I recently bought a rav 4 from this dealership and I don't want to pass my experience with out sharing. It was from the first foot step we got there we met a sales representative Patrick Shannon with a great smile and best customer service it didn't take as long to get the car we where looking for they were smooth in negotiations to the price we can afford and the whole process take less than we expected and we walk away with nice car low mileage and great price I really recommend this place if you want to make your car shopping experience much easier.

I drove an hour to look at a Tundra and a Tacoma. The first Tundra had a dead battery. I couldn't figure out why my salesman kept leaving me standing in the lot until I realized they had sold the truck I wanted to someone else even though I drove it first. I will never buy a car here.

Very easy to work with, listened to make sure we got everything we need, not high pressured sales AT ALL and gave me the best deal possible! He communicated with me every step of the way and made this car buying experience so easy and enjoyable!

You can't ask for a better buying experience than the one I had with Lucas Hutchinson at Groove Toyota. He helped us pick out a new Toyota Rav 4 for my mother, and he was super patient with all her questions. I was not looking forward to purchasing a car, as previous experience with dealerships has not been pleasant. I walked away from my experience at Groove Toyota pleasantly surprised. I never felt pressured to buy a car, buy new vs used, or into any financing plans I didn't want. Karen Anderson and Sam Lyons took care of me, and I would recommend this dealership to any friend or family looking for a car.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: Bought a vehicle from this place a few weeks ago, since we purchased the vehicle, we can't get a hold of anyone. I emailed the finance guy with a question we had, he never responded. We called several times and were transferred to voicemail 5 times, even after requesting to be transferred to a live person. When we finally did get a hold of someone regarding a question we had, he was rude and did not seem concerned because he was not working with us on the sale. We did not get a response until we drove 45 minutes back down to the location and showed up in person. I've emailed the regional manager, with no response. I expect more from a regional manager. The vehicle was supposedly detailed TWICE and still had soda pop, dirt on the console & dog hair all over the back seats, so bad that we had to get it professionally cleaned ourselves! Not cool. I feel like it was blue skies and fluffy clouds until you sign the paperwork. Once you sign the paperwork, you're just a worthless annoying customer. After being lied to, ignored, and mistreated, I'll never shop here again. We would've returned the car and eaten the $400 restocking fee if it wasnt the best choice out of the 5 in Colorado. Bad bad business ethics.

World has gone crazy but I still need a car. So talked the the terrific salesman (Patrick) at Groove Toyota. Told him I am not able to travel due to the world situation but still need a car. I told him in general what I wanted and he sent me pictures in minutes. I can't tell you how good these folks are! Bottom line 30 minutes from this is what I want to negotiations that only took a few minutes. Patrick arranged the transportation to my town and I will be driving my new Highlander in a few days

Then when I mention it to a manager and they say "Well girls normally do not know...blah blah blah blah blah blah blah..." yeah I am going to corporate for your sexist tones here. Just because I am a women does not mean I do not know how to buy a car. Do not quote me a different number then talk down to me. Do not buy a car from here - they not care about you and if you are a woman they will take advantage of that and treat you worse!

Best dealership I have ever been to! My wife and I just purchased a new Highlander Saturday and had Paul as our salesmen. He was great, and listened to everything we wanted. The entire dealership did everything they could to get us the car we wanted. We will be a returning costumer for years to come!!

Today I went to Groove Toyota I must say that the first impression made by Hoang Nguyen was impressive. He greeted me with a smile on his face and overall was very helpful right away. He sat down with me and really wanted to know what I wanted in a car. I told him I was planning on used and went over an ideal budget. He sent me off to go looking and met up with me in quick time. He showed me a brand new car that was in my budget and I test drove it. While in the car he explained all good New fun features it had and also answered my questions. He seemed interested in really wanting me to find something I liked, and even explained some of his experience with being a Toyota car owner himself. He then showed me a used Corolla that was also within my budget. He was very punctual and listened to all my questions and concerns. If your in the market for not only a used or new car, but friendly guest service as well this is the place to go. I'd recommend Hoang because he made me feel comfortable. He explained the warranty, prices and answered all he could. If I am in need to ever purchase a Toyota this is the first place I will go to.

