Very nice staff, low pressure sales approach. We had specific things we wanted on our new Tacoma and our sales rep (Macy) was awesome. He found us the truck with color and features we wanted and didn't put any high pressure up-selling on us. First time I would ever say that I left a car dealership in a good mood.

We went to Groove Toyota today to lease a car. Not only was our sales representative (Hutch) very friendly but he went above and beyond to meet our financial needs. It was a great experience and everything went very smoothly! I highly recommend Groove and especially our rep. Hutch. Our experience was enjoyable and he made us feel comfortable! Our finance representative, Lee was awesome as well! We love Toyota!

They re getting 2 stars just because they re GM/GSM and sales associate were beyond helpful. When it comes to their service department, it s never been just a simple in and out. Perfect example is today for my 30k oil change, after telling them multiple times I m not paying $780 for a vehicle inspection and a couple lubed parts. The service associate still put it in my work order then acted shocked when I told them NO again and then said that I had requested it. So lying to me and treating me like an idiot will lose my business from here on..

We loathe shopping and negotiating for new cars but Charles Leach, a veteran at Groove, made it an easy process by providing straightforward internet quotes even before we walked in the door. Although he was not able to complete the sale later in the day, he passed us on to Josh who took great care of us and handled final negotiations with management. Groove beat the competing Toyota dealerships by hundreds of dollars and openly shared invoice prices. My only disappointment is I later found out one of the front tires had been repaired. I would have appreciated being made aware of this repair as for months later there was a mysterious loss of pressure which we thought was cold weather but was ultimately traced to the tire which was not properly remounted by Service. This necessitated a lot of trips to the dealer only to be continually told it was drop in pressure due to cold weather. Hopefully Groove will read this and incorporate any service work done to any new car in the car's folder and disclose that in full to customers. But I still give 5 stars as Charles was great and I think this is more of a global issue at Groove and maybe even other dealerships he and other sales folks might not even be aware of. Management needs to be sure customers have full disclosures of all repairs.

Make the first decision to buy a Toyota - they are great cars with proven reliability. Make the second right decision and go see Charles Leach at Groove in Englewood.

We traded in a 2009 Toyota Matrix for a brand new 2015 Rav4 yesterday and were extremely happy with the experience. We worked with Matt McDonnell (for the second time now) and he was awesome! He stayed late to help us find the right car and was very nice to work with. Matt is not at all the typical "pushy" used car salesman that we have all experienced. He does not pressure you into anything you don't want and offers helpful tips and things to think about, like what will add to future resale value. I will definitely go back to work with Matt again in the future. Thanks again Matt!

Groove Toyota was the best place to go for buying a car on my own for the first time. My sales woman, Karen Anderson, was absolutely fantastic. She never made me feel pressured, explained the car buying process very well, and was always prompt to respond to call/emails. I expected that buying a car would be a complicated process but Karen and the team at Groove proved made it super easy. I'll probably come here again for my next car too! Thank you Karen!

My family and I purchased a 2007 Nissan Pathfinder yesterday, it was the right color, mileage, price and everything. From day one Delmar Fralick really showed us amazing customer service, he was kind, honest, friendly, he wasn't pushy and he was even very nice to my very high energy 5 year old!! He also got me more on my trade in, then I originally thought I would get! Overall, Delamr went the extra mile to ensure that we would be able to purchase the vehicle and that we would be more then satisfied with it. The whole dealership worked extra hard for us, especially around my husband's 80 hour a week work schedule!! We are so pleased with the car, the way it all came together and the level of friendly service and integrity that Delmar and the dealership gave us! Again I am soooo pleased with the service we got, we love our new car!! I will be sure to go back to them in the future if ever I need another vehicle!

I worked with Zach Vose on trading in my BMW for a 4Runner. I originally went to Groove to just compare another quote I had gotten. Turns out the other guy I worked with at Mountain States did not have my best interest, and I ended up asking for my deposit back. I remembered how helpful Zach was providing me information, and happily answered all my questions-- and believe me there were many.

I went back to Zach on Monday, and he tracked down the perfect 4Runner that matched exactly what I wanted. Turns out, it had just came in that morning. Still wrapped in plastic. I came back on Tuesday and decided that car was mine. He helped me through a semi-complicated situation with my BMW, and got me into my 4Runner. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, personal, and a wonderful person to do business with. I highly recommend you ask for him on your next purchase or lease! I had a really great experience, and I LOVE my 4Runner.

