I just got a new 4runner from Del Mar at groove. He got me a great deal and treated me fairly. I highly recommend him as a sales associate for your next Toyota!

Great experience, knowledgeable staff. My new dealership!
I recently purchased a Tundra and the buying experience was painless Patrick Shannon did a great job taking the time to listen to what I wanted and doing his best to fill my needs. Everything went smooth from the purchase to the financing best car buying experience I have had. I have recommended Groove already and will continue to do so. Thank you again.
I would like to say we had a bad experience but the issues we faced appear to be more of a systemic issue with the fundamentals of the company. 1st we were directly marketed to for a car that was not available and told to come in and test drive the vehicle.. that was not available. After threatening to call the Colorado attorney general for false marketing, the manager contacted us and offered a 2019 for the unavailable 2018 price. This wasn't the worst part and we marked it up to someone not doing their job. (which happens).
The next part is what concerned me doing business with them period. We went in to talk to the finance person, who deliberately lied and manipulated facts over the course of 3 hours of negotiations on the service contract, where at one point he said our sienna doors would not open or close if the motors broke which according to him happens all the time. (In retrospect it's crazy to think the engineers would trap you In or out... But in the moment we believed him.). There was a button as soon as we bought the car that disabled the motors and allowed manual open close, so it was clearly a lie and fear tactic to get us to buy the service contract. We did eventually purchase the service contract for about 1/2 the original asking price and getting up to leave 3 times which he then kept countering. We eliminated the oil changes from the contract as those are easy to do. ... Needless to say it seems that lying to get the sale is something supported by this company which leaves us not wanting to do business with them because we cannot trust them to give us accurate honest information about our van.
Never buy a car from them. I have never been lied to so much in my life. They don't pay attention to detail. Lie on paper work. In a glumsy attempt to make things right they made it worse. Salesman treated me like a dumb lady and that I didn't know better. Don't ever buy from them. More then dishonest
Patrick was a huge help! He made buying my first car a breeze! Highly recommend Groove and Patrick!
Our recent car-buying experience at Groove Toyota was an incredibly pleasant one. Born and raised in Michigan, growing up near the Motor City spoiled me as far as car dealerships go. They give you a free rental when your car goes in for service, and they even run your car through the wash before they return it to you! Almost all of my Colorado car-buying (moved here in '94) has left me disappointed in comparison with Michigan dealerships.
My husband and I visited Groove Toyota last Friday with the intention of purchasing a pre-owned Ford Fusion he'd researched online. We were pleasantly surprised with the friendliness (read: not scuzzy!) and knowledge (read: not pushy!) of our salesperson, Luke Pascale. Luke rode with us for a test drive (he even gave me the front passenger seat, which cannot be said for other CO dealerships; don't even get me started on purchasing a car as a female customer) and engaged in easy conversation with us about the vehicle as well as daily stuff (ex. weather).
Upon returning to the dealership, he sat us at a table (in the A/C!) inside the clean and comfortable showroom, brought us some bottled waters, and checked in with us frequently as he worked with a finance manager (Mark - also a great guy).
Luke Pascale (who I mistakenly called by his last name the *entire* time) was one of the most down-to-earth, appreciative, friendly and personable car salesmen I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
(Small) Reasons I did not rate this a 5/5: we were misinformed on one warranty being 5 years rather than 3, and the gas tank wasn't filled up as we were told it would be. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Luke as well as Groove Toyota, as they seem to know quite a bit about customer service and satisfaction. Please visit them!
I had a very positive experience buying a lightly used Corolla. Salesman Byron Fludd assisted me with this purchase and truly did everything he could to make sure I left in this wonderful certified pre-owned vehicle! He was extremely honest throughout the process which earned my trust quickly. This was my first time buying a car on my own and it couldn't have gone better! Due to special circumstances, I was even allowed to leave the lot without officially putting down my down payment. Staff allowed me to call the next morning to give the OK on running my debit card after I had raised my daily spending limit with the bank. Overall VERY positive experience! Thanks Byron!
The purchase of our Car was smooth, and Fast! Mark did a GREAT job of patiently helping us with our purchase, as we changed our minds several times on what we wanted. Next car purchase will absolutely be here again!
Was very surprised to find out that the routine service for my leased RAV 4 wasn't covered under the maintenance program.
