Birthday weekend really enjoyed it. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Cosy and relax hotel to unwind.

Had a meeting here. It's good for that. Didn't stay, so can't comment.

London by train from. Bromley is easy.

The staff are friendly and courteous and the overall appearance is very nice

We like it here. A lot. The gardens are lovely and the standard rooms are adequate and serviceable. The front desk staff could take a big lesson from the De Vere at Selsdon. For a comparable price look at the other. But if the location is better for you this really is hard to beat with an excellent restaurant at a reasonable price.

Tiniest room I've ever seen, no walking space. Restaurant if classy but the food selection is very bad.

Nice hotel. Good service. Went for afternoon tea. Lot's of food and nice capachino. Drinks at bar, expensive.

Visted the garden lounge on Valentines Day and had a lovely meal. Hats off to chef Jeff

The hotel interior was clean, fresh and there is lots of room. The staff was nice and remained at the background ( not too much in your face but always available and helpful). The food was really good. Home made, staple and very comforting. Gardens are really well maintained and beautiful. Lovely place to relax and work. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed.

Impressive hotel. Was here for a works do. Food ok but not out of this world. Service is very good though.

Was here for a wedding and party afterwards. The food was really good and drinks wernt too expensive. Nice area and the garden was well kept.

I often do the venue decor for weddings and events and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is always clean to a very high standard and the customer service is impeccable! Highly recommend.

Lovely venue, decorated beautifully for our Christmas dinner. Disco dance floor is small and hidden which. Food is nice, drinks a bit expensive.

Had a celebration at Bromley Court hotel today and cannot thank them enough for making it special. Excellent service would recommend as good value for money

I absolutely love the Garden Restaurant. The room is so beautiful and great food. There is such a relaxed atmosphere and you never feel that you need to hurry through your meal so the table can be cleared. All the staff are so welcoming and professional. And if you have lunch or breakfast you can sit in the beautiful garden. This place is an absolute gem.

What an amazing hotel the gardens are just wonderful (you must take a stroll around) and was incredibly great value for money. Extra credit due to AMY (day manager) who made us feel incredibly welcome.
Would highly recommend this hotel to stay at and will definitely be coming back again...once again thankyou kindly for an amazing time...

Went for tea with my family and it was delicious. Great sandwiches, dessert's and the tea was good as well. Recommended for anyone looking for a lovely spot for tea.

This hotel is able to cater for two or three weddings at once they are good at dealing with this pressure. The garden is beautiful for photos etc Not stayed here but hotel looks clean and modern with a hint of character.

Business stay. Small single room but clean and very adequate. Nice restaurant.

Excellent breakfast. Met for business in the lounge bar. Attentive but non intrusive . I was impressed that we were asked if we would like the music turned down. When we can we will return for dinner.

Decent looking hotel with friendly staff. Haven't stayed there so can't comment on the rooms, but the beer was nice and cold.

I love this place, the food is very well prepared and tasty. This is how good it: staff very polite and I have been going there for the last 40 years with my friends. Enjoy!

Overall the hotel is ok. The rooms in the older part of the hotel are very dated, and probably need some updating. Few stains on the carpet etc. There were a few faulty things in my room as well. The room is quite noisy, and you can hear other people s TVs in the other rooms.
The restaurant is in a lovely setting, and is quite tasty.
The location is set away from the main road which means there is no traffic noise. The bed is comfy, and the bathroom is modern.
The room is very clean.

Food was good, facilities are well kept, good place.

I stayed here a few weeks ago and was very impressed, particularly with all the precautions the hotel have taken for Covid. They clearly take it very seriously and from hand sanitiser at the entrance, having to wear masks in public areas, your room key and info being handed to you in a clear plastic bag to plastic packaging round the remote in the hotel room - it was all immensely reassuring. I would definitely stay here again.

Good breakfast and nice room. No bath. 30 min walk to Bromley South station.

I love this historic hotel. Though it has recently had a facelift, it has managed to retain a warm family feel.
The bars and restaurants are welcoming and the food is great. Highly recommended.

Typical Best Western independent Hotel. Ok for the occasional business meeting. Bar tired and limited beers all of which are keg types. Restaurant is too open. Coukd do alot better. I avoid unless i have to go there.

I really like this hotel. It is excellent value for money and the staff here are exceptional. Even with the restrictions imposed by Covid-19, this is still a fabulous place to stay.

Excellent hotel attended a diamond wedding anniversary event which was really excellent very well planned and presented very ably by Stephanie and her staff who seamlessly attended. to our needs throughout the event. A memorable time thank you all.

i had the afternoon tea. food was lovely when we got it but as we were a large group the crammed things on plates so no one actually got what they asked for

I attended for a business meeting but didn't stay overnight. Reception staff were very helpful with print services and organising taxis.

A very comfortable night clean room and great bed. Hotel slightly shabby hence not 5 and my reception welcome was not very friendly although only 1 member of staff like this all others lovely

Nice place! We are very happy with the fact we choose this place! The room was nice and clean, big enough with a nice view. The food in the restaurant was reaaaally good !!! Good prices at the bar. The staff was really professional.
