Have not stayed overnight so a bit unfair to comment just yet.

Lovey hotel.. The doors slam a little hard which can be a pain if you're a light sleeper. The hotel did struggle to keep notice levels down when they had a wedding recently. Apart from that, it's worth it.

PS: I didn't pay for my stay, my company did

Lovely spot! Beautifully maintained, comfy beds, great food and service is top notch! You will not be disappointed.

Haven't stayed over here as I'm local, but I've had the food a couple of times and it's of a great standard. I highly recommend the Tempura Prawns! The staff are friendly and it's a very nice atmosphere. Ample parking and in a nice quiet area.

I go here for driving tests. The test centre is soon to move to Grove Park

Lovely hotel, well looked after and good food. Very attentive staff

Went for lunch. Nice venue, gardens relaxing and overall a delightful ambiance. Food was well presented and tasted as good as it looked if you choose the right options.
Overall lunch at the Bromley Court Hotel was a pleasant experience and certainly an experience I will be having again in the near future. Probably the only negative was that the staff could be friendlier to their guests. Not that they were rude but didn't feel that this was the job they wanted to do.

Was here for a wedding reception. It's a beautiful place with a gorgeous garden and nice interior. Very quiet location and plenty of parking space. Didn't see any rooms though.

I feel that I cannot give an even handed review as I went there for a job interview for another employer.

Would say superb but found dusty skirting boards and bedside cabinets

We were in the biggest room (can't remember the name but it is the one with the adjoining bar) and it was lovely. All of the staff were so helpful and polite and it's actually quite a grand feeling hotel. Which is not the experience you think you're going to have from the outside!

Very nice hotel. Good food and comfortable rooms. Only downside on the night I stayed there was a very loud party who made a lot of noise from 3am yo 5am. Many clients complained but hotel staff didn't seem to know how to deal with it

Recently taken over by new owners. Restaurant food and service was poor even though restaurant was quarter full. Previously tired hotel now being refurbished. Parking tight especially over weekends when weddings are on,which also makes out very noisy.

We held our year 11 school prom here and it was wonderful! Beautiful rooms and gardens; fantastic for photos! Food was great and staff very efficient.

A very nice, well kept hotel. Nothing seems to much trouble for the staff and the food is excellent, even though I'm not a big fan of buffet breakfast it was still good quality.

The supervisor works in there, treat peoples like rubbish.

Lovely service, nice location half an hour walk from Bromley Town Centre, clean rooms and kept very tidy

This hotel has everything - from pleasant staff, ample easy parking, good food in the restaurant, room service, gym, etc. It is about 1km from the Bromley Travelodge and costs just a few extra pounds, but what a step up.

Was at the hotel for a wedding the whole experience was really good, can't pick a fault with anything and the members of staff were lovely, leon in particular couldn't of been more helpful if he tried ,great experience

BE WARNED! We had our engagement party here and they said we would be having 'a BBQ which would be cooked outside for the experience' that was their words and it didn't happen! They promised us things that they then did not deliver. I have emailed them and they haven't even responded.
We had a great night but there were however a few issues that I wanted to flag up.
Our event manager was fantastic and looked after us well we are really appreciative of him and the team but there were some issues when the food came out. To start the garden salad was missed out and we had to remind them to bring it out. The fruit platters were bought out with all the main food, this should have been a bit later and there was not enough there to warrant 60 peoples dessert! The plates bought out with the main food were small plates not dinner plates, which was really embarrassing!
Mainly however I am really disappointed that the food was not a BBQ and was not cooked outside as we had discussed when we visited the venue. The food was bought out from the kitchen so we did not have the BBQ experience that was discussed.
The aircon didn t seem to work either as we asked multiple times for it to go on and it didn t make a difference so the room was very hot.

We had a great night and the food was fine but I just think it needs to be fed back as you should not be selling something you do not deliver.

Great reception for a wedding we all had a fab time

Liked the hotel very easy to find and a comfortable stay my only real criricism is that the room service menu isn't very good and doesn't offer any vegan options and vegetarian options are limited. Also the rooms don't have translucent curtains so you have to close the black out curtains to get privacy which. Means you can't enjoy the natural light if you need privacy. The staff are wonderful!

It's clean, but the ac is noisy, the rooms small. Bathroom is cool and luxurious, but still, sleeping can be hard with those paper-walls and ac-noises

Very good afternoon tea including a dairy free one. Staff very well versed in Covid procedures and restaurant set out well with plenty of space between tables.

Everything was taken care of. Had an excellent night at the hotel. Would recommend strongly and will stay there again if I travel to Bromley.

Great service from all members of staff. This hotel has gone above the standards to protect everyone against Covid. They have made my wife and I feel very safe and welcome.
My wife and I wanted to get away for the holiday weekend and we limited our travel due to the Covid19.
Bromley Court Hotel had sanitiser stations everywhere, they really had gone beyond all expectations in keeping everyone safe.
Food was outstanding, service was exceptional and the location was great. We went into central London without any issues whatsoever.
On our return we booked a table and had our evening meal at the Brompton Court Hotel. The food was so good we had all of our meals in the hotel.
We will return

Attended a wedding and stayed the night ,the whole wedding venue for the day was well planned and executed to a very high standard.
Food was served and could not have been better from start to finish
Catering staff done a fantastic job.
Barstaff fantastic job.
Room perfect for our needs (wheelchair accessible ) very clean and well presented.
All hotel staff very polite and very helpful nothing was too much for them.
In my opinion service deserves rating
Will definitely book weekend again.

I stayed here because everywhere else was fully booked, wouldn't rush to go back either if you need to get your head down and your not bother about the decor then this is it, cheap and in need of updating along with the timer sauna.

It's ok for the locals they love this old stuff, for continental people it's to British.

Excellent hotel. On arrival was well received at Reception, very polite staff. Myself and my colleagues were swiftly checked in, and I was fortunate enough to get an unsolicited room upgrade. Lovely room, with most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Evening meal was good, and breakfast excellent. Great place to stay overnight when on business.

Loved the rooms but the food was awful...Do not have the mixed grill at all costs. The service was poor in the restaurant in general. We waited ages for service the lady even forgot our drinks. There were just 3 tables occupied cant imagine what happens on a busy day.

Very nice Hotel qualified personel.
But had the same noise harassment what I have in Germany to bring me out of sleep. Please do not cheat this rating again.

It is not the Hotel but the same people cheating me in the same way in Germany.

Room was well presented, breakfast had a good selection

Great atmo and reasonable drink prices but starters and deserts were small helpings and veg.on main course were under and over crooked

Food bit on pricey side and no WiFi coverage on 3rd floor.

Cold and unwelcoming.....Staff were ok though.Food was less than average. Very poor for a so called 4 star hotel.
