You need to update or teach them how to take care first toyota buyers. some employees like Dennis, they have a problem . I have purchased 2016 toyota camry , last weeks, the car is fine but the car has still has easy problems. I tried to go and ask them , they are not interested to fix the problem. I have seen their problem like a couple of times with in a week. Changing the days , extending the days I was really upset yesterday. I went their for service , the car still has a kind of beeps horn when the key inserted. Also I have driven 35 min to get there.
Great buying experience. Don't buy the extra warranties like the Perma Plate windshields. The warranty is horrible and there is no guarantee that you are getting the windshield you are paying for. The company that carries the warranty has multiple loop holes to get out of paying a claim. I did receive a call from the GM of this store and he offered to pay for the windshield.
I am going to be buying another new vehicle in the upcoming months and I plan on going back to Groove.

Looked at a used truck at Groove Toyota, after i offered the guy what NADA said the truck was was worth, not including the smoker smell and the modded dash on the truck they guy said they would not sell the truck for the NADA price, then told me to have fun finding another truck... and the best part was I DID, I ended up getting a model newer truck with better upgrades and a better engine, less miles FOR LESS!

My family and I have bought 3 Toyota s from Groove Toyota in the last 5 years. My most recent purchase was the 2019 RAV4. I love my new car. There were some issues with my loan payoff amount, getting my prior loan paid off and gap insurance. Rob Edwards rectified the situation in a timely and professional matter. I m pleased with the outcome. While the mistakes were time consuming and ended in several trips back to the dealership, the customer service and willingness to fix the situation made up for it.

Be vary aware of being seriously mislead while doing trade-ins. I went to Groove to trade in my Toyota Tacoma Double-Cab 4WD--purchased brand new from Groove a year ago--for a 2010 Prius. Groove offered me what they claimed was "the blue book value" for my Tacoma. The sales agent said he did not pressure customers, but then proceeded to tell me that the Prius I was interested could likely be sold tomorrow if I didn't act now. To close the deal today, they offered me an additional $500 above "blue book" because I had installed a brand new $1100 camper top. That evening, before signing the final paperwork, I found out that the real "blue book value" for my Tacoma was ~$4500 more than what they claimed as the blue book. When I questioned them about this, they said that their quote was the "auction blue book," and that customers NEVER get anything close to the published Kelly blue book for selling to a dealer. As I later found out in subsequent negotiations, this is completely false. Through their high-pressure sales tactics, they convinced me to pay WAY more for the Prius than it was worth. After the deal was done, I felt like I was a big loser and got a terrible deal, and I will never do business with Groove again due to their dishonesty and high-pressure sales.
I purchased a new vehicle today from groove and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They gave me a good offer on my trade in and a great price. Byron was my sales associate and he put it all together for me. He was great from the first time I called in until he walked me through my car after purchasing it!
Run away! They do not have your best interest in mind. They have an incompetent staff. Details mean nothing to anyone at Groove. A total failure of a business.
I gave Groove a layup. I shopped for a 2020 Tacoma at another dealership. They didn't have the exact truck I wanted, so I called Groove. The saleswoman found the truck I wanted. She didn't need to sell me on the truck. She didn't need to spend hours with me show me all the features and going on test drives. She just needed to present me a fair deal.
The 2020 Tacoma Pro doesn't get the 1.99% financing offered on all of the Toyotas. Instead they only offer 5.99%. Therefore I sought out my own financing. I told them I had an over 800 credit score and assets to see if they would beat the rate I got on my own. She said that she didn't think any of the lenders in their network could.
When I was signing the closing docs the finance mgr told me that he could beat the rate after I spent days and lots of paperwork getting it on my own. This angered me greatly. He then blamed my junior salesperson, saying she should have come to him when I told her my credit was perfect.
I am an out of state buyer and my financing was coming from PA. In order to get the payment in on the day the truck arrived I needed a signature from Groove on a doc, so they could send the check. It took the saleswoman and the finance department 8 hours to get a chicken scratch signature. As a result my financing was delayed a three,. Instead of the check arriving on Friday, it came on Monday. That meant I needed to stay in Denver for 2 more days than necessary, just because they couldn't get a signature fast enough.
I paid to have my windows, windshield and grill of the car tinted. For the grill they provide a clear tint to protect it from rocks and scratches. I was also told they apply this to the door handles, and that it self-repairs with the help of the sun if it gets nicked.
They use an outside vendor for the tint (who was great BTW). When I got the car back the windshield tint was way beyond the legal limit in the state of PA where I am registering the car. So I had them fix it. The tint guy showed me his instructions, and the saleswoman and finance person never communicated that need.
Secondly, they never applied the clear tint as that too was not in the directions. I almost left town thinking the work had been done. It's clear! This tint for the grill cost $799!!!. Additionally, the clear tint they were going to put on, until the tint guy stepped in, was a cheap version that didn't self-repair, and also wasn't going to cover the handles either.
The saleswoman had the audacity to ask me to give her a 5 star review even after they screwed up the financing costing me $500 for two extra nights at a hotel.
I will say she was a nice person, but when buying a car I don't need nice. I need knowledgeable. She barely had a passing knowledge of the car and its features. She understood nothing about financing. When I told her I had perfect credit she did nothing to fight for me to get a better rate. She asked for documents then said, "sorry I was wrong we don't need that." I had to drive the entire process. She never provided me a list of items that I was going to need to buy this car. Every time I provided her what she asked there was one more thing.
I would never buy from here again. I ripped that Groove sticker and license plate holder off the car in their lot.
Everyone was courteous and the work was done in less time than was originally estimated. I will definitely continue to bring my car back to Groove Toyota for any further maintenance.
I have bought all my Toyota s from groove and the last two with Patrick. He was amazing. He didn t make me feel pressured and dealt with all of my endless questions about each vehicle. I absolutely recommend going there and talking with him about a new vehicle.

