rod Stewart crooner the other. Neither good . Promised us would be finished by 11 . NOT. hotel grounds lovely but hotel cold

Easy to park, table service and nice outlook in the garden restaurant

Staff are rude, English not that great.. Could be a really good place to stay if it wasn't for the attitude of the staff. Also, fire alarm went off at 3.40am, one of the pillows was covered in makeup, and the bedding was spotted with blood.

Nice cosy feel. Quiet and classy. Attended a business meeting on a Monday evening at 18.00. The bar staff was welcoming and friendly. Oh they also do great fish n chips. The guy on the table next to ours ordered one and I couldn't take my eyes off his food.

Have stayed here many time and am always impressed, the only reason not 5 stars is that Saturday nights can get pretty noisy with functions going on.

Had an amazing weekend here with my partner. Beautiful gardens, tidy and neat room with all the essentials. Really Satisfying shower. Super peaceful location with a big heavenly bed complete with an awesomely comfy quilt & pillows. Aircon as well! Best sleep ive had for months!

I cant comment on the rooms as I was booked to provide a chocolate fountain for a Christmas party but the hotel had a really nice vibe to it and the staff were very friendly!

Apart from being to made to feel like a criminal on a mix up when leaving the restaurant after staying for a week... The place is really nice and the lounge bar staff are brilliant even though you have to wait sometimes as the management have got them running from a bar on the first floor at the same time as running the entrance bar on the ground floor...

I have been here on 2 different occasions. First time for a work conference and second for a wedding and reception. Very pleased both times with my visit

Only there for an afternoon conference, can't comment on food or rooms but the staff I met were friendly, it's easy to drive to with lots of parking on site!

Was there for an interview, didn't see much of it but the bits I did see were very nice.

Great service and facilities, clean and welcoming. Food for events could do with an improvement.

A good place to drink, eat in nice restaurant or take tea.
