I wish I could put 1/2 a star. These windows never worked well and broke shortly after they were installed and there was no follow up from Browns.

I really had a bad experience with Brown Windows.
Larry there salesperson promised me the best product in the market with the best service so I accepted there quotation which was higher than the other quotations I had.
I emailed them the Drawings, Larry send me the sizes and price on it.
The moment I signed the price and gave them the Visa Card, the service style changed. There were some extra hidden charges added to the order. Delivery was at least 4 weeks late, which costed me more
Then when the delivery came I realize that the walkout patio door is delivered wrong size, instead of 5 Feet it was 6 Feet wide. I asked them to take it back instead they started telling me the stories and did not accept it back even after 3 months. Very Poor Service with High Price and Looks like just bunch of goons want to rip of every customer.

Very professional service. Quickly and neatly completed their work. It was a great experience. I even had to reschedule quiet a few times and they were very nice about it, good customer service too.

Windows are great. Our strange octagonal window was a bit od a delay as it is not normal measurements (it is not a true octagon). Happy the company remade the window over ruining our brick. They worked within our price point offered advice (including advising on structural integrity). Thanks Mark, for being so responsive! Our door was a bit of an issue - they had the hes drilled before they knew what we were ordering, so we had to have some patchwork done. It is not visible, though, so no major harm. We had an excellent installer (chris) - his helper on day one was a lot less experienced but chris was WONDERFUL. Very clean, very careful. One month in and no problems at all.

Terrible customer service.! I have Brown Windows in my house - called in b/c I'm having issues with the window crank. Had to call twice to get someone to return my call. Parts manager was absolutely horrible - as a customer she made me feel as if i was doing something terribly wrong asking for support! Follow-up response is 'if you don't want to bring the part in, you can go to Home Depot' Wow.....avoid if you can!

We recently replaced 7 large windows in our house and Brown Windows did an excellent job with instalation. They were very tidy and professional. The job was completed faster than expected which was a bonus. The windows look amazing and are making a difference in our heat usage. Overall an excellent experience and we would recommend them to all our loved ones.

REALLY BAD ..

Phone conversation with sales Larry.. Wanted to find out some information concerning my window. He kept saying saying it was not his fault. told him that i just wanted to find out some details of my window that the builder submitted.. He mentions that we only deals with builders.. almost kind of bragging that he gets more money from them than a single home owner.. DO NOT do any business with Larry or browns windows.. Be AWARE... they do not care about you!!!

I must put one star for me to post this.. otherwise.. NO!!!!!!!

the builder green park use their stuff from my personal experience is NOT good quality. does not last. must be replaced not long after the purchase. home depot and lowes have better products and better prices. overpriced here with low quality, with an attitude.