I reached out to Mark Lindell via email about a new Tacoma. He responded with a "out-the-door" price (the first time) that was so good, another Toyota dealer said they had no idea how Groove was so much less than them. Definitely the best priced new Toyotas around.
Had a good experience at Groove Toyota - Delmar is a helpful salesman and will work with you to sort out a deal that works for everyone. Definitely recommended to check out if you are in the market for a new or used car.

I worked with Delmar to buy a used 4Runner. He was extremely professional and fair. The negotiations were easy and low pressure, as was the entire financial transaction. Very competitive interest rate on the financing. They even threw in floor mats with the deal.
Buyer beware!! I bought a used vehicle at Groove Toyota. I had two horrible experiences on two separate occasions. One of the fog lights went out so I tried getting it fixed under their 2 month, 2,000 mile warranty. All they did was "bandaid" the issue to buy them time till the warranty expires. The Fog light went out again a short time later and all I got from them was a "wash my hands" response from them, "sorry it's no longer covered by the warranty". A couple miles down the road, I needed my first service, everything went great until I received my car back with 2 deep sracthes, paint removed and dented, on two of my doors. Originally I was assured that they will take care of it and make it right, even scheduled and appointment to take my car in for repair. When I went in to keep the appointment, to my surprise they pulled the same "wash my hands" tactic as before, even went as far as to try to charge ME for the repairs! I write this review with the hope no one else has to go through what I went through with Groove Toyota.
Patrick Shannon has to be your go to salesman! If your looking into buying a vehicle, he is your best option. He made my car buying experience relaxing and easy. Even weeks after the deal was finished he was checking in making sure everything was going well. The dealership was awesome as well. Patrick will take care of everything you need, and go way above and beyond your expectations!

WELL WE ARE BACK TO TOYOTA and the people at Groove Toyota picked up right where we left off over 5 years ago with service and an level of professionalism I have not experiences or received from any other dealership, which has been A LOT, over those last years. Have been driving a number of the premium Germany brands and finally had enough of the reliability issues and the other issues that come with dealing with those dealerships. From the minute i walked back into Groove Toyota I was treated like a family member from every person that I came in contact with. I need to acknowledge Brook Peterson for his outstanding job as GM and making sure the entire staff of the dealership is at the top of their jobs. The three people that made the process so seamless were Ben, Jose, and Johnny. Can't imagine going to any other dealership for the fact they all made the experience VERY SPECIAL !!!