When I called about a specific vehicle that was listed on the website, the sales department verified that it was in stock. The listed vehicles are actually at the lot. TheToyota Care for new vehicles is a tremendous value. The standard included warranty for all new Toyotas is unbeatable (Basic Comprehensive - 36,000 miles / Powertrain 60,000 or 5 years). Selling points - best price and they had the vehicle as advertised. This means the website is updated on a regular basis.

I've leased two 4Runners from Groove Toyota and both experiences have been great. I recently worked with Lucas and leased a 2014 Trail edition. The process was straightforward. After some brief negotiating we came to a price I felt was excellent for the vehicle I had chosen. All the staff I interacted with were knowledgeable and friendly. It's also worth mentioning I've had all my maintenance done at Groove for my 2012 4Runner and the experience has been good. Great staff, good waiting area, and I've always called ahead and made an appointment so my wait time has never been too long. I will return when it's time to upgrade to my next Toyota.

We replaced our 2008 Highlander (which replaced a 2006 Highlander) with a 2012 Highlander from Groove. Groove was recommended by our insurance company, USAA, and exceeded all our expectations, especially by the excellent Internet salesman, Rob Wright. His low-pressure, willingness-to-satisfy attitude made us want to work with Rob! In the course of selecting a vehicle, I contacted every dealer in Denver and the western slope of Colorado. No dealer had the car we wanted, and no salesman took the time to work with us to get the car we wanted, EXCEPT Rob Wright. Rob worked with us to get our name on the pre-production list at the manufacturer's plant. In addition, Rob worked to have all the extra items we wanted (e.g. factory-installed trailer hitch) installed at the manufacturer. This required many emails between us and Rob, and between Rob and the manufacturer. Rob constantly kept us up-to-date with the progress of the manufacturing process and always displayed a can-do attitude, with a great sense of humor. As purchasers of over 30 cars (including more than 15 Toyotas) over our lifetimes, my wife and I have worked with many dealers and salesmen/saleswomen. Rob Wright has been -- by far -- the best salesman we have ever worked with, and our very-high expectations were actually exceeded. We are now enjoying our beautiful new Highlander and hope to exceed the 140,000 miles we put on our 2008 Highlander. If you are in the market for a new Highlander, you couldn't do better than Rob Wright at Groove Toyota.

I am extremely disappointed in Groove Toyota. I purchased a Tacoma with added tire and wheel protection. When I had 2 flat tires and tried to reach out to Groove in order to get them repaired I was unable to get a timely response from the dealership. After not getting a response for several days I was forced to purchase new tires from Discount Tire, which should have been covered under my added tire coverage which I purchased at the time of sale. However, it seemed that Groove was going to rectify the situation - that was over a month ago. Today, 10/17/2018, it still has not been rectified and I still have yet to receive any reimbursement for their lack of follow through. I have still not received any compensation from Groove. I WOULD NOT recommend working with this business and I will not be a repeat customer. This has been an eye opener regarding Groove Toyota. Their post-sale customer service has been extremely poor. It seems they only care about their bottom line and making the sale. Specifically, Tracy H. has been unresponsive and unhelpful.

When my husband & I purchased our new 2015 4Runner, we paid an extra $399 for windshield insurance with the recommendation of the salesman. He neglected to mention that it was only good for 3 years. When our windshield was cracked recently, we discovered that our sales receipt was not properly filled out & we weren't given any paperwork about the insurance. The salesman yelled at me when I called to check about the insurance, then hung up on me! It was recommended by the dealership operator that I contact the finance manager. She was no help either. We were offered a $75 reduction in the price of installing a new windshield, but because we live an hour away from the dealership, it isn't worth the trouble. So we do not recommend this dealership. We will also buy the second car that we are shopping for somewhere else.

I purchased a car from Groove Toyota. The car I purchased has been great. The initial sale service was great; but everything afterward has been utterly disappointing. My Title paperwork was not submitted in a timely manner to the State nor my lending agency which caused severe complications when I attempted to get my car registered at the DMV (and was not able to); I reached out to the manager in Titles regarding this mishap and never received a response. Today I called the service center attempting to schedule an oil change through my pre-paid maintenance plan, and was told "hang on, I need to check with my manager" and once I explained that I had a pre-paid maintenance plan through the dealership, then I was told "I'll have my manager call you back to schedule an appointment. If they don't call, call back tomorrow." The service was completely unhelpful! I will not be recommending this dealership to friends of mine since the service I have received post-purchase has been disappointing and very frustrating!

They don't honor their deals.
We weren't told this could happen.
Then they asked if he was interested in something else.
Feels like bait and switch to me!
Don't deal with this dealership, they are shadey.