The program is 2 years or 24000 miles. I have 27 months and 16000 miles. Oh yeah the service Representative forgot to mention this fact when I scheduled my appointment. Can you guess which manufacturer won't be getting my next lease...
20% cheaper and in stock - that's why I purchased coolant lines for my '09 Corolla at Groove Toyota. Dealing with their friendly, efficient parts staff was a bonus.
Flew out from Houston because the deal on my car was that great from Groove Toyota. Byron helped me with every step of the process and was amazing. Highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new or used car to head to Groove Toyota.
Service managers, I hope you are paying attention! I bring my Toyota here ONLY because of service rep Mark W. So often, dealing with service departments can be almost adversarial, but Mark has offered advice that has saved me money, and has never pressured me for additional services. So far, no complaints about the service itself. How refreshing! Maybe I will consider buying a new car here some day. That may be a while, of course. I only have 125k on my Toy!
I had a 2012 ford focus purchased from phil long ford. I was nearly $4000 upside down on this car due to the transmission recalls. I was looking for a pickup truck as I am trying to start a horse boarding business and was striking out everywhere but my boyfriend john found arron in the used car department and arron got me out of the focus and into a 2005 z71 chevy for about the same as what was still owed on the focus and with lesser payments. Arron is an awesome person and genuinely cares for his customers. He tirelessly worked on my issue and conquered. I give them 100 stars.
I had a great experience with Miguel Barajas. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Thanks Miguel for your help.
Luke Pascale helped my wife buy a car. Best experience we have had buying a car. 100% would recommend Luke Pascale and Groove Toyota!!!"
I dealt with Mr. Youcef Smail today. He was pleasant, seemed to do a little more on the deal and did NOT push. That is what I appreciate. Not sure if I'll buy but dealing with this gentleman made it more likely.
Matt doesn't call back, you have to track him down to know when the car is ready. You can't talk to him, he is gone at 5:15PM. The steering wheel of our great tuck still making noise and now we need to find a good place with good client service.
Cristo Perales at Groove Toyota provided me with exactly what I requested with exceptional professionalism with honesty and integrity. Thank you very much for all of your help!
If you are looking for a car, do yourself a favor and go to Groove Toyota and find Karen Anderson. We have been looking to upgrade our SUV for a while and finally decided to start test driving. We spent a day going from appointments at one dealership to another and when we got to Groove and started working with Karen, we knew we didn't need to go anywhere else. She helped us test drive multiple different vehicles and went above and beyond to find exactly what we were looking for. We could not be happier with what she helped us find. Buying a car seemed like a daunting process and until we found Karen that proved to be true. She made it easy and relaxing and made sure we were 100% happy. Trust me, we will be going back to her when we upgrade our other vehicle.
I brought my 06 4Runner in twice for a ticking noise while driving. The service techs told me nothing was wrong and gave it back twice. Every time I drove into the service department I had to ask for help, everyone is just staring at their personal cell phones. I took my vehicle to Hartman automotive on Broadway and they were able to diagnose and repair my issue. I will only be bringing my vehicle here for oil changes in the future, if that.
Delmar and Patrick were very easy to work with. They both were pleasant not pushy. Their knowledge of the features and expertise explaining them were calm and not intimidating. Definitely recommend
Got a call from Lucas Hutchinson on Friday about 5pm and within a few hours he priced 3 Toyota 4 Runners for my wife and I. Then within 24 hours from the phone call we were driving off the lot with a brand new 4 Runner. Lucas was super helpful during the whole process all the while helping multiple customers. Never once were left with unanswered questions. Thanks Lucas for the best car buying experience we have had.
We bought a used Highlander from Jonathan Castillo at Groove, and the experience was great. He listened to what I was looking for and did a great job finding something that fit my needs and that worked for my budget. I thought I couldn't afford a Highlander, but he proved me wrong and I'm super happy about it. He is very responsive, and just a nice guy, and I would definitely recommend working with him.
If you're nervous about shopping during Covid (like me), this dealership was a pretty comfortable place to go. All the employees in the sales building were wearing masks all the time and I saw staff members disinfecting surfaces, door handles, etc. multiple times while I was there. The first day I was there they even had a side garage door open for ventilation, which made me feel even safer.