Traded in a vehicle and purchased another, the lowballed me on the vehicle, offering me half what they sold it for in 3 weeks ($15,000) very pushy and just wanted to make a sale, no concern for my needs or wants as a customer, just trying to make as much of a profit as they can. Financed thru Wells Fargo with no choice of other options at 6.9% interest. I purchased a car less than 2 weeks later thru Colorado Credit Union and got 3.6%. I have a 751 credit score. They processed my registration paperwork 1 day before the temp plates expired and didn't seem to care either way. They seem more interested in pushing cars than giving you what you need. Will not be purchasing from them again.

Dealt with Macy today and couldn't be happier about the car, the deal and in general how I was treated.

I hate buying a car more than going to the dentist but today was a pleasure. Macy knew the vehicles and the options making it an easy sale,we found the configuration I was looking for with the colors I wanted quickly.

I hope to enjoy the 4 runner for years to come, when I look for another I will make sure to look Macy up.

The salesman I worked with was a doof...quoted me the wrong vehicle to get me down there, then couldn't deliver on the price he had quoted, ya know since it wasn't the vehicle I wanted. Then he didn't even know his inventory, I had to give him the inventory numbers (from their website) in order to actually get the vehicle I wanted. I purchased the vehicle TWO months ago...got an email from the salesman last week asking if I was still in the market. Ugh.

Took the vehicle to the service department yesterday for a routine service appointment - tire rotation and fluids top off... It took them ONE AND A HALF HOURS! I'll never go back to their service department again.

Drove up from Colorado Springs to test drive an 2020 Tacoma off road access cab they had offered me. Confirmed the appointment the day before (Friday) and the day of (Saturday). After dealing with construction on the gap as well as almost running over a kayak on I25, was told Matt Nemetz that there were no access cabs to test drive. What had happened to the vehicle you had offered me? Totally unprofessional and wasted most of my Saturday. Do not do business with these people unless you want your time wasted and given the run around. They even had the audacity to ask if I wanted to put my name down to purchase the same vehicle I had come to see/test drive! Unsatisfactory!

Edit: Attached is the offer sheet I received from Groove. This was exactly the vehicle I was looking for. There was no miscommunication. There was simply no communication informing me that this vehicle was not available...

I was extremely impressed with Groove Toyota and our salesperson Jason Emmert. Jason made this by far the most pleasurable and relaxing car buying experience ever. He was very helpful and professional throughout the process and genuinely friendly. I didn't feel at all pressured to purchase the vehicle that I was interested in. When I reached out to Jason after my purchase with a couple of questions he was just as willing and eager to help me as before the sale. I will definitely consider Groove Toyota for my next purchase. It's well worth the 65 mile drive for the exceptional level of service I received!

I don't write many reviews but the TL;DR version is that Groove Toyota and more specifically Zach Vose were awesome!!

I had started working through Truecar to identify a specific color and trim level of 4Runner available in Denver. Groove had one that was close but not exact in stock. I located only one available in Denver in my preferred color and trim package at a competitor's dealership in Centennial. To make a long story short, the other dealership burned me. They didn't actually have the vehicle presented on their website, even though I put money down through their site to reserve it. I called Zach at Groove to see if there was anything he could do about getting the vehicle I wanted. In less than 5 minutes, he was able to find a vehicle in transit to another dealership and set to work to acquire it for me. By the time I reached the dealership, 30min later, he had it all worked out and had a plan on getting it to me as soon as possible. He's a 4runner owner himself and is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my inane questions without being condescending, which I appreciated. I picked up my vehicle tonight and it was already detailed and ready to go. It was a very efficient sales experience and some exceedingly wonderful customer service.

Also, my 5 year old daughter thought he was very nice for a salesman.

I replaced the air filter myself 3 months ago and they said told my wife we needed a new one. They also told her our 60000 tires bought less than 2 years ago need replaced . went back to discount tire about the tires and the laughed . such a scam. I don't recommend anyone that cheats customers

They sold me a "Certified Pre-owned" Mini a while ...

They sold me a "Certified Pre-owned" Mini a while back and I recently found out that the odometer had been rolled back almost 10,000 miles. The only mechanics that have touched the car is the Mini Dealership and Balta Auto...I had so many check engine repair lights come on that the guy at Balta Auto dug a bit deeper and four that the odometer had been tampered with.....so "certified pre-owned" doesn't mean anything at this dealership...they owe me the difference on the sale...the cost to repair the odometer....and what it will be worth when I sell it...I'm a disabled combat veteran and I'll hire the best lawyer possible to fix this.