Sergio was very accommodating and easy to work with. He was able to help me through the process and answered all my questions regardless of time of day in a timely manor. After having my car for some time to get used to it, I am positive I would buy from Groove Toyota and Sergio again when my wife needs a new car. when buying my Corolla I shopped around many dealerships and Sergio was patient and not pushy in any way which was a nice change for some of the other places I was shopping. Lucas in financing was also able to get me the best deal that I was very happy with. 5 Stars

I've been taking my Camry to Groove for a few years now and recently decided to purchase a new RAV4. Between Zak Vose who works in sales, Daniel Girolamo who works in service and even Matt Bogle, the assistant service manager , I know I am in good hands. These guys go above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of and that my cars are serviced properly and kept in pristine condition! Please allow me to recognize Joe in service. He has been so helpful to me recently and in the past. I came in a few days ago without an appointment because my tire pressure light came on, and I wanted to make sure the tire was free of problems. Joe had the service people check my tire pressure and patiently explained to me how the weather can affect tires. He explained that the light should go off within 24 hours. He also explained the various scenarios if the light didn't go off. Thankfully, the light went off, but I was grateful for his patient explanations and putting my mind at ease, so I wanted to write a review and give him credit for his knowledge and patience. Thank you, you have always given me stellar customer service.

Firstly, I went to another dealer and asked to test drive a Tacoma and the salesperson brought out a Tundra. This is when we went to Groove. We were able to walk the lot alone looking at all the different styles to figure out the trim package I wanted. I was interested in a Tacoma and was ready to buy contingent on my Audi being paid off. Sheldon was our salesperson and was very helpful throughout the process. The Audi came back $4,000 lower than blue book, so I was ready to walk. Sheldon and the Used car Manager were willing to work with me to figure out the best solution. The price was still too high, so I began looking at a lower trim package when Sheldon and his managers were able to get the price down on the truck that I wanted and had test drove. The negotiating was respectful and calm and as a first time new car buyer that was very refreshing. Once we agreed on a final price, everything else went smoothly. The gentleman in finance seemed a little distracted, but I was not rushed and allowed to read all documentation prior to signing. The truck was filled with a new tank of gas and cleaned up and I was on my way. All in all in took almost 3 hours, but it certainly didn't feel like it. Groove and Sheldon have a customer recommendation from me anytime.

I called in to receive a quote for a service on my Toyota but unfortunately the advisor was busy, so I asked for the quote to be sent to my email so I could review it. No one seemed to care and I didn t get any small.

Then, I went to the website, chatted with an operator asking for the quote again and she told me that someone would get back to me. Non one ever contacted me.

At this point I m not sure if they have a bad service or they just don t care about doing business.

Purchased my 4 Runner from this dealership. The service department experience is less than impressive. Today was too much. Scheduled my 40K service. Took time from work to come in at the appointment time. Pulled into the bay, only customer in a vehicle, and sat there waiting for one of the 7+ service employees to acknowledge me and come to my car. No one ever even looked at me and one was to busy looking at this personal phone! Finally started my car back up and drove out the service bay with no one ever noticing! Time to go elsewhere.

Total screw job on parts prices. Everything is 125% of Toyota list price. Yes, they charge MORE than list price! Go to Toyota of Des Moines or Olathe or McGeorge online if you are buying anything significant. Yes you have to pay for shipping, but no tax and generally 40% less than the thieves at Groove. I only go here when I absolutely have no other choice.

Best customer service team on both sales and service by far! I enjoyed my car buying experience here after going to other dealers who just didn t sell good used cars or the dealers were just no good. Jason, Dennis, Kevin, and really everyone here create an atmosphere where I feel confident I m going to be taken care of beyond the moment off the lot and back it up with their warranty. Generally car buying is a nightmare, but thanks to our excellent Sales person - Macy Marsh, this time was great. We walked into the dealership just to look and after walking around the lot, ran into Macy. He was patient, knowledgeable, and stayed with us throughout the car buying process. Yes, we did end up buying a used 2012 Toyota Tacoma.....all thanks to Macy. So if you are in the market or just want to look around, ask for Macy. We are so glad we ran into him! So obnoxious to deal with this place, even as annoying as most car dealerships are this one has got to take the cake. Will not be doing business with them again and would definitely recommend against you giving them your business

What a great experience we had with Groove Toyota. From the minute we walked through the doors, Luke Pascale was all about providing detail information and helping us with our decisions. He was kind and extremely knowledgeable. Very comfortable to work with and that was very important especially to me. Zach helped make things happen in a timely manner and I drove away with a beautiful 2015 RAV4. I'm very happy. I know they will be there for me should I need anything. Thank you for such great service!!