Awful awful experience. Cannot express that enough. If I could give this place negative stars I absolutely would. We bought a Certified Used 2007 Toyota Sienna fully loaded from Groove. Complete with paperwork from the service department doing an inspection themselves. We purposely went to a dealership rather than a small lot because we thought they would be more trust worthy and honest. Not the case when Groove is involved. They sold us a complete lemon and when we discovered the damage to the van they blamed us and would not stand behind there word. After we had the van a few months it started making some odd noises and we were about to go on a long road trip. We took the van in to Toyota Boulder to have it maintenanced and to see if they could find out what the odd noise was. They put the van up and immediately when they looked underneath they could see clear body damage below. They brought me in to look under the van and even I, someone who knows next to nothing about vehicles, could see damage. This led to many discoveries of things being wrong with the van. We took the van back to Groove and explained what had occurred. Their response was that there was no way their service department could have missed so much damage below and therefore the damage must have been caused by us. I guarantee you, as the only driver and almost always having my 4 kids in the van with me, we never caused any damage to this van. Someone at Groove is not telling the truth. I agree there is no way they could have missed that damage initially. So either someone didn't do their job in the service department and actually inspect the vehicle or they lied about what they saw. We did get paperwork specifically checking off that all was good below the van and even specific parts, such as the drive shaft. The drive shaft was very bent up.....We felt completely taken advantage of, lied to, and treated very poorly. Although, to be fair in the end they did give us 20% off of some repair work they attempted on the van. Considering what they did this 20% off felt like a joke. We've put thousands of extra in to the van at this point. Would never recommend anyone even step foot in this place. Go elsewhere!!!
Paul Lipps is an awesome sales person, you should seek him out if you need a new Toyota or any car
Over the past few days we have been shopping for two cars for me and my wife. We purchased the first one at a local Mazda dealership, and then found one, the next day at Groove. The experiences between the two dealerships were night and day! The Mazda dealership was painful, back and forth with the mysterious manager, a ridiculous time suck!!! I spent at least 8 hrs in their dealership.
At Groove, from the first time we stepped foot in the shop, to when we drove our new car off the lot was no more than 2 hrs. The two sales people we worked with were Jason and Nic. I worked with Jason the first day, and the second day with Nic, because it was Jason's day off. Both were awesome, and immediately got the impression that they were straight shooters. No b.s.. I made a reasonable offer, and it was accepted. How many times does that happen??? I would highly recommend Groove, and in particular, Jason or Nic.
Jeff helped my husband and I purchase our 2020 Tacoma which we love. Jeff was patient and not pushy. He searched for the right vehicle and has let us know he is available to help us add a few items after market that our truck did not have. We love it and didn't mind the drive past other dealerships to work with Jeff.
If you re looking for a new car- don t shop anywhere else and ASK FOR SERGIO!! He was an amazing carsalesman, and did not try to hustle me, finding the best deal for my car (2018 Rav4). I thought I would be getting an SUV a bit out of my budget, and it ended up being significantly less! He was very personal, accomidating, and professional. 11/10 reccomend Sergio and Groove Toyota
The sales staff is very helpful here. I test drove a Fore Runner here.
This has been one of the WORST experiences buying a car from a dealership. At first the process was smooth, the salesman worked with me and I thought it was OK. As soon as I signed the dotted line the customer service was out the window! Got my money but didn't deliver on anything. I was promised a detail on my new to me car but they left it in the lot not touched. No gas in it and no detail. The emissions checked sticker was still in the window and nothing was cleaned. I talked to salesman and said bring it back to get detail. I was also missing a wheel lock key to the car so the second time I dropped it off for 3 hours no key was found and they pulled the car back as they saw me walk up just to run it through the wash. I was beyond LIVID. I had to get my son's dad to talk to them and I finally got wheel lock key taken care of and a free oil change. Cool. I brought it in for the free oil change a couple weeks ago and now my car leaks oil!!!! I'm beyond mad that I have to go back there tomorrow to have them clean it up. I say stay far away from this dealer!! If I could give -3 stars I would. HORRIBLE place. They take advantage of females.
It s so refreshing to buy a new car this way. Groove really does understand there is a quick and easy purchase process that works for everyone. This is probably close to the 30th car I have personally purchased and it was a 5 star experience. Austin Leblanc was the perfect sales rep. Thank you Groove!
After shopping at more than 10 dealerships, we finally found Groove Toyota. Paul and Dan were amazing at sales and finance. They gave us their time, patience and most importantly excellent service with integrity. Our expectations were exceeded. I highly recommend Groove Toyota. You won't be disappointed!
