This company offer a comprehensive and extensive translation & interpretation services. As well as timely and accurate translation and their quotations are actually cheaper than most translation companies. Their team is reliable and very professional in delivering excellent customer service. They have been in business since several years and that show their level of professionalism and accuracy in delivering translations above expectations for all customers worldwide.

They made a mistake on my birth date and refused to correct it. They asked me to pay it again since they no longer had the file. I have it and sent to them, but they still wouldn't do it. Very hard to work with.

In the answer below, they're saying we never sent them the original, which is a lie. Please send me an email address I can send the original copy too and I will update my review.

I had a document that I needed translated and just happened upon this company by accident. I was skeptical when it showed that it could translate from so many different languages (or even provide and interpreter if I needed one). I emailed my document and within hours I received that translation for my approval or to correct any mistakes.

I okayed what I was sent and within a week I received it with a notarized certificate, which included the person who translated it. The company was in constant contact with me and sent the document so I could trace it through the mail. I highly recommend them.

I paid for Driver License's Translation. and I select 2 pages. After I paid $98, which is an acceptable rate for me. Then they emailed me "after calculation, your documents took 6 pages, there will be $196 cost of your order, would you like to proceed." First, I don't know how they think translating a Driver's License would take 6 pages. This means I need to show the police officer a book? Second, it's not the customer's responsibility to know how much pages it would take when making an order. Basically customer has no ideas how much would they pay when submitting credit card info. The company could have worked out a better way. Their website looks professional, but the customer services do not say anything polite, not even a "thank you." The agent begins with "You need to....." and then ended the chat immediately. This company is really genius. I am responsible for what I've commented here , the transcripts of chat were also kept.

I am a trilingual freelance translator and I ve been working with ABS since 2015, I have to say that I'm really satisfied and grateful for the opportunity they gave me to work within their team. During the first year, I did not receive much work, but the relation between us remains regular: Slowly, our relationship evolves from a 1-page project per month to 1-page project per week, and eventually to where we are right now, where I daily check my mailbox for small or huge projects to come from them. It means that I ve been tested during a very long time to know what my results were, what I could handle or not, and the link of confidence has naturally grown between us.
The relationship with the project managing team is very discreet but they always treat with a lot of care whatever I say, ask or request. They always answer within the next hours, whether it s early in the morning or late at night, and they always answer in a very respectful and gentle way. Rarely, when an issue has arisen, requesting more information, the managers, heads of the department have always been fast to contact me, with great care. I m just one among many other translators, but I feel well considered by any person of the managing team at whatever level of responsibility they are.
Concerning payment, it s incredibly perfect, I receive a payment every Friday for the total of translations I ve submitted the week before. We used to receive payment for the week projects at the end of the same week in the past. At that time, I could send a translation the evening before, it was included in the payment of the day after! One day, we ve been informed that they needed to delegate the accounting to a provider, since then, we have this 1-week delay, it s understandable knowing that the company is growing, but we can rely on the Friday payment beyond doubt. As a freelance, I really appreciate this professionalism, not all our clients show so much respect.
You can imagine that I do my best to fulfill their requests. Yet I have been late sometimes at the delivery, they ve always remained very polite and gentle, comprehensive. I guess they know that, as a freelancer, I take great care with all my works in terms of contents as well as layout, so it can happen to anyone. I've learnt quite a lot while working with this company. Professionalism, trust and respect are the foundation of our relationship with gentleness being the icing on the cake. Thank you ABS, I hope our professional relationship will last for many years to come.

This is the worst company you can work with and waste your time . If I could give them below 1 star I would do it because they deserve less than below especially if you complete and submit your project and not get paid ontime for a reason that the client back up about the overtime which is not true . So that you receive your payment after 3 months and was only the original payment without the overtime compensation and then you need to wait again to send you your check hhhh , and the same problem happened to my friend too they sent his check to another address and he requested to switched to PayPal to get it instantly but still had to wait forever .

My experience with Alliance, compared with eight other agencies puts Alliance firmly in the top three.