I've had my car serviced here for years, and consistently enjoyed that experience. So, when I unfortunately found myself in the market for a different car I decided to check out Groove's inventory.

I had the pleasure of working with Kelyn, whom was attentive, very easy to work with, and worked hard to find the right car for me. She truly made the experience enjoyable by working to understand my goals with the car purchase, and then finding options in line with my goals.

All around, I cannot recommend Groove Toyota enough!!

I can not recommend Groove Toyota or Josh Mooney enough. Prior to going in, I had called so many dealerships looking for the car I wanted and was often put on hold or forgotten all together. When I called Groove, Josh answered and talked me through what I was looking for and really listened. He made time to see me the same day and even had the vehicles I was most interested in available out front.

As we talked, I told him how I was hoping to build credit and what I wanted to put for a down payment on either a new or used vehicle. He went ahead and showed me all the different ways I could get what I wanted. I ended up with a 2020 RAV4 in the color I wanted and drove it home that day.

Never once was I feeling hassled or pushed to get something. I initially wanted a used 4Runner but am so happy that I m starting off with something more affordable and newer.

The entire staff was so kind. Everyone wanted the best for me. I wish I knew all the names, but Josh s manager and Sam (finance) were so helpful. I m looking forward to working with them as I continue to purchase vehicles.

I guess they deserve one star for being personable. They sold me a used car with a bad clutch. The car, according to them, didn't have any problems. I did ask specifically what was wrong with it and they said nothing. There was also a trim piece that was missing that they were supposed to replace that I had to keep calling to hassle them about and finally gave up on.

My husband and I bought a 2019 Prius from Byron at this dealership back in November of 2019. When we went to pick up the vehicle, it had a large paint chip on the body of the car. Byron told us and wrote it on the "we owe you" paperwork that he would have their service department contact us to fix the chip. We waited a while but never received a call from the dealership so we emailed Byron 3 times since then and he has started ignoring our emails. We love the Prius but trying to fix this after the fact has been a nightmare!

We were very satisfied with a purchase experience at this location. We purchased our first new vehicle, and Patrick, our sales rep was extremely helpful. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, showed us what we wanted, and didn't try to sway us into useless options or features or vehicles we weren't interested in. He was absolutely respectful even with our 3 year old running around and interrupting. I would buy a car from this place again.

We had a detail issue with a side mirror noticed a couple hours after driving it home. We took it back to the dealership and they worked to get it corrected. When the part arrived they put us to the front of the list and had the repair done in under 2 hours. Usually dealers won't give you a second glance after you drive the car off the lot, but Groove took the time to make sure the experience was right.

They didn't pay off car loan for 4 weeks and bank charged me a deduction on car payment that Groove owns. Won't be buying New Tundra there this weekend as planned. My girls New 4 runner is nice but any Toyota dealer can sell you one. Just like Stevinson Toyota will be selling me a Tundra this weekend. Thanks for not doing your basic paperwork!

I came in looking for a older rav4 with the v6 and and a new car for the wife. When I got there the rav4 was sold. But there was still hope. Tommy was the man to talk to. He came up and let me pick what I wanted to drive. He didn't push me into anything I didn't want. When we talked about the number after the test drive he didn't try and make me take the car home that day. I told him the only thing that was stopping me was I needed that rav4 with a v6 before I could take anything home. He called me the next morning telling me they got something with the same v6 I wanted and next thing I knew I was at the dealership starting the process of getting a new car for my wife and a car for myself.

Brought my new Tacoma in for the first 5K mile service. I actually came a day earlier than my appointment on accident but the service techs didn't sweat it at all. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and I loved that they let me bring my dog inside while I waited.

I was quoted an hour and I only wait for about 30-40min which was a nice surprise. For the cherry on top, as I drove away I noticed they wiped down my hood and polished it up. After getting home I realized they did the same to the rest of there exterior as well.

First off, the efforts made by my salesman were great. He was straight forward, drove the car I was interested in to my house, and answered every question I had in a professional straight forward manner. There are not many car dealerships where you get this level of commitment from the salesman.

The Sales Management staff is a different story. They will significantly under value your trade. NADA valued my TRADE IN at $28,875. They offered 26,000. When I tried to negotiate they offered 27,000. Keep in mind the resale value is 32,300. Trade in values are already low, but this place pushes the limit further.