Zach Vose was amazing. Really went to bat for me to get a great SUV at a great price. Highly recommend!!
Honestly, I would give them zero stars if I could. My fiance purchased a RAV4 from them a few months ago and when it was time for an oil change it came out to be almost $300 for a simple full synthetic oil change and a replacement of a light bulb. The light bulb cost $15 and they somehow managed to charge us over $75 in labor. Meanwhile, we could have easily changed the bulb ourselves and we should have. They then tried to scum us out of more work that wouldn't be needed to the vehicle. This will be the last time I will ever take any of my vehicles to this dealership or any dealership for this matter.
I had a pleasant experience at Groove Toyota. Jessie Marker was helpful in many ways, explained everything and I felt very comfortable throughout the process. The car was as ordered and Jessie explained the use of the instrumentation quite thoroughly. Thanks again for a pleasant experience. I would go back again without reservations.
Currently on hold because getting a service advisor on the phone and not a voicemail is almost impossible and none of them do what they tell you anyway. Terrible, sloppy service techs and then advisors that dont check over their sloppy work. Wont come here for anything again.
I own a Toyota Camry and I live within 5 minutes of Mountain Sales Toyota. I've grown more and more tired of the "service" that I got from MST, and was tired of spending 3+ hours for an oil change. I contacted their dispute resolution department once, only to get a phone call two weeks later with still no apology for the issue. Anyways, I love my car, not the dealer i used to go to. I needed an oil change on short notice and no one could get me in for one in less than 7 business days. Until I called Groove Toyota.
First off, the other dealers the phone rang and rang for about 9 - 11 rings. Groove, 2 rings. It honestly caught me off guard. Secondly, I told them I needed my oil changed by the weekend. (It was Wednesday when I called) Found a time that worked for me on Friday morning, booked it.
Now like I said, MST is only 5 minutes from my house. Groove was a 35 minute drive. I got there just before my appointment, and was greeted within moments of arriving by Devin. He told me that it should be about 45 minutes to get the oil changed. I've heard this estimate from MST for years, I politely smiled. They did get me in when I needed them to. I also asked him to check out my break light and it wasn't working correctly. He said no worries, they'll check it out. My 2 year old daughter and I went inside the main building where another gentleman (don't know his name) opened the door for us and greeted us with a smile. Nice and inviting, I like this. We then went and hung out in the toy room. About 30 minutes in, we stretched our legs and walked around outside for a bit. At the 50 minute mark, Devin came and found us to tell us that it was all done! Seriously?! You had it all done when you said it would be, that's great!
We went to check out the car and pay and everything. He explained that they heard some squeakiness in the brakes, so they checked those. (Asked MST to do the same, MST told us that the only thing that would fix the squeaks would be to replace the brakes, which didn't need to be done) They replaced the light in the back brake light, and ran the full inspection with the standard oil change. Due to my dealings with MST, all I saw in my mind was floating dollar signs each time Devin told me what they did for us. Total for everything was like $40. I was dumbfounded.
I never got out of MST for less than $100 with all the charges for their "service". The brakes had dirt in them, that's why they squeaked, cleaned them off no charge. Replaced the light bulb, no charge. Again, Seriously?!
I was and am still blown away by the SERVICE that I received from Groove Toyota. It was less expensive, convenient to my schedule, so much friendlier, and overall quicker than my previous dealer. Even with my drive to get there being more than an hour, i was still back home within 2 hours total because of Groove Auto and their SERVICE people. At MST, I would've still been waiting. Groove Toyota revived my faith in Toyota SERVICE, and on my first visit, they have earned my future business. Thank you to Devin and the SERVICE staff at Groove Toyota. WORTH THE DRIVE!!!
Show room is amazing, the receptionist is friendly, highly recommend josh to be your sales guide he helped me out with my highlander and I really appreciate his transparency with the whole process. Can't wait to get my next one from him.
We just purchased my daughter's first car at Groove Toyota from JOSEPH. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Joseph went out of his way to locate this car for her and had it ready in the promised time frame. Joseph was by far the most courteous, helpful, respectful car salesman I have ever run into. If you are looking for a car, I would highly recommend asking for Joseph!
Macy Marsh was great. We changed our minds several times about which direction we wanted to go with a car and he helped us out every step of the way. He was very upfront and didn't try to hide anything. Overall it was a very positive experience, and I would recommend Macy and Groove to anyone looking to buy a car!!