A great car shopping experience with Dan Healy!
I was trying to drive a very particular Tacoma and after having a bad experience at another dealership, I landed here.
I had the pleasure of working with Dan who I highly recommend. He was prepared and ready to meet my needs. I wasn t ready to buy a truck at that moment as I m still trying to figure out what is best for my family, but I was exploring my options.
This wasn t an issue for Dan. In fact, he didn t try to sell that specific truck model to me as most salesman do. Instead, he asked questions about why I wanted certain features or what I was going to use the truck for. After the test ride, he suggested that I may want to consider a different trim Tacoma. Really? It s less expensive!! Would a salesman ever do that?!? One who cares and wants the customer to return with friends would! Dan Healy would and did. I was blown away and Dan is right, a different trim would better meet my needs.
As with my other reviews, I always rate a location on how likely or excited I am to return. I m still in the process of figuring out trucks/campers/family, but I will definitely return here and work with Dan if a Toyota is what I want and need. You should too.

We wanted to trade in our pickup for a 4runner. We had previously been to Mountain States Toyota which was an absolute disaster.. they didn't want to work with us at all, gave us the keys & told us to go find the vehicles in the parking lot to test drive, & was awful customer service. Today we met with salesman Larry Lewis & told him what we were interested in. He was able to let us take the vehicle for a test drive immediately, showed us the features, & had a quick appraisal done on our truck. He was able to work with our budget, what we wanted for a trade in, & our interest rate. Overall, way better experience! Larry Lewis went above & beyond for us to make it work. Best salesman ever!
This is the second Tacoma I have bought from CJ Adams @ Groove Toyota and I will be going back for a 3rd (business). No haggle pricing. I call him up, tell him what I need and what I am willing to pay. He has met me at my price each and every time. Service is outstanding. Anybody looking into Toyota needs to check these guys out first!!!
We were disrespeced in the deal room by adding $800 in "accessories" fake interest rates on the loan paper and adding dealer fees on top of the value of the vehicle when online they present the car as a final price with dealer fees already added.
Then when the Macy sat down he explained that accessories means they detail the car that was already detailed and some how it come with a windshield package.
I explained our insurance will replace our wendshields and in addition it would be useless to argue about the package because we don't want it and we won't pay it.
Macy replied do you know what window callibration is. I said it doesn't matter what you do to the windshield anything that is done under insurance is scrutinized by the insurance company. Also none of this matters because we would only be comfortable paying 13,000 for the car as it sits.
He refused to talk to his manager and said we were disrespecing him.
We left.

Excellent experience with Groove Toyota. We were not going to purchase a vehicle at this time. However, our salesman Lucas Hutchinson, made us feel relaxed, and spoke to us like we were people, and not just someone to sell a car to. We talked about family first, and then about cars second. He wanted to know about our family, in order to fit us into a vehicle that fit us perfectly. We purchased a Rav4 XLE, which was not our first choice, but ended up loving it. Also big thanks to their finance department and Jorge Barreiro. They worked and worked to get us what we needed. We will definitely return in the near future when we are ready for our second purchase.

Jazzton and Macy were the two sale guys I was working to purchase the 2017 Sienna van. I emailed back and forth with Jazz to negotiate the price for the van and he has been very professional in emails. He promptly answered my emails and provided me with all of the information I requested. I'm a picky person, to be honest; however, Jazz was very patient with me when I negotiated the price with him and he nicely accepted my requested price (which is the lowest price out of what other local dealerships offered me). I shopped with 5 different dealerships and I decided to purchased the vehicle from this one because of the good selection and the low price I receive. When I went to the dealership, I just planned to see the vehicle and asked about financing term. When I arrived at the dealership, Jazz was not there (well, not his fault because I told him I would come there at 4 but I arrived at 3:30). Macy was the one who showed us the vehicle and took us on a test drive. He walked me through all the features and details of the vehicle. By the way, Macy was Jazz's cousin. When we came back to the dealership from the test drive, Jazz showed up and took care of us. I asked Jazz if I could see the vehicle in a different color and Jazz quickly found the vehicle from their database, pulled the vehicle up to the front to show us the car. He explained the different options we had and let us decide, not pushy or trying to sell us things we don't need. I didn't plan to buy the car at that time since I was hungry, but the whole process was quick and seamless. They quickly pulled the finance term for me and I told them that the loan I got externally offered me better deal. They agreed and nicely let me use the external loan to finance. The people there were nice and attentive. They asked me if I needed anything, brought me water, and answered any question I have. The dealership is large with a good selection of vehicles. They even have the kid room for the little ones to play when their parents are waiting for an oil change. The restroom is clean (sorry but as a picky person, I would not do business with a dealership with dirty restroom). Overall, the experience was very good. I'm very happy with my purchase.
Oh, forgot to point out, Jazz had to run back and forth between me and the printer when I asked him to show me the detailed/itemized finance numbers (since I'm a number person) but he was not pushy or mad at me. I would be mad at myself when I did that, but I couldn't stand the idea of now seeing the detailed numbers. He was very patient with me (even my husband said so).