The car I wanted was also priced 2500 over NADA retail value. They dropped $1000 dollars which made it 1500 over, but would not budge because they inched closer to the actual trade in value on my trade.

I understand that they want to make as much money as possible. We all do, but dont expect an honest value from this place!!!

After several phone calls that were ignored I was finally told they would be happy to order the part and put it on for me... for a charge!

I had an awesome experience here at Groove Toyota. I walked in originally intending to buy a used 4Runner and thought it couldn't hurt to keep my options open. As I walked through the door Patrick greeted me right away and offered my friend and I some water. From there he helped me look at the new 2014 Toyota 4Runner, showing me all of the features and letting me take it for a test drive. Since buying it was out of my budget, I looked at leasing. He told me all about the lease and how it worked, and I was thoroughly impressed. Mr. Rob Edwards also gave me an awesome deal leasing the 4Runner that I couldn't refuse. A couple days later I came back with my checkbook. Kyle and Paul helped me get through all the paperwork associated with leasing the car and made it seem effortless. I would have never known about this vehicle or been interested if it weren't for Lucas. Over all I had a great experience buying from Toyota Groove. I just bought a Toyota Tundra from them and I am very happy with my deal. Karen Anderson sold me my new truck and she was very knowledgeable on all the vehicles we discussed especially the Tundra and also made buying this truck very fun. Most everyone I dealt with was nice but Karen was above and beyond and I know I got a great deal cause of her. The time it takes to buy a car. It took me very nearly 3 hours, despite assurances before I came in that they would have me out in 1.5 hours. I would not have bought at Groove had I known it would take that long, and I will avoid it in the future for the same reason. This practice should end. Most good dealerships have caught on to the fact that customers hate that the process takes so long.

The Finance employees appeared to have been trying to play games with me. They tried to charge me another $600 in order for me to make a one-payment lease, when I was expecting to get some kind of discount rather than a penalty. Then later they took away one of my lease options that the salesman had offered me, which option would have saved me $130. After expressing my concern, the salesman worked with his manager to lower my price on a $1K down payment lease by $130, which I appreciated, but I still had the feeling that I was being baited and switched.

The Finance employees were also less than professional. When I walked back to the Finance area for the first time, two of them appeared to be chatting with each other and when the salesman and I tried to walk in the office, one of the Finance employees said "We are a long ways from being ready" in a condescending manner. I had already been there for two hours at that point. Then, after I raised the issue about the option which would have saved me $130, the Finance person with whom I worked appeared very annoyed (as if I shouldn't have cared) and we sat there in awkward silence as the salesman worked with the manager to reduce the price by $130. Finally, after that issue was resolved and I was signing all the documents, I heard one of the other employees (whom I presumed to be the other Finance manager) yell loudly in the hallway, "I've got 8 million things going on. F*ck!" Less than professional.

Finally, when the salesman had called me earlier in the day, he was yelling at a process server that he (the salesman) was going to call the sheriff on him. Again, much less than professional.

All of these things combined left a bad taste in my mouth. I think there is much this dealership can and should do to improve its customer service. Until that happens, I would recommend another dealership.

I brought in my car that had a blown engine here. The engine blew because Pro Auto Car (mechanic shop) didn t put oil in my tank after they fixed a part and caused my engine to blow. That part was under warranty, so Pro Auto shouldn t have touched it. Nonetheless, Adam Poole from Groove Toyota took it into his hands. Adam stuck up for me to corporate who was 50/50 on whether or not to cover it under warranty, and eventually were able to get the engine fixed/replaced under warranty. This saved me almost $7500. The car is running fantastic now! I am forever going to bring my car to Groove Toyota for any repairs I can t do myself

Jose B. the sales manager was amazing he was very attentive and answered all our calls or called us back within a short time. I know we took a lot of his time up and we appreciate him greatly. He set us up with Josh Mooney who has a great personality and is just so easy to work with. If you are looking for a Toyota you should see him. Josh introduced us to Hamid in Finance and he made it a quick painless couldn't have asked for a better trip to finance.