In my opinion they are very manipulative with pricing information. You will not know how much a car costs until you request a formal quote.
The response from the owner have not persuaded me. To me it looks like the confusion is introduced on purpose. Once you get the "clearway" price make sure to ask for all additional dealer fees. Otherwise you may be surprised at the end.
Our buying experience was quite enjoyable. Our sales guide Josh Mooney was quite helpful and very knowledgeable about the model we were interested in.
Good service but more expensive than is appropriate.
Flawless experience! I found the vehicle I was looking for online and thus followed procedure. Jazz Williams gave me a call in response to my inquiry. He was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I gave him the task of searching his lot for the best deal (from the phone in Atlanta) and he did so with no hesitation! He took the time to email me several deals and was NEVER pushy! My husband met Jazz at the car lot and finished the purchase with him. He was certainly a determined ally to have on our team when negotiating the best deal. While Jazz was amazing, so was the rest of the staff! I highly recommend Groove Toyota! Ask for JAZZ WILLIAMS!!!
Just purchased a new 4Runner Groove Toyota and Macy Marsh helped me with all my questions and got me every detail I was looking for in a new 2020 4Runner. I highly recommend seeing Macy when looking to purchase a new vehicle!!
I recently bought a car here and had a great experience with Kelyn. They were able to find the exact car I wanted from another dealer and went to get it for me. They worked with me to fit my financial needs and were available for any questions I had. Would recommend them and would purchase here again.
Ali Raflee (sales) and Jose Boccia (finance) were outstanding to work with. Ali's consultative sales approach was appreciated helping us order a 4Runner that met our budget, color and options needs. He kept us informed from order to delivery on the dates promised. Jose set a new standard given my prior F&I experiences with other car purchases over the years. The parts department (did not get the gentleman's name) was equally helpful and enthusiastic about our purchase and desired accessories. Would recommend Ali and team-a positive experience from start to finish.
Hoang helped me look for the right car. I needed a car before my boyfriend leave for training so we stopped by groove toyota. When we first got there, Hoang was the one who approached us. I told him what I wanted and he directed me to the cars that would fit my needs. I couldn't decide from our first visit, so he gave me his business card and left the dealership. He called to keep me updated. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to contact me and ask if I was still interested. I decided to go to groove toyota once again, and there, I finally decided which car to get. We took the car for a drive and I fell in love with it. Hoang walked me through the whole process and was patient when I was indecisive about which car to purchase. And he was also patient with my mom, who was also very picky. Hoang made sure that the documents I signed were correct and negotiating with him was not difficult at all.
Throughout the process, the only problem was sending finance documents to Hawaii where my mom could sign the papers. the process took almost two weeks. Hoang kept me updated throughout the entire time and I would give him a call each time and he would be willing to help me with anything. He contacted me right away when they received the papers. Since I didn't have a ride to groove toyota, it would take me about an hour to get there from my workplace. Hoang offered to wait until I could get to the dealership. Even better, he offered to pick me up from the light rail station so I didn't have to wait for and ride the bus.
Overall experience was great. Hoang was wonderful and was very helpful. He really listens and get to know what you want. Not only that, but get to know you as a person. He didn't force me into buying a car I didn't want and was very patient with me. I would recommend him to anyone who is buying a car.
As far as buying a car goes, I had a way better experience here than at the little private dealers. It felt less forced, although the salesman did get pushy at the end which I didn t appreciate.
I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota Tacoma from Groove Toyota and it was one of the easiest, stress free car sales that I ve had over the years. I started working with Abby Ledogar in the internet sales department and she streamlined the process over email in the span of a few hours. I was in and out of Groove in an hour and a half and was impressed with the honesty and transparency that I received from Abby. The finance manager, Sam Lyons, was clear and incredibly willing to provide answers to my most mundane questions. I have purchased three vehicles from Groove Toyota and will only work with Groove in the future because they don t follow the typical car sales model. They care about their customers, they don t use high pressure tactics to sell their cars, and everyone on the sales floor is willing to help.
Our experience with Groove Toyota has been nothing but stellar. Salesperson Ben Leftin rolled out the no-pressure, competent car expertise red carpet! We felt well-guided and confidant throughout the entire sale. Continuing to share Groove's exceptional dealership and service track record with family and friends. Gracias Sincero Ben!