I did a lot of internet research on the vehicle I wanted. USAA car buying service recommended Groove Toyota and they had the vehicle I wanted. They are 125 miles from where we live. The 'deal' was mostly done by email and phone. Groove fell down on the job from the very beginning. At one point we were actually asked if we wanted the car or not. This was after we had put down $500 deposit! Licensing the vehicle also proved to be an adventure due to the lack of eptitude and on the part of Groove's titling office. Even our County title office and Plate issuing offices commented on how shoddy and how often they have had issues with Grooves' paperwork.
Abby was great in finding us a new car. We were coming to Denver for only one day and she texted me a week before sending me pictures of every car I would be interested in, and answered any questions I needed. She was so on top of it and never made me feel like I was pressured! Even after I bought my car she is still in contact about how we like it, and any questions I have. Everything went smooth and fast, perfect for the one day we were there. Thanks Abby!
Went in to buy a new car. I met with Byron at the front. He was very upfront and honest with me. When all was said and done, he helped me drive out of there with the truck I never though I d have. Huge props to Byron. Go see him if you are looking for a new vehicle. He won t steer you wrong.
Today was Amazing! I bought a 2018 TRD OFF ROAD TACOMA from sales rep Kindra Largent and Finance Manager Lee Cook. They couldn't of made the entire process more easy or fun! I was super relaxed buying my first new car. Everything was explained in detail. They were so transparent and swift. I can't believe how smooth the whole process went. I will be sending all my friends and family to these two! Thank you!! I LOVE MY TACO!
Will never shop at this place again!! Sold me a 7 year warranty true start battery and after 4 years it stops holding a charge and they wont honor the 3 years left of the warranty! The sales rep was rude and treated me as if i had done something wrong when i ask about the warranty, Never had an experience like this with Toyota in the last 18 years of driving a Toyota!!

I was unimpressed with my new car buying experience here and decided to go elsewhere. When I first pulled up I was happy to see Jack, one of the sales guys, waiting out front for me. I then asked for a specific Rav 4 trim level which was listed as in stock on the website. After walking all over the huge lot, we gave up and drove a different Rav 4. While I enjoyed the drive I was surprised that Jack was not interested in talking any numbers with me or that he / the sales team was not interested in buying out the last couple of months of my previous lease (which everyone else was happy to do). Jack then sent me on my way without any followup plan or an opportunity to talk to any of the managers. I sincerely hope the rest of the operation is better run than my experience led me to believe. They lost out on a sale.
I got my 4Runner from Groove Toyota in Englewood CO. The whole experience was extremely pleasant and was quick. I think once we decided the car the whole the process took an hour or so. Youcef Smail (Salesman) was very pleasant and went above and beyond the call of duty. I went to 4 other dealerships in Colorado and 2 of them were very insulting and made fun of the car I drove which I think is very unprofessional. The other 2 straight up try to scam me by trying to sell me a car with features that don't exist, they didn't wanted to show me the car and kept saying that it is just a different year with same features (drive the very car that you wanna buy, don't believe the saleman!), I knew more about 4Runners and features than they did and that should tell you something. Anyway without hating too much on others I highly recommend everyone who wants to buy a Toyota to go to Groove and especially ask for Youcef Smail.
