Staff are lovely and helpful, rooms are clean, beautiful and unique! WiFi is free, rooms have basic TV, there's a parking area out the front which always looks very full but we never struggled to find parking!
Room was a bit small, but did the job.Breakfast was ok.Corridors were noisy,...no fault of the hotel, but the group of guests who stayed the night!!! Cest la vie..
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service rendered to the London ambulance service intake of 14/19 by Victor, God bless your soul. Dedicating your life and service to what you love and enjoy the most.
Who can ask more of a man, than giving all within his span
I had a decent stay, rooms are small, and they do feel a bit dated - you can tell they've tried to modernize some portions of each room, for example my room was dated, but my bathroom was painted in a more modern green with a newer shower, but I had no major issues to complain about
Hotel was adequate for my needs. Clean room (found a ladies nail) but no Biggie. Other guests complained the rooms were small. Once parties started the bass travelled up to third floor (invest in a noise limiter) but once again I was ok with it. The strangest part was having three weddings going on simultaneously so it's a busy place. I would return as the grounds are nice and it is a nice retreat if not pricey for its offered product. (The garden restaurant part of the hotel is obviously why the hotel feels it should be in its price bracket)
Was at the Dinner Dance last night (12/12/14). with 4 friends. I chose the Turkey, which I am sure was processed meat and tasted awful. I had Prawn cocktail to start, which seemed ok and Pavlova for dessert, which was too sweet and sickly and the portions were tiny anyway. When the dinner came round, one friend got her meal and the rest of us didn't and had to wait! She didn't want to start until we all got ours together and her's then got cold. We did complain at the time. Also, we asked for the air conditioning to be turned down as we were cold when eating, and it didn't change. To top it all, I have been awake since 5am vomiting and with severe stomach cramps, which is definitely nothing to do with drink as we only had a couple of glasses of wine (due to the cost of a bottle). It was either the Prawns or that disgusting Turkey that made me sick!. Considering the cost of the night out, and the way it was run - it was like being at a holiday camp - I think the whole night was a disaster. We left at about 10.30pm as one of my friends was unwell, which I was very happy to do. I would never go back there again!
We went to a wedding reception which had a fantastic bbq put on by the hotel. The staff were very friendly and polite. The double bedroom and bathroom was nicely finished however tiny.
Fab staff, lovely grounds, nice breakfast, decent priced bar. But the rooms can be a bit of a mission with going up and down several stairs yet all on the same floor. Some rooms haven't all been updated- not sure if they're staying turquoise or going corporate dark, but still nice amenities minus a cold a/c that's hard to get just right in summer for the price you pay.
I took my daughter for a high tea as a surprise for her 18th birthday. The young girl who looked after us was really lovely. The food was very nice indeed too.
Nothing goes wrong at the Bromley Court is the phrase I kept hearing whenever I told people we were booking our wedding at the Bromley Court Hotel. The entire events team is delightful. They will make your wedding day a very special one. My husband and I got married just over a week ago and we couldn t be happier. Choose the Bromley Court Hotel as your wedding venue and you will be well taken care of.
From the very beginning Jamie Paddington, the meetings and events coordinator, makes you feel right at home. Their wedding packages are straightforward and to the point. There are no hidden costs, you choose exactly what you need, and they guide you through the things you are unsure about. A year ago, I was hesitant to even have a wedding at all as the task seemed gargantuan but in Jamie s care I felt comfortable and confident things would go well. The team is extremely accommodating and will keep you informed throughout.
The hotel works with Beckenham Flowers and they are great. They make choosing very easy and the arrangements are beautiful. I kept crying whenever I looked at the flowers because of how beautiful they were (but to be fair I cried a lot on our wedding day!). Our photographer works with Tonbridge Photoshop (ask for Andrew! Such a charmer!) and our DJ was from A1 Discos. Absolutely no complaints, only high praise to be given here. Very professional and utterly delightful people.
Our wedding was filled with laughter and love. Gio and Florian along with the rest of the team made the day a magical event. We can t think of anything we would have changed to make it better. Sure, not everything went according to plan, but the team takes care of all your needs. They are polite and professional and seem to find fulfilment in making your event a special one. They kept us informed of what was happening throughout the day, while also making sure none of the pressure of figuring anything out on the day was on us. They were unobtrusive, but their presence on the day was very welcome and meaningful.
The most important thing we learned during this experience was that there are no right choices when it comes to planning a wedding. Rather, the choices you end up making are the right ones for you, and Jamie was there every step of the way.
Great sunday lunch. Service good, if a bit rushed. Staff were very attentive. Lovely ambiance, look forward to dining there in the summer in the garden.
Had a wonderful meal here. Lovely food and great staff. Really accommodating for our large party including toddler. Great children's menu as well. Would very much recommend.
Visited for a wedding... Excellent room and excellent staff from the front of house to the staff you don't see. Overall a very pleasant and fun stay. Hope to visit again

Had a delicious lunch in their Garden Restaurant, good food and excellent, friendly staff. Expect to be back on a regular basis. Looking forward to making the most of the terrace when the weather warms up!
Incredibly unhelpful beforehand as I booked through TripAdvisor and they didn t have any record of it and didn t follow up on any communications that were promised. The room was ok, nice and clean but the bathroom was tiny I could barely turn around not worth the money at all. Extremely noisy as well and I contacted them to tell them and again I had no response.