I absolutely love Karen Anderson at Groove Toyota i just bought my 9th car from her today. She will take care of everything and make sure you 100% satisfied with your experience! She is quick, efficient, full transparency and fully knowledgeable! Go see Karen if you're in the market!!!
Good service (or so i thought). Went in for an inspection/assessment to see what was wrong with my car but ended up leaving with a missing rear windshield wiper?! Not sure how that even happens. Haven t heard back from them.
Not good. Toyota is not necessarily a discount brand, so when we went here to check out a Rav4 and saw sales and financing staff behaving like teenagers out in the lobby for everyone to see, we knew this was not the place for us.
I had a great experience with Josh Mooney for leasing my Rav4. It was my first time leasing so I didn t know a whole lot about the process and options and he was very honest and upfront with me. I never felt like I was being upsold on something I didn t need. It felt great to have a salesmen who can advise and not try to swindle you into something you re not interested in!
Went into look at Corollas, was never at all greeted, had ask for to speak to someone and the sales guy wasn't at all knowledgeable on current promotions or to another extent the knowledge on there own brand of cars. Needless to say we won't be back.
We recently purchased a Toyota Highlander . It was an uneventful and relatively easy process. Karen Anderson was real chill and fun to work with. Jose in the Business office was very articulate. Answered all our questions patiently. All around good experience. I recommend Groove Toyota if you want a pain free car buying experience!
I had a great experience purchasing a late model Toyota Highlander from Larry Lewis at Groove Toyota. I'd done quite a bit of research and shopping around so I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. Nonetheless I was unsure what to expect at the dealership. Larry was super-responsive, low-pressure, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made the entire car-buying process surprisingly quick and easy. Highly recommended.
Everything from purchasing to scheduling service has been efficient and positive. Thank you Zach in service for taking care of us!
Groove Toyota is THE place to go if you re looking for a Toyota! Zach and Austin are absolutely amazing and so easy to work with! They got me my perfect 4Runner and did an incredible job on the upgrades!
Got my 2nd car from Groove, earlier service experience was bad but thought it could be service department.
Got 2nd car.. things were not cleaned in the car as how it was committed. before the sales it was like "we will take care of everything" after sales "this is what you get for a used car"..small paint issues plus windshield broken..had to follow up to check what to do next.No follow up on service requests, how to do paper work, please ask this department call tomorrow..laid out attitude after sales
RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PUSHY ON SALES
Patty Koebele did a great job getting me into my new Tacoma. Everything was quick and smooth...in and out in about an hour and a half. Thanks Patty!!!
We've purchased various cars with various dealerships over the years.. Our experience with Kelyn Perales at Groove Toyota was one of the best we've had. Very knowledgeable, highly professional, extremely patient, and very focused on our needs. Staff was also very friendly, including Joe Steiner who was a great help in our buying process. We highly reccomend Kelyn and Joe at Groove Toyota.
Had great experience with Zach. No high pressure sales, great honest dialog and knowledgeable about the product. Super easy transaction and I will continue doing business with Groove.
Had the smoothest car buying experience with Macy at Groove Toyota. He helped me trade in my old car and got me into a new one without any issues!
Staff was helpful and friendly. Recall work done within specified time. And they washed my car!
Horrible customer Service, No communication what so Ever, I'd rather pay more for Good service. Make this place your last resort if possible. They take alot of the customers time... (As in Days)just trying to save them selves money by going through different resources to get parts for vehicles.
I had the best experience buying my new 4Runner @Groovetoyota. Thanks so much Zach Vose and Josh Mooney!!!
We recently purchased a 2021 truck and the sales staff were very nice and accommodating. Patrick, our sales guy was very nice and made sure we were satisfied and most of all was transparent.
Highly recommend going here if you re interested in a Toyota and ask for Patrick.
My experience at Groove Toyota was terrible. They were very pushy, rude, and dishonest. I can't help but believe many of the higher reviews on here are false. Potentially written by employees and family members of the Groove Toyota dealership.
I am sure there are occasional, but rare, good experiences. It wasn't just the one salesperson we dealt with, but the other's attitude as well. I highly recommend against it. Go to Mountain State Toyota or Stevenson Toyota for a better experience. Keep in mind you are still venturing into a car dealership no matter where you end up.
I recently bought a 2020 rav4 from them. Kalyn Perales Is the beautiful young lady who helped me with my paperwork, really professional service I got in this dealership, also there was no much time involved trough the process, it was fast. I recommend anyone in search of buying a vehicle to call her for a good buying experience.
