They forgot to close the coolant tank after maintenance. The car heated up after a long trip and the liquid was coming out all over the engine. Had to call assistance on the highway to figure out what is the problem. A simple mistake that caused us delay.

Not having charged the coolant doesn't mean you didn't open the coolant tank.
The problem was discovered later because we haven't used the car for days after visiting your garage. And once we used it, we traveled for a long distance, and the problem occurred. When we opened the car hood we saw that the coolant tank cap was unscrewed and laying next to the tank.
It was a mistake from your employees and you have to double check these things. Use checklists, and don't put people at risk in a highway.

Nice people but give their prices without VAT on the phone, after the work is done you can pay more than 20% extra.

My Audi A4 brought because that gasoline leaked. In the first instance they could not find the leak only after insisting they could find and repair the leak. In the morning I had to wait half an hour with ten people from Eigen Haard who are maintaining their vans. When I came to get him I had to wait another half an hour because the staff first started eating pizza, because they had not eaten yet, so I had to first see how they were going to eat their pizza before I was helped, something ridiculous ahd I never experienced (!!!). I went back one more time for a broken electric window, then they wanted to replace the motor in the door for 800 euros, that was a bit too much for me, at another garage only the heads turned out to be dirty, cost 35 euros instead of 800 Half a year later I was standing on the A10, the gasoline was spraying out of my car, very dangerous. The garage where the car had been towed through the ANWB could not help me because all the gas lines were shifted and it was such a mess that he could no longer make cheese out of it. Back to Westpoort, I did not dare to fear that they would send me back on the road in a perilous way or make me pay way too much. In the end, another garage had to request the original drawings and had to completely re-route the pipes. So in short, despite the fact that a few friendly people work there, I would not recommend anyone to go to this garage. Long wait, changeable service from friendly to downright rude but most importantly they do not understand their profession.