At this point no one wants to make things right with me. I decide to talk to the manager of the service department at Toyota of Richardson. Again he is no help. UGH! At this point I am at another dead end. Fortunately my Dad still lives in Dallas and offers to go to the dealership in person because everyone is blowing me off. He is able to speak with the Regional Manager of service and finally I start to get some help. I am instructed by him to go back to Groove Toyota to take pictures of the aftermarket wiring harness and battery so their master technician can get a better idea of the work that would be required to get this problem resolved. So i get the pictures and send them to him and I am told that Groove Toyota's estimate is BS. I am told this should only be an hour's worth of work and no more than a few hundred bucks to fix the problem. Again, they originally quoted me at 4 hours of work and $1600. So basically, Groove Toyota is trying to make money off Toyota of Richardson. NOT COOL. The concern should be the customer. Not money. I am being screwed.

At this point it has been 3 days and my truck is still just sitting in the service department. I get a call from Jake (the Regional Service manager in Dallas) telling me is unable to reach Seth (service manager at Groove Toyota). He says he has left many voicemails and even called the front desk. So, I give Groove Toyota and speak with Seth and he says he has not heard from Jake. I know this is BS because Jake has been trying to get in touch with him all day. I sternly instruct him to call Jake right now so I can get this fixed. A few hours go by and I am called by Seth that my truck is ready to go! Great! Finally!

I get there and find that all they did was put in a new battery and replace the headlights with factory bulbs. The wiring harness is STILL installed and the fog lights are still aftermarket. At this point I am exhausted from being the middle man between the dealership I bought it from and Groove Toyota. The truck starts again and my main headlights work again but my fog lights are still aftermarket which will almost certainly cause problems later on down the road just as the main headlights did. The aftermarket wiring harness is still installed but disconnected from the battery. So they basically put a band-aid on the problem after all this hassle! It still has not totally been fixed!

I scheduled an appointment with Groove because of the great reviews . I got there early, before they opened to drop off my Tacoma and pull into a line marked with a green open X. Five minutes latter with all the other lanes filling up with customers before opening time, they suddenly closed my lane and from inside the bay with the doors closed pointed at me to get to the back of another line. I moved and got in line again.

When the doors opened to let cars into the bay, the service reps decided to not take cars in my line, but instead let a least 10 cars from other lanes jump in front.

Maybe actually going out to the customers in line and giving them a number so you could keep your place in line is a foreign concept. But, what about greeting customers or even making an effort to keep things in order. Groove Toyota doesn't need my business and they clearly showed that today.

I recently had a car totaled due to the hail storm we got in Denver. I had to get a new car fast and Adam referred me to one of the sales reps, Zach. He was extremely patient with me since I was trying to decide between two different cars, let me test drive each car, and answered any and all of my questions. Zach made the transition of getting me a new car simple. I am extremely happy with my purchase and made the right choice for my budget. He priced out both cars for me to make the best decision. Not only that, he was very friendly and didn't make me feel pressured to buy something I couldn't afford. To be honest, I've been to other Toyota's in Colorado and this was by far the best experience! Thank you to everyone who was involved and I will definitely continue to go to Groove Toyota to get my vehicle serviced for as long as I have the car~

This was my first time at Groove Toyota and they did a stand up job! The sales coordinator Dominic went out of his way on his day off to make sure I had a sales rep to meet with when I made it into the dealership which made the process once I arrived super smooth. Zach did an excellent job running me through the Tacoma and 4Runner options in inventory to find a vehicle that fit my needs. The test drives were actually a fun experience and I felt like I had a good handle on each option when they were finished due to Zach's candid explanations and depth of knowledge. The buying process was straightforward and simple, and I walked out a happy customer with an awesome new car!

Excellent customer service front to back. Just purchased a used vehicle from Austin, aided by Sheldon. I was surprised when when we walked in, greeted professionally at the reception desk, offered a cold bottle of water, and to our surprise, found no shark infested waters anywhere. Very gracious test drive, no hustle, and one price "negotiation (including an internet discount via True Car). Quick agreement on a few items that needed attention, which they graciously agreed to, and a delightful contract signing with Josh. Will recommend Groove and their team, to friends and family, as this is the first used car buy experience (out of many) that was actually enjoyable. Cheers to these guys!

He was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process from the test drive, to walking me through financing options and explaining all the paperwork after I had decided on a vehicle. He genuinely cared what I wanted in a car and didn t try to talk me into anything else. Overall it was definitely the easiest and most comfortable car buying experience I ve ever had.