I recently purchased a new Tacoma from Groove Toyota and must say that it was a most positive auto buying experience. My salesperson, Johnny Salazar was tremendous to work with. The best ever! He brought 33 years of experience in helping guide the process by providing valuable advice and insight on pros and cons of different models and options. I never felt any pressure to close a deal before I was completely satisfied, and when that deal was ready, Johnny made good on all promises and commitments discussed throughout the search process without ever once having to be prompted. I appreciate the integrity he displayed and highly recommend anyone visiting Groove Toyota seek him out!
Zach and Richard were awesome! Had everything ready to go on my Tundra, quick and very professional.
I worked with Rob Wright with the Internet Sales team on the purchase of my new Toyota. He made the buying experience so simple and fast. He was very responsive to my emails and phone calls. He didn't add any pressure during the sales process and really worked to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. He was a pleasure to work with and I'll be contacting him on any future Toyota purchases.
I was fortunate enough to work with Rob Wright. He was VERY willing to help when other dealers were not. He put up with me changing my mind on cars, and didn t pressure me, or push me into anything that wasn t right for me. Rob is AWESOME and very personable and fun to work with! Our family will be doing business with him in the future. Thank you Rob! :)
I recently purchased a 13 4runner from myself at Groove Toyota. It was the 6th vehicle I've got from Austin at Groove. I am not sure if I have a problem, addiction or if it is just the incredible service I keep receiving everytime I purchase one from him. The General Sales Manager Brook, who put the deal together is just simply incredible. The business manager Ali is a true professional! I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend! Ask for Austin if you're in the market for a Toyota! You won't be disappointed.
Just wanted to say how awesome Byron is and he did a great job going over the details of my new car. I have purchased several vehicles from a Toyota dealer and this was best experience yet to date. Thanks Byron and Groove Team!!! We will be back :)
Hamid was very helpful and knowledgeable. Found us a great car at at fantastic price after the one we wanted sold before we got there. Mr. Cool, the legal guy, was fun to work with even though we kept him past 9.
Decent dealer, however their service department seems a bit disorganized. We have had a couple recalls, and its like pulling teeth to get them to schedule you. Twice I was directed to a voicemail and never received a response. When it comes to oil changes, they have a nice drive up garage, but the few times I have taken it there, they estimate 30-40 minutes but it has taken an hour + each time. I wouldn't advise against this dealership, but it can be frustrating getting some services taken care of.
The sales guy we visited with was the rudest person I have ever met for a sales industry associate. He was aggressive and apathetic. When we politely informed him that the offer he had was not acceptable to us. He insulted us and walked away promptly without any discussion.
We just bought a 19 TRD 4Runner and it was an amazing experience. Mason Schuster took what we wanted and needed and found a way to make everything work out even when it seemed impossible!
I bought a RAV4 from Groove Toyota in Denver in Oct 2014.
Not often can spending that type of money be described as an 'enjoyable' experience but this was one.
Groove Toyota seems well and professionally run.
Attention to the customer was instant but what truly made my shopper's experience a good one was Frank Danyl, the associate who worked with us.
Frank obviously has many years of customer relations under his belt, and though I am sure he had us pegged and could foresee the outcome of our visit before we did, he remained patient and gracious and more importantly, listened and focused on what we were asking for. No 'sales man' pressure here, and no condescending attitude when he refuted our 'unreasonable' pushing for more discount (a contrast compared to the finance guy who was visibly getting very annoyed as we turned down one extra warranty purchase after another).
When the repair shop would not (could not?) transfer the bike rack system from my old car to the new one, Frank offered to do it himself (for a small fee) and by the time the paperwork was complete, the rack was mounted. This saved u precious time.
I will go back to Groove Toyota primarily because of Frank.

I worked with Dominic Arcuri to find the perfect 4Runner! He did a great job finding it, communicating the status of the delivery, and finalizing everything. I was so happy with the customer service provided that I referred a friend to Dominic as well. She, too, bought a 4Runner through Dominic at Groove Toyota! Great experience! Thank you!
Best car buying experience ever! I worked with Zach Vose and he was professional, easygoing and very knowledgeable. He got straight to the point, no games and had me out the door with exactly what I wanted in a short amount of time.