This is the 2nd RAV4 we have purchased from Groove Toyota. In both cases we were treated extremely well, given a fair trade, and a reasonable price for our new car. Sergio and Dan were both courteous, personal. professional, and worked very nicely with us to make the deal. If we buy another car we will certainly return to Groove Toyota to purchase it. Dear Groove Toyota's manager,
You should be more professional in shuttle service. Like any office I've seen, there is a number system or similar kind to fairly practice "first come, first serve" rule. You need to shuttle people have been wait there for longer time to their home first.
I've schedule my service appointment earliest possible (7:00 am) in order to be shuttled home early for a busy working day ahead. I was there 6:00am, oops; I have to wait until 7:00 to be seen. At 7:30am, shuttle starts, and the driver wants to drive people who came in after 7:00 am to their home first. I will be travel on the shuttle to Highland Ranch (South), Aurora (East), before get to my house on the West. I don't have to be on that shuttle for that long.
I slept intermittently last night, maybe 2-3 hours total, because I had to watch and medicate my little kid who's sick, with so high temperature. Tylenol, Motrin alternating every 4 hours. I was there at Groove Toyota, but my mind is at home. I have to take other kids to school, maybe I need to take the little to see Dr., taking care of several other matters in the morning, then drive more than half hour to go to work by 2:00pm, etc. My wife s sick, too, so I didn t get much help taking care of sick kid last night. I hope I ll be brave enough to survive this pressured day.

I have bought two cars from this dealership in the last couple years. Most recently, a Rav4 from Eric Park. He is lovely. I don't like the slimy, heavy pressure sales approach and Eric definitely isn't that guy. He was very laid back, professional, informative, and a pleasure to deal with. I am so happy with the vehicle too. I'll see him for the next one.

There's no hiding how painful it is to car shop, especially as a single female who's brothers and father are across the country. After months of putting it off, I started cruising the internet to find exactly what I wanted...and the in person shopping began.

It was not all excitement and new car bliss, at first. I visited a few (to remain nameless) car dealerships in the Greater Denver area. All of which were pushy, rude, typical slimy salespeople trying to get me into payments I insisted were not what I wanted...you get the picture. Clearly, I was not getting treated fairly - and quite frankly, like I was an idiot that new close to little about (a) sales and (b) the exact vehicle I was after.

With deep hesitation on Labor Day, nonetheless, I walked into Groove Toyota already deciding this was going to be yet another terrible experience for the books. I asked for "someone nice this time", and the gal behind the desk chuckled. Out walked Karen Anderson. She knew exactly what vehicle I was after, and told me it was not yet on property, but would be this week.

We stayed in touch all week about said vehicle, and once it arrived, I was there to take it for a spin. Remind you, this was exactly what I was after, and apparently a "unicorn" of a vehicle. I was going to be out of town and had to move quickly if I wanted to purchase the vehicle.

I was a bit terrified of the financing process . However, Karen eased my mind. On top of it all, the owner of Groove Toyota, Kerry, assisted in the process - and I could not have been more grateful. Richard, who processed my paperwork on the other side of the desk was amazing. He did not push me in any direction that I did not want to go regarding financing, warranties, etc. Process complete! Or was it?

Five minutes after I left, Karen called me and asked that I return immediately. Apparently Kerry and Richard found me better financing plan, and was able to make it work with a payment of only $10 more to make it to where I also had the 3 year warranty.

It did not stop there. I was to be out of town after the vehicle purchase but it still needed to run through service, and I could not have my mechanic and personal friend check out the car. But I knew I was in the best of hands when Adam Poole in Service made sure my vehicle was in perfect running shape before I returned from my trip.

Everyone at Groove Toyota treated me the exact way they would want their mother, sister, daughter or wife to be treated without a man by her side. I know that sounds terrible...but all other dealerships treated me like they knew they could take full advantage of a girl walking in just wanting to buy a 4Runner to play in! :)

After having a bad experience with Mountain States Toyota, I ventured into Groove. I told the salesman I had the down payment and financing from my bank. The GM even heard my story and assured me they were going to treat me good. I drove away in my new Tacoma a week later a happy man.

UPDATE: Ali the finance manager who took over the deal was the exact opposite. He came back with an interest rate 2% higher than I agreed on and expected me to be completely fine with that. He made me feel insecure about my income, the fact that I was a first time car buyer, and that I had lost my job due to COVID-19. He tried to push me into a warranty that would have lengthened my payment by 15 months and when I said I didn t want to increase my payment by that much he kept pushing me to do it. I almost walked away from the deal because of how uncomfortable and insecure he made me feel.