I had a great buying experience at Groove Toyota. Eric Park answered all my questions and made the experience easy, respectful and informative. I purchased a 2019 Toyota Camary Hybrid and love it!! Thank you to everyone at Groove Toyota for making this an effortless process.
HORRIBLE!!!! If you want to buy a vehicle and play games for hours with the sales team, this is your place. These guys use old school grimy sales tactics. Look at their ads closely and really watch the numbers. Their ads say the dealer handling fee is included in the price but that is subjected to change when they start playing with the numbers. They gave me the lowest offer on my trade in out of the other 6 dealerships I went too. After haggling with them for an hour to get a fair price on my trade in they budge $500. So we start looking through the statement they provided to me with the numbers and they added dealer handling fees. When I confronted the salesman about it he said that dealer handling fee isn't included in the price and that they never do that. I pulled up the ad on my phone and it specifically said dealer and handling is included in the price. Shady practices, save yourself the hassle and time. Go to Stevenson West if your looking for a Toyota.
Car shopping/buying to me is typically a dreaded endeavor. That being said, I just purchased my second car in seven months....both from Groove Toyota. The first car I bought was for myself. I knew I wanted a Rav4 and shopped around. I found two Ravs that I was interested in - one at Groove and one at Mountain States Toyota. After speaking to salesmen from both dealerships via phone, I knew there was no way I was buying from Mountain States and decided to stop into Groove. I was extremely impressed with Paul Sarnecki, the salesman I spoke to on the phone, and the Groove operation. I ended up buying a Rav and it was a painless experience from start to finish. I financed part of the vehicle and got the opportunity to work with Richard Jones who was also professional and courteous. Since that time, I've used the Groove Service Center for rountine maintenance. This was another pleasant experience - the employees were friendly and the service was quick.
When I decided to purchase a vehicle for my sick mother who lives out of state, I knew I wanted to buy from Groove. I contacted Paul, the salesman I had previously worked with, who informed me he had been promoted to a finance position. I was briefly hesitant to work with a different salesman; however, that hesitation was short lived. In the end, I worked with Macy Marsh who set my mind at ease and bent over backwards to get me the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. My second Groove car buying experience was every bit as good as the first and I'm so thankful I decided to buy my mom's car from Macy. He is a spectacular salesman - very genuine, honest, hardworking....the list goes on and on. My review will not come close to doing Macy justice.
Car dealerships are a dime a dozen and finding a good one is difficult. This is why I highly recommend Groove - specifically Groove Toyota and the Service Center. My next car will definitely come from Groove Toyota and Macy Marsh will be the salesman I request. If I have to finance my next automobile, I would be happy to work with Richard Jones or Paul Sarnecki. I had many interactions (phone and in-person) with Groove employees whose names I don't know - all of these interactions were positive and enhanced my impression of the Groove operation as a whole.
Andrea and Scott go out of their way to help. Thanks
Tommy Nguyen and Patrick Shannon were amazing! I felt from Albuquerque to Denver to pick up my brand new Supra! They made the process so easy I was in and out of the dealership in less than 30 min.
Always a pleasure to take my car in to Groove Toyota. Good customer service and fast service.
That's what I call Customer Service. I'm a returning Toyota customer after 5 years owning other brands. I came to Groove Toyota after visiting two other different dealerships with a sour experience. In the first one I walked through the parking lot for 30 minutes without seeing a sales guy. I went into the show room and was a busy place but again no one shows up to greet me so I left. The second dealer the sales guy was awesome but management refused to take my trade-in and felt insulted in the process. Here at Groove they not only accepted my trade-in but gave me a better trade-in value for it. After some negotiations they gave me a great deal for my new car so they got my business right away.
I originally inquired about a Rav4 through TrueCar and got a predetermined price through TrueCar and was immediately contacted by a sales rep via email from Groove. I though the price was great so I called the dealership and I inquired about "dealer handling fees", which I was informed was not included in the TrueCar price. I told the sales rep that this was not acceptable as the fees should be waived as Mountain States Toyota does not charge dealer handling fees. I was told that I would be called back and never was. I went to Mountain States Toyota later in the same evening and told them about the less than stellar service at Groove so the sales rep at Mountain States got me a price over $1400 cheaper for a new Rav4 with no dealer handling fees. In the end I was out the door with taxes included at Mountain States for a new Rav4 than the quoted TrueCar price from Groove which did not include taxes and dealer handling fees. Your loss on a sale!
